5 Star Rating Came here for lunch after a class and it was a good time. The place is huge! Lots of space downstairs and upstairs. Many pool tables, juke boxes, slots, and bars to sit by. The beers were cold and smooth. I ordered a burger off the lunch menu and it was only $10!! I was shocked because I also got fries with it, you're not getting a meal at McDonald's with fries for that price, especially if you have to also order a drink like we did for the burger. The burger was decent and definitely better than the average fast food spot. I'd come back to try other things on their menu. I also had a tequila shot which they had decent options for a pub. Overall good experience I'll be back to try more.

4 Star Rating I went to the Maddy for the second time on Monday night. Both times that I have went, the venue was completely overcrowded, not like the other bars that I go to. My friends and I decided to go up to the patio to get a breath of fresh air and we really enjoyed our time up there. We all got drinks. I had the cowboy colada & blue Hawaiian. My friends had the love potion, and sour key. We all tried the lime Jell-O shots on special. Our server, Delaynie, was such a sweetheart. She provided quick and efficient service and had recommendations and suggestions. Since it was past 11pm, my friends and I decided on some half-price appetizers. We tried the spring rolls, Mac and cheese balls & nachos. The food was great for the price and we will definitely be coming back (maybe when it’s less busy? I didn’t expect it to be busy on a Monday night, but I guess St. Patrick’s day brings the business in lol)

5 Star Rating Madison Avenue Pub is hands down my go-to spot for Manchester United screenings—and honestly, I wouldn’t watch them anywhere else. The vibe is absolutely electric, with passionate fans bringing crazy energy every single time. If you love football, you’ll feel right at home here. The beer is always flowing, the snacks are on point, and the atmosphere makes every match feel like a final. Whether it’s a big game or a regular league match, this place delivers the perfect setting for a true United fan. If you’re a Red Devil looking for the ultimate match-day experience, this is the spot. GGMU!

5 Star Rating Once again, after returning to Toronto, I visited the restaurant I had been to five months ago. And once again, I’m amazed by the delicious food and the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. This time, I brought my friends, and they were also impressed. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Toronto so I can visit your restaurant again. I’m already drooling 🤤🤤🤤. Thank you, Francesca, Paulo, and Giuseppe – you are the loveliest!!!

5 Star Rating We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. It was our first time. The pizzas are definitely unique, we had 3 for just the 2 of us. Thin crust that's crunchy on the outside and soft once you bite in. We could tell the owner/cook puts a lot of passion into his work with the 72 hour fermented sourdough. We also had their paccheri ai frutti di mare pasta in lobster sauce, which was simply divine! We finished with some house-made panetone and tiramisu that were out of this world. The owner was kind enough to offer us a digestif with dessert! All the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. The ambiance was charming and cozy and we absolutely loved the decor. We highly recommend!

5 Star Rating Very friendly staff who were very attentive. The food was delicious. We shared the Spicy calamari and the margarita pizza. The calamari wasn't too spicy at all, it was breaded and tasted very good. The pizza... it's oven cooked, which never disappoints. Very good. The owner is adorable. Thank you staff for a great night there. Much appreciated 👏.

4 Star Rating Absolutely quaint interior and cozy. Owner is very friendly. Lot of beautiful details to look at within the restaurant. I ordered the tiramisu which is probably one of the best I've had ($16). The orange chocolate cake was okay, the orange flavor was a little too strong. But the cake itself was constructed to perfection.

3 Star Rating Edit*** The last two times I came here have been extremely disappointing. About a week ago I came and had the cauliflower sandwich which I had previously and it had been amazing. This time the sandwich had next to no cauliflower and I had several bites with no filling. The fries had a couple of soggy and uncooked fries mixed in with the cooked ones. I figured it’s an off day and came back a week later. We ordered the “bean soup” and it was pure water. The waitress tried to claim it was a purée style which of course I am familiar with and it was NOT. The soup had the consistency of water. My Cali burger was also just not up to par and my salad had about one teaspoon of dressing. The bill with tip ended up being close to $40 for a burger and a juice. As for the food quality, I think they may have a new cook who has no idea what they are doing. For the prices paid the food better be good. I will not be returning to this location for a long time and will take my business to queen street. I am IN LOVE with Fresh. I come here at least once a week. The food is always so amazing and healthy. It is perfect for vegans and non vegans alike. I can’t get enough! I’d like to give a shout out to the server ADAM, he is amazing. He is probably the most friendly and pleasant server I have ever met. Way to go Fresh and Adam!!!!

5 Star Rating Dined here on New Year’s eve which was super cold and rainy and this warmed us right up. I’ve always been a big fan of Kenzo’s and I’m glad that this location was consistent with the others I’ve been to. Ramen is flavourful and is a good portion size. Shio is a salt-based broth but not salty, just has a nice umami. King of kings ramen is a very big portion and the spice in the soup warms the belly. I’m a fan of the noodle texture here as it’s not too overcooked and I like that they serve bamboo in the ramen as most places don’t do that anymore. We also ordered the pork katsu on the side which was very crispy and not dry at all. The portion for this was also quite generous.

5 Star Rating One of the best fresh ramen dishes I’ve tasted in Toronto so far! It’s rich, and the taste is unique to Kenzo’s restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the order arrived at the table in no time. The only downside is that it’s a small space, and there’s sometimes a wait to sit down.

4 Star Rating I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the chicken wings with sweet chilli sauce, as well as the delicious and crispy fries with garlic sauce. I can understand how the strong smell of vinegar in the boneless chicken with buffalo sauce might have affected your experience. It's also frustrating when a diet drink doesn't meet expectations. I'm sorry to hear that the darkness of the place affected your overall enjoyment. Your feedback is valuable, and I hope your next dining experience is even more enjoyable

5 Star Rating We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a great place to get some wings. I usually get the hot honey garlic wings or the garlic parmesan wings. This time the family decided to change it up a little. They also got the poutine and the fish and chips. While they liked it, they mentioned they should’ve just stuck to wings. We had excellent service and would definitely come back again. The kids menu id also great value.

3 Star Rating The food was disappointing. I ordered the kufta kebab, and some parts of the meat were overcooked and burnt, which made it less enjoyable. The flavor was also lacking. My friend had a burger, which was also slightly burnt, but she didn’t mind as much—she said hers was “ok”. The service was decent; while our main waiter wasn’t very friendly, the other two were more pleasant. The atmosphere, however, was cozy and chill. Overall, I wouldn’t return, especially since the price didn’t reflect the quality of the dishes we had.

5 Star Rating Tried lunch here today for the first time. The servers (& manager) were notably friendly, attentive, and helpful. It’s not a big restaurant, but they made every effort to accommodate our large group (7) as quickly as possible. When one of our kids couldn’t find anything they liked on the menu (we thought it’d be brunch but that’s only on weekends), the kitchen kindly made up some French toast, which the little one described as “the best [they’d]ever had!” I ordered the Eggs Charlottine; it was delicious (especially the dill sauce) and also in the category of best I’ve ever had. The home fries were seasoned (a more Mediterranean flavour?) so they tasted different from what I expected, but I enjoyed them. They were out of smoothies so I would love to try one next time. Overall the food was delicious and the service great. I’ll be back.

3 Star Rating Not quite enough! True in many aspects for this place, as I dropped by with some buddies for a quick brunch. I got the lamb omelette, but I wanted more Middle Eastern spices, more juicy lamb chunks, more potatoes! The flavours are there, but lacking in punch, and there just isn’t enough to chew on. Bagel AND homefries? Skip one and give me more of the good stuff! Annoyingly close to being great, but I can only give a half-hearted recommendation.

5 Star Rating This place was such a great surprise to me. Originally I just wanted to grab a quick meal, but I ended up staying longer because I liked the cozy spot I was offered - warm lighting, classic wood furniture, and the free fried shrimp chip. I enjoyed the grilled pork neck with plain steamed rice 🍚 The grilled pork was the flavor I expected and the pickle radish balanced the richness of the meat so well with its tangy and zesty kick. I liked it so much that I asked the owner for more radish, and he generously gave me a full portion of them for free! That little gesture really made my dinning experience even better 👍

4 Star Rating If you’re after a straightforward, budget-friendly meal, this spot fits the bill. Beyond Vietnamese fare, they offer a variety of Southeast Asian dishes. While the cuisine isn’t extravagant, it satisfies cravings without breaking the bank. We sampled the Grilled Chicken Salad, Shrimp Cold Rolls, and Singapore Noodles. The salad was essentially grilled chicken atop shredded iceberg lettuce, dressed simply with fish sauce—uncomplicated yet surprisingly tasty. The cold rolls were average, but the Singapore noodles stood out as particularly delicious.

4 Star Rating They have vegetable noodles soup and veggies soup based options. Good for vegetarian and vegan. Large bowl is good enough. The fresh rolls were pretty small and a lil bit pricey in my opinion. The restaurant is in medium sized. They have hooks on the wall so that you can hook your jackets or bags on. This is good and convenient to the customers especially in winter. They also provided free snack for each table (shrimp crisps). They are doing promotions like if you pay in cash you can get a free snack/drink of your choice and there are some specific items that you can get it for $1 for the second order.

5 Star Rating I love little Japanese restaurants that look like this, because even if the food is average, the atmosphere way makes up for it. That being said, the food was good and well worth it for the lunch special (all under $20), but of course for that price you can't expect an extravagant meal. The hot udon broth hit the spot and the sushi rolls were all well stuffed and proportioned. As well, the staff/owners were very cute and friendly.

5 Star Rating First, the place is nice and clean which is rare for downtown. Secondly, the staff is super welcoming, make jokes and are just amazing. Thirdly and most importantly OMG FOOD IS DELICIOUS!! Seriously, I live in the area and I just feel such a loss I didn’t discover this place earlier!!

5 Star Rating Has to be the best Jordanian food in Toronto! I went for their lamb and beef platter, which was delicious. The cashier and the chef were the kindest. The chef even gave us free freshly fried falafel to try. Really grateful. Highly recommend this place.
