This restaurant was a fantastic find! The dishes were packed with authentic flavors—spicy, savory, and full of that signature numbing sensation that Sichuan cuisine is known for. Each dish was beautifully presented and had the perfect balance of spice and freshness. The ingredients tasted top-notch, and the seasonings were bold without overwhelming the natural flavors. If you’re a fan of Chinese food, this place is a must-try! Highly recommend for anyone craving real Chinese food!

I come to this place pretty often for lunch, they have very good deal for lunch specials. And, tonight I had a great time with my friend. We tried out the new seasonal menu. The crispy squid definitely one of my favorite, it is spicy but not crazy spicy. Strongly recommend this dish especially if you are drinking alcohol. I think it will be a good choice. The milk custard is so creamy, I was told that it’s made out of buffalo milk. Very simple but I am loving this dessert.

Good food. Very nice staff.
We happened upon Oohu on a Google maps search because we wanted to go out for a Chinese New Year meal and couldn't get a table at any of the places we usually go to because they were already booked.
The reviews were good on Google and we're glad we they were right.
Our favorite dishes were the wood ear mushrooms , the pan fried pork dumplings, spicy Chongqing fried chicken, the string beans with bamboo shoots and the because mushrooms with bok choy.
I wouldn't get the roast duck again since it wasn't crispy. The waiter says the peking duck is crispier.
Our party was very pleased with our meal overall.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food is super authentic Chinese, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The fish dish, topped with green onions, was especially delicious – cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The other dishes we tried were tasty, with a nice balance of spices that made everything feel genuine and satisfying.
The delivery was quick, and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for Midtown Manhattan. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the start. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking for authentic Chinese food without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be back.
Recommend dishes: 葱花鱼,干锅牛蛙,爆炒腰花

This is a wonderful place if you want to have a cozy dinner with family and you really enjoy authentic SiChuan style spicy dishes. We had one of their signature fish dishes, the fish was live and kicking 😝(really fresh) and the dish was cooked so deliciously spicy that we decided to come back for another even before we finished our dinner.
I decreased a star because I felt the other dish we had, the dumplings, was bit too salty. But overall it’s a really great dining experience. And the server was excellent too, attentive, friendly and very helpful

We visited restaurant on Sunday. It’s pretty empty which is good for us so we can relax. Food is really good! We absolutely love it. We order dozen of oysters, chicken wings, chicken pot pie, and apple pie ( really recommend; not too sweet, just right amount of sweetness) all were very tasty.
Shout out for my 2 lady servers. They are super busy cause they must have covered the whole restaurant just two of them. They were very friendly and service-minded ( Sunday, Aug 25).
Would come back again.

I ordered the turkey burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was very good, perfectly seasoned. The sweet potato fries were very good as well, along with some honey to dip those babies in. A very healthy, delicious meal, for a Sunday afternoon! My server Wendy was outstanding!!!
Thank you Wendy! 😁

I just wanted to say Kristen was so great, you can tell she creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone she helps. Even as she was assisting me, she was greeting regulars like they were family. She had such great energy and honestly brightened my day. The rest of the team had great energy too, super friendly and inviting to every customer. This store is also very nice and clean, and the food was great.
But I just wanted to give Kristen a shout out (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) I hope you have a great birthday this weekend! 😄

Donuts were fresh and extremely good as always. I cannot say the same for the service. Very blunt and rude during rush hours.

Whenever I go to Penn station , I always end up buying atleast 6 or a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme.. my kids just love this .. after having really mediocre donuts from other shops, these donuts have that extra taste .. of course it’s a bit expensive.. it’s kinda ok , once in a while . Conveniently located inside Penn station. Service can be a little more quick . Otherwise love this place … thumbs up 👍

Krispy Kreme - the donuts aren't made here, but they're still the delicious style. Staffers are brusque, though, not particularly friendly if you're browsing the window. Order to the side line and come back to the other side to pick up your orders. Reminds me of the soup guy from Seinfeld! (not so strict, but just a related memory).

I've been here at least twice, but I honestly don’t remember because it's usually 2am and I'm blasted when I do (lol). This time I got the turkey club, which I really enjoyed. The servers are extremely nice, and the food is great! I love that they're open 24 hours! Would totally recommend this place for a late night meal that really hits the spot!

Don't expect much. Service was alright. Maybe I should give them a pass since it was a very busy holiday weekend night.
Food definately not something to write home about. Very basic. It is what it says it is. Nothing more.
Only positive is that it is located across from Penn Station and has a lot of seating.
Turkey sandwhich was good though. Tasted fresh and carved. Not deli cold cut. A large serving considering it cost the least compared to the other sandwhiches on the menu. I took half of it home and enjoyed later that night.
BLT was also good.
Penne ala vodka was unsatisfactory/ needs improvement. But your not supposed to order italian dishes at a diner.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tick Tock Diner NY, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed my salmon dish and the heavenly slice of cheesecake that followed. The diner itself boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful interior design that adds to the overall charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my visit was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend Tick Tock Diner NY to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with top-notch food and service.

We recently visited Tick Tock Diner on 34th Street and had a great experience. We were seated promptly, and the food was served quickly. I ordered the Salmon Benedict, which was excellent, and the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. The prices were surprisingly affordable, especially considering the prime location, just a block from Madison Square Garden. I would definitely return for another visit.

This was our first stop after we left our hotel near Madison Square Garden. The service was kinda slow, but they were busy. We shared an order of fish n chips, and it was amazing. It had nice and crispy batter, and they had proper chips. The tarter sauce was good also. We shared an order of pretzel sticks, and the honey mustard was so good. This is definitely a place we will be trying again before we leave Manhattan.

The host Eimear was so friendly and helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. Alanna was our waitress and she gave a great recommendation, checked in regularly, and was really nice. The atmosphere is laid back and looks elegant at the same time. Our food was so delicious and the drinks were perfect. Zero complaints. We saved this location as a favorite and will definitely be back.

Had not be here for some time. But went for lunch today with a friend. Sally our waitress greeted us with a beautiful smile and was very friendly and great! Ambiance food deco music is really nice. Thank you for making our stay a good one.
Went to Tír na Nóg for the first with a friend. It was not empty there were only two servers. Food was good, Ambience was nice. Service was slow. When we finished we had to wait because one server was on the business call and the other on the other side attending others customers. When I signaled her to pay she signaled back so that I could get the attention of the server that was on the phone. So, I signaled both of them. I was a bit disappointed with the service. But, we try it another time to see if the service is better.

We ate here on a Friday night in Dec, had reservations at 6:30. after we visited the Empire State Bldg. We got there 30 min earlier at 6 pm & they seated us. I appreciated that it was nice little place with some ambiance & a menu for adults plus children. We had good service and everyone liked their food, we ordered burgers, steak salad & Chicken tenders. It was sort of hard to find it we asked Macy’s staff for help, take elevator to the bottom floor and walk through the huge section of men’s boxers & underwear and it’s around the corner up a few stairs.

A good place to dine while at Macy’s. A good selection of dishes and kind staff. Nothing stands out, but what they had was of good quality. Definitely a good place to dine while at Macy’s however I wouldn’t come searching just for it.

Restaurant located inside Macy's (one below level). I went on Saturday, around 1.30pm, and I found a very small queue (just two couples waiting before us). I don't know if it is possible to make a reservation, but it would be a good idea to check. I went because it was a rainy day, and after shopping in Macy's, it was the best place to stay and have lunch (in the meantime the rain stops a little). We got a place very quickly, but because we chose the bar, however, other people who wanted a table had to wait more (very strange because I saw several empty tables). As a tip, if you order a club sandwich, try one for two people, because the portion is quite big. Being in the bar, the attention was good and kind.

Really enjoyed the food! The burger sliders and sweet potato fries were amazing. Typically, I don’t enjoy buffalo wings, but the ones from here were pretty good. I wouldn’t recommend getting any of their beverages besides water or soda. The peach iced lemonade I got had no taste at all.
Sumia Khan - 2 years ago
Located on the Lower level of the Macy’s is this bar and grill, seating took no time, but our server seemed to be the only one of staff that day so service took alittle longer. Great for a break from shopping. The lemonade and steak were delicious. The have a cool $33 appetizer and main section on the menu. Worth checking out

I came here for a co-workers retirement dinner, and I will be honest that I had very low expectations dining here since the restaurant is located on the 6th floor in Macy's. But, to my surprise, the restaurant is very lovely and the food, in my opinion, tasted great. We got the bread for the table, calamari, and seared prawns as appetizers to be shared. My main course was the roasted chicken, and it was cooked perfectly, and it was moist and juicy. My cocktail of the Spicy Blood Orange Margarita gave me a nice buzz. The only issue was the service, which was a tad slow. We were way done with our appetizers and drinks before our server came back to get our main course orders. Don't get me wrong, the young man who waited on us was very friendly and took our orders correctly, and made sure that he addressed my co-workers' food allergies with the kitchen. They have a decent sized food and drinks menu, but it can seem rather expensive...then again it is located in Macy's. In spite of the slower than usual service, I really enjoyed my meal here and would dine her again in the future.

Went there for Drag Brunch with friends! I looked at a few reviews of the place beforehand and was worried about the food as most people said it wasn’t great at all. I got the avocado toast and was pleasantly surprised, it came with a side salad and was pretty good! A bit bland, but nothing that salt and pepper couldn’t fix. The bread was quite hard though, and I couldn’t cut it with my knife and fork.
Bottomless mimosas were great though!
And Drag Brunch was the best!! The vibes and the energy were amazing, the drag kings were just so great, I had the most fun ever.

Love and hate at the same time. My hiding spot in NYC. Quiet and relaxing. Cocktail is only so-so/ bad. Well, I made it better at home. Did not order food last time.. Price is high. $19 for so-so cocktail, plus tax plus tips. End up $26 a drink...... I know it is NY, but.... If the environment is good, I will not come again

The food was awesome. We had the prime rib for two, and it was incredible. We had the calamari as an appetizer. It was tender and yummy. The service was great. I gave it a 4 for atmosphere because it was a little cramped and noisy, but that's what you get in most places in the city. They try to squeeze in as many tables as they can.
