I recently visited a hot pot restaurant that was recommended to me for its freshness, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the high price. To start, the prices were much higher than expected. Each soup base costs $30, and while they offer a variety of beef options, we ordered three different kinds, each priced at $40 per plate. Despite the plates being large, there were only a few pieces of beef on each, which made the meal feel overpriced for the portion size. The vegetable dishes were similarly expensive, which added to the overall steep bill. While people had recommended this place for its fresh ingredients, I had a very unpleasant experience with the air conditioning. The air conditioner above our table was leaking, and water was dripping directly onto our food. When I informed the server about the issue, they simply ignored my concern. This meant we had no choice but to continue eating food that had been exposed to dirty air conditioning water, which was not only unappetizing but also unsanitary. Given the high prices and the lack of attention to basic hygiene, I can confidently say we won’t be returning. For the cost, I would have expected a much better dining experience.

1. Great election of soup base, I had the pork bone soup and it was amazing; 2. Fresh seafood, I had geoduck and it was full of umami sweetness; 3. All other ingredients are top quality however they are on the pricey side. PS. Great Service

Only a few Cantonese restaurants offer supper after 930pm in Vancouver. This historical restaurant has many varieties of dishes offered, more than the usual ones, the taste is great!

Best hotpot experience. Delicious soup base and amazing selection. Can do half orders if you want. Excellent service. Upscale I'd say. Fantastic ox tongue and fish Slices. Geoduck too. The salted plum wings were unreal.

Hotpot weekend 2 of 3, first time here, heard lots of good things about it. The restaurant is a little dated, but I am here to eat, not spending a night here, so it’s ok. Service was very good, above and beyond what I expected, the server looked at our order sheet, and made recommendations on the portion sizes, and how to get the biggest bang for your buck. They know their menu. The satay soup was very tasty, not too thick, and strong but still very flavourful, you can drink it straight up. Very strong peanut flavour. The meat were fresh, especially the pork slices, way better than I expected. We are not into beef, so we didn’t try any, but saw lots of good reviews. The fresh chive and pork dumplings were very good, my wife couldn’t stop eating We also tried their stir fried clams in black bean sauce, it was so flavourful, it was just 2 of us, otherwise we would have order more. We will definitely go back and try more of their late night menu

It was the great experience visiting here. Tamanna served me and she was very kind and polite to me. she made very tasty pizza and really enjoyed it.she also gave my child a free brownie and a balloon. so she is very sweet girl. she really deserve a raise.

I went to a Fresh Slice location around 9 PM with my friend for dinner. Just wanted to let everybody know it is a wonderful place and I highly recommend to visit. Customer service for hours was awesome. I was greeted with a big smile. I was heard about my choices I had got a custom pizza made, and the staff was amazing and owner was also there himself serving the guest with a smile and warmth. The store was super clean. Excellent customer service washrooms were very clean , in spite of being very busy each, and every customer was given priority and was attended with lot of courtesy and it is a big hospitality place saw kids getting balloons highly recommend to go with your family for a good tasty. Delicious dinner. I was amazed to see the hospitality when a 70 year above lady came in to the store to pick up and the pizza that she had ordered online the way she was respected, and her confusions were cleared and was given discount was really an amazing gesture by the owner.

I can't tell this neighborhood enough about how AWESOME & YUMMY this place is!!! 🍕 Like unlimited toppings, FRESHEST ingredients always & most importantly for most of us these days, AFFORDABLE!!! Medium, unlimited toppings for $12.90. Staff is as amazing as the food! 🤩 💗

I loved the positive energy of the working team. We went an hour before the restaurant closed and everyone was happy and energetic as if they hadn't worked all day! I felt good to be here. Everything we ordered was very nice. We ordered Crazy Boy Rolls and Fantastic. My favorite is Crazy Boy. Your miso soup was also great! See you again dear Ton Ton Family!

I never write reviews but when I had my first bite of the spicy sashimi (takeout) I was absolutely blown away. Food is a big thumbs up and the servers were so pleasant taking my order. The restaurant seemed to have a really nice atmosphere so I’ll make sure to dine in next time.

The food here is okay. The sushi rolls were decent, but they were cut so thinly that the filling fell out before eating it. Chicken kaarage had a fish and chip batter to it. Didn't love it and was extremely heavy and oily. It's pretty pricy for what you get.

I had a great dinner with my family. My nephews all have different tastes so it’s always so difficult to satisfy everyone but we had a successful dinner as Tonton offers a variety of items on their menu. The food was all excellent. The atmosphere is quiet and calm so we were able to enjoy ourselves. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The manager David greeted us and thanked us himself. He told us to come back in couple weeks as they are starting a BOGO promotion. Will be back!

I very randomly discovered this place and I’m really happy I did. Totally worth every one of the five stars I gave - the food was very delicious, the staff extremely polite and the atmosphere overall inviting and friendly. I need to go again and try more dishes!
