Came back to the original shop to reminisce the good old original shack burger. Don’t think it’s as good as I remembered it. A little sad that standards have gone down hill. Shakes and fries are still fine. Portobello burger not bad. Line moves quickly at noon. Getting a seat in the park a little challenge as there are the office lunch crowds. Wish there is more segregation of Shake Shack’s patrons for the price we pay. The Madison square park is an experience on its own. Nice to come on a sunny cool day.

The staffs were so nice, the shack burger was one of the best burger I have ever had in my life. I was very impressed, even it was my brunch of today (a bit hungry). The bun was crispy, the patty well cooked with little bit of smoky flavor, everything was a good combination. Overall, it was beyond my expectations. Thank you for your service

The location of this Shake Shack in the middle of Madison Square Park is very pleasant, with all its tables in the outdoors. The burgueses were really tasty and were delivered quickly. But I must admit that it's not very comfortable to sit on those chairs in winter season, they get freezing!

I came here for a birthday celebration. The food was good but not outstanding. Their service was just ok. After serving each dish, they did not even bother to ask how s the taste of the dish. I guess they either were confident that customer would like the dishes or the restaurant did not care of their customers. Their dessert was quite disappointing, they were too sweet. I think I would not go back there again.

Gramercy Tavern is absolutely fabulous! From the ambiance, to the design, from the service to the plating, from the recommendations to the seasonal offerings everything was perfect. I would describe the Tavern as elegant, elevated yet not stuffy, a challenging feat to accomplish and here they do it well and seamlessly. They are well into autumn offerings so the restaurant itself and the food evoked a cozy comforting atmosphere. The service was kind, warm and wonderful. Came for their dining room menu. We got one of each things on the menu. Everything was delicious and so special. I loved the carrot, cabbage, and raviolis. They gave us a carrot cake since we're here for a small celebration and two lemon poppy seed pound cakes to go. Overall, this is one of my favorites restaurants in NYC! Would definitely come back here again!

None of the photos I took do this place justice. It is an absolutely divine place to have an experience like no other! The food is elegant and carefully prepared to take your taste buds on an adventure of a lifetime. This is the first Michelin star restaurant we've ever been to, and it really set a standard for fine dining. We didn't know what to expect with a vegan restaurant, and we proudly say we'll come back again and again. Outrageously attentive service and everything feels so special. A real treat!

Just about the best restaurant experience I have ever had. I have been to a couple Michelin starred restaurants, however Eleven Madison Park takes the cake! It’s an all vegan Menu and every dish is an experience of its own. My personal favorite was actually the tomato tea with fresh local tomato’s in a type of savory cookie. It was a way of consuming and experiencing the aroma of a tomato I had never had before and absolutely blew my mind. So simple yet so unique and absolutely incredible flavors. The service was perfect. They were very friendly, inviting and relaxed while retaining utmost professionalism with an astonishing attention to detail. All in all, a flawless dining experience, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Exceptional experience!! We went there for my birthday and it was truly a brunch we will remember forever. Nick, amongst the rest of the staff, personalized our experience beyond what you could have imagined, including creating a nap kit for me as a new mom of a 6 week old and LITERALLY buying a onesie for my son while we were dining and sewing by hand the EMP emblem onto it! Like, come on! They invited us into the kitchen which was stunning. Most orderly run kitchen you’ll ever see. The food was superb as were the drinks. Incredible flavors, ingredients and stories. Could not have had a kinder, warmer experience - thanks to the whole team! 10 out of 10!!

I went for brunch. The food's presentation is excellent and the flavors are good, but nothing blew my mind. The prices are high, but the portions are generous. The coffee was pretty average coffee pot fare. The service was good as expected from an upscale establishment. The corner location is gorgeous, with plenty of space between tables and a quite pleasant sidewalk seating.

Really nicely presented and very tasty food, but nothing exceptional. Found the prices to be way too expensive for what the experience was. We shared a number of dishes for the whole table which worked out well. I especially loved the broccoli dish and the small starter dishes. Service was ok. The room is very noisy so I would not recommend it for a romantic dinner

Amazing experience! Service was impeccable. The best part was everyone smiled. Drinks were creative and dangerously delicious. Food was delicious and layered with flavor. I recommend family style and ordering may dishes to taste as much as possible. Presentation was beautiful. The explanation of the dish and its ingredients were described very precisely. Every dish I would order again. 3 days later I’m craving a few of my favorites. This inspired this review. Don’t think just make the reservation.

1- Food = 5/5. Excellent. We usually go with the bottomless drink option but today I went with Specialty Cocktails. Fresh Bread with 5 different spreads. Lamb Kabob, Kobe burger Deluxe . Everything was delicious. 2 - Service = 5/5. Excellent. Never Pushy and delivered food and drinks immediately after ordering. 3 - Ambiance = 5/5. Excellent. Beautiful open space with very high Arched Ceilings. 4 - Reservations = 5/5. Excellent. Used open table same day. . 5 - Value = 5/5. Excellent. Our favorite Brunch spot in Manhatten. Been coming here for years and will continue to visit and recommend.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I hadn’t done any research on this place (my friend chose it), but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, and the menu felt refreshingly creative, something I hadn’t experienced in a while. Despite its simple name, I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Broccoli’ dish—it was light, refreshing, and had a subtle hint of umami. A special mention goes to the Caputo Mozzarella, an unusual and delightful option you don’t often see on menus. As a picky anchovies enthusiast, I was impressed. My main dish, the Lamb Scottadito, was full of flavor and hit all the right notes, though the plating seemed a bit off. While the Roasted Duck Breast was fantastic, the Mafaldine all' Anatra was somewhat underwhelming, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Oh, we had an absolutely fantastic experience here! The Mafaldine all' Anatra was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled all over Italy. The flavor combination of pistachio, duck, and olive with al dente pasta was heavenly. The Faroe Island salmon was the perfect summer dish. The cucumber really added a touch of summer freshness. The Lamb Scottadito was the most tender lamb I’ve eaten. I have no idea how they managed that, but bravo! The service was also five diamond level. Highly, highly recommend.

A charming atmosphere that somehow feels classic and modern at the same time. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything on the menu is a joy to taste, and I try something new every time I go. I specifically recommend the duck, the Lumache San Gennaro, and the side of potatoes. The potatoes surprised me by how delicious they were.

The server didn't seem like she wanted to be there. This is a French restaurant so maybe that's part of the charm? Our food was solid but not spectacular. I had the mussels. The accompanying fries were overcooked and dry. The air conditioning was on but struggling during the summer. Overall, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back but I wouldn't put it on my list.

The spot was cozy and has a French vibe to it. We started off with the Atlantic Salmon Crudo. It tasted really refreshing. I ordered the Mexican Omelette and my partner got the Shakshuka. We both added a little bit of salt and pepper since we like our stuff more on the salty side, but overall it was a great filling meal.

Like always I enjoyed one of NYC hidden gems, a 24/7 restaurant that isn't a diner. This time I came with my wife and kids and enjoyed as usual the great food and service. My wife had the seared tuna (fresh!) salad and I had the hamburger and we both had cocktails and the cheesecake. The staff was super understanding allowing us to bring in from outside a piece of pizza for our picky eater (2 years old), with absolutely no fuss.

Christian and the entire staff made our experience incredible. This was possibly the best dining experience I’ve ever had. A custom menu for my birthday, celebratory drinks, a birthday dessert, THE kindest and most warm staff, plus delicious food. There were so many special moments that left our group beyond satisfied. We had a wonderful experience at Vallata on Saturday night, celebrating some personal successes among our group. We arrived about 30 mins early to have a drink at the bar, but opted to be seated and begin our evening a table directly in front of the open kitchen- perfect for our night (thank you to the hostess). By the time me and and my wife received our first round of Forst Italian Pilsner and a rosé for her, we had met three members of the staff (Christian got us started with amazing service) and we recognized that this restaurant had, quite possibly, the best music mix of any location we had dined and recently. Our friends arrived and drinks kept coming. We coursed our own meal out, which was so nice to be allowed to do so. We started with Whipped Ricotta and Arancini, both were our favorites of the evening. Arancini was better than what we had in Rome, while admittedly a different style. Our guests shared a cacio e pepe for a main, while I ordered the Paccheri with Fennel Sausage and Broccoli Rabe. Mine was was slightly undercooked below al dente, too chewy, but delicious flavor. My wife’s delicious steak arrived about 6 minutes after our pastas arrived, which was slightly disappointing, as we all chose to wait. En lieu of ordering dessert I explored down the beer list further, ordering the Baladine and Del Ducato IPAs. I love the Italian beer portfolio from B United but have found the hops offered on draft to move beyond earthy into oxidized and sherry like. This isn’t unique to this location. The “American Style IPA” tasted great, as the alcohol content masks the slightly sweet hop atrophy. All in all, an incredible and wonderfully hospitable time at Vallata and we can’t wait to return… and try some dessert next time.

Very nice Italian pasta restaurant (by Tom Coliccio from Food Network's Top Chef) with a relaxing & inviting setting in the flatiron district. We tried two appetizers and three pasta selections (there's only a few vegetarian options so we replaced sausage for anchovies in one dish), and all were good. Would not recommend the wine & pasta special as the house wines weren't up to the quality of the pasta. Service was very good.

As a tourist, this restaurant was recommended by a local, and it did not disappoint! Each staff member was extremely polite and attentive. The food was delicious and the portions were large (my friend and I split a salad, entree, and side and still had left over). Would recommend to anyone visiting the city

Craft was a lovely experience throughout from the hostess saying hello to our server. The food was incredible, loved the different varieties of food and flavours. The restaurant is beautiful and provides lovely atmosphere throughout. We received compliments of the house soups to clean our palette, followed by great pairing of drinks, my friend and I shared a light and refreshing beet salad, and had our individual dishes of pasta, followed by a lovely dessert. Great place to connect with a good friend. Highly recommend.

Craft has an extensive and expensive selection of side dishes, including some very pricey mushrooms. The fingerling potatoes were nice and crispy. The papardelle with braised lamb was tasty. Everything was delicious but nothing that you’re still thinking about the next day. Great menu for sharing to try a little of many things.

Overall a wonderful date night. Great staff, drinks and vibe. Some of the food was great - but much of it tasted just OK, and the duck I was served was a big let down. The waiter mentioned this was a family style restaurant - and that the gist of "Craft" is putting together your own smorgasbord of items to mix and match as you eat. I can see how this would be a much better dining experience food wise with a group. When you can only order a handful of items, stakes are high if something doesn't hit. Here's a run down on our order, and as always, you might just love something that I was not into and vice versa. Arugula Salad - unexpected winner here. the fresh greens, dressing and pine nuts all come together to make a surprisingly excellent salad. Almost skipped this, kudos to the wife on insisting. Aligot - this is basically an incredibly cheesy mashed potato, possibly the best I've ever had. If you like cheese and potato's this is a must. It also made the duck much more palatable. Hen of the woods - Lots of mentions of this in other reviews. The way they prepare it definitely lets the mushroom shine for itself. Tasted fresh, good flavor, but not mind blowing or anything. Milk Braised Lamb Pappardelle - the lamb portions were great, extremely tender and flavorful. But the lamb and relatively plain pasta wasn't really enough to wow me. In this case, I might just be too much of a red sauce glutton to appreciate it. Scallops - the scallops were very well done, perfect I'd say. They do provide more of the sauce on the side if you wanted to have some on every bite, but they were flavorful enough as initially presented. Duck - This one was unfortunately the saddest part of the meal. It was a large portion, but the breast has no crispy skin on it at all. It also looked much different than some of other photos of duck others have posted. I unfortunately just wasn't into the way the duck breast was prepped this time around. The confit was the better half of the dish, but honestly, this was the dish I was most excited for, and yet it created the greatest regret. If you do order this, find a photo of it in the reviews that you like and ask if that's what it'll look like. Feel like I got catfished. Chocolate Soufflé - the ice cream/gelato on the side was excellent and its a very good soufflé. I was pretty full at this point and wish I had room to try the crème brulee cheesecake. They also provided a final little treat, and an yet another treat on our way out. A nice "just one more thing" touch! Again, the drinks were all very good. Our waiter was very informative and friendly. Can't say I was wowed food wise - although a couple of dishes were fantastic. Overall, if I were to visit again, it would be with a larger group to try more things. Still, had a wonderful time.

Today two co-workers and I dined at a brand new restaurant on its 11th day. We visited Dos Caminos in Lexington Avenue and 46th Street. We began lunch with two beers & sprite , as an appetizer guacamole salsa and chips. Giulio ordered the quesadilla which he said was very savory . Fritzi ordered the birria tacos and so did I . I asked for mine to come on flour tortillas they made it on corn but it was still great tasty not spicy fantastic tacos. Lunch for 3 with a tip was $150 but that's what's expected on Park avenue in New York City. Great place and just absolutely beautiful restaurant inside ❤️

Such good Mexican food! I ordered the chicken tacos, which came with a salsa and side of rice and beans. Flavorful, juicy, and fresh. My friend ordered the TikTok birria tacos, which she said were amazing. We both ordered cocktails- I had the passion fruit margarita which was sweet and tangy. Such a good meal!

Ate her today & it seems like pretty authentic Mexican. Food and cocktails were decent (spicy cucumber mint.) The first initial service by the hostess was horrible. She basically forgot about us & didn’t seem to care; even when my friend reminded her. We were about to leave until one of the waiters saw our distress & finally helped us! After that it was pretty good. Not my best but it’s a good eat.

This place has potential . On the day I was here the waitress was very friendly and nice. The seem a bit busy with a table with a big party I didn't mind the wait on the food or the drinks . My visit to this Mexican restaurant with my co-workers in March 2023 had both its ups and downs. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we experienced extended wait times for both food and drinks, which was a bit frustrating. In fact, my food took so long that I had no choice but to take it to-go and eat it at work. An odd situation arose when they initially refused to let me take my beverage to go, citing a lack of plastic cups. This was an unexpected inconvenience, but when I expressed my intention not to pay for it, they miraculously found a plastic cup. However, the saving grace of this visit was the food. Despite the delays and minor hiccups in service, the food itself was truly delicious. It's what ultimately earned this restaurant a three-star rating from me. In summary, while my experience at this Mexican restaurant had its share of service-related challenges, the quality of the food shone through. If they can address the service issues, this place could easily earn higher marks for a more well-rounded dining experience.

We stumbled across the Mari Vana in DC that has since closed, so this trip to NYC, we made it a point to put it on the must-eat list and make a reservation. We had a cocktail, Eastern European beer, zucchini fitters, lamb shank, stragonoff, a dessert (that was delicious, huge and I don’t remember the name) and everything was wonderful. The whole dinner was an experience and the decor was absolutely on point. Get the stragonoff. Had it twice now and I’ll be back for that.

The place is a total stunner—from the breathtaking design to the beautiful dishes, crystal, porcelain, and an abundance of fresh flowers everywhere. It’s like stepping into a little Russian fairytale right in the heart of NYC. This spot is an absolute must-visit, right up there with Times Square. Their homemade infusions are a true art form, and the brunches? Next level. Every time I visit, I make a wish to come back and already start picking out dishes for my next visit. My go-to favorites are the vinaigrette, Olivier salad with red caviar, and blinchiki - absolute classics done right. Plus, their delivery game is on point. Super convenient website, and they’ll bring it straight to your hotel. Don’t sleep on this gem! Run, don’t walk, to experience it for yourself! 💯

Mari Vanna Russian Restaurant in New York City truly delivers an authentic Russian dining experience. My friend and I, both seeking something genuine, were not disappointed. We ordered the Chicken Kiev and Borsch with beef cheeks, and both were exceptional. The Borsch, served as a starter, was hearty and flavorful, and they were kind enough to split it into two portions for us without us even asking, which was a lovely touch. The Chicken Kiev was a standout, served with mashed potatoes that were simply unforgettable. They had that perfect homemade quality—creamy yet slightly chunky, with just the right amount of seasoning, evoking the comforting taste of home-cooked meals. I also asked for a side of green mustard, which was incredibly strong and likely one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s even available for sale at the restaurant. We paired the meal with cranberry juice, which was refreshing and clearly made with care. The fennel bread was another highlight, adding a unique flavor to the overall experience. Though tempted by the Napoleon dessert, we decided not to overindulge this time but tried the cherry dumplings. I forgot the name but it was a fun tart / sweet entree. Definitely to try with some sour cream. The service was excellent, and it was fun being surrounded by people speaking Russian, which added to the authenticity. It was a perfect evening, and while I’m sad that Mari Vanna in L.A. closed a few years ago, I’ll definitely be returning to the New York location.
