This place is very pricey, though the interior and exterior as well as the location were exactly to my liking. The WiFi was also great. 1 piece of quiche and a normal Americano coffee came to 39R (Almost $9.00).

Nice place. Internet is at 12 Mbps. Great food. Nice place to work. They have patio seating which adds to the atmosphere.

Quite bad experience. It says '4.6' on maps but it's not even close to it. The only good thing are prices, it's quite cheap here but very bad service(3 different persons approached us), they forgot about our order and when we said we are waiting for scrambled eggs they served us wrong portions. Very bad coffee. Not recommended.

The staff was very attentive. We ate inside instead of the patio. The portions were large. We brought the leftovers home to eat later. I have eaten in Lapa and other places, and found the staff here to be far more professional. Great place!

Ran by a local Italian. Great service and great atmosphere. Half the walls are decorated with soccer championships won by Italy and other half is Brazilian wins.

What a beautiful place! So relaxing... The service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, they definitely made our time more enjoyable. Food was great and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. We had a beautiful view at the Chris Redeemer during the sunset, it just added to it and made the dinner more magical.

A higher end restaurant with gorgeous outside seating. Be aware: the entrance is higher up the street than you'd think from the map. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated, then about 10 minutes for appetizers and maybe 10 more for entrees after we were finished with those. The food was delicious, the portion sizes are a bit small so to get full you'd have to order entree+appetizer. My only complaint is that the steak tartare had some dollops of sauce that seemed like mayonnaise – in my opinion, didn't fit the dish very well. The atmosphere and the view is the strongest point of the restaurant – the whole place feels like a quiet isolated corner on an otherwise pretty active and noisy street. Maybe a little more outside lights would help in the evening times, but I loved it either way. Definitely worth visiting, but be prepared for a big check.

One of the few good restaurants in Rio that makes reservations. Nice atmosphere and lovely staff. Maybe they need to update the food menu with new options and a special vegan section.

The place is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service is slow, disorganized and not super friendly. Also, when you order a coffee (regular, not espresso), they give you half of a tiny cup, it's a bit ridiculous.

The food isn't remarkable, but it's good. The staff are pretty friendly and tolerant of those of us who don't speak much Portuguese. There's not a whole of of space to sit inside--just stools around the counter. I recommend the churrasco misto.

This bar fulfills every need of queer individuals. The beer is cheap and cold ice. The drag shows happening every uneven Friday are not to be missed. Don’t mind the general decoration, it’s all about vintage and camp culture!

Beautiful building - unfortunately there was no art collection up at the time but the waitress did show us the space it would usually be up in as she loves the space itself. It's a really magical area where you can slip in off the side street and go into such a tranquil rooftop.

Fácil de chegar, embora a entrada seja meio escondida. O Birosca é um gastrobar que serve drinks, alguns petiscos e sanduíches. O espaço fica nas ruínas de um casarão. Conta com uma galeria de arte e o bar, que tem poucas mesas no primeiro andar mas subindo as escadas tem as ruínas a céu aberto com mais mesas. A comida me surpreendeu positivamente, bem gostosa. O atendimento é gentil mas achei que a comida demorou bem. Atenção aos horários, fecha cedo. Recomendo e voltaria.

Fomos no Birosca em um domingo a tarde almoçar. O local é muito agradável, com espaços que caracterizam o local de forma única. A integração com um espaço cultural de exposições deixa a experiência ainda mais incrível. Chegamos por volta das 15:30 e aguardamos no lounge/bar enquanto esperávamos uma mesa no espaço superior, não teve demora e enquanto isso tomamos um vinho. O cardápio do local possui pratos diferentes e de muito bom gosto, ótimo tempero e porções que servem muito bem. Optamos por escolher petiscos para dividir, uma pantera, batatas rústicas, croquetes e Gyosa, os pratos não demoraram pra vir. Escolhemos beber um vinho e depois o mate da casa que também estava ótimo. Vale muito a experiência no local, que para mim não era conhecido e acabei curtindo muito a vibe. Valores acessíveis e fácil acesso. O local não possui acessibilidade para cadeirantes por possui escadas para a parte superior onde ficam as mesas. Super recomendo!!!

We were there on 15th December. (Staff stole some of our food :) Place is very nice itself. Service was ok considering the lady was pregnant , the place very busy and also the food was great. We ordered a pizza which the cook iteself came to cut for us (5+ stars for that and for the taste) - the down-side ? - when we asked for the food to take away the staff at the counter took/stole two slices of the pizza and put aside for themselfes which is not that bad in priciple but it gives you the sensation of being stolen and taken for a fool. Too bad. Would have given 5 stars otherwise and would have come again there if this did no hapen :(

Very good chrurrasco (mixed grilled meats) with chicken, beef, salsicha (sausage), pork chop, rice, feijão. Very good quality and easily enough for 2 people, so works out cheap. I would certainly eat here again.
