I yesterday had the pleasure of dining at shake shack and it was a delightful experience. Aside from the perfectly cooked shroom burger and the cheese fries, the cashier was very friendly. This restaurant is kind of the one that makes you feel comforted and happy. It was super nice to have a delicious burger in a cold windy night.

Visited after several years and the food is still as good as I remember. The double shack burger has two smashed beef patties with American cheddar cheese. Delicious! The cookies and cream malted milkshake was soo good. Fries are just average. The service is decent. Did not appreciate being asked to tip multiple times when placing the order. I was going to tip regardless, but basically being forced to is never a good thing.

The food was fantastic, as expected. Everything was fresh and made to order, so do give them a few minutes to prepare your food. I loved every bite of the burger, and every sip of my cookies and cream shake. Try to avoid visiting late in the afternoon, and instead get your brunch here in the morning if you don’t want to wait in long lines

Stopped by Shake Shack with high expectations, fueled by some fantastic memories from their Korea locations. Unfortunately, the experience here didn't quite measure up. I tried the Shack Stack along with two limited offerings. Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Korean BBQ Burger. While the Shack Stack was somewhat decent enough to try, I wouldn't rush back for the burgers in general. The BBQ Burger and Chicken Sandwich were particularly disappointing. The BBQ Burger had a slight hint that reminded me of Korea, but overall, the quality of the burger didn't live up to expectations. As for the Chicken Sandwich, it lacked any real connection to the Korean flavors I was hoping for. Real miss on execution for both. Another downside was the service. The attendant seemed somewhat reluctant to assist us, which didn't help the situation. It's a reminder that not every experience can be perfect, even in a city known for its incredible food scene. There are always exceptions, a sign of the human element in every establishment. This location might be a hit for some, but the miss for me.

Service is great and sandwich also taste good. Depends on the time it will be either crowded or less crowded, since this place is near time square. Wait time is around 10 minutes only. Avoid visiting during peak hours or else you will be waiting in the long queue. I highly recommend this place.

This place came highly recommended. We made reservations for 6 pm. Crowds were waiting outside. Once we got in we were told they were running behind. We didn't get seated until 6:30. Unfortunately we got seated at a busy spot and all evening long I kept getting my seat bumped. Our waiter brought over a basket of bread plus two glasses of prosecco for our anniversary dinner. Our waiter was very helpful in advising us on what to order. He recommended chicken marsala over spaghetti, just one order to split. It turned out the plate could have fed four people. It was good. The portion size makes up for the expensive dish since it is huge. It was hard to hear but it was a lively atmosphere.

Great place for a large group to dine and share food. The portion here is huge as it’s family style and worth the price. We ordered the crispy calamari, chicken marsala, linguine with white clam sauce, porterhouse contadina style, and two bottles of red wine. My favorite was the pasta! It was plenty for 6 people and even had leftovers to take home. We barely touched the bread knowing that we’ll get full from it. The service was great and the staff is amazing at upselling (so subtle and got us at times). They even sang happy birthday to my coworker and brought a free dessert.

I love the family style food, it's so easy to share different items with friends and family. It looks somewhat like a traditional Italian restaurant and it was packed to the brim, lots of tourists due to the location. The service was good, it can be a bit erratic when they get super busy but they are doing their best. We ordered several different items and they were all delicious with generous portions. We also ordered the Titanic dessert and it was a massive pile of ice cream, brownie, strawberries, and whipped cream. It definitely hit the spot.

We didn’t make a reservation but were able to sit at the bar, where George took great care of us! He recommended the stuffed mushrooms, which were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the lasagna, and it was incredible! has a family-style setup, so the portions are huge—perfect for sharing.
Highly recommend!

We all loved the place. It was Sunday morning, so good thing that we made a reservation as it was totally packed. Our table for 6 was ready within 5 minutes or less, however our server took like 15 minutes to come by and get our order. We loved the calamari and the artichokes, got the special with 4 different pastas and the veal. All to share. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come back on our next visit to NYC. If it's your first time, beware of the amount of food on each plate. We were 6 and couldn't finish it all.

We experienced a great meal with tasty lobster with nice staff. No rush with a bill on the table directly after you swallowed your last bite of food. Food was great and the drinks were very nice. My hands were very sticky so I asked if I could use the shower to clean myself, staff have never heard this before and laughed out loud. I can recommend this restaurant if you visit New York!

Lobster 🦞 was supper delicious and perfectly cooked. Cocktails were quite better than before. The best part was boiled shrimps with garlic and biscuits. Service was fast and Pratik helped us a lot. We are %100 satisfied. Everything was great 😊 so it can't be a coincidence. They do their best to provide the best service👍🏼🔥

This is a really big location with an elevator and stairs to the second floor dining area. Ate here while visiting NYC. Server was pretty goood and food was decent. Manager was very friendly and even gave our table a complimentary dessert. The restaurant was clean as well.

Decided to buy some of their famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits to go. The hostess/ greeter is very nice and works quickly. She had to call someone to take my order. It took about 10 minutes for the other person to come down to take the order. After taking the order, it was another 25 minutes for the order to come out. I only ordered biscuits (no seafood). There was only one chair (that wasn't in the first floor sitting area) while waiting. You have to walk around toward the back to pay for the order. They don't accept tap to pay for payment. This includes: Apple Pay / Google Pay. You MUST have the physical card or cash to pay. They did not warn me before. There is a sign by the register in thr back. For those that were dining in and were sent to the second floor, the elevator wasn't working so they had to go up maybe 1.5/2 flights of stairs.

Very nice evening with my friend. Waitress was nice. I think she was busy, so she didn’t attend to us very often. We made a reservation. I think this location is a bit more expensive than the normal locations. They have a mandatory 18% gratuity.

This Dave n Busters actually IDs people with kids 1st one I've been to that did that. Otherwise it was a great experience. They have a big dinning area as well as a private party room. They have game machines that actually work. It's located in the heart of times square you'll love it!!! My family came down from Colorado and we had a blast.

Visited on a Sunday with my 6 year old nephew. A nice place to spend sometime with a kid and have fun. The games are decent, and the pricing is as well. In total we only spent $60 and I feel like that was enough to enjoy the experience, the prizes for tickets at the end was a plus. The place can be a bit loud, so if you’ve got sensory issues please keep that in mind.

The food was actually very delicious! We got the wings and they were fresh and tasty! Our server was very attentive and friendly. The only thing was the food did take a while to come out but not a big deal. We also played some games but some of the games were out of service or the credits needed to play were just a bit high. We went through $20 in like ten mins. But other than that it was a good experience!

As someone who frequents D&Bs often, I was expecting this one to be similar to all others. I was shocked when I walked in and it had more games than others. Additionally, for us weary travelers who are looking for something fun to do prior to checking in at a hotel or after checking out, they have the convenience of a coat check that is only $3.27 per item. For us this was amazing because we didn't have to carry our bags from game to game. The food was amazing. We had a small issue with it and instead of just replacing the one item we had an issue with, they recooked the entire meal. We will definitely be revisiting this location again and again.

Awesome place; but they are so used
To have many visitors that they don’t bother to please the clients. I had a bad experience with the manager REX; I made my reservation to enjoy the time at the restaurant; we had a good meal but
When I was starting to drink my last beer;
The manager called us to leave the table
As they had another reservation; come on; we were finishing and I was not the entire night at the table; not more than 1.5hours (maybe less; I’m being conservative here). Note: the bill was more than $250 dollars.
In resume; they have so many tourists at the restaurant that they don’t care to treat
You well.
The place is amazing; but I will never return due to the bad service; I don’t wanna be in a place they don’t care for the client.

We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Cafe! We ordered off the “Summer Special” menu, which was a great deal—an appetizer, main dish, and dessert for just $45. The food was fantastic! We started with the nachos, which were loaded with toppings and perfect for sharing. For the main course, the 1/2 rack of ribs was tender, flavorful, and fell right off the bone. And to top it all off, the NY cheesecake was creamy and delicious—a must-try for dessert lovers.
The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the rock-themed ambiance made it a fun dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by for the Summer Special deal!

The place was very clean , staff was very friendly and professional. Service was top notch . However I ordered a BBQ bacon burger w/ fries . The fries were luke warm and the burger was very dry as if it was for photogenic purposes only .... one reason is because of the mass amount of non stop orders going into the kitchen . This is a tourist location unlike any other Hard Rock location. I believe the burgers were par grilled . The food came out pretty fast because it was already prepared before I ordered. I know not to order sandwiches on. Busy night at this location . The margaritas were delicious @ $15 blue moon beer @ $12

What an absolute oasis in Times square! I was looking for healthy and vegan and this place was absolutely perfect.
I was hungry and rushing to the theatre so no pics but I had a rice bowl with an Indian vegan curry and two sides more tofu and cucumber salad. They offered brussel sprouts for no cost that day.
Also had a made to order fresh juice.
It was my first time there and the lady taking my order was patient and helped me understand how to order.
Downside is no bathroom 😔 but that’s kinda normal in this area.

The spicy Korean noodles is so good I don’t know why I didn’t get a lot of it instead of the rice. It’s not that spicy at all. It’s tolerable. The turkey meatballs is soooo good. Everything about this place is good.

What a find! So glad we looked for Jazz clubs and came across this historic place just off Times Square. Not only was it an incredible musical experience, but the food and service was right up there as well. And it turns out that the cheap seats were some of the best seats in the house. We bought partial view seats for the Monday night Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks. I just wanted to hear live music, and didn’t really care if we had a great view. Well, Vince Giordano was on bass about 3-4 feet away from our table, and we got to see him up close and personal. He tore that bass to shreds. Not to mention killed it on vocals, MC, Tuba, guitar…amazing.

Everything I order is delicious
The performance was good, too. I'm thinking about going there next time I come to the band. I arrived at 4:30 and went straight in, but I didn't get such a good seat because there were people waiting for me. If you two go together, I think we can get a good seat :)

We heard a FANTASTIC performance by Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks. I’d been wanting to see them perform live for years and we were happy to get the chance at Birdland, the iconic Manhattan jazz club that opened in 1949. Wonderful intimate venue, with excellent food and drinks, and friendly, efficient service. Our table, at the back row, was probably only 30 ft from the stage! Vince is bubbling with enthusiasm! He and the group perform 1920s jazz with such joy and energy, that we are already looking forward to the next time we can see them in person.

Iconic club with some of the best jazz performances you'll ever have the privilege of hearing. Tables and reasonably priced bar seats. The bar isn't the most comfortable and not a great view, if that's what you want. The bar tenders and the most professional and nicest i have ever encountered. You don't come for the food when there's so many great restaurants in NYC. $22 food & drink minimum.

Very impressed by this restaurant! The restaurant is huge and a very sociable place. I love the layout because the dining area is huge and you feel like you’re on the streets but you are really not. Server was on point and food arrived fast and hot. I had the sweet and sticky wings which were HUGE. If you try these, one order is enough for two. The wings were soaked in a wonderful sweet mustard sauce. I also had the Mac and cheese which was excellent. It was piping hot and made with real cheese. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

The name tells it! Family size portions of steak, burgers or seafood as well as mega size cocktails. If you are up for decent food at a very reasonable prize, it will be your place.
However, it is pretty busy and feels like dining in a train station or casino given the dimensions of this restaurant.

The place is very spacious with plenty of seating. It wasn’t busy but took awhile for our food and drinks to come out. The alcoholic beverages were good and not expensive. My BBQ chicken tasted like baked chicken without any seasoning. The BBQ sauce tastes very sweet and like a cheap store bought brand. The yellow rice and cornbread was very dry. Our food arrived lukewarm.

A close friend and I went here this past Sunday for girls day. Originally I purchased two tickets on Groupon and disclaimer; Do not buy tickets from Groupon and go the same day because theres a 24 hour wait after purchase. So we ended up buying again to bowl and the shoe rental which were cheap. Anyways, we had so much fun! Our server was Ian, he was awesome, attentive, and made us comfortable. There is a really cool arcade too. Lots of places to take cute pictures. The drinks were 10/10 and the food was alright.
