5 Star Rating I finally made it to this iconic spot, which has been around since 1916! The taste? Just as good as expected. The hot dogs were classic, but the shake was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic—there’s something special about enjoying a meal in a place with such a long history. It felt amazing to take in the nostalgia while eating. Definitely a must-visit if you're in Coney Island!

5 Star Rating For me the best hotdog in the world. We come back after many years. During winter it’s not so crowded like in summer, and so we had no long line to wait for our food. It was smooth and fast. We hate the classic hotdog, the one with chili, corn dogs and the french fries with cheddar and bacon. Everything was delicious and we digested all very well. Great food! It definitely worth the trip to Coney Island.

5 Star Rating I couldn't resist stopping by the iconic Nathan's Famous. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere had a cool, nostalgic vibe. The hot dogs were spot-on, with a satisfying bite and a crisp finish from the casing. The onion rings were fresh, perfectly golden, and light. I'm not usually big on milkshakes, but when I indulge, theirs is a must—sweet, thick, and absolutely delicious (no pun intended—thanks, Kelis!). The corn dogs and buffalo fries were also fantastic.

4 Star Rating The fast food restaurant is located in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn. This is the original location founded in 1916 by Nathan Handwerker. They currently have many locations in the U.S. and in other countries. Nathan's sells food products in various markets. I ordered the classic hot dog with mustard, sauerkraut and sautéed onions. It was well-prepared and enjoyable to eat. I also tried a chili dog which was something different. The french fries are the thick crinkle-cut style. The fish sandwich was the best fast food one I have tried. The price is more but you receive two generous pieces of fried fish filets that are very tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich is a new menu item that is a nice portion. The chocolate shake was very good and topped with a cherry. The restaurant appears clean and the interior updated.

5 Star Rating I have been going here for many years. This is one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn. When you walk in you feel like you are visiting an old friend. The food is wonderful. I love that you can look into the spotless kitchen and watch them prepare your meal and if that isn't enough tbe owner stops by and chats. I often ask for items not on the menu and it is never a problem. I have had parties in the large event rooms and they are always the best. Can't wait to visit the Jersey location.

5 Star Rating Gargiulo's is very famous. Been around for years. Been here many times for different occasions and dinner. Food is delicious and elegantly served. Nothing not to like except the prices. Can't come here if you're on a budget but if you have the means, its definitely a nice dining experience. Unfortunately, dining out, like everything else has become so expensive. All that said, Gargiulo's is a fine dining experience and I would recommend it.

2 Star Rating "If you watched a show, like I did—‘Somebody Feed Phil’ on Netflix—and you wanted to experience it firsthand, prompting you to visit this place, you made a ‘glamorous mistake.’ At first, I felt angry and then very disappointed, but as the place grew on me, I started to feel the ambiance, almost as if I were looking at a painting. It was no longer about the food; it was about experiencing what we always run away from. No matter how great you were, time can change everything. The glamorous people you see on TV could be sitting in a broken booth, taking orders, and getting frustrated with every ring of the phone. The place is a wreck; it’s not for food, it’s just another roadside eating joint. You can’t sit inside and eat; if you’re not local, I wouldn’t recommend going there at all. I took an Uber to this place at four times the cost of the food and had to stand outside to eat this pizza. If you love to see a part of history, go there. If you have an arrogant boss or colleague, take them there; show them that power and greatness don’t last forever."

3 Star Rating We went with high expectations given the famous reputation, but were disappointed. There is no table service at present because there's not enough staff, just Cookie taking orders at an old booth. The pie had a great crust but was too heavy on the sauce and light on flavor.

3 Star Rating Pizza was good, but not much better that most Neapolitan places. The fresh mozzarella made in the store is definitely nice. Service was borderline indifferent. It's nice that it's an old school place but servers sitting at customers tables ignoring the rest loses the charm pretty quick. Seems to always be a wait but that's a function of popularity, the guy making pizzas was cranking them out as fast as he could. Price is based on reputation more than what it really is.

3 Star Rating This is a prime location. Upon entering the restaurant, it has a nice vibe. The music is cool. As far as service, that was good. The drinks were so yummy. I had the Tiramisu Martini. That was delicious! The food wasn't quality. The Caesar Salad was okay. The chicken was dry and bland. The Jalapeño Poppers were average. The only nice touch was the aged cheese. Will I come here again? Only for a drink.

5 Star Rating On Monday evening I was lucky to visit this bar once again. I have been here many times, I always liked everything. But not this time. This time everything was just super cool, I was so impressed that I knew for sure that I would leave a review. This bar periodically hosts various concerts and creative evenings of various musical groups, which are held by Evgeny Sakirsky, for which he is very grateful. I would like to thank Dmitry, the owner of this bar. For the opportunity to hold concerts in this room, for the excellent team and the perfectly chosen interior. It truly feels like a lot of hard work was done to bring all this to life. So, what am I talking about. ) I repeat, I have already been to that bar more than once for various concerts and performances of different artists. I was always satisfied, enjoyed myself, I wanted to visit here again. The atmosphere, the interior, the communication and everything, everything, everything. And this Monday there was just a real blast, one review cannot convey all the feelings and emotions that I felt here, having a blast. It was the first time in my life that I experienced this. A deep bow to the musicians from the Ukrainian band from Odessa "Kommuna Lux". It was something else. I don't have enough words to describe everything that I felt at their performance in this bar. For some time, I fell into memories from childhood, when my parents and neighbors danced to Ukrainian music. In some places there was a complete blast in dancing, almost the entire hall was on fire, almost all the people who were present at the concert started dancing. No matter how many times in my life and wherever I was, this was the best vacation. Special thanks to the bartender Evgeniy, who made me several very tasty cocktails. They were top notch. After the concert, talking to people, I found out that I was not the only one who experienced similar feelings. I am sure that everyone present can join this review. Guys, I am very grateful to you all from the bottom of my heart. I hope to experience something like this more often with you. Until next time. I recommend it to absolutely everyone.

5 Star Rating This was my best experience with IHOP so far. I always have the same few things that I've tried and love: the hot chocolate, the chocolate milkshake, and the 2x2x2 combo (2 buttermilk pancakes, 2 eggs any style, and 2 bacon strips or sausages). We also ordered a side of fresh strawberries. Although that is not my usual experience, this time, the service was very fast (they are always nice, though! Just it usually takes some time to get a server to notice you). The bathrooms were spacious and clean. I love the food. The pictures show the 2 combos and a strawberry & banana French Toast, but the friend who ordered it wasn't too happy with it.

4 Star Rating We came here since I was craving some pancakes. This was our second or third time here and normally the service is great but this time around it felt like we were sort of invisible. There were many times where it felt like we needed to call our server over (took 15 mins for them to ask what drink we wanted) and it would take even longer for our server to take our initial orders. Again, normally we would not mind if service is a bit slow but this time around it just felt like we were being ignored/neglected. The food itself was fine and we did also order the $5 unlimited pancake deal. Overall, everything was alright.

5 Star Rating Surf City is the best restaurant after a half marathon!! It has been my 3rd year eating here after Brooklyn Half and it does not disappoint! Location: It is located in Coney Island. Right in front of Cyclone. There a lot of seatings inside and outside! Service: the staff were nice, they are very attentive and give us recommendations. Food: The food is always good! 3 years I have been going here and everything was delicious. PENNE ALA VODKA with SHRIMP: it is probably my favorite! The pasta is cooked al dente and the sauce was just delicious! They topped it with grilled shrimp and it was the perfect addition to the sauce! MARGHERITA PIZZA: best type of pizza here for me! The crust is crispy and cooked properly. The sauce and mozzarella is delicious. 1 slice and I’m already full. SPAGHETTI with MEATBALLS: very authentic! The meatballs is juicy and flavorful inside. The sauce is af course tomato base and tangy. The pasta again is cooked al dente! Price rating: 6/10. To be honest the price is not bad for authentic Italian food. I will definitely come back here to try other food!

We stopped in at Surf City because it was the nearest restaurant. I for sure thought it was going to be a tourist trap, but the food was really great! My husband loved his lobster ravioli and I had the BEST shrimp alfredo linguini which they obliged to cook a little softer for me. I would definitely return and recommend this place.

5 Star Rating Great Pizzeria located in the picturesque Coney Island area right across the street from the infamous Cyclone. It offers a vast selection of all kinds of very appetizing looking pizzas, calzones, Strombolis, rolls plus many traditional Italian dishes. Interesting ambiance, very courteous and friendly staff, young bartender was kind enough to show me all sorts of exotic beers and spirits they have in stock and advised a great one-"Fat Tire" which I never had before but enjoyed tremendously and it was a perfect compliment to the slice of the magnificent Margherita pizza I picked also following an advice of a very pleasant pizza maker plus traditional Italian chicken & cheese roll which was huge and was served with a side dish of the delectable house made marinara sauce. Pizza was delicious-flavorful, scrumptious with an amazing crunchy but soft crust and lots of yummy cheese, so was the chicken roll which was so enormous, I wasn't able to eat it all and took the 2nd half home. All in all-great dining experience, definitely recommend to everyone visiting Luna Park and Coney Island beach to drop by for a refreshing drink and a hearty meal. P. S. They have this intriguingly looking machine with an ancient fortune teller-Zaltar that reminded me of an old movie with Tom Hanks "Big" where similar machine changed young boy's life forever so I couldn't resist and paid Zaltar for the reading, hoping it will change my life too.
