5 Star Rating Came here spontaneously for dinner, the night before our flight home to UK. Seated quickly, despite no reservation. Team were friendly. Food was delicious, we especially liked the scallops & steak fillet. Pleased to find a brulee on the dessert menu. Atmosphere was lovely, busy initially but not overcrowded. Felt very cosy, interesting surroundings being in an old vault. Lovely find, wish we'd found it sooner! Would absolutely recommend

5 Star Rating We dined at Trinity Place, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight was the Bank vault door that was truly UNIQUE place to dine. The ambience was perfect—elegantly designed with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel immediately at ease. The food was nothing short of outstanding; each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's talent and attention to detail. Service was top-notch as well; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Trinity Place for anyone looking for a memorable meal in a fantastic setting. The desserts were truly exceptional. Each treat was a masterpiece, both in flavor and presentation. These desserts were a perfect ending to an already fantastic meal, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill.

5 Star Rating Great service & delicious dishes. I’m giving it a 9 out of 10 because the complementary bread was not fresh at all. “Lobster & Crab Cakes” are one of the best crab cakes I have ever had. “Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster Tails” is a small portion but both tenderloin and lobster were unexpectedly perfect, tender and almost melts in my mouth. What a great experience❤️

5 Star Rating My recent visit to Capital Grille was an unexpected delight. While renowned for its prime cuts, I discovered a haven for seafood lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike. The star of my meal was an exquisitely prepared tuna dish. Seared to perfection, it boasted a crisp exterior giving way to a succulent, melt-in-your-mouth center. The chef's expert touch was evident in the balanced flavors and thoughtful accompaniments, proving that Capital Grille's expertise extends well beyond beef. However, the true highlight of the evening was the bar experience, courtesy of the talented Nicole. Her cocktails were nothing short of extraordinary - each sip a harmonious blend of flavors, showcasing both creativity and precision. From classic mixes to innovative concoctions, Nicole's drinks elevated the entire dining experience to new heights. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between upscale and inviting, ideal for both special occasions and refined casual dining. Attentive service rounded out an impressive evening. Capital Grille has successfully broadened its appeal, offering a diverse, high-quality experience that caters to various palates. Whether you're craving a perfectly cooked steak, exploring seafood options, or seeking top-tier cocktails, this restaurant delivers with finesse Definitely check this place out

5 Star Rating This was my first time dining at a Capital Grille and rest assured, IT LIVED UP TO ALL THE HYPE! NYC always has the best food, but the dishes we had here at their Wall Street location were phenomenal. I ordered ribeye steak and mashed potatoes, and I promise you, that was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. The mashed potatoes may have been the best I’ve ever had, as well. We were also delighted with yummy lollipop lamb chops and calamari for our apps. I don’t even really like calamari, but, it was delish! For dessert, we had cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake. Not a huge fan of flourless chocolate cake, but that cheesecake was so divine, I’m still thinking about it now. Lol. On top of some of the best food I’ve ever had, the service was beyond five star. I am late to the party, but officially a huge fan of Capital Grille. Can’t wait to go again!

5 Star Rating Food was good. The bun on the chicken sandwich was a bit dry but the rest was good. The Ruben and the pastrami were warm and juicy. The cook did not understand much English but the main guy was really nice. We also had pizza, it was pretty good but came up to almost $12 for 2 slices. Not much of an atmosphere as it is a simple deli so that's why I rated a 3.

5 Star Rating Bill's Bar and Burger, West Street. New York City. I found the atmosphere cozy and inviting, with a classic New York feel. The bar staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home. The drink menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wines. I tried a few different cocktails, and each one was expertly crafted and delicious. The bartenders clearly take pride in their work. The food is also excellent. I had the burgers, and they were juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for New York City. If you're looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal in New York City, I highly recommend Bill's Bar. The barista Stella was one of the rudest I've experienced. She talked poorly about everyone who was waiting. It’s spacious with so many booths, tables, high chairs and bar seats. Many comfort food options and of course good selection of beer on tap. It also has a lot of history to it; they have even created a story book for 9/11 tragedy and all the firefighters who came to help and how this pub was damaged and the story of repairing and bringing it back to life.

4 Star Rating Ohara’s is a cozy and uncomplicated place, a classic Irish pub with a welcoming atmosphere. What makes it unique are the patches from various emergency services, which add a special touch and fit perfectly with the history of the area around the World Trade Center. The service was excellent, and the food overall was very good. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked instead of medium, which was a bit disappointing. However, I have to compliment the staff for how they handled the situation. The rest of the dishes were fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this spot.

4 Star Rating Bigger than it looks from the outside. The place is split across 1.5 floors with a bar section in the back. Got the Staten Island burger which seemed interesting. Came with Swiss and onions. However the raw onions were thick, too thick, had to take most of them out. Soldi burger otherwise. Pretty lively in the evening. I appreciate that they gave badges from first responders around the world. Not sure if that was always a thing or started after 9/11, either way it’s a very unique thing that literally covers the entire bar / restaurant. Would be very fun to look around and explore all the badges.

5 Star Rating O'Hara's Restaurant and Pub is hands down my favorite spot in New York City, and it's become my go-to place for almost every weekend outing. Located in the heart of the Financial District, this gem is more than just a restaurant or a pub – it's a place brimming with history, warmth, and some of the best drinks you'll ever have. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They always make you feel like part of the family. The owner is often around, mingling with guests and making sure everyone is having a great time. His friendliness and genuine interest in his patrons are a huge part of what makes this place special. Now, let's talk about the drinks. They offer a fantastic selection of beers, cocktails, and spirits that cater to every taste. The bartenders here really know their craft. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Guinness or something more adventurous, they’ve got you covered. I've tried many places in the city, but the drinks here are simply on another level – consistently top-notch and expertly made. Beyond the drinks and the welcoming atmosphere, this place holds a significant spot in the community’s heart due to its deep connection with 9/11. The walls are adorned with badges and memorabilia from first responders, making it a poignant and respectful tribute to the heroes of that day. It’s impossible not to feel a sense of reverence and respect as you sit among these tokens of bravery and sacrifice. One of the best kept secrets here is the "Album." If you ask the staff about it, they'll bring out a book filled with photos, letters, and memories from people who have visited over the years. It’s a touching collection that adds a personal and historical depth to your visit, reminding you of the community spirit that thrives in this place. It is more than just a pub for me – it's a place where memories are made and shared. I've taken all my friends here, and every single one of them has fallen in love with it just like I did. The combination of great service, outstanding drinks, and rich history creates an experience that is hard to beat. If you’re ever in New York City, do yourself a favor and stop by. Enjoy a drink, soak in the atmosphere, and be sure to ask about the "Album." You won’t regret it.

If you go downstairs, it’s more fine dining with white table linens. Either way, the food is top notch. We started off with baked bread and a cobb salad 🥗 which is shareable between two people. The waiter recommended the sliced potatoes au gratin with melted gouda; it’s very rich. We ordered a side of mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 which goes extremely well and compliments the steak perfectly. Order mushrooms on the side and eat each one with a bite of steak. Pairs perfectly. We ordered the filet mignon, bone-in rib eye, and the NY strip. All medium rare. All incredible!!! The portions were filling! Amazing dinner 💯 Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4 Star Rating We visited from work for a weekday lunch during restaurant week. A thoroughly well run establishment - everything went smooth. Tables were ready for our reservation by the time we reached. Attentive service. Food took about 30 minutes to get to our table, but we were also a large group. I went with the meatball appetizer - delicious, particularly with the table bread to soak in the gravy. The 6oz filet minion was just the right portion size for me, and cooked to an absolute perfection. Tender, flavorful, pure. I went with the onion rings. The black truffle oil mayo was a tad too salty for my palate but super flavorful. We skipped dessert. One star taken because of a couple of fruit flies finding their way to our table in the basement dining area, a minor annoyance at worst. An old fashioned restaurant serving old fashioned food in a way that gets your tastebuds to remember and fetch you in the next time you are craving for steak.

4 Star Rating Great, chill, quiet restaurant to enjoy a good meal. Absolutely pleasant service, with attentiveness to refill my water or iced tea. Lobster bisque was excellent and poured hot right in front of me. The loaded baked potato was great too but I would have probably done less sour cream and stuff on top. And the filet mignon sliders were okay, kinda dry. I think I should have ordered a normal dish instead of the sliders, will do that next time. Would definitely come back though as they seemed to have other good stuff on their menu.
