3 Star Rating Been meaning to come here for a long time - always passing by and given the good reviews. I was disappointed with the taro latte, but their cheese cakes were decent - did not quite meet our expectations though. Maybe their other drinks are much better and they do have interesting decor inside

4 Star Rating I had organic coffee and tiramisu cheesecake. Good coffee. Cheesecake was too sweet for me. ( I don't really eat sweet so maybe this is normal for everyone else) Sunday afternoon, it was quite busy.

5 Star Rating I tried the Tora Latte at Trees Coffee for the first time, and it was fantastic! The flavor was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced—definitely a unique twist on the traditional latte. The coffee shop itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy this drink again!

5 Star Rating My favorite steak house. It perfectly captures the essence of a city that never sleeps. The atmosphere is dark and moody, with a touch of elegance that makes you feel like you've stepped into a noir film. The decor is a blend of industrial chic and classic sophistication, with dim lighting and plush seating. The steaks are nothing short of spectacular. I ordered a Chicago-style prime steak, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The live music was great as well.

5 Star Rating First time going to Gotham and we loved it! I need to start by thanking Cindy. She was outstanding, patiently guiding us to the best experience possible. Knowledgeable about every item, truthful about portions served and helped us to enjoy with such a calm, friendly and warm attitude. Simply the best!! The food... absolutely from heaven! I don't think I have ever eaten such a delicious meal, from drinks to dessert. We shared a bone in steak with some extras and for dessert a Key Lime Pie and Ice Cream Sunday. We already have plans to repeat soon, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Gotham was simply incredible, I cannot recommend enough!

5 Star Rating Incredible dinner last night! The BC wine list was on point especially with 40% off sparkling wine at happy hour. The beet and burrata salad, appetizer wagyu, steaks and all our sides to our dessert were spot on. We had Luke as our server who was genuine to talk to, knew when to come over or when to give us space to enjoy our evening. The piano player added to the ambiance as well. We have 2 young kids at home and last nights experience could not have gone any better for us for a relaxing and enjoyable night of great wine and food. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!!

5 Star Rating This place is incredible! They have the best happy hour in town, and the drinks and food are amazing. We celebrated our son’s birthday there and they even gave us a dessert on the house. If you’re still hungry after happy hour, they have dinner reservations available. The service is incredible - the staff and management are super friendly and always make sure everyone is taken care of.

5 Star Rating Ok. So. How should I say this review…. Think think think ….. This resto was just INCREDIBLE. So much to say! The interior atmosphere/vibe was dark, chilled, refined, beautiful. Love the resto interior; I was looking for something deficient but honestly did not find anything. Tables, chairs, decor, lighting all screamed top-notch and “obviously this is a good place to be”. Loved it. Next the food. Oh. My. Gosh. May run out of text here. The porterhouse medium-rare was sublime. Seriously. You need to order this and just, well, let go and enjoy. Jesus Christ it was just absolutely beautiful— melt in your mouth steak. Done just with salt and pepper, and no other fuss. So so excellent. Mashed potatoes, spinach, seasonal greens, and mushroom fries — OH LORD YESSS. Delicious. The waiter actually ordered us percentage portions (price rated) so we could actually finish our meal (awesome). Desert we ordered the key lime pie and vanilla crème brûlée— I don’t know which was better. Crème brûlée was phenomenal; key lime was fresh, crusty, tangy, with fresh whipped cream, oh my! Both were sublime. Now, with all that said, this is not a cheap place…. Dinner for two with all that and two bottles of wine + tax/tip was over $450. However, you get what you pay for — I would definitely recommend Gotham as a destination place. Maybe they might have “specials night” 😊👍. Birthday, date, celebration, whatever, yes, it’s excellent. No complaints! I will be back once my wallet recovers from that night for two!

4 Star Rating A Near-Perfect Michelin Star Experience—Almost Dining at Hawksworth was an experience that flirted with perfection—until the final act. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, with beautiful lighting that set the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey. The service was poised, knowledgeable, and accommodating… at least until the very end. Opting for the fixed four-course menu, I was treated to a symphony of flavors. The appetizer was an intricate balance of textures, the second course—a delicate bison dish—was flawlessly executed, and the third, a masterpiece desert, left me eagerly anticipating the finale. Except… it never came. Instead, I was handed the bill! Somewhere between clearing the last plate and presenting the bill, the promised fourth course simply vanished. I initially thought it was an intentional pause, but when the waiter reappeared, it was with the check, not my final dish. When I inquired, he looked genuinely surprised, muttered something about a “mix-up,” and " I forgot" and offered an apologetic smile and brought the last course. While the food itself was outstanding and the setting sublime, that glaring misstep was hard to overlook. A Michelin-starred experience should be flawless, and for a set menu, every dish should make it to the table.

4 Star Rating Last night was my first time dined here which has a solid reputation, but I have mixed feelings about my experience. The ambiance and service were definitely the highlights — the staff was friendly, attentive, and the overall vibe was warm and comfortable. It’s definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. As for the food, it was decent, but not quite as impressive as I expected. I ordered the main dish, which was good, but it was on the smaller side. Honestly, if I hadn’t added on a side, I might’ve left still hungry. The flavors were fine, but nothing that really stood out or wowed me. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but I don’t know if I’d rush back based on the food alone. Still, if you're looking for a comfortable spot with great service, it’s worth considering.

5 Star Rating Came here for the New Year’s Eve dinner. Our favorite was the snack and dessert. Everything was at excellent temps which didn’t go unnoticed. Especially with the full dinning room. We enjoyed our time here and already have recommended others to pop by. We both didn’t care for the main but that was probably personal preference. The staff were attentive and helpful. They brought a DJ in this year and that was a great way to ring in the new year!

2 Star Rating Came for the Valentine’s Day set dinner for $195/pp. Overall food quantity/portions were minuscule. Felt like the overall theme of the food was pretentious rather than trying to satiate. The duck breast was tough. The lobster bisque was lukewarm which was disappointing considering the lobster was quite fresh; a waste of the quality of ingredients. The champagne palette cleanser was a bit too sweet for my liking. I would give the dessert a solid 5/5 as it had a delicious combination of flavours and assembled beautifully. The espresso martinis were well made but the server spilled it on our table but had them quickly remade. Overall this was a disappointing experience for a very high end meal during a special occasion.

4 Star Rating We ordered the tasting menu, the last 4 pictures are all the courses. The scallops tastes amazing, and the bison is something not very easy to find and it tastes good. I love the foie gras. The duck tastes OKAY but it’s a bit oily to me. Maybe the duck can pair with some sour jams flavors? The duck course they used to serve back in 2019 was AMAZING and I wish I can have something similar to that 🥹

5 Star Rating Good location very close to the mall and the train station. The dining room is upstairs, pretty steep stairs. It's very nice to sit up there. Much better than the lounge downstairs, unsure if it's accessible by a wheelchair as I did not see an elevator. The washroom is very nice and clean. The bread and the vegan butter to start! Probably the highlight of the meal! No dairy free or gluten-free dessert options. Minimal vegetarian options, but makes sense considering it as a steakhouse. The mac & cheese was OK nothing to write home about. The steak initially came overcooked and then undercooked, but I am not complaining as they did take it off the bill. Good location for a date night music was not too loud and pretty intimate experience. The service was very attentive and quick. Good location for a birthday party or celebration. They do have large tables that can accommodate big groups with dedicated servers.

4 Star Rating I took a friend out for his birthday back in the fall and he chose this restaurant as it was close to the office. It was not busy on a Friday lunch time. We were seated on the second floor, there was lots of space. Food was great. I really enjoyed the complimentary bread. Our server was nice and we had a good conversation with her. Prices were not bad for a birthday lunch.

5 Star Rating The place was buzzing when we visited on a Saturday night. Highly recommend getting reservations for the weekends. Our server was courteous and well versed with the menu. We had ordered the prime rib and were surprised at how raw it looked. All my doubts were thrown out of the window as soon as I took my first bite. It was exceptionally juicy. All other steaks were great too. The Old Fashioned hit the spot and so did the Calamari. It was money well spent. We will surely be back.

5 Star Rating Amazing service and food! We arrived early for our dinner reservations and enjoyed Happy Hour upstairs. Karen was Amazing and took all my food allergies very seriously. The happy hour cocktails (2 ounces) for only $11. Great price. We made our way downstairs for dinner where Andy was our waiter. He was personable and informative. Our dinner was absolutely fantastic. The room is amazing and unchanged since the early 60s. We will absolutely be back. 5 stars all around! Great work!

5 Star Rating We’ve been to the one in Whistler several times and thought we’d try the one in Vancouver. Both are fantastic, the only way this one trumps Whistler is the cool building it’s in, and its history. It is two levels and there are plenty of intimate dining spots. We can recommend the French Onion soup and the New York steak sandwich. Hys is great if you enjoy fantastic steak and red wine.

5 Star Rating i’ve been here a couple times with my family and the food is consistently high quality and delicious. my favourite thing on the menu is definitely the cheese toast, it’s so soft, warm, CHEESY, and indulgent. i definitely recommend getting it if you come, it’s the perfect way to start your meal. the beef wellington is also fantastic, it’s really well cooked and the crust was so buttery and flaky. the asparagus was soft and paired really well with the wellington. service was also great, as expected from a restaurant like this. this is a great restaurant to eat at if you’re celebrating something or looking for a formal night out !

5 Star Rating After living in downtown for more than a decade I decided to have my first birthday with my wife and this old but gold steak house. There are traditions and finesse dripping down from its old British deemed walls. The menu is well put and expensive. 4 Star Rating It was a nice meal First, service was great. Everything is well attended. Very good services Atmosphere was pretty much a steakhouse high end type Most tables are celebrating birthday indeed and nice for dating Food Ok, the cheese bread is a must try The salad was also very very good The Wellington steak, well, very nicely cooked Just I don’t feel too comfortable with it as it looks too rare inside to me. However, the beef texture and taste is very top quality Last is dessert which is perfect I love the whole thing, just it won’t let me give a 5. Just not the right 5, may be 4.5 star? A bit more detailed on whole services including front desk greeting, the table is fully ready meaning the tools, folk knife etc is right position and symmetric. Don’t let customer feels it’s a rush putting together at start. But I would still highly recommended

I had the Feenie Burger and it was delicious. Also had the Fish Tacos which didn't disappoint either. Another great thing about Cactus are their cocktails. They serve a wide variety at reasonable prices. Oh, and don't forget to try the Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bar. I don't have a sweet tooth but it is probably one of the best desserts I've ever had! All in all, a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back.

5 Star Rating Great location!! Lots of corporate traffic during lunch and afternoon happy hour! Good happy hour selection. The patio is heated and covered. We sat there in January and it was perfect temperature just like sitting inside, very cosy and vibey. Would recommend sitting in the patio or the dining room. The music in the lounge area was very loud so a little hard to hear and have a conversation. So we were happy to sit in the patio. The washrooms are on the second floor and are accessible. The washrooms are very nice and clean and there is an elevator to get to the second floor if you can't take the stairs. Would highly recommend eating the salmon and the green burger and the truffle fries are a must! Can usually find a spot for a reservation same day if you check on their website. They do have a bit of a storage area if you're coming with some larger bags or things that you wanna put away just ask. Great service, they are used to large groups here.

4 Star Rating Drove to the Met for dinner with someone staying in the hotel. There’s no one on parking duty at 5 pm, so we had to wait a while to get someone from front desk to help. Happy Hour is 3-6 pm, but the plates were only $1 cheaper than the appetizer menu, so doesn’t really seem worth it. They also advertised $6 happy hour beer but charged us $7 for some reason. Had the crispy Taiwanese chicken and pork belly as an appetizer. The Taiwanese chicken was very tasty, but you can’t really have bad Taiwanese chicken. Could’ve passed on the pork belly. A bit tart for me. I had the burger and it was decent. It came with very tasty and crispy fries. Partner had the Calabrian pizza, which was very tasty too. For dessert, I had the carrot cake, which was very good. It came with ginger ice cream, which gave it a nice kick. Fine experience, they have 50% off wine on Sundays, which is nice. Probably won’t return since I can get equally good food elsewhere without taking a trip downtown. If you live downtown, worth a visit, as prices are decent for good quality food.

3 Star Rating Came on a Friday at around 4:30pm for a quick bite. Sliders: pretty dry and sad. The buns were soft but not buttery Tuna tataki: very fishy (yes I know it's fish) but in a bad way. Like bad ocean flavours and the green sauce did not help. I did like the marinated cucumber and the edamame. That went well with it Calamari: best dish of the night. The sauce was not good but the calamari was fried perfectly. Not overly chewy and pretty tender. Batter wasn't too heavy Overall service was good. Food was Mediocre but the atmosphere was great. Not too loud as there weren't too many customers.

5 Star Rating It was a little while ago since we went, but the experience was unforgettable. It turns faster than the CN Tower restaurant which we liked, you simply don't get bored of the view. The service is just what we expected in Vancouver, excellent. And the food was easily as good as any decent restaurant we'd visited while there, but at reasonable prices. We were lucky enough to bag a seat right by the window too, so the experience was better still. If I ever get to Vancouver again, I'd definitely visit Vancouver Revolving Restaurant again.

5 Star Rating Dining at Top of Vancouver was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were mesmerized by the stunning panoramic views of the city, ocean, and mountains. The revolving feature added a unique charm, allowing us to take in Vancouver’s beauty from every angle. We ordered Bernie’s pasta and the lamb shank, both of which were cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, the presentation was elegant, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The lamb shank was tender and flavorful, while the pasta had the perfect balance of texture and taste. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring we had a seamless dining experience. However, the only small critique was that they seemed a bit in a hurry to turn over the table, even though it was around 9 PM and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. It felt a bit rushed, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the night. With phenomenal views, high-quality food, and excellent service, Top of Vancouver is a must-visit. Our bill came to around $140, and it was absolutely worth it for the experience. Highly recommended for a special night out!

5 Star Rating Partner and I went here on a Saturday night for Dine out. First of all, everyone at the restaurant from the hostess in the lobby to the wait staff was super pleasant. Our server Peter, was absolutely incredible. Super nice and was able to accommodate my partner with her food allergies. The views during sunset were top notch and the food was perfect. We had a wonderful experience, one of the best places in the city

5 Star Rating Review for Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Top of Vancouver, and it was an unforgettable experience! Mehrzad surprised me with this beautiful dinner, and everything—from the breathtaking 360° view to the elegant ambiance—was perfect. The service was attentive and professional, making the night even more special. The food was delicious, beautifully plated, and complemented by a great selection of drinks. The slow rotation of the restaurant gave us a chance to enjoy stunning views of the city skyline. It’s definitely a place worth visiting for a romantic or special occasion.

3 Star Rating The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it. However, the quality of the pizza and chicken wings was far below average. They tasted more like frozen, pre-made meals heated in a microwave. That being said, the restaurant has a lively and exciting atmosphere, so you're sure to have a great time!

5 Star Rating I went for the Office Trivia, and enjoyed the food. I ordered a calamari and deep fried cheese, both were super tasty and crunchy but soft: perfect! Despite being a Wednesday, it was packed and lively. Definitely a great hang out spot with friends. My friend ordered the chocolate cake: great presentation! I'm excited to come back!

5 Star Rating Great spot. We've come here every year after the SFU career panel and service is super, food is good, Guinness is fresh and cold, and was there on St. Pat's weekend when they had specials and they applied all of the deals to my bill automatically (we were a big group). Will be back again!

3 Star Rating Nice bar feeling. The food was alright, typical bar food. Sangria was yummy but it's hard to go wrong with sangria (way too much ice). Nothing special about this place.

4 Star Rating It is fresh and id suggest loading up on their unlimited topping pizza special that makes it steadily worth the deal. In comparison to fast food pizza joints this one is a bit better than going to a pizza pizza but their slices are not necessarily worth the deal so I give them 4 out of 5 for a fast food chain. This isn't gourmet pizza but for special deals and fast food chains fresh slice is a better choice.

5 Star Rating I recently visited Fresh Slice Pizza and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly crispy crust. I loved the variety of toppings and their vegan options too! The service was quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. It's a great spot for a quick bite or to grab pizza for a group. Highly recommend for anyone craving good, affordable pizza! Will definitely be back.
