5 Star Rating This has been a staple in Vancouver and a solid dining spot for years. I came here recently to try their set menu that was around in the summer and it did not disappoint. For the price point you get quite a lot of food and a great dining experience. They deliver on the food, it’s properly cooked and flavoured, the service is top notch, and their cocktails are delicious. Will definitely look forward to another visit in the future.

4 Star Rating Came here in a week day evening for their $50 set menu. You get to choose from two items for each course and there's a total of 3 courses. I ordered the char for my main and it was really good. My husband ordered the hen 3 ways but it's very salty. I didn't like it that much. The dessert, Palova was very well made and so delicious. The chocolate cheesecake was okay, nothing too surprising. Overall, the meal was good except for the hen dish. Server was attentive and the restaurant wasn't loud.

4 Star Rating Came for the summer series three course tasting menu and between three of us we sampled all six of the options. To start the confit albacore tuna with peach salad was artfully presented but nothing special taste-wise. If I had paid $27 for this dish off the regular menu I would have been disappointed. The grilled radicchio and fennel salad on the other hand was quite impactful and fully enjoyed. The pan seared Arctic Char with salt cod brandade main course was excellent and the highlight of the meal. Presentation was picture perfect and the good sized portion of fish was perfectly cooked. The brandade was delicious and something I had never tasted before. My son had the game hen three ways and wasn't impressed, finding the portion to be too small and the hen to be on the dry side. The chocolate burnt basque cheesecake and BC berry pavlova for dessert were both very good and again very nicely presented. Overall the dinner was very good and very good value for the $49 price.

5 Star Rating What an amazing gem to discover. The food was really lovely, the servers were cheerful and helpful with a sense of humor. My son and daughter in law had taken me for lunch on Mother's day there. It was a lunch that I will always remember. The place gets packed quickly and they do have a patio as well. The portions are generous and I found several people there meeting up for coffee and a chat. Enjoy that place. You will love it.

5 Star Rating First time here was a great experience. Nice atmosphere and window views, wonderful service from Kurtis, menu has a great selection of food, the burgers are really good, as well as the prawn laksa curry and chipotle mango chicken, some nice gluten free options! I hope one day they can have a gluten conscious option for the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni because it’s the best pasta of all time. They also have happy hour on a Friday night! Can’t wait to come back!

2 Star Rating Definitely not worth 80$. The chicken was so salty and dry. Very small thin piece. They took the 9$ piece of chicken off the bill. The ribs had a very heavy pork flavour. The best part was the vegetables. We got a side of gravy for the mashed potatoes and it tasted exactly like the clubhouse powdered gravy packets. Won’t be back.

4 Star Rating Overall a really great experience. The food was a bit pricy for the quantity. And the quantity also seemed a bit less. Although the size the dishes were very filling. The service was amazing 👏 and our server was so kind. The ambience was pretty nice as the restaurant itself is part of a 5 star hotel but it was a tiny bit too dim. Would definitely recommend as an Italian restaurant with family. 👍

4 Star Rating I had breakfast here on the first floor while staying at the Georgian Court hotel. The staff was very good service and manners. The restaurant was cosy and the tables were large enough for me but the chairs were too low for me. The vegetarian Benedict for breakfast was delicious. I usually like to drink almond lattes, but this time I tried the coffee too, which I liked as it was a strong yet mild coffee. I didn't have a chance to eat dinner here, but I'd like to try it next time.

Appreciated the complimentary bread and oil/balsamic vinegar dip to start us off. Tonight, we enjoyed the rigatoni salsiccia and the chicken parmesan. The seafood linguine looked really good too. Maybe next trip. Service was quick and efficient.

5 Star Rating Looks like a hidden gem close to the train station Stadium-Chinatown! We saw the line up close by for the other restaurant for brunch and decided to skip it. The Dirty Apron was quiet, no cooking class going on, but the café side had a few customers. We ordered the BLT and the breakfast sandwich with smoked salmon, both were fantastic! Balanced, simple but freshly made with quality ingredients. I loved the little touch of lemon zest on the cheese cream, pairs perfectly with the smoked salmon, crunchy red onion, runny egg and creamy avocado. Prices are fair for the sandwiches. Grocery and frozen items seem to be fancy, on the more expensive side. I wish for a combo or bigger meal. We saw they have a delicatessen at the airport!

5 Star Rating Probably the most tasty and hence one of the best food we had in our entire 4 weeks in Canada! We had the Ancho Chili Roast Beef vegetarian (you have to try this!), the grilled Hummus & Avocado Sandwich, the Japanese Potato Salad (day offer. great taste!), a smoothie, cappuccino, tea and coffee. The service and staff was so nice and were looking greatly after us. This place has a cooking class too next door and also it offers self-made food (in the fridge) and some other food items you can purchase. Prices were very fair and we will definitely recommend anyone coming to Vancouver to eat here and enjoy!

5 Star Rating It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a special occasion. The experience is both educational and delicious. I preferred it when it was more intimate during COVID, but the long table setup works well too. I've enjoyed most of the fish classes, as our family follows a pescatarian diet. I wish there were more classes focusing exclusively on fish, but I hope they add more in the future. Overall, it's a great experience, and I'm looking forward to more classes.

4 Star Rating We were in the area before a concert at Roger's arena and hesitated to go in because, from the outside, it didn't look very promising. We had read the good reviews and went in anyway. The place is small but the atmosphere inside is cozy. We ordered a few different rolls, which were all nicely presented and fresh. 5 Star Rating Came here for a Sunday night Lebanese dinner. Although we didn't have reservations, they were able to accommodate us. It wasn't busy upon arrival, but quickly filled up, so I do recommend reservations. Atmosphere was both cozy and intimate. Service was extremely friendly. They took the time to explain the menu and make some recommendations on the portion sizes. Dishes are meant to be shared, so it's best to order several dishes. Food and flavors were amazing. Dishes came out as they were ready and each was plated nicely. I'd recommend this place for authentic Lebanese food or just a nice dinner out.

5 Star Rating Cozy dim atmosphere. We sat in the “lounge” section and it was a comfy spot. We were three people and we ordered just enough to fill our tummies. Labneh & Honey Man’oushe was delicious and easy to eat. Sort of like a pizza. Like all the things we tasted tonight: tasty. Chicken Shish Tawook was good but not as yummy as the Lamb Kafta. We all agreed the lamb was superb. Najib’s Special was done very nicely. We didn’t all agree and one of us didn’t think it was that special. The Feast of Dips was amazing. Each dip had its own flavour and was so interesting. I kept going around the circle of dips and being excited to return! My favourite was the Mama Dallou’ah. Excellent food. Cozy surroundings. Would definitely come back and try more dishes!

3 Star Rating The place offers a great atmosphere with cool vibes and nice music, though it was quite loud, making it difficult to hear the waiter! The food was okay; the chicken tawooq was excellent, but the Shish Kabab was disappointing, served medium rare (by default) without any discussion about how it should be cooked. The bread served was cold and seemed to be standard grocery store bread, not freshly baked as expected. The starters were enjoyable, especially the hummus and mama dalluah 😊 Overall, it's a nice place but with some room for improvement in the dining experience.

4 Star Rating Haven’t tried many sandwich shops in Vancouver so I don’t have much to compare this to, but I dropped in one afternoon for lunch because it was close by to an appointment. We had a pulled pork sandwich and buffalo chicken sandwich. Sandwiches were good, lots of filling and meat wasn’t dry. I wish the bread was toasted(?) or toasted more if it was. But otherwise it’s a nice little place for a quick and easy lunch.

5 Star Rating Papa roti is an absolute gem in the neighborhood! Their new butter chicken plate is incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s a wonderful addition to their menu! For drinks, I highly recommend pairing it with their Spanish latte. It’s smooth and energizing, especially great for those who may not usually go for coffee. Another refreshing choice is their almond smoothie, which pairs so well with the butter chicken. The service here is top-notch too; all the women who run Paparotti are friendly, attentive, and bring such a welcoming vibe to the place. If you haven’t been here yet, make it a rush-visit!

5 Star Rating lovely coffe and awesome pastry! I tried latte and butter spinach feta pastry this time. The combination of the two goes really well together! I bet it's a must-go place!

4 Star Rating We hadn't been to Papparoti in ages but we very much enjoyed it the few times that we did go, so when I saw a $6.99 Too Good to Go bag at Papparoti, I couldn't pass it up! For $6.99 we got a croissant sandwich, a pain au chocolat pastry, an apple strudel, and one of their famous coffee buns. I have to admit, we weren't too impressed when we first saw the bag. It looked quite small to us. However, after emptying the contents and surveying each item...we were quite happy with what we got! The croissant sandwich was well received by my daughter and husband. I toasted it up in the toaster oven for them and it got nice & crispy. We all enjoyed the sweets...especially the coffee bun. When I warmed up the coffee bun in our toaster oven we could smell the wonderful aroma of the coffee bun wafting through the air. It got slightly burnt on the top as I accidentally left it in the toaster oven a bit longer than I should have but it was still delicious. I think I now have a renewed interest in coffee buns!
