For $7, you get an english muffin breakfast sandwich and fresh fruit. Not bad at all! The food tastes simple and homemade and was delicious. The lady working there (who owns it maybe?) is so sweet and lovely.
It’s a little place in the Grange village food court. Definitely worth a visit!

We walked in what looked like a food court so at first we weren't sure. Breakfast was great! The lady who took our orders, was so cheery! It was refreshing. Breakfast was served on real plates, coffee in paper cups. Brought to our table was a bottle of delicious fruited water. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service, fast and a warm and bright smile from the girl working ! Very sweet and kind !! And brought out our food in a timely manner and with great service !!
The food was delicious and the fruit was freshly cut, juicy and very refreshing !!
The watermelon juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing!!!
Would highly recommend for gluten free and vegan options - very accomodating and can change anything on the menu to gluten free if asked ! French toast was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had, chocolate was delicious and not overbearing and the bananas were not too sweet. The omelette was really well cooked and the pemeal bacon was so delicious !!

I went with my wife, she is vegan and had a lot of options. The place is inside this big cafeteria area by the university so it’s pretty loud but the service was amazing and the food is the best I’ve had in a while!!!
There were options for both of us, so vegans and meat eaters rejoice. We absolutely loved it!
I got the meat eaters omelette and she got scrambled tofu and the pancakes and we got a bowl of garlic fries to share, and a green juice each. All was just stunning!

One of a kind! A gem!
Imagine having breakfast at a 5 star restaurant, but even better!
The choices are endless.
My wife has celiacs (gluten free) and even she was very impressed with the wide variety on the menu.
Karine (the owner) treats you like a special guest. She rolled out our breakfast on a tray and even came out after to check that our meal was to our satisfaction.
And it was! My breakfast was delicious!
Everything was prepared fresh. The potatoes were crispy and the juice was freshly squeezed.
Honesty, I can’t say enough nice things. If I can give this place 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Next time I’m in Toronto, I know where I’m going for breakfast or lunch!

One of my favorite restaurants in town right now. Large portions, high quality ingredients and cooking, relatively fair prices, great great hospitality, what else can you ask for?
Probably will not go back for their Manchurian or chili chicken/beef on rice, they are ok but definitely not the real gems of this restaurant, so far i am really satisfied with their other dishes like stuffed tofu, beef brisket and beef onion sizzler, they are all great.
Definitely gonna keep coming back for all other dishes, this place won’t disappoint.

Stopped by for a quick meal and were absolutely delighted. The staff is very welcoming and restaurant is massive. Very clean and nice decor. It wasn't very busy on a weekend late afternoon. We got seated right away. Ordered the classic chilli chicken with gravy and Cantonese fried rice (pork and shrimp). Both were absolutely delicious. A bit on the milder side but good nonetheless. Prices are high.
A M - 3 months ago
Ate here Sunday night on a date. The food was great.
The BBQ pork fried rice was tasty. We got a beef dish on a sizzling plate which was hot and crunchy. That added great texture to the dish.
Also tried the famous hot and sour soup. It was a lot of soup but tasty for the small size. I feel like it could have been a meal on its own.
Would come back again with friends. Date is not happening with that person again. Win some, lose some. At least found a new spot to eat downtown.

Happy #lunarnewyear !
had an amazing time today @yuehtungrestaurant
First a huge thanks to Jeanette for being super accommodating to us. She didn't have to but she was awesome. Huge thanks for that!
The food:
It was a set menu and it was so freaking good! The Hakka braised pork belly was insanely tender and cooked perfectly. Definitely my favourite part of the meal! :)
The soup was flavourful and tasted great. Big portions of veggies and tofu. A perfect dish for a chilly day.
The chili chicken Sizzler; I can tell why this is such a popular menu choice!
It was a spot on perfect mix of spicy yet super flavourful chicken, that I am glad I wasn't able to finish it at the restaurant because I got to take it home and I get to eat it again tomorrow. :)
The staff:
They were great. Amazingly friendly and super attentive. Def no complaints there at all
The restaurant:
Nicely laid out and comfortable booths as well. Very clean and inviting. Loved it.
The #lunarnewyear event:
Booked this based on reviews I seen on social media and not gonna lie, I am so happy I saw that. The celebration was so much fun! #dragondance plus the drums; it was an amazing way to celebrate a holiday.
It was our first time there and def will not be our last
5/5 - highly recommend!

So.... delicious. And they will become my favor Hakka restaurant when I visit downtown.
One of the BEST Hakka restaurant. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
My mom just fall in love with their hot zizzling chilli chicken generous portion with the prefect touch.
My sister loves their zizzling beef which is so tender, I'm telling ya, its so worth it every penny.
Foods just melt in our tummy so yum😋 so.... delicious and I means it. I would highly recommend my families and friends.
The chef is super friendly and beautiful and their foods is sooooooo yummy "I be back"❤️👍👍👍
All the staffs provide Excellent service, super friendly and I love how they check to see if you are okay. Generous with napkins drinks and change plate for you . I found out that this is a families business that have been pass down generation to generation. Restaurant have been open since 1987. Like WoW. Lots of VIP visit however owner like to keep it low profile and only people visit will definitely revisit and their restaurant Its above Kyoto restaurant right in the corner across from Longos on the 2nd floor. I love the big red door very very anti looking and very classic. Loved ❤️
You can host a hugh group party fits 150 to 200 people. Looking forward to try others dishes and 😅
You can try to go for pay parking on the north side of Dundas which is about a block north and is on Elizabeth st. For $20 or $25 all day parking, so... worth it 👍and you can go shop around the Eaton Center or I think they call Dundas square. Otherwise its hard to find parking in the area. That how good the food is and I highly recommend you to try it. You will like it, after you can have a dessert Green tea match downstairson Dundas st... omgoodness. Me will be 🐷 if I visit everyday🤣😂🤣 have a great day!

I’ve been here twice for their AYCE, and considering the price, it’s a solid and decent deal. I recommend dining during the AYCE lunch hours as it is more worth it. The hand rolls are a pretty good size, and I particularly enjoyed the crispy spicy salmon rolls and white tuna sushi. Service is efficient, even with a steady stream of customers. Also, their ice cream is good and a must try after eating your meal! Just a note: if you request the dessert, they may take it as a cue that you're ready to pay your bill.

We ordered the chicken don, toronto roll, and sashimi combo. This place is pretty decent. Not the best, however, it definitely worth the price they are charging. Pretty affordable, convenient, and decent taste.

The food at Kyoto House was great and had an excellent price. We came during the lunch ayce time and ordered miso soup, chicken udon, spicy salmon roll, California roll, edamame and much more. The food came in a timely manner and the service was great as well. Sashimi and the special rolls are not available during the lunch time. Would definitely come here again.

Always enjoy coming here. The vibe is chill and welcoming. Very warm atmosphere during the night. The German sausage was superb and the fries were pretty good too! I don't usually like sauerkraut but it paired perfectly with the sausage. The beer here is usually a good choice!

Sin & Redemption is a fantastic little pub that's worth seeking out. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with some really interesting photos adorning the walls. But what really sets this place apart is their impressive selection of European beers. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or just looking to try something new, you're sure to find something to your taste.
If you're a fan of good beer and a bit of history, I highly recommend checking out Sin & Redemption.

I was looking for a classic comfortable pub with outdoor seating, found an ideal spot with Sin & Redemption. Steps away from Dundas st, across from an old Catholic Church. Great for solo sipping or a group happy hour. I went with a whiskey, but this place is stocked with Belgium and European beers

Even tho we didn't plan eating, I'm glad we decided to order the sausage board

Good price for decent quality sushi! The downside is that the dine in space is relatively small. So we actually commonly do take out which is super handy for us and they’re quick to pump out orders. The dinners we commonly order come with a salad and miso soup which we think is a great addition.
Janice Chu - a week ago
We came on a snowy Thursday evening and it was not very busy. We ordered tempura appetizers to start and each had a sashimi deluxe dinner and a sushi deluxe dinner. Each of the mains we ordered comes with miso soup and salad. Everything was well presented and fresh tasting. Not many set main dinner options to select from especially if you come for dinner. There are a variety of à la carte options to select from their menu. The restaurant itself is very tiny and not much seating space inside. There is also a considerable amount of wear and tear on the tables inside and only one waitress managing all tables and online orders.

I’m SO happy that I FINALLY found a EXCELLENT Japanese restaurant in Downtown Toronto. The staff was AWESOME and very kind. And the thing that attracted me even more is that it was a sushiwoman!!!! As u can see in the pictures, the sashimi is cut thick (exactly how it’s suppose to be in a traditional Japanese restaurant) and the variety of fish is so big. If u dine in, they explain and let u know the name of each fish they are serving. I came with a friend of mine, we share all the plates and they even gave us the vongole soup (which was DELICIOUS, I’m addicted!!!)
It is kindly expensive, but NOT overpriced once they deliver EXCELLENCE in service, food and menu options.
We also divide a 750ml beer, so that’s why my bill was kinda high. But I would say generally u spend around $40~50

We went there on 7th Feb for winterlicios and trust me they had a huge menu. No one in the city give so many options for Winterlicios. Each dish was finger licking good. We had chicken 65 for starters. For mains we had Shrimp Malabar curry and chicken Tikka masala. They gave Chole, rice, naan along with the mains. We were so satisfied. We also met mamun who was so helpful there. He explained each dish and made sure we had no issues with our order. Mamun was also a very popular football player of Bangladesh, we were so delighted to meet him. Thank you for the amazing food and wonderful service. Will be definitely coming back 👍

A great location for those in the University Avenue area. The café is close to St Patrick's metro station, close to several bus stops, banks, shops and the AGO museum.
The display window is always very clean and organized, and the store is also very organized. They have good service, but during busy times, it can get very messy.
To provide good service to all customers, they have automatic opening and closing doors, tables adapted for wheelchairs and walkers, and an adapted bathroom. However, they do not have a menu in Braille.
The prices of the products are standard for all units.

The wrap I had was healthy and delicious; they used a good selection of fresh ingredients. The side salad was also fresh. The hot chocolate was a bit less sweet than I would have liked, but other than that it was a pleasant experience; a place for a brief respite.

Nice interior, clean. Opens at 8am. Had a latte which costs around $6. Don’t know how much food cost since there is no price on the menu. But they do have a lot of selection of fresh sandwiches and pastries.

Shady place.
Doesn’t have prices on the menu, went there expecting the sandwiches to be $6-8, turned out to be $14.
They don’t have prices on their menu.
The sandwich was like an airport sandwich dry and didn’t have much taste and too much bread in proportion to the filling.
It comes with a small side of salad which was decent but the dressing from the salad leaked all over the sandwich.
Go across the street to the food court, you will be much happier with the food

The food was delicious and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing! The amount of decorations everywhere and the vibe of the restaurant was something I haven’t seen before. Although the service we experienced was alright.
The Anago Don I had ordered was extremely good, along with the drinks that me and my friends had ordered. Side dishes/appetizers were pretty small but still very tasty nonetheless.
The service we experienced was alright. It was actually pretty good when we first came in, the staff was checking up on us if we needed anything, and the staff overall have such a great vibe to all of them. Although there were times when we ordered the Dice Challenge and none of the staff were coming, and when my friends did do the dice challenge he had never received his drink until we let them know that we’ve been charged for the drink by the time we were paying for the bill and preparing to leave.
Overall I wouldn’t mind coming back in the future, hopefully my experience with my friends was just a one off.

Loved the atmosphere, great spot for groups to grab drinks! We tried the Polar Beer, and I found it super refreshing, especially when paired with their skewers and the pork oyster mushrooms—highly recommend! The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the yakisoba which was too dry and lacked flavor.

This is a traditional Japanese izakaya (bar). They have daily specials for drinks which were actually quite good bang for buck. I tried the Wednesday night sake special and it was a glass and flat sake cup overflowing for $7.90. I also tried the Iko (squid appetizer which is great for one. It was small but very flavorful. Finally I finished off with the omelette that looks like okonomiyaki. It was small but surprisingly filling. Again good for one person but also paired with something else.
Overall the environment was dark but nice. You may want to bring a small light for reading the menu. 4/5 stars.
