We visited this wonderful place and were absolutely delighted! We ordered homemade lemonade, pizza, and dessert — everything was just perfect! The pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven, was especially good: thin crust, an amazing garlic sauce as the base, and fresh ingredients. The lemonade was refreshing, and the dessert was the sweet finishing touch to the evening. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back again!

Amazing hospitality, food, and service! Came here impromptu after our courthouse wedding, and were treated so well! Would definitely come back, thanks again!

This is a solid little restaurant for good fire grilled pizza in Manhattan!! The smaller pizza is 6 slices and the larger one is 8 slices. Crust is thin and crunchy. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian. Both were delicious! Air conditioned inside. Bathrooms available. No changing station for little ones - just FYI. Great find!

Food was okay and we got our orders fairly quickly. I would say the server gave a non-friendly vibe with our group but then we saw how he interacted with another patron and we were like oh I guess he doesn't like us lol. The chicken on my penne was a little dry. Pizza was freshly made. Overall service was just mediocre, nothing special to make us come back.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I had to for my most recent experience. Ive ordered from here a lot in the past with no problems. I recently had an issue with getting a wrong sandwich and Laura who I believe may be the manager really went above and beyond to make it better without me even asking (I just wanted to get the sandwich I ordered). The lunch rush around here ain’t easy but their team is always working fast.

Their was no other customer, and yet I had to wait a few minutes to be served as I was gossiped about in my face about my outfit, and the workers / managers on their phones. The soup/Mac was undercooked, and not worth it.

I received amazing customer service, very friendly courteous staff. The food I ordered was delicious. Definitely a new go to spot when I'm working in the area.

Good food but a bit overpriced for the portion. I had their lunch "Feast", and since I am vegetarian, instead of a chicken choice, I asked for two veggies (mushroom bhaji and sarson ka saag). When the waitress asked if I wanted rice or naan or both, I chose only rice, which I came to regret, as the portions were quite small, and I was still hungry after wiping clean the entire plate. There was a good lunch crowd, all the seats were taken, and an older gentleman vacated a bar stool next to the serving counter. He sat on the other bar stool to work on his laptop. Later he asked me how I liked my food - I realized he was the owner of the restaurant. Seeing his turban, I asked him if he was Sikh? Yes he was - then he must be a vegetarian too (no wonder the veggie dishes tasted so good!); and also like me, a meat-cooking vegetarian :-). All in all, I liked the food, but wished for a better portion.

The breakfast food is excellent. (We only ate breakfast, as we were staying in the adjacent hotel.) Everything else is, well sufficient. It’s the kind of restaurant where the servers won’t notice you unless you hail them as you would a taxi cab. Even then, the servers might not stop at your table, for they’re too busy with other matters. Had the service (and price $$) met the quality and taste of the food, this place would receive five stars.

Came for restaurant week dinner and was the best choice ever! the dining room is tucked inside the beautiful bar area connected to Beeckman hotel. Sets the tone for a celebratory night, stained glass walls, high ceiling, candles, comfy sofas… course started with gazpacho followed by an appetizer, main was pork chop with cabbage and fig compote, topped it off with a pistachio chocolate tart and peanut butter cake. everything was perfect! The staff were very attentive and kind. highly recommend!!

Mediocre food for the price. You’re paying 90% for ambience. I was very surprised when I saw it was a Tom Colicchio restaurant. He needs to stop by.
Chicken salad $29 was a flavorless take on Waldorf - excess saltiness, bits of dry chicken breast cubed off the carcass and an overly sour, overly creamy dressing. Please, this salad demands succulent dark meat or at least well brined, seasoned and tender breast meat - this was not either. It felt like the prep chef was asked to throw something together from fridge staples.
My friend’s chicken thighs at $35 were scant and unremarkable, braised in the typical dark rich sauce that passes for “gourmet.”
Desserts $17 were more like home made dinner party concoctions - any home cook can blend cream and sugar with banana or pumpkin, turn it out over graham cracker; adding fancy visual garnishes can’t disguise this “easy out” in pastry cooking. If you’re going to make a “healthy fruit dessert” you do this with yogurt and cottage cheese.
Just know that you’re eating here because of the ambience (the fab Beekman) and you’re blowing holiday money to the winds - and that’s ok.

This is the best pret I have been to yet! They were fully stocked when I came with lots and lots more options for lunch than normal. It also seems like they have created smaller pot options in case you don’t want to spend $10 + on a meal. Best chocolate croissants I have had in a while 😊 really nice staff! Plenty of seating, too.

Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Had a nice lunch with my mom. Falafel was a little hard but the taste was good. The Lebanese Cauliflower was yummy. Quick and easy vegetarian options for lunch. Love that the tables have stamps where they were handcrafted and from what. The table we sat at was a bowling lane in a previous life.

My favorite chain for a quick, healthy and satisfying meal. I love falafel, it's one of my top comfort food, so any place that offers nice falafels gets thumbs up from me. For less than $12, you get 5~6 large falafels, one choice of hummus (I picked mushroom hummus this time) plus two substantial sides (beat-root salad and babaganoush this round), and your choice of toppings and sauce. Oh and a warm pita bread too. I could barely finish everything. The place is clean and orderly, the waiting staff friendly and efficient - they have to be, coz there was a long line of lunch rush customers.

Delicious food and the staff was very friendly! The falafel is fresh and the hummus shake is creamy and really tasty! I was pleasantly surprised on how good the hummus shake was* It was better than I imagined! They let you sample the original hummus shake flavor.

I love it here. To bad I didn’t find about it earlier cause I would be here every week. Since it’s open for the season. The food and drinks are really good. The bartenders are nice! Great service
sabrina urena - 2 months ago
my friend happened upon the spot by chance on her way home and thought that our friend group should check it out. the weather was so nice out and we'd thought it'd be a cute little moment to drink and have fun outdoors. and OH MY GOSH WAS IT FABULOUS!
the bartender than runs the place, bogdan, is an absolute gem of a human being. drinks were solid and so were the fries. i love the blue color scheme with the benches and the architecture. such nice pop of color considering all the other buildings in the area are an off white beige.
i'm not gonna lie: a big part of me was a little terrified at the prospect of an outdoor bar because the idea of having to go look for a bathroom freaked me out. it's bad enough bathrooms can be inaccessible in nyc, but no access to a bathroom and needing to use the restroom because of the alcohol freaked me out so much. so imagine my surprise when i find out there's 3 or 4 different bathrooms on the backside of the building where the bar is. I WAS SO FLABBERGASTED AND IMPRESSED. the bathroom kept the same blue color scheme and OMG IT WAS SO CLEAN. the bathroom was probably the thing i was most excited about if i'm being honest.
anyways for the tldr: this is such a nice place to drink and chill with friends when the weather is warm out. bogdan is super nice and super quick with drinks and the bathrooms are immaculate. definitely coming to visit again soon! thank you!!

Stopped in for a burger and was blown away by the hospitality. I’ve never been to New York as an adult and I had a couple things I wanted to do but my cell phone was practically dead, so I stopped in for a quick bite and the owner (I think) bartender helped me out greatly. The burger I had was very good as well as a surprise Allagash Brewing on tap (I was headed to Maine after).

Happppy Customer!!!
Let me start off by saying the food, drinks, and service are truly AHHH-MAZING!
Owner Baghdad/Bogdan is truly a vibe, and he aims to please.
Food was carefully and thoughtfully made by PaPa(chef) and every dish that I had from the burger, fries, wings (both flavors), salad, chicken tenders, Mozzarella sticks and even the onion rings were so tasteful and your taste buds will yearns for more.
Jury Duty is the place to go, and It's a Vibezz Alllll The Time!

Excellent outdoor bar nestled in between the courts. Great vibes, delicious food, and the beer selection is super solid. The burgers and french fries are favorites of mine, and the cocktails are delectable. Definitely get the Lychee Martini on a warm day. The bar tenders are always on it as well so it's easy to come here with a group or just to sit at the bar. 10/10 recommend after a long day at work or as a pit stop after the Brooklyn Bridge.

We went to this restaurant for restaurant week. We had the 4 course meal for $60/person. We were seated right away although we were a little late to our reservation. The server was so helpful. The food was amazing, it came out fast but it was fresh. The ambiance was great as well. This was my 3rd time visiting and this is always an excellent experience. Highly recommend this place.
