The place look left behind, bit darker, it does have a lot of stores and options but, nothing really stands out, is easy to arrive there by skytrain, plenty of parking space, but the stores that really are good and ok is the big ones, like shoppers, winners, walmart, etcetera

Every weekend we used to go this mall. Now I have stopped to go here because of surrounding and the negative vibe. There are variety of shops. Easy to purchase things at one place. Everything good but sometimes I felt the negative vibes here. Kind of darkness. Compare to Guildford mall or Burnaby, Richmond malls.
