The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and an avocado toast. The avocado was wonderfully fresh, though the bread was a bit on the stiff side. On the other hand, the croissants were fresh, flaky, and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was a cute little place I had to suck into for a meeting when I didn't have wifi available. The things is, THEY DIDN'T HAVE WI-FI EITHER! 😂 Anyhow, I ended up using my phone as a hotspot and stayed because it was nice and relatively convenient. It's a Bit noisy with clinking glasses and plates, etc. but also really pretty inside. The staff was very nice and sorry the wifi didn't work. Plenty of cool seats And table options. Vibe is #aight.

chocolate chip Brookfie was good. I’m not sure if it was fully cooked or supposed to be like that but it did have some gooey cookie dough inside. service was nice a little bit loud tho.
pastry’s are ~$5+
would recommend checking this bakery out :)

I’m usually not picky about service, but this experience left me sad and uncomfortable. The difference in service for certain customers made me question my presence here. I hoped that the food would help me ignore all this, but even that was mediocre.

Unique dishes that pack flavor. Their signatures such as the lobster and chicken under brick are worth sticking to regular programming. Didn’t love the notkitori as it was on the saltier side. The Egg dessert is worth saving space for. Pretty good wine list here too.

This is not just farm to table. It's an experience. Firstly, finger foods literally is meant to be eaten with the fingers. Then comes everything else. The quality of food, the flavors and unique items. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The ambiance was warm yet upscale. Great birthday dinner for sure.

I came to this restaurant last week and I can tell is one of my favorites In tribecca. Food, drinks, desserts, everything was delicious.
Also the place is fancy and has a great ambience.
Thanks to Luis for his attention, he gave us the best recommendations 🍹

The new location of Marc Forgione does not disappoint.
Food: Solid. We got the Laotian sushi, sourdough bread, lobster appetizer and lamb main. All very delicious. I wish the lamb was a bit warmer, came closer to room temp. The dessert cookies are insane
Atmosphere: rustic and cool american vibes

Food and cocktails were excellent!! Even though our table wasn’t ready at the time of our reservation, staff were apologetic and comped a glass of wine and an appetizer for the wait. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very cozy and overall we had a great time! We would definitely come back.

Although we didn’t have a reservation, the staff quickly seated us despite the crowd. Our server was friendly, professional, and attentive, enhancing the dining experience. The standout dish was the Buffalo Chicken Dumplings. The salmon was well-cooked, and the steak was tender. Overall, it was a good meal with excellent service.

The Odeon - Nice French bistro, lovely place near our hotel and on the way to One World. Lovely lunch menu, but it all looked good. Food served hot and timely manner. We didn’t have reservations but was seated even though they were full.
Could do with some gentle music playing in the background.

I like their diner vibe this spot gives off and their fried calamari was probably one of the better ones I’ve had. Also their chicken pot pie w. the soup of the day - carrot/coconut soup was 🤌

I LOVE The Odeon, been coming here for decades and it's a reliable as top end French Bistro can be.. The roast chicken is fantastic, so is the duck breast. I know this is really hard to believe but the frisee salad is phenomenal.
Besides that the atmosphere is fun and the bar is great. The only thing is that it gets packed all the time so make a reservation.

Overall loved this place. Loud, busy restaurant with great service and good food. Everything we ordered was very good: tartare, quiche, salad and omelet, but cinnamon donuts were our favorite!!! I would order all of it again but the 5 is because of the overall vibe of the restaurant. I can’t explain why exactly but it was just a great place to have brunch. Our server, I think her name was Macey but could be wrong, was great, attentive, friendly, funny and helpful. Overall highly recommend and I want to return to try the grilled cheese.

Greate place to stop by at lunch, friendly staff. Miguel is the best person to discuss lunch options.
Attractive price for special menu between 11 and 3 during weekdays.
Thank you.

Returned for lunch after a long absence. Had the steak sandwich and Jerk Chicken Wings along with a Greenport beer. The guys I went with had a spicy chicken sandwich and a burger. The burgers and sandwiches come bare so we ordered a side of cheese fries to share. We all agreed that the wings and fries were fantastic and the sandwiches & burgers were great. Caught up with a little Euro cup while we ate. Very positive experience.

I went to this restaurant with my family of eight without a reservation and they were so accommodating and patient with all of us the food was really good. Definitely recommend the garlic bread With wings and the service was so great our server Miguel took really good care of us and make sure that we had everything we needed and checked up on us as well! My drink was really good and the bill was not so bad for 8 people

Expansive beer list with interesting offerings on draft. The staff were attentive and friendly and the space was well laid out: plenty of varied seating (high tops, regular tables, a long bar). The food is normal Americana pub fare with wings and such and the prices were reasonable. I didn't notice a happy hour special but would definitely return.

This place is a solid spot for classic Italian food! The vibe is super cozy, and it’s nice and quiet—perfect for a chill dinner.
We did the three-course prix fixe and shared everything.
PRIMI: The porcini ravioli with black truffle sauce was really delicious —so good, rich but not too heavy. My boyfriend got the Ecuadorian shrimp, which was decent, but a little too tangy for me.
PIATTI PRINCIPALE: For mains, we had the scallops Saltimbocca and salmon Forestiere. Both were cooked perfectly, and the beet reduction added a nice touch of sweetness. The scallops were the real standout.
They surprised us with a few amuse-bouches between courses. After dinner, they brought out a coconut sorbet to cleanse the palate—so refreshing!
DESSERT: We chose one chocolate and one non-chocolate option, both served with ice cream. Really good but definitely heavy.
Service was on point—friendly and professional without being too much.
Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and a prix fixe that’s totally worth it. You’ll leave full and happy for sure!

Excellent service and atmosphere, but the meal itself was underwhelming. The mandatory prix fixe menu felt restrictive, though thankfully, our appetizer and dessert redeemed the overall experience.

An amazing old-school restaurant. Not everything is perfect with the food, but it’s worth coming here for the service. I haven’t experienced anything like this in a long time. They really put in a lot of effort. I wish for more satisfied and well-fed customers. I will definitely return!

Exceptional Italian food and excellent service. Highly recommend if you enjoy Italian cuisine with some great collections of wine. The vodka pasta is the best I have tried ( it’s a little spicy). The sorbet was very refreshing.

I like the environment, service and food. I like the lobster head-on shrimp pasta, signature egg york ravioli with black truffle, salmon entree with mushrooms and onion sides.
Nice desert. Chocolate soufflé is good. A little sweet for me. Best pistachio gelato I have ever had including in Rome and Florence.

Cosy townhouse with a kitchen downstairs and bar upstairs. Thursday night was a full house and the service was good.
The beet and goat cheese salad was ok. Very bitter but not offset by any sweetness via dressing or beets, which were plain and not pickled (would have helped).
The steak was pretty well cooked and the chimichurri was on point.
The duck was a little bit of a let down. Slightly chewy with the skin not quite crispy enough. It also had a bland undressed side of plain arugula and some slightly roasted cherry tomatoes.
Dessert was their Kit Kat. We enjoyed this but not sure if we really found any resemblance to a Kit Kat 🙂.
Cocktails were nicely crafted. My partner enjoyed hers.
Overall a decent experience but prob won’t return for the food.

It is very dark in here. So dark, you need the candle to read the menu
Hamachi crudo was great. Shrimp tacos were delicious. Tater tots were excellent. Skip the pumpkin risotto - it wasn’t cooked through and lacked salt/umami. DEFinitely order the Kit Kat
Had a bottle of Sancerre - it was fine.

Celebrated two of my besties birthdays here for brunch and it was the perfect spot for a cozy catch up. The waitress even surprised us with their signature Kit Kat cake and two candles! The food was yummy and the menu offers a great variety making it easy to accommodate different cravings. The decor and vibe made it feel intimate. The waitress was even sweet enough to show us the third floor which they offer for private parties. Had heard a lot of great things about this spot and happy I finally checked it out. Will definitely be back.

Excellent food and atmosphere and service. However there was no choice but a $110 fixed price menu for Valentine’s Day. NOWHERE in the reservation did it state $110 fixed price menu. A young couple next to me was nicely dressed and happy and excited, and they had to leave due to the price. Couldn’t help but feel sad for them. Felt like I got scammed. If I knew I’d be paying $110, I’d pick somewhere else.

Came after the half marathon, loved their brunch! I was so excited because they use hanger steak which is such a rarity! I LOVE hanger steak so it’s an instant pick for me. Three out of the four of us had it while my friend opted for French toast which looked superb! Sadly I don’t like sweet food but she said it was delicious. Will be back after the next half marathon!

They are great for what they are. Service is quick and attentive. Perfectly cooked rice, veggies and chicken. They have lunch specials but Spacing gets a bit cramped during lunch hours.

The sushi is very good and the service is fast and friendly. It is packed inside. The other dishes like chicken and white rice are also good. The sushi rolls and miso soup are very good and better than nearby places especially for the price. The rolls are better than Whole Foods and about the same price.

This is surprisingly affordable and fresh sushi. I should say we ordered vegan dishes for all eight of us, so I cannot comment on the sashimi or other sushi that there are other mixed reviews on. We enjoy the miso, avocado cucumber and sweet potato tempura rolls. The food was delivered quickly too! If you have a big family to feed and want to have sushi, this is a great option for vegans/vegetarians.
Mrs Senthil - 10 months ago
Everything was mid. Food was meh, but we didn’t get sick. The young man waiting on us was clearly a family member and had not a day of professional waitstaff experience under his belt (still waiting for water 22 hours later). The atmosphere was blah save the rock wall. Would not recommend anything here.
Anyone who found this while in SoHo looking for sushi, keep looking.

I received amazing customer service, very friendly courteous staff. The food I ordered was delicious. Definitely a new go to spot when I'm working in the area.

Good food but a bit overpriced for the portion. I had their lunch "Feast", and since I am vegetarian, instead of a chicken choice, I asked for two veggies (mushroom bhaji and sarson ka saag). When the waitress asked if I wanted rice or naan or both, I chose only rice, which I came to regret, as the portions were quite small, and I was still hungry after wiping clean the entire plate. There was a good lunch crowd, all the seats were taken, and an older gentleman vacated a bar stool next to the serving counter. He sat on the other bar stool to work on his laptop. Later he asked me how I liked my food - I realized he was the owner of the restaurant. Seeing his turban, I asked him if he was Sikh? Yes he was - then he must be a vegetarian too (no wonder the veggie dishes tasted so good!); and also like me, a meat-cooking vegetarian :-). All in all, I liked the food, but wished for a better portion.

We recently had the Saffrom team cater an event at our house and it turned out to a hit. Right from planning the menu to setting up and serving to our guests was a very smooth process. No issues what so ever. The food was also amazing - every dish was prepared with lot of care and taste. The catering team was also very courteous and took great care of all the guests. Overall, fabulous experience. Thank you team, you made our event very special and memorable.

This place is good, but totally overpriced and the staff is not friendly at all. Indeed, the bagel was delicious, but not worth 20 dollars. It was very hyped everywhere so I decided to try it, but won’t be back. I’ve had very good bagels in NY, just like this one, but at 1/3 the price. An extra point for having the “gluten free” option for the menu, plus a special green bagel made for St. Patrick’s day.

Honestly…. it was mid. As a tourist I was super excited to try Zuckers because it was highly recommended on social media platforms. My boyfriend and I were super disappointed because the bagels themselves were not great. Service was meh. Atmosphere was great because we went to the Zuckers right by Bryant park. However, the bagels were not worth it. $30 for 2 bagels when you 100% could find a better bagel in a hole in the wall. If you’re looking for a great bagel that is worth the money I wouldn’t suggest Zuckers. Only leaving this review because I wish I knew before!

Very tasty bagel sandwiches, served a couple minutes after ordering.
Got to the bagel place around 11 AM on a weekend. There was no line to order, and my partner and I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches from their set menu, receiving them less than 5 mins after ordering.
Their bagels are delicious, although the onion bagel toppings ended up coming out a bit burnt (and definitely smelled of onion in the store) so I would only recommend against ordering that one toasted. The lox was great as well as the bacon egg and cheese.
I wouldn’t mind getting bagels from here again on the way to Rockefeller park! 🥯

A lot of waiting time, but that was totally worth it. Some of the best bagels i’ve had in NYC, with very generous fillings too. Excellent
Jean Semere - 6 months ago
The food was good and it was relatively quick. Price to taste to worth it ratio was not high but it was worth it.
The food was pretty good. Got the bagel and coffee which was pretty good.
The washrooms were mediocre but then again it’s in the busy area of NYC
Service there is hit or miss. When I went up for my first bagel I was met with staff who just wanted me to order. Unsure of the menu, I asked what was good and some options and the reply was to “just get the original” just a little more cold service.
Can’t complain about the atmosphere. The window front of the store was nice and had let in a good amount of sunlight as well as seeing outward.
