Thank you Fatburger for a great lunch today! The place is sparkling clean with nice decor (though the outside is unremarkable), and the staff were great.
My Classic Fatburger tasted amazing, and came stuffed with toppings like lettuce, pickles, tomato, and barbeque sauce, all free. The meat is crispy, the fries are hot and fluffy, and their classic milkshakes are creamy and satisfying.
We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic place to have a burger and milkshake, but this location is especially nice. The cashier and cooks were beyond friendly, had excellent service and great product knowledge. This is a really nice burger joint for affordable lunch and great service. I would 100% recommend this Fatburger location above all others. Thank you!

Came in on my Birthday for some drinks and a bite to eat. Our server was super friendly and had great energy I can t remember her name, but she was awesome. We did have a slight issue with the fries coming out cold but our server got them replaced right away and took them off the bill for us. The crispy Mash Potato spring rolls are my favorite definitely recommend

My steak was cooked perfectly. My waitress, Haylea F, brought me a new drink without me having to ask. She was very attentive to our needs. Incredibly friendly and positive service and experience. 100% recommend!

Outstanding food flavors! My friend wanted to drink the sauce with the herb crush salmon. The herb topping was tantalizing on top of the perfectly cooked salmon. The sechzuan chicken lettuce wrap was a mouth watering explosion of flavor. Light but seasoned perfectly. We did knock off one star for the atmosphere because the music was quite bad and just worse and worse. Valentina was our server and the bartender but was patient with us and on top of it with the service! We will most definitely return here again and again.

updated review: Our neighborhood pizza 🍕 shop. We have been going here for 3 years and recently had an issue with the lack of toppings on our pizzas in the past few months. We left a negative and it was immediately responded to and addressed by management. They were very sincere and the offered to credit our entire order in full.
Just having a response from management shows they care about their customers. 5 stars ⭐️
I attached pictures of our recent order. The pizzas are perfect and they always have specials at this location, that make it a quick and affordable.

Uncle Fatih’s Pizza offers an unbeatable combination of generous portions and amazing flavor! The crust is perfectly crispy, and their toppings are fresh and plentiful. Whether you’re going for classic pepperoni or one of their signature specialty pizzas, each bite is a delight. The garlic dipping sauce is a must-try, and the cheese pull is always impressive. Service is friendly and fast, and the ambiance is casual and inviting. If you're looking for a satisfying pizza experience, Uncle Fatih’s is a top choice! Highly recommend.

Decent happy hour menu. They make there good fresh and they all come out hot. An ideal place for a bite in the afternoon. The chicken tenders were great, and of good value too.

We come here regularly, usually for Sunday Brunch. We usually get Susan as our server and she always provides great service and is very sweet.
Food is consistently delicious every time!
You can park in the underground for $2 and they will reimburse your parking on your bill.

Very happy to eat at Ricky's again after the closing of the boundary location. The food is much better at this location and service is top notch. Pretty bad when I eat at a restaurant twice in a week but the food was that good. All your favourite food plus they will be adding a pizza menu soon. Parking is not bad but it is pay parking. I recommend the burgers as I keep coming back to eat more of them.

I stopped coming for a while because of food quality and the price not being worth it. Kids really wanted to eat Ricky’s tonight and decided to give it another shot… I remembered why I stopped. Bun burnt to a crisp and somehow flattened, chicken was soggy. Basically I paid $40 for 2 kids meals and threw out my sandwich.

Decided to go for eggs Benedict on a Saturday morning and found selections around Burnaby to be limited if we wanted to eat early. Ricky's Cafe was close to where we were staying at the Delta hotel, and the Benny choices were tasty. We also had pancakes and that was a nice breakfast. Great service with lots of seating.

Good tasty food with reasonable prices. It gets busy during lunch and dinner times . Choosing their box 1 or 2 order is a great choice. Miso soup wasn’t that tasty for me but the rest of food was great. Their tea was great privilege to drink it while eating.
It’s a nice tiny place at Rosser Avenue but with good Japanese food.

Tried this place out today and was overall very happy with the food. The Mango Paradise Roll tasted great, with the smoked salmon having a very deep smokey flavor that some other restaurants just don't have. The Sockeye Salmon Oshi had flavors that mixed very well together, though the Oshi itself was a bit on the small side. I recommend the Mango Paradise Roll and/or the BC Roll - You can't go wrong with these choices.

A very subtle tiny little Japanese restaurant in the neighborhood. Having a late lunch on a Sunday. It was busy and they only had one staff running the floor, yet she's doing a fantastic job. However, they served us a wrong spicy dish, we believe it's "Black Dragon" instead of our actual order "Dragon Eye". It's a little too spicy for us but considered they're busy, we still took it. Overall, good experience.

I had the pleasure of dining at Brown Social House and left thoroughly impressed by both the cuisine and the service. I ordered the Butcher’s Block Burger, which featured a perfectly cooked, flavorful beef patty topped with crispy, smoky bacon and crisp, fresh lettuce. The attention to detail in the preparation was evident, as each component complemented the others beautifully, making for an incredibly satisfying and well-balanced burger.
What truly set the experience apart, however, was the outstanding service. Erin, our waitress, was attentive and genuinely friendly, making sure our needs were met with efficiency and a warm demeanor. Her professionalism and positive attitude contributed to an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s clear that Brown Social House prioritizes both the quality of their food and the experience of their guests.
For anyone seeking a combination of excellent service and a delicious, thoughtfully crafted meal, I highly recommend Brown Social House. It’s a standout choice for anyone looking to enjoy a top-notch dining experience.

Update: Thanks to Sarah and the team for their response to our first review. We returned for brunch and had a wonderful experience. Special mention to our server, Ella, who was very attentive with our food, dietary intolerances, and hot water refills. We had the Angus Beef Hash and Blackened Chicken Wonton Soup. The wonton soup was great, but a tad spicy for my taste buds (in the future, I'd ask for the chili oil on the side). They have large TV screens as well, so it was nice to catch some morning hockey while dining! Looking forward to returning to this location in the future, given the exceptional service.
Came here with a group of 8 for an early dinner. We were sat at a higher table with barstool seats, which were hard to move (as they don't glide on the flooring). Being middle-aged, some in the group needed help from others to be "pushed" closer to the table. The food was good. I had the Crispy Cauliflower and Crispy Yam & Avocado Roll (which was average for the $11 price). The cauliflower had a nice breading and was flavourful, and felt like a slightly smaller portion ("social hour" portion).
We had some concerns with the lack of service. We constantly had to flag down our waitress as we wanted to place part of our order before 6 pm to take advantage of the social hour pricing. My glass of water never was refilled during the meal. For a large group, it would have been nice to get checked in on from time-to-time, as a courtesy. Because of our group size, we still had to pay the automatic 18% gratuity, but we didn't think the service warranted that amount. The food itself did come out in a timely manner and was done correctly with some diners' special requests. When asked, our server was able to take a group photo of our table.
Ample parking in the parkade below with a 3-hour limit, which I was told was a non-factor after 6 pm when I called the restaurant ahead of time. Overall, we had an average experience! While the food was decent, the service for our larger group left a bit to be desired (3 stars).

I recently dined at Brentwood - Browns Socialhouse, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was prepared with great care and bursting with flavor. The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone.
The ambience was equally impressive. The atmosphere is chic and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern design and cozy touches. It’s an ideal spot for a casual lunch, a lively dinner with friends, or a relaxed date night. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent dining experience.
If you're looking for a place with delicious food and a great vibe, Brentwood - Browns Socialhouse is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Brown’s is always a hit and today was super awesome because we had a waiter named Jessie who took care of our huge group really well. Food came on time, she was very welcoming and cordial to us. Great Blackened Chicken Alfredo too! I wish they bring back the Butter Chicken though!

We recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Brown's Social House in Brentwood. The ambiance was pleasant, with just the right level of noise and activity. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. For starters, we had crispy chicken and pickles, which were incredibly flavorful. Our main dishes included blackened chicken with Alfredo pasta and a crispy chicken sandwich. The Alfredo pasta was my personal favorite. Our server was friendly and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for the occasion, which was a lovely touch.

We visited Tap & Barrel right after it opened for brunch, and the place is amazing! It has three floors—the first and second are indoor and open year-round, while the third is a patio open during the summer. We sat on the second floor, right by the windows overlooking the Brentwood fountain, and the view was beautiful!
The service was excellent, with super friendly staff who welcomed us warmly, shared details about the restaurant, and answered all our questions with big smiles and great energy. The waiters helped us choose our dishes, explaining everything in detail.
The food was delicious, and we were completely full afterward. Overall, we loved everything and highly recommend this place!

We ordered the Valentina honey lettuce wraps not knowing what to expect and they were absolutely delicious. I want them catered to my wedding. Also ordered the prosciutto and arugula pizza which was delicious as well. Great experience here!

Had reservations on a Saturday at 6PM. Although it was pretty busy we were seated within 10min of our arrival which was by the window on the second floor. The Canucks game was playing and there were ample TVs around to watch the game in the background while socializing . Our waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs however, you can tell that she was running around most of the night due to her having multiple tables with large groups. A couple of missed drink orders but totally understandable. We ordered the following appetizers to start: truffle fries, hot wings, lettuce wraps, fresh guacamole and chips. All were good and as expected. For the mains, we all order the 10oz ribeye steak. Everyone agreed that it was tasty and a good sized portion however I found mine a bit salty and garlicky. I would definitely order it again but would request the creole butter on the side. Hence only the 4 stars. We had lots of drinks that were top notch. Started with a few Russel Honey Lager beers to kick things off. Tried a Backcountry Widowmaker IPA which was pretty good as well. Then tried a couple of different cocktails. The ones I’d recommend are the margarita slush, and purple reign. Finally capped it off with desert which I’d highly recommend not skipping because the cheesecake and Affogato ( a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a shot off espresso) were pretty darn good!

This is an excellent Tap and Barrel with really friendly and helpful staff from the start to finish. While trying to avail of the free parking from the app. Aaron the bar tender saw me struggling and helped me get it done. Yes the bar tenders are always experts. Our server Kelly was really helpful and attentive to our needs. The onion ring burger with truffle fries is excellent. Chicken strips, Salmon, Mac and cheese, loaded nachos were all wonderful and the desserts were great.

My favorite is the pistachio croissant donut, but the scone I had here the other day was the most delicious scone I've ever had in my life. I think scone is my new favorite.Everyone should try it.

All the flaky pastries such as croissants are very good… even better, go there at breakfast time and try fresh-out-of-oven ham and cheese croissants. So good!
Cakes and breads are good as well, but scones are not my favorite. My fav today was banana bread with chocolate chips!

The SV Almond Croissant is the best Almond Croissant you’ll ever eat within the lower mainland. We recently tried the Birthday Cake and it was seriously a dream, so light and not super sweet.

I highly recommend the chocolate almond croissant… best I’ve ever had. Flakey dough but soft and chewy alongside the almond and chocolate jam. It’s quite sweet though! I also ordered the iced hojicha latte. Real tea and perfect amount of sweetness— unlike the matcha latte which always tends to be a bit bitter. but I guess it’s to enhance the flavour. Pretty cafe interior with a unique barista bar in the middle! Loved this place.

When I just need coffee, it is always irresistibly attractive for me to grab a pastry. The croissant was divine. I was blown away by its crispiness and softness, even though I went there about their closing time. The cafe is small though the vibe is good to chill out.
