This has been a staple in Vancouver and a solid dining spot for years. I came here recently to try their set menu that was around in the summer and it did not disappoint. For the price point you get quite a lot of food and a great dining experience.
They deliver on the food, it’s properly cooked and flavoured, the service is top notch, and their cocktails are delicious. Will definitely look forward to another visit in the future.

This place is so lovely. Mussels and French fries are the perfect combination. We spent our anniversary here and we’ll remember it for a long time. Make sure you book a reservation!

Last Thursday had dinner at 8pm with friends that were visiting from LA (reserved the day before and they couldn’t fit me in between 6 and 7 which was fine). The four of us shared five dishes, and we just absolutely enjoyed all of our selections, with the Moules Frite Coquotte being on the top of the list.
We ordered our dessert just past 10:30pm, and the manager let us stayed and chatted until they absolutely have to let us go (keep in mind they’re closed at 10pm!). Staff were friendly and attentive, so made our mini reunion worthwhile.

Came here in a week day evening for their $50 set menu. You get to choose from two items for each course and there's a total of 3 courses.
I ordered the char for my main and it was really good. My husband ordered the hen 3 ways but it's very salty. I didn't like it that much.
The dessert, Palova was very well made and so delicious. The chocolate cheesecake was okay, nothing too surprising.
Overall, the meal was good except for the hen dish. Server was attentive and the restaurant wasn't loud.

Came for the summer series three course tasting menu and between three of us we sampled all six of the options. To start the confit albacore tuna with peach salad was artfully presented but nothing special taste-wise. If I had paid $27 for this dish off the regular menu I would have been disappointed. The grilled radicchio and fennel salad on the other hand was quite impactful and fully enjoyed.
The pan seared Arctic Char with salt cod brandade main course was excellent and the highlight of the meal. Presentation was picture perfect and the good sized portion of fish was perfectly cooked. The brandade was delicious and something I had never tasted before. My son had the game hen three ways and wasn't impressed, finding the portion to be too small and the hen to be on the dry side.
The chocolate burnt basque cheesecake and BC berry pavlova for dessert were both very good and again very nicely presented. Overall the dinner was very good and very good value for the $49 price.

This was our first visit to Vancouver! Before we arrived I made a reservation at Moxies for lunch.
Little did I know the absolute pleasantries to follow! Our servers name was Dawson and he was a spectacular delight! While the food here was amazing, the true star of this establishment is Dawson. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind and SO fun! Come for the drinks, stay for Dawson! ♥️

First time here was a great experience. Nice atmosphere and window views, wonderful service from Kurtis, menu has a great selection of food, the burgers are really good, as well as the prawn laksa curry and chipotle mango chicken, some nice gluten free options! I hope one day they can have a gluten conscious option for the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni because it’s the best pasta of all time. They also have happy hour on a Friday night! Can’t wait to come back!

Wow. My friend and I came here for a quick drink and snack before a concert. We sat at the bar and Emma was the sweetest server ever. Even when our server was busy, Bre helped us decide on the best drinks we’ve had on our visit. The lettuce wraps were also so good. Thank you Bre and Emma! X

The atmosphere was amazing, the service was top notch. Our server was so friendly and kind! The GM took time out to check on tables and make sure everything was running smoothly. Huge country concert and it was packed and didn’t seem rushed or pushy. Would 100% be back again ! Food and drink hit the spot!
Would highly recommend!!!

Came for a quick late afternoon snack. Enjoyed our drinks (grapefruit spritz and white peach Bellini) but LOVED the appetizers! The Guac and Pico dip and Roasted Tomatoes with Whipped Feta were incredible. So very tasty. Will be dreaming of them again.

Overall a really great experience. The food was a bit pricy for the quantity. And the quantity also seemed a bit less. Although the size the dishes were very filling. The service was amazing 👏 and our server was so kind. The ambience was pretty nice as the restaurant itself is part of a 5 star hotel but it was a tiny bit too dim. Would definitely recommend as an Italian restaurant with family. 👍

A casual Italian restaurant - great for groups and a cosy dinner. We came for a birthday party, and we were pleasantly surprised by the food and experience. Everything was decent - well portioned and reasonably priced, especially for downtown. We'd all come back.
Great for large groups and nice family dinners for all ages.

Loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Portrayed a classy setting. Queva made this experience exceptional - thank you. Appreciated the complimentary bread and oil/balsamic vinegar dip to start us off. Tonight, we enjoyed the rigatoni salsiccia and the chicken parmesan. The seafood linguine looked really good too. Maybe next trip. Service was quick and efficient.

I had breakfast here on the first floor while staying at the Georgian Court hotel. The staff was very good service and manners.
The restaurant was cosy and the tables were large enough for me but the chairs were too low for me. The vegetarian Benedict for breakfast was delicious. I usually like to drink almond lattes, but this time I tried the coffee too, which I liked as it was a strong yet mild coffee. I didn't have a chance to eat dinner here, but I'd like to try it next time.

I came for this resturant after reading the reviews, i was so disappointed, the service was excellent, very welcoming and large portions. Atmosphere depressing and very dim . What was called a risotto is nothing but a mashed rice.pasta acceptable but not impressive . Ice cream was cheap quality and very small even for a child. Chicken strips were store bought taste nuggets . The price is high for average or bellow average taste .

Looks like a hidden gem close to the train station Stadium-Chinatown! We saw the line up close by for the other restaurant for brunch and decided to skip it. The Dirty Apron was quiet, no cooking class going on, but the café side had a few customers. We ordered the BLT and the breakfast sandwich with smoked salmon, both were fantastic! Balanced, simple but freshly made with quality ingredients. I loved the little touch of lemon zest on the cheese cream, pairs perfectly with the smoked salmon, crunchy red onion, runny egg and creamy avocado. Prices are fair for the sandwiches. Grocery and frozen items seem to be fancy, on the more expensive side. I wish for a combo or bigger meal. We saw they have a delicatessen at the airport!

Probably the most tasty and hence one of the best food we had in our entire 4 weeks in Canada!
We had the Ancho Chili Roast Beef vegetarian (you have to try this!), the grilled Hummus & Avocado Sandwich, the Japanese Potato Salad (day offer. great taste!), a smoothie, cappuccino, tea and coffee.
The service and staff was so nice and were looking greatly after us.
This place has a cooking class too next door and also it offers self-made food (in the fridge) and some other food items you can purchase.
Prices were very fair and we will definitely recommend anyone coming to Vancouver to eat here and enjoy!

It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a special occasion. The experience is both educational and delicious. I preferred it when it was more intimate during COVID, but the long table setup works well too. I've enjoyed most of the fish classes, as our family follows a pescatarian diet. I wish there were more classes focusing exclusively on fish, but I hope they add more in the future. Overall, it's a great experience, and I'm looking forward to more classes.

Omg this place is so much fun! High quality teaching, organized, and informative. I got a cooking class as a gift from some friends and I already want to go again! I did the European dishes and learned so many cool things. I also didn’t know this at the time but found out later that our instructor was one of the owners. He was super friendly and down to earth and gave great tips I took so many notes lol thank you for the great experience!

Some of the best sushi available at a great price point. They have really good specials for dine-in and also 10% off for take out and online orders. I have dined in and ordered out, and received the same quality each time.
The rice is flavoured well, the spicy sushi options have amazing flavour and sauces combind with the fish, and the special rolls are delicious as well.
The salmon sushi is sockeye, so don't expect anything too fatty!

Roll combo A is good for your money. and taste good, too. I love their spider roll. big size of soft shell crab. food taste is very tasty, Once again, I think this is one of the best sushi places in Vancouver, very highly recommended. The only downside is that the table is a bit sticky. That's the only ruining my dining experience. Service is okay. I wish they put the water jar orbtea pot in the table.

We were in the area before a concert at Roger's arena and hesitated to go in because, from the outside, it didn't look very promising. We had read the good reviews and went in anyway. The place is small but the atmosphere inside is cozy. We ordered a few different rolls, which were all nicely presented and fresh. I loved the rolls came with extra greens and the sauces were very good. The food took a little long to arrive but the servers were very nice and checked on us. Prices were reasonable too!

It’s a low key hidden gem spot for sushi. I really love their Aburi (seared) sushi. The salmon, tuna, and scallop tasted so fresh, in my opinion even better than some other high-end fancy sushi restaurants in the area.
Will definitely visit again when I’m in Vancouver next time.

The first time I stopped by this location after work, it was just because I was super hungry for a slice- and now, I stop by every single time specifically because it’s such an absolute pleasure!🫶🏼 I finish work at odd hours in hospitality, and no matter the hour- the pizza is hot and fresh. The SERVICE is unparalleled, every staff member has always been nothing short of exceptional- so friendly, so helpful, and (clearly) going the extra mile, even just for a slice❤️ normally I’d take a slice away to eat- but this is the only place I actually enjoy taking a load off and sitting down for a while. The atmosphere is great, awesome music, great staff, super clean and pleasant. I highly recommend anyone in the area to make this location your go-to for pizza! 🍕 🙏🏼🙌🏼

I would not say it’s the best pizza in Vancouver but my favorite place to grab some pizza to my place after work. They have great deals of pizza and I definitely love their services(especially Soub). Huge variety of toppings and I never get disappointed all the time. It’s gonna be one of the things I’ll miss when I leave Vancouver

This was some of the best late-night pizza we had when visiting Vancouver. If there was a Toronto location, I would be a regular. What truly made the experience special was the amazing service provided by Shubh. We visited this location twice, and he remembered all our orders. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be returning for both the pizza and the service provided by Shubh.

Came here for a Sunday night Lebanese dinner. Although we didn't have reservations, they were able to accommodate us. It wasn't busy upon arrival, but quickly filled up, so I do recommend reservations.
Atmosphere was both cozy and intimate. Service was extremely friendly. They took the time to explain the menu and make some recommendations on the portion sizes. Dishes are meant to be shared, so it's best to order several dishes. Food and flavors were amazing. Dishes came out as they were ready and each was plated nicely.
I'd recommend this place for authentic Lebanese food or just a nice dinner out.

We had such a great experience here. The waitress was very sweet and friendly and gave us lots of great tips for checking out the surrounding area. The food was excellent. We had the Najibs special (roasted cauliflower) and the falafel plate. Both came with pita bread, hummus and a salad. Loved the comfortable seating area as well. We will definitely be coming back.

Just. Do. It. We stumbled upon Nuba by chance and we're stoked we did. Fulya was an amazing host and recommended we tried the jalapeno hummus and it did not disappoint. The lamb shank and couscous, cabbage rolls and fattoush salad were all amazing. Highly recommend this place! Great efficient service, food on your table quickly! Just. Do. It.

Cozy dim atmosphere. We sat in the “lounge” section and it was a comfy spot. We were three people and we ordered just enough to fill our tummies.
Labneh & Honey Man’oushe was delicious and easy to eat. Sort of like a pizza. Like all the things we tasted tonight: tasty.
Chicken Shish Tawook was good but not as yummy as the Lamb Kafta. We all agreed the lamb was superb.
Najib’s Special was done very nicely. We didn’t all agree and one of us didn’t think it was that special.
The Feast of Dips was amazing. Each dip had its own flavour and was so interesting. I kept going around the circle of dips and being excited to return! My favourite was the Mama Dallou’ah.
Excellent food. Cozy surroundings. Would definitely come back and try more dishes!

Great food, great atmosphere. The sandwich was made to perfection and the quality was amazing. It’s in a very accessible location close to Gastown. The staff were very friendly. Haven’t tried many sandwich shops in Vancouver so I don’t have much to compare this to, but I dropped in one afternoon for lunch because it was close by to an appointment. We had a pulled pork sandwich and buffalo chicken sandwich. Sandwiches were good, lots of filling and meat wasn’t dry. I wish the bread was toasted(?) or toasted more if it was. But otherwise it’s a nice little place for a quick and easy lunch.

Wow, the kale salad is very tasty with garlic dressing. The porchetta is very nice. It’s a pork belly which was roasted- I think. Skin looks crispy.
Staff are all helpful. Ambiance is great. Love the vibe plus it’s close to the best coffee shops in Vancouver.

Phenomenal Sandwich. This place is spot on for an amazing experience. For a person like myself who hates mustard, this place has the most amazing house mustard.( I love it). I tried the Porchetta & Feature McMeatball both were top notch. Their bread was amazing flavorful and crisp but still soft inside. Portions were great, definitely filling. Prices were spot on for the insane quality. Friendly Staff. Clean Establishment. Fast Service. Cozy Atmosphere

I found Charisma looking on google maps for a place for a late snack or drink. I am very glad to have found this place and support local small business! The staff was very kind, he said it's family-run and he works looong hours. I wish them to have more business. I tried there Award-winning apple cheesecake and it was indeed delicious!! The back of the restaurant can be booked for events, looks nice for gathering. Quiet at night when we went, it felt comfy with the banquet sittings. Look for their deals such as happy hours drinks and snacks.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. The whole place is very spacious, clean, and organized! We tried their Signature Apple Cheesecake and it was very delicious!! No wonder they won 1st place in a cheesecake competition! Will definitely be back to try their other selections. And when we do, we will definitely get their Signature Apple Cheesecake again!

Papa roti is an absolute gem in the neighborhood! Their new butter chicken plate is incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s a wonderful addition to their menu! For drinks, I highly recommend pairing it with their Spanish latte. It’s smooth and energizing, especially great for those who may not usually go for coffee. Another refreshing choice is their almond smoothie, which pairs so well with the butter chicken. The service here is top-notch too; all the women who run Paparotti are friendly, attentive, and bring such a welcoming vibe to the place. If you haven’t been here yet, make it a rush-visit!
