This was my first time here. The service was above and beyond without being overbearing. Our server asked if we were ready for our entrees after we were done with appetizers. We were never rushed. The atmosphere is low light and a relaxed vibe. And the food?? To. Die. For. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. And the bonus…the leftovers reheated well the next day. I highly recommend.

Wow- the food blew me away. Everything was so flavorful and the portions were large. My personal favorite was the Musakhan, a large flatbread with caramelized onions, lemon, almond slivers, topped with juicy baked chicken. It’s earthy and sweet and bright, just a fantastic and well-balanced dish.
Our server was so sweet and helpful with recommendations.
I heard their knafeh is a must for dessert. I’ll definitely be back to try it.

I can confidently take my mother here for truly authentic Palestinian dishes. The delicate spices and preparation remind us of my grandmother’s dishes. That says it all.

Nice atmosphere, excellent service. The menu is interesting and authentic, and great cocktails. The food was delicious and full of flavor.

Tanoreen is a Palestinian restaurant, if you are familiar with middle eastern food then you will definitely recognise a lot of the dishes served here. From the starters like the leafs in rice, humus, and the levantine rice to lamb chops and there go to the lam shank. The flavour was good and the food was all well seasoned and spiced. We didn't make any reservations however Tanoreen was kind enough to give us a table. I really liked the vibes here and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. I would recommend this restaurant, if you haven't tried Palestinian food before and want a high end dining experience here, the staff are super cool and friendly. Just remember to make a reservation.

The Italian restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. I have dined at with family and ordered takeout for several years. I ordered pizza and it was good. The side order of meatballs were two average size meatballs that were firm. The meatballs were very salty and disappointing. The eggplant parmigiana hero was on soft bread and was average. The whole wheat pasta with artichoke and peppers was also disappointing. Very little vegetables, the asparagus pieces were chewy and the dish was salty. I arrived to pickup my order and all this food which totalled over $50 was placed in to small shopping bags. Several loose pieces of bread were thrown in and not very tempting to eat. I drove home and the bag with my pasta was upside down and the oil dripping everywhere you could imagine. I would strongly urge the restaurant to place large orders in pizza boxes like other Italian restaurant restaurants and pizzerias. I would also suggest including some utensils and napkins for a large order or ask the customer and include this as an option when placing an online order.

My experience from making a reservation, the staff, food presentation, desserts was EXCEPTIONAL! Let’s start here. THE SPECIALS. Read them. Fantastic! If they don’t spark for you, go with the signature dishes, shrimp and beans. Penne with the escarole and breadcrumbs. (If you want gluten free - TELL THEM) the grilled chicken marinade with string beans or broccoli rape. WHATEVER. THERE IS NEVER A BAD MEAL THERE. Desserts. Afogato! A MUST. Tiramisu. Beautiful. The drinks….Amazing. Thank you GINOS FAMILY!

I don't know how I've never eaten at Gino's but today my husband and I brought my father here for his (belated) 80th birthday. We all enjoyed our meals! My husband and I were able to eat vegetarian pasta dishes.. I removed the sausage from the rigatoni with eggplant and it was delicious! The fried zucchini is really really GOOD too! The service was efficient and able to accommodate my father with his walker. There is a large ADA restroom and no step to enter the restaurant.

We dropped by Gino’s with a party of five for my little brother’s birthday. I made a reservation a couple days ahead and had been looking forward to this experience. If you plan to come for dinner I recommend making a reservation as Gino’s can get pretty busy. We really enjoyed the grilled pizza, rigatoni, and chicken rollatine. The pizza with mushrooms and arugula was an amazing combo, with each flavor complementing the other. The rollatine came with an amazing sauce and loved the mushrooms. The pasta was cooked to absolute perfection.
Now for a few negatives. The veal medallions didn’t really work for me flavor wise, the medallions were a bit tough and the eggplant just didn’t work well with the sauce. The crème brûlée was too sweet, I highly recommend getting the tiramisu instead.
Overall we had an amazing experience and loved how friendly and lively the atmosphere was. I highly recommend dropping by if you are looking for a good Italian spot in Bay Ridge.

Had some lunch at Nature's Grill and it is one of the better restaurants in Bay Ridge. I like going here, even though the items are a little pricier, because they truly taste better and fresher.
Not sure how much of that is the marketing or the way they present themselves, but the food definitely tastes healthier!
I ordered the El Mexicano wrap, which is more of a burrito. It tastes better than most of the burritos you can get from any Mexican restaurant. I always order this item, since it hits the spot of being filling without feeling fast food-y.
The wraps come with a side of bluecorn tortilla chips and a grapefruit slice, which also feel last fast food-y. The meal is pretty filling and with some hot sauce, the flavor is delicious.
They also have a nice kids menu offering of a chicken and cheese wrap, that comes with the same sides and a fruit smoothie. The smoothie is a big hit with my family and the chicken and cheese wrap is simple, but delicious.
I recommend coming here if you want something above the normal fast casual fare.

Disappointed to see a neighborhood place continue to go down on value of food service and price.
Taste of China bowl used to be my go to but now they made portions significantly smaller barely any broccoli and meat and as very low quality cuts. Also extremely salty now.
The plate of basically just rice for $25
Either charge accordingly or make your portions of value to price not sure what happened to this place but this is probably my last visit

Experiencing different Starbucks locations, when on the go and unfortunately not near your normal spot, is sometimes a good thing because then you know how much you miss your usual place! And also not to go back to.
This location….just being completely honest… Slow service, missing items even if you prepaid on the app (they are out of things), and also made order incorrectly. Just a bunch of people spinning around in the back without direction.
I can’t walk but RUN back to my normal spot fast enough.

Hands down the best Turkish restaurant in Brooklyn in my opinion. I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed and I understand the restaurant is under new ownership currently and the food was exactly how it always was. The mixed grill is perfect for my low carb diet and I left very satisfied.

The BREAD! And every dish includes the bread is DELICIOUS!
Lahmacun, lamb chops, gyros and pide… I almost tried everything here and loved it!
Also their desserts are amazing and so freaking fresh!
I asked and they said they’re all making everything from the scratch!

Overall a great place to stop in for a drink or a bite. The food is above average for bar fare with both typically indulgent options and healthier ones like salads and wraps with a variety of side choices. The salmon wrap was excellent! Very flavorful and not at all dry. service is spectacular and the atmosphere is friendly.

The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. The Italian food was average. The pizza was O.K. Hero size is good. I ordered a fish entree with pasta. The fish and pasta came together in one tray with a tomato sauce. I requested garlic and oil but they do not offer this typical option. The pasta amount was basic.

The interior is cozy and inviting, with a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home.
I started with the “Soup de Jour". Which was creamy tomato soup that day. It was absolutely delicious and set the tone for the meal.
The "Café Burger" had a dry patty (ordered medium rare, received well done), was generously portioned. The burger was served with delicious fries and onion rings.
To top it all off, the Apple Strudel was like a taste of heaven - light, fluffy, and incredibly delicious!
Overall, a wonderful brunching experience. Highly recommended for a cozy meal with great service!

We had the chance to attend a friends 30th birthday party hosted here and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were happy to see a great spread of prepared buffet foods ranging from chicken to pasta and a variety of salad. They also made sure to have water, wine, and soda at each table for individual serving. They also gave fair warning 30 minutes prior to the end of the party room reservation and cleaned up efficiently towards the end. Overall a good experience as an attendee of a party here!

We got slices to go but did not sit down to eat. Wished we did because the place is huge. Has a beautiful outdoor space out back that reminds of a vacation affair. It has nice seating inside as well. Somewhat of a romantic place but also family friendly. Pricey but that is expected. The lady at the counter was so nice, gave her suggestions and told us which ones have alcohol since we were obviously Muslim. Appreciated that.

So if I order two slices of cake, I think you should ask me before you cram them both into a small container. I didn’t make a fuss as I needed to go, but this is very poor service. Is this because you think both slices are for the same person? Or you don’t think it’s important that the cake stays upright? Poor.

Came for coffee and dessert. Got the coffee with tia maria, baba rum. Drink was delicious. The dessert was a bit too sweet for me. It was soaked in syrup but way too much. Service and atmosphere was nice. They do have a lot of choices for dessert. Will have to try something else next time.

We ate at Omonia after a nice walk through Bay Ridge. We found our sandwiches tasty and our booth was nice and had a view of the game. The waitstaff really seem to like each other because they were very busy looking at photos and such on each others phones. I found that they were not very attentive to tables (not just mine). The table outside had 4 people who ordered mixed drinks, wine and steak. I would have been all over them to refill their glass or see if there was anything else they needed. But they were there with empty wine glasses for some time. Even taking a peek inside to see if anyone was coming to fill their glasses... not good. We were fine but yeah, I dont like seeing that. Now the buser...wow.. that guy was running. Constantly clearing tables, filling water and even seating people if needed. That guy needs to get a good portion of those tips!

It’s a diner, but a cozy diner. My friend and I came here early Saturday morning after our walk. I was hungry which is all the time and my friend said this spot isn’t bad for a diner. She order the egg and pepper jack on a roll and I got the Spanish omelette with home fries. It was cheap and fulfilling. I really enjoyed it for a diner and that’s hard to come by where diners make decent food.

Our group came for brunch on a Saturday and felt well looked after. We had children and the staff were very accommodating. We loved the booths and the food was delicious. Our group had a combination of breakfast and lunch options and all dishes were very tasty. The pancakes were our favourite, so light and fluffy! Our server looked after us, making sure our coffee was topped up and we felt very relaxed. Can’t wait to return.

Upon walking into this place, it was very clean and had kind of a fancy look to it. Appealing to the eye, which would make you want to eat here. I ordered a crispy club sandwich. My first 2 bites smelled fishy. I thought by accident they gave me a piece of fried fish instead (I don't eat fish at all). I called over the person at the register (owner) to ask him if they gave me fish, and he said no. I had him smell my food, and he indeed smelled fish as well. He proceeded to tell me the chicken was fried in the same oil as the fish. 🚩🚩 Immediate RED flag !!! Now, what if I was allergic to seafood? You are not supposed to cook seafood/poultry in the same oil because of cross contamination. Do they NOT have the mandated Servsafe food handlers certificates? Or are they just being cheap?
Personally, I will never return because of that. I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I do have to say I did see an "A" food rating in the window though.

I stopped by yesterday for the first time for a quick breakfast. Since this restaurant has recently changed its name to Mike's Royal Diner, I could see that they are making modifications to the inside of the restaurant. The waitstaff is friendly and the food came out pretty fast. I was amazed on the large portion size of my Italian Omelette. I really got my monies worth with that meal since it filled me up for breakfast and lunch! They are making changes to the prices on the menu, but from what I see it is pretty darn reasonable. The only thing is that the bathroom is a tad small and there really isn't too much room. Overall, I would definitely come here again the next time I am passing through the area.

First time coming here today since the new owner took over. The place looks really nice, but bathroom still needs work. Food was good. Sharon was my server and she was very nice. Nice to know that it’s still good now that George is no longer there. Hope it stays around because I have been a Royal’s customer for about 30 years when I lived in Bay Ridge.
