5 Star Rating Best pumpkin spice latte I’ve had in a while. Other Starbucks locations would rush to make your coffee and it’s usually super sweet or not too hot enough, or too watery. However I had one that was made to perfection. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. The music was also amazing. Keep up the good work!

5 Star Rating The food was phenomenal. Everything was cooked to order and cooked perfectly. I hadn’t eaten all day today, so I couldn’t until I got home. I devoured it on the bus. Lol I ordered fish, shrimp, and chips combo. Everything was delicious. I don’t know what kind of fish that was, but it was fresh and flaky. The shrimps were perfect. The batter was thin and crispy. The chips were nice, some were a bit moist and cold. It even came with 2 slices of breads, and I made a nice fish sandwich with their tartar sauce. The sauce was also nice, and the flavor was very balanced. A little sweet, and a little sour. It was a good meal. The only thing was that the service could be nicer. The restaurant was clean, but watch out those stairs.

5 Star Rating I went to this seafood spot to see what all the hype was about. There were a lot of people ordering and waiting for their food, so I went inside and spoke to the front cashier. All I wanted was something simple just fried shrimp. They let me try one, and I’m telling you, it was really good! So, I ordered a small portion. The price wasn’t exactly friendly, but you have to understand, it’s seafood, and it’s high quality. The wait for the food wasn’t too bad either

3 Star Rating After attending an event nearby, a few of us walked here for lunch. The atmosphere was positive and the service was good. Be prepared to wait outside since the space is small. We enjoyed the fish but the shrimp was not good although we didn’t end up eating it until the next day (very overcooked after reheating in an air fryer).

5 Star Rating I love the fried seafood combo, it's $13 with hot sauce and tartar sauce. The way its fried is not oily and its not mushy. It's crispy but not burnt and the fish is fresh. I quite like the breading but I do wish it had a little more spice or flavor in the breading, other than that it's a delicious place for a filling seafood combo.

3 Star Rating The place is cute and cozy, and I've been here a couple of times. The coffee is quite good, making it a nice spot to enjoy a cup and relax. However, I've noticed that the lady who works here can be in a bad mood sometimes, which affects the vibe a bit. It’s a small downside to an otherwise pleasant coffee shop experience.

5 Star Rating I had a specialty coffee (peppermint mocha) that had good flavor and was reasonably priced. The space is small but has a lot of character. They have an extensive menu with drinks and food. The food looked great and I would get it next time I go! Update: Got the iced chai latte and it’s decent (see photo). The iced vanilla latte is good!

4 Star Rating I think it's Me. I think I (hope) that people are happy to be in the service industry. Sadly I am realizing that isn't always the case. We came here for breakfast this past Saturday 7.6.24 myself, Little Bit and my grandkids it was like pulling teeth to get more simple syrup for my Arnold Palmer and when I asked specifically that my Eggs Benedict 'poached' eggs be prepared runny... I received a look of "well of duh" yet they weren't runny. I will say this though the hollandaise sauce was on POINT and the bacon was good too. My bad that I didn't realize (nor apparently read) that it didn't come with a crumpet or english muffin as it's vessel LOL The french toast was sooooo good too oh and the breakfast potatoes Manifique! All in all if you are in the area and you want something tasty that hit's the spot in your tummy come here! Street parking can be found and it's a short walk from the subway station. They have outdoor seating but we moseyed our way down the steps to where the restaurant was and sat inside. They had a communal table as well as 2 tops and (1) 4 in the rear by the restroom. Air conditioning too for these hot summer months is always a plus while dining. Respectfully Reviewed.

5 Star Rating TOP BREAKFAST SPOT ! When my wife booked our Airbnb brownstone apartment in Upper Manhattan, NY for our recent 2 week vacation we could see on Google Maps there were a few cafes pretty close by...handy for breakfast. On our first morning...a Thursday at our new digs we headed out around 7.45am to grab cappuccinos and maybe something to eat....we had 2 places in mind. The first one turned out to be a dud so we kept walking to here..quite a bit further but in the end well worth it. KINDA CUTE ! We walked down the stairs at 8am to enter the cafe in it's basement location...like a speakeasy. Not big not small but it had a good vibe. We checked out the drinks / food menu displayed on boards along the long wall......gee whiz we could have a full sit down breakfast here. A cashier / barista named Michael took our order for 2 x double shot Cappuccinos with 2% milk & hazelnut syrup, 1 x Cali Omelette ( organic spinach, and feta cheese omelette, buttered toast, home fries, house salad ) and 1 x Italian Omelette ( Heirloom tomato and basil, egg whites omelette, buttered toast, home fries, house salad ). I asked Michael the barista what coffee they were using.....Plowshares Coffee Roasters was his reply. We later found out that this was a highly regarded local coffee roaster. THERE'S MORE ! And we had a lovely chat with Eduardo and Leonor a married couple originally from Portugal at the next table...both molecular biologists. RICH AND SATISFYING ! Our double shot cappuccinos in small size cups were ready fast, looked great and tasted fabulous. Not long after Michael brought out our breakfast order. EXCELLENT ! Our huge serves of fluffy omelettes, yummy home fries, buttered toast, fresh made house salads were more than adequate for a hearty breakfast. Good cafes like this are very hard to find so we knew we would be back !

3 Star Rating A cute vegan, Ethiopian spot tucked away in Harlem. The food itself unfortunately was very average. We got the lovers platter and it was very bland and not spiced as well as other Ethiopian restaurants I’ve been to. The plantains were ok, but dry and unseasoned as well. The chicken and beef samples were good when I could taste it but I did not care for the lamb. I like spicy food but this was beyond just spicy. I could not enjoy the food since my mouth was on fire. The sampler was ok I only likes the potatoes and lentils. I am not opposed to trying Ethiopian-food again if I could find a restaurant that offers mild not only hot spices.

5 Star Rating Been eating here for almost 21 years. Have fed many families with their great food. New Golden Dragon prepares Chinese food I grew up on, in the San Francisco, CA/Bay Area. New Golden Dragon is surrounded by other restaurants. Yet, a few weekends ago, they had people - inside and out - waiting to get in - due to c19 - and the other restaurants were scarily empty. If actions speak louder than words, what does that tell ya? The other restaurants have good food too, but when you combine: price, quality, and quantity, you can't beat New Golden Dragon standards, at all! A few us consider New Golden Dragon family, since we've patronized them for so long. Enjoy!

The selection for sides wasn't the usual, they offer tostones, and some vegetables like asparagus. Decent price for the food, will return but remember not to get the chips.

5 Star Rating Pressed for time, my husband asked if I could find a spot that was open late that served seafood and vegetables. I eventually landed upon this place, and my goodness - do you have a loyal customer in me! Let me just say that this is the BEST fish plate I’ve had in the city. Bar none. I’ve lived in NYC for nearly 15 years, and Devin’s Fish and Chips did not disappoint. Somehow, the food travelled so well, and my apartment is not close by. I ordered the salmon steak, fried okra, and sweet plantains. WOW. First of all, the portions were generous. Secondly, the salmon was cooked to *perfection*! Not overcooked, and it had the perfect amount of fat. The char on the salmon skin and the seasoning? FLAWLESS. My husband hates salmon skin, and this was the first time he didn’t share it and ate it himself! The bit of lemon on the salmon was perfect as well. The fried okra was CRISPY. As in, the food was in transit for at least 20 mins. and was STILL extremely crispy. Perfect blend of texture - crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The sweet plantains were thick and gently sweet - somehow, they had barely any oil on them, and I couldn’t even process how they were able to do that! I typically like my plantain on the sweeter side, so I am going to go in person and see if they have even riper plantains. Regardless, I devoured every last bit of my plate. My husband ordered the salmon steak with fried okra and green beans. I tasted some of his green beans and was so pleasantly surprised! They were slightly crunchy and had a bit of sweetness to them - almost balsamic. So, so good. My goodness, I am *still* dreaming about this food. Not to mention, we also ordered a fish sandwich and we were too full to eat it! But I saved it for lunch and will also go in person to review it properly. From the food portions to the condiments, this place is generous, and that’s such a rare trait these days in the restaurant industry. For that, and for the incredible quality of their food, they have more than earned my business.

The catfish was broiled and seasoned great the shrimps were sooooooo tiny and over cooked. I felt like I was played with because no way was the shrimp that little. If you decide to eat here get the jumbo shrimp I would assume. I don't even think the pictures does any justice on how small they were.

5 Star Rating This place is a Hidden Gem, amazing flavor, amazing pizza quality and competitive price, the quality of this pizzeria is undervalued, fresh products, crunchy and delicious pizzas, real Italian flavors for more than 25 years in the heart of Harlem, I recently discovered this local pizza shop and I can’t believe how good their pizzas are. This is so good that can be ADDICTIVE. Hardworking Italians with more than 59 years doing pizza.

5 Star Rating The food is amazing!!! Their meatballs have a texture that is indescribable. Melts in your mouth but holds up in a sandwich or on its own. The pizza is SIMPLE. Which is great! Perfect flavors.. Overall amazing food, service and the owner is very humble.

5 Star Rating Love their cheese pizza slices—consistently delicious. They are a lesser-known neighborhood staple. It’s older looking when you go in but the pizza is great and in my experience cooked to pretty much perfection. Slices are nicely sized and for about $2.50 you get a great slice.
