EdgeWalk at the CN Tower
The CN Tower rises to a breathtaking height above Downtown Toronto providing visitors with spectacular views of the city for miles around
The EdgeWalk at the CN Tower holds the Guinness World Record for the highest walk on the exterior of any building.
By its very nature , the EdgeWalk experience is thrilling and participants must be at least 13 years of age and in good physical condition. To participate in this exhilerating adventure you will put on a special jumpsuit and wear a harness attached to a track that allows you to not only walk around the ledge on the exterior of the tower, but to also lean out over the edge.
The complete experience lasts for 1.5 hours which includes between 20 and 30 minutes walking and hanging out on the outside ledge. Visitors are accompanied by expert guides and each receives a video, a printed photo of themself on the walk and a commemorative certificate. While not inexpensive, the EdgeWalk at the CN Tower will give you the memory of a lifetime and also includes a Tower Experience Ticket which gives you admission to the Himalamazon Motion Theatre Ride, the Legends of Flight 3D movie, the SkyPod, the Glass Floor and the Lookout. When you put it all together it's an amazing package.
The EdgeWalk is a seasonal attraction and is only available by advance booking. It is very popular so you should book well ahead of your vacation.

out of 5 You will not regret this experience!!! Its was more than worth it! The staff were professional, welcoming and flawless. Hurricane was our tour guide for the edge walk and he did an excellent job making us feel comfortable and capable of everything. I felt very safe and protected and everyone was very helpful and patient with the entire group.
If you want to do this alone! Do it! They will pair you with a group! Make sure you eat! The experience was 2hours in total. Also come cute there will be many photos and videos taken during the experience.
All in all I would definitely come back and I highly recommend this experience. It was incredible, thrilling and just perfect! I will never forget it! Thank you!!!

What an incredible experience from start to finish!! From checking in to safety checks, to removing each pebble from my shoes…then our guide Betty arrived after finishing with another group and the magic really began!! She was high energy, fun, patient, kind but also very much in charge. She made the whole experience so spectacular. My son and I chose 5 pm mid Autumn to watch the sun set and it was so perfect. I had never seen Toronto look more beautiful. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so safe and cared for, and a special thank you to Betty who made this experience unforgettable! ❤️

I booked this to surprise my husband during our day trip to Toronto. I was so excited to do this that I failed to mention the height to him. (He isn't a height person)
I loved every second of this but for anyone that dislikes heights, this one may be a little out of your comfort. He made it but definitely stayed towards the middle of the CN needle the whole time. Once you are taken up, you can stay up there as long as you like but once you take the elevator back down, your ticket is done.
There's a really nice looking restaurant and bar at the top, with stunning views(as seen). We didn't stay up there that long but I'm glad we did it and gained this experience!
The gift shop is on the lower part of the CN tower and is huge!

Fantastic views and a great crew. Safety is top notch and the guides not only have you do cool stunts off the tour but also give you a tour of the city landmarks like no other.

This is the most fun I had in Toronto during my trip. I highly recommend this tour. Tour guide Betty was awesome. I would definitely consider doing this again on my next trip to Toronto.
