Harbour Air Seaplanes Sightseeing Tours

The pilot and check-in staff at Harbour Air Vancouver were very nice to customers taking the 20 minute panorama classic tour. I was given a temporary boarding pass and the lounge provided free coffee or tea. My bag was allowed on board the seaplane and I took lots of scenic photos on my digital camera. The photos would have turned out better if it wasn’t cloudy. There is a small gift shop inside the check in terminal.

Our check-in was not the best. The who checked us in was a little rude and did not treat us well. He definitely needs some customer service etiquette. But the pilot and everyone else were great and super friendly. We did the scenic view of Vancouver and it was the best!! A unique way of touring the city. Highly recommended! By the way if you are worried about seating and being able to get a good view, don’t worry because everyone was able to get a window seat and we were 10 in my group. The pilot even offered the co-pilot seat.

Flying into Coal Harbour from Salt Spring was beautiful. Our pilot wasn't very friendly but it was a smooth flight. It was a good one-time experience. They are super strict about weight limits and will charge you for even 2 lbs over.

Simply the best airline, the best staff, policies, service and overall experience. …And free relaxing lounge with choice of coffees and teas. Try not to by late for your flight sinking into the comfortable arm chairs. Don’t forget the parking is free at the Flying Beaver!

Traveled from YVR to SEA. It was smooth. Took off a little late due to the fog, but arrived pretty quickly. The ride was beautiful but a little bumpy. Finding the location in the dark felt a little sketchy (I think I worried that it looked like a scene from a thriller movie - scenic place by the water, barely any light, sound of waves hitting the docks. Haha I watched too many thrillers clearly).
