EXIT
EXIT a is a very popular and challenging game of escape
EXIT is a unique and fun new attraction that is rapidly gaining popularity - so much so that you should book your time well in advance.
Imagine yourself trapped in an unfamiliar and scary place trying to find your way out, but it's no video game. Players play in teams and are given 45 minutes to escape from the scenario of their choice. In order to escape the players must look for and interpret various clues and find keys and locks which may lead to more clues.
The success rate for escaping is only about 1%, but some teams do manage on the first try, so it definitely is possible, just don't think it is going to be easy. Of course if you fail, you will want to try again sometime soon and many do.
Because of the nature of this attraction it is not suitable to young children, however it is very popular with young adults and up.
Escape themes are subject to change but currently include: Empire of Atlantis, Terracotta Mausoleum, Joker: The Last Laugh, Lost, Resident Evil, Anger Room, and The Ringmasters Games. The number of participants varies by scenario. Some are suitable for single players while others are suitable for between 2 and 10 players. Most challenges last 50 minutes, but a couple are shorter. The different themes do vary in difficulty with the Laboratory Escape being the most challenging and also the most creepy.

out of 5 Did the cheating boyfriend room. Was amazing, so different compared to other rooms I've done at this location! Loved the woman working the desk who designed the room! She said we were the best group she had! 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my partner completed the elements room! So much fun. The room was decorated for an emmersive experience. Samira at the front desk was a great help and made the experience a fun one!
I will suggest to the Exit company to provide a winning incentive. It would greatly add to the experience if upon completion of a room, you win either a small discount on your next game or even an emailed certificate of completion. Anything would definitely make this feel more worth it as a customer. This would even encourage customers to complete more rooms to collect all the winning certificates, especially if they were custom designed according to each room!
Overall, fun time!

We did a rage room here, staff are friendly and helpful, And they have a large variety of escape rooms we’ll need to come back and try. We’ve been to a few Exits, this one has the coolest vibe.

Two of my friends and I did The Killer’s Prison. It was really fun and pretty well thought out. The room really made us think, look everywhere, and really observe each detail to figure out how to escape. Also the staff were so nice, friendly and ENGAGING! They really went out of their way to make this an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend this for a fun activity with friends.

My boyfriend and I have been to the exit in gas town and were super happy with the experience we had there! But the one in Richmond was way more disappointing.
It was an okay experience, but the lounge/check in area was way more intriguing than the escape room itself. We played the prison escape and it was lack lustre, and the only thing we really had to do was unlock things. Whereas the one in gas town had a lot more puzzles to do, and mechanisms to use. They were big on not taking any photos yet the company posts a video of the room. You had to walk through the second part of the room into the first part of the escape room which also ruined the experience.
Another downside is the pricing of the Richmond exit location is it is priced $8 more then the ones around town. Majority of the other locations is $30.
Staff was super friendly and had no issues there.
There was a group of 6 when we did the prison escape room and it wasn’t scary or difficult. suited for 2 ppl only I’d say.

How to get to EXIT by Skytrain
Make your way to Bridgeport Station on the Canada LIne. Exit onto Great Canadian Way and go right (south) for 1 block and cross to the other side at the light. This is important as there is no crosswalk at Beckwith. Continue south one more block to Beckwith and turn left. Exit is the second building on your left.
