Fresh slice at Joyce St. is one of our favorite pizza stops. We always order a whole pepperoni pizza as it is more affordable if you are a Family. The place is clean, smells good, and the staff are very friendly. Pizza's are freshly made and the dough, sauce, and toppings taste fantastic and not greasy. They also participate in "Too good to go" app so it also fights good waste. Kudos to the staff at Joyce branch always a great experience.

I had a great experience at the Fresh Slice Joyce branch! The place was clean, welcoming, and the pizza was fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to Abby, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and served with a smile. Her excellent customer service made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

It’s a great place to buy halal meat and asian foods (Pakistani and Indian items). Shoaib bhai is a down to earth guy, I recommend this place over Al-Salaam meat because Shoaib understand what Indian and Pakistani people eat and how should the meat get cut.

Alhamdulillah this is my go to place for halal meats. The prices are so affordable. The gentleman and his wife are so nice, polite and humble. Excellent customer service. Some of the items are even tax free. They will also give you free bag if you want one. May Allah bless them and grow their business even more.

Good grocery store for Indian/Pakistani food, spices etc. I bought some frozen foods from here that weren’t great, I ended up tossing them but I’m glad to have this place so close for spices and dry goods

This is a nice, simple Japanese restaurant for lunch. Everything was pretty decent and fresh, similar to what you’d find in many other sushi places in Vancouver since there are so many of them. My only comment is that the seating wasn’t very comfortable, and the place is small, but that’s nothing to complain about since my stomach was full. The service was very attentive, and the price was average, making it well worth the spend.

It is one of my best places for sushi in the Vancouver Area. Great staff, even close to the their end of working hour in my experience. Very fresh foods with a great taste. Fairly extensive menu with average prices! We liked the unique nigiri sushi clock on their wall. Limited seating inside with a few tables and a couple booths. Had their Mango Mango Roll. It was colourfully presented! Nice textures with the crunchiness of the tempura and toppings, balanced with the coolness of the mango. My friend had their Oyako Don (no issues). Service was pleasant and prompt! Would return to try other menu items.

This place is underrated. They have good food.. their yam roll is delicious and its cripsy.. it is a very small place so it might get full so fast with just a few tables since its like a take out restaurant.. will recommend for affordable sushi and is also near the sky train which is super accessible. Highly recommended.

The best spot for pizza in the neighbourhood, and definitely my top 3 pizza slices in the whole city. I absolutely LOVE how the crust is soft and doughy and never dry. They’re pretty generous with topping, and always have a good selection to choose from. My faves are the spicy beef and the bacon mushroom. Hawaiian and sausage are pretty good too! The owner and team are always welcoming and friendly. You can tell this is a place that cares for its customers and the community.

It’s a very bready, more dough heavy pizza. Like eating cheesy bread. Comparable to Yummy Slice Pizza in taste but not as good as Freshslice pizza in flavour. The crust could be cooked more as it’s not crunchy and still a bit moist and soggy and borderline undercooked. The tomato sauce used is also put on quite thin (see pics) and more tomato sauce would make it taste better as there was barely any tomato sauce on the pizzas. The Italian sausage pizza was one of the better flavours. Does the job of feeding you.

This used to be my go to place for pizza anytime of the day. The pizza used to be so delicious and fresh every time I had it. Recently the quality has gone down a little bit and I'm not going here as much as I used to. It's still a great place to grab a quick bite if you're close by it.

I ordered a Tres Leches cake from Panaderia Latina Bakery for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly milky, and just melted in our mouths. This bakery has come a long way in the past 5 years. Well stocked up on groceries, so much variety at reasonable prices. Baked goods are authentic and the quality is better than what you find in Chile. People are very friendly and helpful, speaking English and Spanish. The store is a little small and can get crowded. Street parking is available, limited but always something available in the vicinity.

I have been coming here for years, they have the best Chilean meat empanadas. And the chacarreros are full of flavour. Amazing variety of Latin American products. Fair prices, also the desserts are so delicious. The Torta mil hojas is moist and not too sweet. The bread is delicious. The staff is very friendly. Feels like an original tienda from back home.

It was ok. Not all it’s hyped up to be. I thought there would be more Chilean products. Might as well be Mexican. And don’t get me wrong. I like Mexican, but we already have a lot in town.The alfajores cookie part was so hard. The empanadas should have more meat and not so doughy. It has potential though

The Subway near Joyce Skytrain Station is my regular spot for a great sub sandwiches, no matter the time of day. Being open 24/7 is a huge plus and they always serve fresh & tasty. What really makes this location stand out is ARSH, the supervisor. He’s incredibly kind, hardworking and always makes sure customers are happy. Whether it’s his fast service or the way he goes out of his way to get everything just right, you can tell he really serves. Arsh, you’re doing an amazing job. keep up the fantastic work, man! We are been charged more when selecting the sweet potatoes fries, please ensure we are not getting a kids portion when selecting a regular menu. Fries were cold and very small portion.

Good location, could be a bit bigger. At dinner it can be quite hectic. They are generally quick with their online pick-up. The door is a bit awkward to open and close. As far as fast-food goes they are generally a solid choice. They have enough throughput that the food is fresh. Poutine is good for a fast-food option.

Nice seating, good spacing, no waiting. They have bar seats, because it's in the name. The char siu is tough and dry. The bbq pork had crispy skin. Overall seating is okay, the rice is good, but it had too much soy sauce in it. I felt like I was swimming in a soy sauce pool. In the future soy sauce on the side would be excellent. The iced milk tea is smooth, meets the standard. And it's only +$1 addition to the meal.

This place is such a convenient and affordable Hong Kong style cafe! Randomly decided to walk in and see how the bubble tea was and was superseded at how great the prices were! I just got a regular Taro slush with pearls bubble tea this time around but I want to come back to see how the food is. They also have a bar which is fun. This is definitely more of a casual spot for friends than a first date location though.

Duck should not be missed. Pork is mouth watering. Staff Rock in every way. Only bar worth going to that far out. If you're passing by, don't miss a stop. Get did to go at least. Games are shown, clients are friendly. Never seen a problem there, go back on the regular if I'm close and have time. Great plastic cups for outside. Real glass inside, cheap. Zero complaints. Lived close by for almost 2 years.

I ordered the bbq pork, and the roasted pork over rice and veggies. The pork was flavourful but really dry. The rice, veggies and fried egg didn’t add any flavour to the meal and actually made it drier. It was affordable and filling though for a solid 20$. The meal also included milk tea or an iced tea. The milk tea was amazing and had the perfect amount of sweetness and richness for me. I would recommend ordering the crispy roasted pork or their milk tea.

Have been to this location many times and the chicken is always consistently juicy and fresh. I got the half and half; soy garlic and yangnyeom fried chicken with shake fries. The portion of the fries was quite little so I recommend skipping those. But the chicken portion is pretty decent .

Alright. My sister in law lives around the corner and we went to get some of the chicken! We got the Half and Half of Soy Garlic and Buldak (spicy)... whoooaaa. those were so good! All the kids grabbed the food before I could take a picture lol. Price was good. Service was pretty fast. Staff was friendly and even tried to help with some of the ingredients (since my kids have some food allergies).

Amazing little chicko chicken, I've had many korean fried chicken orders in the past few weeks, this is by far the best, it's fried to order and always piping hot. The sauce soaks into the chicken and dissolves in your mouth. The textures are perfect with this place and I am so happy I discovered it! The soy garlic is amazing if you want no spice and the yangyoem sauce is great for a bit of spice!

I had called beforehand and they said my food would be ready in 20 minutes but when I got there after 20 minutes I was told to wait another 5 minutes. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes! This is frustrating because I had called in advance and when I finally got my food I was asked to pay again even though I had already paid. At least the chicken was fresh and really good.

Cafeteria style Filipino lunch spot low on ambience with pretty good food. A little expensive for what you get. Had the Plato bento which came with lumpiang shanghai ( two pieces, very good and meaty), pork adobo with rice (4 pieces of meat), mixed pancit (canton & bihon, meh), rice and a bite of buko pandan. My companion had a combo special: bangus sinigang (milkfish in tamarind based soup), ginataan kalabasa (squash cooked in coconut milk with shrimp and string beans) and a big bowl of rice. Overall a decent meal, but with so many options out there, we won't repeat.

My first order through Uber was canceled by the initial dasher without explanation which was a bit disappointing. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my second order.
