I couldn't resist stopping by the iconic Nathan's Famous. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere had a cool, nostalgic vibe. The hot dogs were spot-on, with a satisfying bite and a crisp finish from the casing. The onion rings were fresh, perfectly golden, and light. I'm not usually big on milkshakes, but when I indulge, theirs is a must—sweet, thick, and absolutely delicious (no pun intended—thanks, Kelis!). The corn dogs and buffalo fries were also fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience at this fast food café. Despite being around for many years, the interior is impressively modern. The food is delicious, and I treated myself to some clams this time—they were outstanding. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food in a contemporary setting.

I don’t care what negative things people have to say this place is an institution.
It’s perfect because it’s Nathan’s. You can have a bad experience here, it’s still 5 stars. You think it’s overrated? It’s still 5 stars. You don’t like hot dogs? You got overcharged? You hate fun? Still 5 stars.
Chili cheese dog once a year is what the doctor actually ordered.
Orangeade is also a move.
Good washrooms too.
This place is like everything your inner child could dream of. Oh you want liquid cheese and bacon?? The answer is yes. 5 stars.

Hot dogs are good as always but I think the price is a bit high.
Coming to Nathan’s for many years. It draws a big crowd during the summers. I try to make it annual pilgrimage on my bicycle from Long Island.
I come more for the vibes than the food. If you haven’t been, then I do recommend it. 👍

Nathan's Famous on Coney Island is an iconic institution that truly lives up to its reputation. The atmosphere is vibrant and full of energy, reflecting the rich history and tradition of this legendary hot dog stand. The hot dogs are simply unbeatable - juicy, flavorful, and topped with all the classic fixings that make for a wonderful dining experience. They also offer a variety of sides and sandwiches. Definitely a legendary destination all foodies should visit.

The food here is absolutely divine, and the atmosphere is simply electrifying! The live music adds a whole new level of excitement. It's impossible to resist the urge to jump up and dance! We decided to celebrate Valentine's Day here, and let me tell you, it was an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Gargiulo's is very famous. Been around for years. Been here many times for different occasions and dinner. Food is delicious and elegantly served. Nothing not to like except the prices. Can't come here if you're on a budget but if you have the means, its definitely a nice dining experience. Unfortunately, dining out, like everything else has become so expensive. All that said, Gargiulo's is a fine dining experience and I would recommend it.

Casually walking by, stopped in for a quick dinner was given the VIP treatment! Great food and hospitality, with that old school family owned and operated history/charm as soon as you arrive. Thank You Jerry, for both the service and conversation.

We had our wedding reception at Gargiulo’s and it was absolutely amazing. All of our friends were raving about the food. Rae kept our event organized and running smoothly. Lucy and the rest of the competent staff took great care of our guests. I definitely recommend hosting your private event at Gargiulo’s!

Amazing experience! We felt special from the moment we entered this really nice establishment . The ambience and service are too notch and they have a lottery in the end of your dinner, where you guess a number and the waiter pulls out a number of a bow and if it matches your number your food so free and it happened to us! Strongly recommend and will 100% return!

"If you watched a show, like I did—‘Somebody Feed Phil’ on Netflix—and you wanted to experience it firsthand, prompting you to visit this place, you made a ‘glamorous mistake.’ At first, I felt angry and then very disappointed, but as the place grew on me, I started to feel the ambiance, almost as if I were looking at a painting.
It was no longer about the food; it was about experiencing what we always run away from. No matter how great you were, time can change everything. The glamorous people you see on TV could be sitting in a broken booth, taking orders, and getting frustrated with every ring of the phone.
The place is a wreck; it’s not for food, it’s just another roadside eating joint. You can’t sit inside and eat; if you’re not local, I wouldn’t recommend going there at all. I took an Uber to this place at four times the cost of the food and had to stand outside to eat this pizza.
If you love to see a part of history, go there. If you have an arrogant boss or colleague, take them there; show them that power and greatness don’t last forever."

Amazing Food grew up going to this place it has the best pizza that I have ever had in my life as my grandfather brought me here growing up. People can say whatever they about service this place is worth the wait. I’ve seen changes positive compassionate changes in ownerships behavior for the better with my own two eyes so I am pleased to say that to Totonnos is a great an excellent Pizzaria for all

Great pizza, but the service wasn't good. They didn't offer dine in service, there was no cash register, and the lady taking my order was kind of mean. If you're willing to deal with all that for good pizza, I suggest it!

Still one of the best in NYC but take out only means the pie goes in a box where it loses some of that amazing texture you get when eating it right of the oven brought to your table fresh and hot. I fear those days are gone. It was kind of sad picking up our pies with all the old tables and chairs stacked in the corner. Different times for the place that was always my NYC favorite.

This is a prime location. Upon entering the restaurant, it has a nice vibe. The music is cool. As far as service, that was good. The drinks were so yummy. I had the Tiramisu Martini. That was delicious! The food wasn't quality. The Caesar Salad was okay. The chicken was dry and bland. The Jalapeño Poppers were average. The only nice touch was the aged cheese. Will I come here again? Only for a drink.

On Monday evening I was lucky to visit this bar once again. I have been here many times, I always liked everything. But not this time. This time everything was just super cool, I was so impressed that I knew for sure that I would leave a review.
This bar periodically hosts various concerts and creative evenings of various musical groups, which are held by Evgeny Sakirsky, for which he is very grateful.
I would like to thank Dmitry, the owner of this bar. For the opportunity to hold concerts in this room, for the excellent team and the perfectly chosen interior. It truly feels like a lot of hard work was done to bring all this to life.
So, what am I talking about. ) I repeat, I have already been to that bar more than once for various concerts and performances of different artists. I was always satisfied, enjoyed myself, I wanted to visit here again.
The atmosphere, the interior, the communication and everything, everything, everything. And this Monday there was just a real blast, one review cannot convey all the feelings and emotions that I felt here, having a blast. It was the first time in my life that I experienced this.
A deep bow to the musicians from the Ukrainian band from Odessa "Kommuna Lux". It was something else. I don't have enough words to describe everything that I felt at their performance in this bar. For some time, I fell into memories from childhood, when my parents and neighbors danced to Ukrainian music. In some places there was a complete blast in dancing, almost the entire hall was on fire, almost all the people who were present at the concert started dancing. No matter how many times in my life and wherever I was, this was the best vacation.
Special thanks to the bartender Evgeniy, who made me several very tasty cocktails. They were top notch.
After the concert, talking to people, I found out that I was not the only one who experienced similar feelings. I am sure that everyone present can join this review.
Guys, I am very grateful to you all from the bottom of my heart. I hope to experience something like this more often with you. Until next time.
I recommend it to absolutely everyone.

Stopped into The Red Doors on a very hot day while visiting Coney Island… it was late afternoon so it wasn’t busy, but we ordered some Calamari which was amazing and very well priced for such a large plate. We were also treated to possibly the best Bloody Mary’s we’ve ever had… made by the owner who is not shy when pouring a measure of vodka! (“,) Great place, great food and great service. 👌🏼

Went there for late lunch with family after hanging out at the beach. Got inside right away because it was not that busy. Food was great, staff were attentive and friendly. Drinks were good. Very satisfied with everything except one small thing, they need to turn on the AC a bit cooler during the hot days 🤣.

The food was was delicious and flavorful. I had a spicy burger with sweet potato fries dipped in 🍯 honey, big onion rings that were so tasty 😋. The portions were to much to eat that I had to bring the rest home... Hope to go back when the day is not so crazy, our waiter was all over the place, but he kept apologizing for the long wait on food... the wait was worth it!

Hey, I was hungry after the beach trip so Popeyes was close enough and quick... until I realized the irony, service was not really fast per se but the food was edible for me. Not the greatest atmosphere but whatever I don't feel offended about it.

We came here since I was craving some pancakes. This was our second or third time here and normally the service is great but this time around it felt like we were sort of invisible. There were many times where it felt like we needed to call our server over (took 15 mins for them to ask what drink we wanted) and it would take even longer for our server to take our initial orders. Again, normally we would not mind if service is a bit slow but this time around it just felt like we were being ignored/neglected. The food itself was fine and we did also order the $5 unlimited pancake deal. Overall, everything was alright.

In late 2022, I recently visited IHOP and had a delightful experience that truly captured the essence of the holiday season. I tried the Ginger Snap hot chocolate, which was rich, spiced, and incredibly comforting—perfect for getting into the Christmas spirit. Accompanying this festive drink was a plate of thick and fluffy French toast that was simply irresistible. Each bite was a warm, indulgent treat, with the toast cooked to perfection and topped with just the right amount of sweetness. The cozy atmosphere and holiday decorations added to the festive vibes, making it feel like a special Christmas morning. It was a memorable visit that left me with a smile and a bit of holiday cheer.

First off let me start by saying the cook definitely does his thing in that kitchen. The food was amazing everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. The chef Dante even came out to receive compliments from my group. Service was exceptional the server Divine was very pleasant. For great music, great service and a taste of heaven please stop by the Coney Island iHop. I will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband and I went very early around 7:30 in the morning and there were already people. The food was super fast and very hot, we loved it, but the waitress was not so kind and subtle.
We always order. breakfast sampler or Split Decision decision we love their pancakes. Or maybe pancake combo with favor pancakes like strawberry and banana or cinnamon. 🍓🍌🥞🍳🍞🥔☕️🍊
They don't have parking, you have to pay for parking on the street and sometimes it's difficult because the area is very busy around coney island.
The only complaint we have is the quality of the waiters. We have been there a couple of times and the food is good, they serve us quickly, but when you eat you never see the waitress again, when you ask for the check and someone else gives it to you and you pay them, that is why we do not leave a tip. They never stop by your table and you wonder if you need anything else or if everything is okay. It's poor quality of service.

Coney Island IHOP I highly recommend if you're picking an IHOP in the area. Comfortable seating. Air conditioning was on at a nice, cool, comfortable level. Service was great. Waitress kept asking if we needed anything and offered another pot of coffee when ours was done. Cinnamon stack pancakes with side impossible sausage and hash browns are our go to choice and always Hardy and delicious!

Surf City is the best restaurant after a half marathon!! It has been my 3rd year eating here after Brooklyn Half and it does not disappoint!
Location: It is located in Coney Island. Right in front of Cyclone. There a lot of seatings inside and outside!
Service: the staff were nice, they are very attentive and give us recommendations.
Food: The food is always good! 3 years I have been going here and everything was delicious.
PENNE ALA VODKA with SHRIMP: it is probably my favorite! The pasta is cooked al dente and the sauce was just delicious! They topped it with grilled shrimp and it was the perfect addition to the sauce!
MARGHERITA PIZZA: best type of pizza here for me! The crust is crispy and cooked properly. The sauce and mozzarella is delicious. 1 slice and I’m already full.
SPAGHETTI with MEATBALLS: very authentic! The meatballs is juicy and flavorful inside. The sauce is af course tomato base and tangy. The pasta again is cooked al dente!
Price rating: 6/10. To be honest the price is not bad for authentic Italian food.
I will definitely come back here to try other food!

I wanted to order Pasta with Cheese. Was told that it comes with Cheese automatically. When I got home, there was absolutely no cheese in the order.
I had to cut my own mozzarella cheese up and essentially remake the order. If I wanted to make food at home I could have saved my money and just bought the raw ingredients at the Super Market a few blocks down.
Will not be returning to this restaurant for Pasta. This is not a knock on their other dishes.
