Thank you Fatburger for a great lunch today! The place is sparkling clean with nice decor (though the outside is unremarkable), and the staff were great. My Classic Fatburger tasted amazing, and came stuffed with toppings like lettuce, pickles, tomato, and barbeque sauce, all free. The meat is crispy, the fries are hot and fluffy, and their classic milkshakes are creamy and satisfying. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic place to have a burger and milkshake, but this location is especially nice. The cashier and cooks were beyond friendly, had excellent service and great product knowledge. This is a really nice burger joint for affordable lunch and great service. I would 100% recommend this Fatburger location above all others. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at Joey’s restaurant today. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server, Diana T., went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. It was a birthday celebration, and they made it extra special by surprising us with a complimentary birthday dessert and drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also had a little one with me, and Diana was incredibly accommodating - bringing crayons to keep her entertained and making sure she was comfortable throughout the meal. The food was outstanding - served at the perfect temperature, beautifully presented, and delivered right on time. I can be quite picky when it comes to food, but everything exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience. The combination of excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere made it truly memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Joey’s, especially with service like this!

We had a fantastic dining experience at JOEY Burnaby! I ordered the New York steak, and it was cooked to perfection—so juicy and flavorful. Every bite was delicious! What truly made the evening special was the exceptional service. Our server, Zoe, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Had an amazing time Dining with my mother and family friend. We had the most amazing food and were so kindly helped by Diana. She is such a sweetheart. Very precise with taking orders and detailed for checking in on us every now and then to see if we needed anything. There was girl doing rounds for water and my cup was never empty too. Diana is doing an amazing job and definitely deserves a raise! She made our night amazing. We all left with smiles. Thank you Diana!

My family took me here for dinner for my birthday last night, it was a Sunday 6:30 pm. Everything from the front greeters, to busboy, to waitress were awesome! I've been here a few times but just wanted to leave a review. Always excellent service. The food was great and arrived on time, not waiting too long although it was a Sunday evening. However I didn't leave a perfect score since after our meals were served our waitress kinda disappeared a bit. No biggie though. Excellent atmosphere, it's never been too loud or crowded here. I'll come again and again.

This pizzeria looks like many others. But if you want to have a snack of good, not greasy, baked pizza with a good amount of additives, then choose this chain. I tried the pizzeria near SFU and in this place. The result in terms of pizza quality is the same. Good prices and quality. The downside may be insufficient cleaning of the dining room, since there was only one girl working in the pizzeria to receive and issue orders, so there was almost no time left to clean the tables. This time we took 2 medium pizzas (by the way, it is more profitable to take 2 medium pizzas or 2 large pizzas - they have a permanent promotion). For delivery through the site, an extra charge of about 5 dollars.

updated review: Our neighborhood pizza 🍕 shop. We have been going here for 3 years and recently had an issue with the lack of toppings on our pizzas in the past few months. We left a negative and it was immediately responded to and addressed by management. They were very sincere and the offered to credit our entire order in full. Just having a response from management shows they care about their customers. 5 stars ⭐️ I attached pictures of our recent order. The pizzas are perfect and they always have specials at this location, that make it a quick and affordable. - 2 slices + pop for $8.51+tax Thank you Uncle Fatih’s Brentwood!

I come here about twice a month for happy hour with my child. The server here is awesome, attentive and very understanding. We usually get pizza and spaghetti. Now to be honest, I find the tomato sauce too sour or tangy for my taste buds but my kid really enjoys it and he can devour a whole plate of this spaghetti. Happy hour 2pm - 5pm menu is pretty decent. Plenty of parking around the plaza. I’ll update a picture of their poutine next time I’m here.

I was surprised I'd never been to Ricky's before, considering how many locations they have, but our usual spot across the street wasn't open yet, so we gave it a shot. The place has that classic breakfast diner atmosphere with decent, attentive service. The food didn't exactly blow me away—it was okay. The tomato in my brioche breakfast club was so thick and unripe that it overpowered the rest of the sandwich. However, I noticed they have a Famoso pizza oven on site, and usually great things come out of those, though the items weren't available that early. I might give it another try for that reason, but overall, it's a fair breakfast place—nothing special.

We come here regularly, usually for Sunday Brunch. We usually get Susan as our server and she always provides great service and is very sweet. Food is consistently delicious every time! You can park in the underground for $2 and they will reimburse your parking on your bill.

The prices are starting to feel a bit high compared to other breakfast spots. The food was definitely the highlight, but service was a bit slow when it came to refills on coffee and water. Aside from that, it was a great experience—definitely try the chorizo sausage!

My boyfriend and I love this place! We recently move to Brentwood area and Sushi Yoi became are favourite sushi spot (once a week place to go to). We try to order different items on each visit and everything tastes delicious and fresh!

Good tasty food with reasonable prices. It gets busy during lunch and dinner times . Choosing their box 1 or 2 order is a great choice. Miso soup wasn’t that tasty for me but the rest of food was great. Their tea was great privilege to drink it while eating. It’s a nice tiny place at Rosser Avenue but with good Japanese food.

Tried this place out today and was overall very happy with the food. The Mango Paradise Roll tasted great, with the smoked salmon having a very deep smokey flavor that some other restaurants just don't have. The Sockeye Salmon Oshi had flavors that mixed very well together, though the Oshi itself was a bit on the small side. I recommend the Mango Paradise Roll and/or the BC Roll - You can't go wrong with these choices.

A very subtle tiny little Japanese restaurant in the neighborhood. Having a late lunch on a Sunday. It was busy and they only had one staff running the floor, yet she's doing a fantastic job. However, they served us a wrong spicy dish, we believe it's "Black Dragon" instead of our actual order "Dragon Eye". It's a little too spicy for us but considered they're busy, we still took it. Overall, good experience.

It was a good experience. The host was nice and was quick to greet and seat me. The server was nice and checked in frequently and was ready to respond if needed. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla w/ salad. The chicken quesadilla was tasty but would have been better if the jalapeño pieces were sautéed a bit instead of tossed in. It made it look like it was forgotten (might have been). There were very few jalapeño pieces in each pouch, which I didn't mind. To bite a couple of raw pieces with the nice tasting chicken didn't seem to blend together for me. You might like it. After I finished with the brownie. YUM !! and the best part, it was served warm. It's usually a super busy place, but I lucked out and had a nice seated area to myself. The ambiance is low lounge lighting for a more intimate setting. I didn't have to wait for my bill, and the hosts thanked me on the way out.

We recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Brown's Social House in Brentwood. The ambiance was pleasant, with just the right level of noise and activity. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. For starters, we had crispy chicken and pickles, which were incredibly flavorful. Our main dishes included blackened chicken with Alfredo pasta and a crispy chicken sandwich. The Alfredo pasta was my personal favorite. Our server was friendly and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for the occasion, which was a lovely touch.

This is a pretty decent spot and great to have in the neighborhood. The weird concept is the upstairs downstairs that the restaurant chain seems to rely on. I think it can come in handy on the beautiful days or when there are sports events or group gatherings. The food was pretty good and had no overall complaints. I believe they have an elevator to take you upstairs but should be easily offered to guests who may have mobility issues. They also have a pretty good happy hour menu, which is nice when you just want to grab a bunch of appetizers and drinks with your friends.

We visited Tap & Barrel right after it opened for brunch, and the place is amazing! It has three floors—the first and second are indoor and open year-round, while the third is a patio open during the summer. We sat on the second floor, right by the windows overlooking the Brentwood fountain, and the view was beautiful! The service was excellent, with super friendly staff who welcomed us warmly, shared details about the restaurant, and answered all our questions with big smiles and great energy. The waiters helped us choose our dishes, explaining everything in detail. The food was delicious, and we were completely full afterward. Overall, we loved everything and highly recommend this place!

We were seated on the third floor. It was Superbowl Sunday, so I understood it would be busy. The hot wings were tasty. The Pesto Linguini with Prawns were also tasty and well-presented. However, the pasta dish was TOO salty. My Lamb's Dark double highball was delicious. Shaylene, our server, was communicative, helpful and professional.

Robyn was amazing! Such a sweet server and made our time there fantastic! We ordered the Valentina honey lettuce wraps not knowing what to expect and they were absolutely delicious. It has an amazing atmosphere and staff are friendly and helpful. I love their Jalapeno margarita (and you can ask them to make it more spicy!) and also the Sinner Man cocktail with it's amazing torched cinnamon smell on its top! To me Burrito was not great but still not bad. Their Taco's are really nice and delicious! Also once we asked them to make Long Island for us which was not on the menu and they did it really well!

This taco spot is a must-visit! The tacos are flavorful and delicious, but the cocktails really steal the show. The Mezcal margarita is amazing – smoky and refreshing. Don’t miss the off-menu coconut margarita, which is my absolute favorite. Highly recommend!

The food was soooo good! I’d go back everyday if I lived closer. Great presentation, delicious food and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was positive and the staff friendly. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because I was asked if I wanted cheese and guacamole on my dish and I agreed to it, without knowing it comes at +5$. I’d still have added them to my dish because it’s not a crazy amount of money, but details like this differentiate 5-star from lower rating places. The extra charge wasn’t written on the menu and wasn’t explained to us by the server, it just came in the bill. Unlike other options that came with extra charge and were written on the menu, this one was not. Again, I’m not complaining about the amount spent, I just personally don’t think this is how it should be.

I was literally surpised by the service of this place. No really I was! Valentine's Day evening 9PM. All restaurants are busy. It is expected. Busy restaurants also means the ppl working are overwhelmed. It is expected. But right when my partner and I came in, we were surpised by David's amazing personality which seated us at the Bar. Perfect, bc we didn't make reso. Another person took our first order and drinks came FAAAST. The bartenders, bruh. These are were on Overdrive! The second second set of drinks my partner was not happy with the level of sour. One of the bartendars approached her to double check and immediately understood the concern. Dude, bartender in the red shirt, came back in 1 min with a new drink to her liking. BAM just like that she was soo happy. Again, these guys were already hella busy but yet fixed the issue right away. WOW. We did wait for our tacos for 30 mins but with that said, it's Valentine's Day evening. It is expected. David comes to the rescue and a few mins later we got our tacos. They were soo good. David also entertained us to ensure we were happy. My partner is happy, I am happy. Overall, everyone that night was amazing! This team ran a tight ship. Thank you so much for such an amazing night! I advise you eat here! You will not be sorry.

We popped into Brentwood Mall to hunt for Christmas gifts for family and friends and stumbled upon this cozy café. Since it was raining (and coffee is the ultimate rain buddy), we decided to give it a try. Along with our perfectly balanced lattes—not too milky, not too frothy—we grabbed a pack of their mini croissants. It had almond, butter, raisin, and cinnamon sugar flavors, and let me tell you, they were chef's kiss delicious! The café also has a great seating area and a tempting menu with lots of options we’re itching to explore next time. Rain or shine, this place is worth a stop!

This place was a little confusing to order. So, the cashier register is at the back of the store, and you need to order and pay there first, then go back to the front of the store to pickup your drinks. It was my first time and I didn't know, but the staff there was not exactly warm and fuzzy to interact with to know how it works. I finally figured it out, but when I got to the cash register, the lady walked away and left me there for a few minutes without saying anything. However, we ordered a Hojicha and a Matcha latte, both was very good. I didn't try anything else, but I would want to go back and try other stuff, hoping that the next time would be a better experience and I will update.

Desserts are great BUT In arriving home realized we were given the wrong piece of cake... One my grandson wanted was celebration cake... and that's the one that was missing!!!! We were given a lemon tart instead.. sigh What a disappointment. We had a little one and so didn't pay attention... nor was the order repeated to us when boxed.

No matter what you eat or drink here, you won't regret it. Everything is soooo delicious. My favorite is the pistachio croissant donut, but the scone I had here the other day was the most delicious scone I've ever had in my life. I think scone is my new favorite.Everyone should try it.

I had the best time at Earls Brentwood this weekend! My friend and I shared a Margherita pizza and fettuccine Alfredo. The pizza was fresh, and the pasta was super creamy. What made our experience even better was our amazing server, Sara! From the moment we sat down, she brought such a positive and fun vibe. She made us feel welcome, took the time to chat, and made sure everything was perfect. Her service was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there. If you're planning on dining here, I highly recommend asking for Sara. She deserves all the recognition!

After all the upgrades Earls has made as a chain, I expected better, as I had a decent experience a few years ago, so this visit was a bit of a disappointment. The service remains consistently good to their credit, but the food was rather uneventful, unmemorable, and more of a patchwork of borrowed cuisines than anything resembling true Canadian modern fusion. What really sealed the deal for me during this visit was a glass of cranberry juice that was so watered down with ice that it was barely recognizable, paired with terrible WiFi during a work chat. Unfortunately, I think it’s safe to say I’m officially done with this establishment.

The presentation of the food was nice, but the taste was very ordinary; it didn’t have any special or delicious flavor at all. Steak was not cooked professionally. I wouldn’t go there again.

Three of us had a very nice dinner, with a variety of main dishes. One (a roll) had a small issue with it, and the server made it right by giving us each a lovely dessert on the house. Attentive, friendly, prompt service. Great food and ambience. Nice that we could get free parking at The Amazing Brentwood easily through an app.
