The hotel is recently renovated, really nice, tidy, exceptionally well designed interior, great hotel staff. Excellent bathroom, big towels and useful amenities. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The only little thing is the noise inside the hotel in the morning when guests are leaving and staff is cleaning the rooms. But in comparison to all the rest of the facilities, I can tolerate this. Will definitely come again. Location is great for my needs, vibrant night life around but not in the close vicinity of the hotel. Noise from the street disappeared around midnight. In all fronts the hotel was beyond the expectations

If you’re looking for a restaurant with rooms above , that’s the place for you. Hotel Georgette is not a typical 4 star hotel with breakfast Tracklin and bars, but with a restaurant where you can order a coffee juice omelette or cereal. A very nice gentleman welcomed me in the evening showed me around and helped with every request. and in the morning greeted me the lovely ladies at the front desk. The ⭐️ night bathroom with its technology was the perfect atmosphere for the end of the day.

If I could rate this hotel more than 5 stars I would. The location is magnificent and I can’t speak higher of the staff. I unfortunately injured my ankle while I was on holiday and all the staff were so lovely and accommodating. No request or question ever seemed to bother them - they are very attentive. The attached restaurant is also very very good for both brunch and dinner foods. Rooms are decently sized for Paris standards and very clean and presentable. I am looking forward to coming back in the future :)

Hotel in an excellent location, the rooms are very clean and very beautiful, there is a boutique atmosphere. There is a restaurant under the hotel, but regardless, in the whole area there are many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. There are 2 metro stations nearby (the closest is about a 5 minute walk) The staff was very nice and helped with what was needed. Had a great time!

We stayed nearby and discovered the café while walking the area. The food was so incredible we went 3 times! We had our first proper crêpe on our last day in Paris. Amazing staff, amazing food, bookmarked for our next stay in Paris! Close to everything!

Amazing experience. The food and service were unlike anything I've ever experienced! Incredibly attentive and accommodating staff. We were given a small history of the house as well as a very through description of the wonderful food. They accommodated my husband's vegetarian diet and it was equally as delicious as everything else and the bartender made us some amazing Mocktails. Best experience at a restaurant we've ever had in all of Paris

Nice experience, I really love the food and everything they designed. Delicious choices with lunch menu. Maybe because it’s the oldest architecture in Paris , the air circulation at second floor was not good. But anyway, I highly recommend this place, the food worth to try.

Recently I had a pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and It was one of the best fine dining experience i’ve had in Paris. If you want true culinary experience and love to discover unique flavors you must go here. It’s a cozy place where you can enjoy kitchen view if seated on a first floor. It was an overwhelming experience last nite that 3 courses of meals turned out to be 7 dishes with surprising presentations and quality. Even every meals even the entree and mains were small serve. We were full. Would highly recommend to do five course to make the dinner more complicated.

Great location with amazing views of Paris. Had some issues with our server who disappeared for an hour until we complained and someone else came to assist us. Note that they will sit two couples at a four top table which is unusually for US tourists but standard practice in France. Food was good, but not amazing. You come here for the view and the vibe anyway!

If you are making a reservation here it should be solely for the views and vibe. The food was extremely mediocre and lacked seasoning and the bathroom cleanliness was equivalent to that of the metro or a public restroom on the street. Our servers were kind and hospitable but for the price you are solely paying for the views.

Great view, amazing food and the service was actually really good unlike the other reviews. Lilia spoke perfect English and was very helpful and attentive. Plus if you have bookings at George, you can get up to level 6 and then head to your museum session after your meal without having to line up downstairs.

Le Georges offers a stunning view of the city, including the Eiffel Tower, which adds a special touch to the overall dining experience. The ambiance is elegant and enjoyable, making it a pleasant spot to relax and take in the surroundings. However, the food was quite underwhelming, especially considering the high prices. The quality didn’t justify the cost, which left us feeling that it was overpriced for what was served. The service was good, with attentive staff who were friendly and efficient, which helped elevate the experience a bit. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathrooms was a major letdown. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you’d expect much better upkeep in this regard. In summary, while Le Georges has a great view and decent service, the food and cleanliness fall short of expectations, especially given the cost.

Thinking about my dinner that I had here at George’s. A beautiful day in Paris, I came here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The service was good, our waitress talked us through what she likes and what she would recommend from the menu. I didn’t take any photos of the food sadly, but these other reviews do a good job showing it off. I had two main gripes, 1 was the chair, where the arm rests are on the chairs I found myself slouching to rest my arms on it. This maybe an intentional art decision that fits with the restaurants design, and I don’t mind if that’s the case. The other was the dress code, one of the main reasons I booked this place was because I was excited to have a dinner, with a view of Paris, in a restaurant which had a classy atmosphere. Sadly this was ruined by what must of been a group corporate dinner and a big family dinner where some of them were dressed in t-shirts and casual clothing, this was disappointing because myself and most of the other diners were adhering to the dress code stipulated on the website and email reminders. If there is a dress code please enforce it. Otherwise this was a lovey restaurant, great food, good service.

Love this place. These sorts of divey type bars are my homes away from homes. No pretense, just good people and good drink. If I were living in Paris I'd need to live nearby hear to make it my local sort of thing. Bartender was playing really good music too. Make sure to look for the mobile in the back on the ground floor - it's suspended from the ceiling. Really cool little piece of art. I took a short film of it but can't upload it here, but there's a pic of it.

Every time our feet touch down in Paris, they take us right to Le 404. The food is the star, but the ambiance and service take us right into a Moroccan fantasy! Get the mint tea to start and finish, the 7 vegetable couscous is my fav, my kids and hubby gobble up the Moroccan meatballs and we always, ALWAYS, end with the oranges for dessert. Trust me it is not as simple as it sounds. We have been going for years and it just never disappoints.

This restaurant features an enchanting ambience, welcoming staff, and exquisite homemade Moroccan food that is out of this world! It was so nice to see chef make the rounds of the tables to meet clients and to make sure that they were satisfied. It was the best dining experience we had during our month-long trip in France. Merci !

We started the evening by waiting outside of the restaurant with about 10 other people. When we were brought inside we were shown to a cramp corner right next to another table, never have I been so close to other people in a restaurant. The restaurant was only one floor and all of the tables we very close and rammed in together. Before eating I went to the restroom and was greeted by a low ceiling and very dark lighting. Not to mention I had to ask two people to stand up just to get there. We got our menus and I was very excited as I thought that the food looked good. I had picked something out after five minutes and I was feeling like the evening was going to change for the better. Little did I know that it would take a full 30 MINUTES to even order my food. I was only able to get my starter after a full hour of waiting. I was very disappointed. When my full meal arrived I was taken aback by how large it was. Even to an American I saw it as massive. I had ordered the lamb shoulder and I was exited to eat it until I saw it. Half of my plate was vegetables and the whole lamb shoulder was 90 percent fat or bone. I am still processing this full experience so for anyone who has read the full review I advise you DO NOT eat here.

What a threat! Drink menu is super inclusive, lots of options and cocktails are spectacular. Ambiance is cozy, seating is super comfortable, music is on point and the dancefloor is really cool. (yes it has a dancefloor). Service is on point. Highly recommended. (They have a coat check).

A quaint cocktail bar with a unique and creative menu. The bartender was extremely hospitable and concocted a delicious coffee based cocktail upon request that was off-menu. Would definitely recommend visiting more than once to try through their menu. Sampled a couple different cocktails and was not disappointed with any. Pricing is fair, about the same with most other cocktail bars, and the atmosphere is quite classy and cozy.

A very pretty courtyard that offers a peaceful and intimate setting, which is already a very good point considering the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets. The cocktails were quite surprising, even a bit disorienting I must admit as I wasn't expecting something so visually simple. Once tasted, the flavors are subtle and balanced. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Came here with 2 other friends for dinner! We ordered mostly appetizers dishes to share because they simply looked more interesting than the mains 😄 however, our server was very nice and recommended the in season sole (in photo) and that tadted very nice! I think it was too much food but it was tasty. We all got the scallops (3 in total, 1 per person), in my opinion, the acidity of the sides overpowered the scallops and I could barely taste the freshness/sweetness of them. On the other hand, the beef tartare I ordered as my 2nd appetizer was awesome 😎👍 We all shared a dessert mont blanc at the end which was also very nice, not too sweet I find~

Beautiful restaurant tucked away in Paris. Had a great time admiring the wonderful collection of trinkets and artwork kept within. Food was excellent, wish I took more photos but my friends and I couldn't restrain ourselves from quickly digging into our plates! We stopped by for lunch, would love to return to see what dinner is like.

Very cool spot! We were visiting from the US and came for brunch. We did not know French very well but everyone was very accommodating to us there. The interior is super unique and interesting, I’ve never seen anything like it! The service was pretty slow, but I’m sure we have different opinions being from the US. We did not really understand how the brunch service worked with the buffet and we did have to ask, but we saw other tables that were offered an explanation with quicker service. However, everyone was very kind when we did speak, and the host was generous in giving my grandmother a take home dessert after she mentioned how much she liked it. The food was great, but I think dinner is probably the best meal to have here. Definitely recommend!

The Café Beaubourg went to several phases over its 37 years of history : fancy, touristy, average with arrogant service, filthy. Now it seems to be back. With good food, nice service and always its lofty atmosphere (and a nice cat used to interact w/ guests). Then it's a safe bet at any time of the day. Not sure how it will deal with the upcoming 5-year closure of the Centre Pompidou, though. Most likely less tourists and more locals...

I went on a Monday night and had a great experience. It is true that not many tables were taken, so it was a slow night, but the waiter that looked after me was really nice and attentive. Got me an English menu, checked if they had what I wanted (they did) and would check in on me regularly. The food was also really good. I had the tuna tartare and the pavlova and they were both faultless.

I am a study abroad group leader, and I took 20 university students to La Mere Catherine. We had a wonderful mean, in a lovely atmosphere, with magnificent service. Everyone treated us hospitably, and everyone loved the food. We will definitely go back in the future because it was an excellent experience. And the entertainment/music by Max also created such a great vibe.

This is a fun experience for sure. Going into the meal 'blind' and trying to guess what you are eating is an interesting challenge. You learn what you ate after the meal and get to see if you figured it out. The food itself is pretty good but could use more depth of flavor. I'd recommend skipping the cocktail pairing as they just tasted like mixed fruit / pineapple juice, and could not taste any alcohol at all. Despite all that, the service is excellent.

Everything was excellent, except for the food. In my view, the dishes lacked complexity and depth of flavor. While the presentation was impressive—though this wasn’t the most important aspect—the taste fell flat. Adding more spices and bold flavors would elevate the meals significantly. .

It sounds like you had a unique dining experience in a dark room where you couldn't see anything, which heightened your other senses, especially taste. The concept of a blind dinner, where people eat in complete darkness, can be challenging but also quite intriguing. It can be especially difficult to communicate using International Sign (IS) in such an environment since signing relies on visual cues. Despite these challenges, it seems like you enjoyed the different tastes of the foods you tried.

It was very extreme, but extraordinary experience! If you want to try something interesting - definitely go here! The food os amazing, but the fact that you are eating in complete dark gives more spice to such an experience. Perfect for team diner! The personnel is so professional and welcoming! I really loved this place! It’s not too big (though they also have seating downstairs that i didn’t check out, so it isn’t too small either), so it feels very cozy, especially for something like eating a fondue and drinking wine on a cold day/night. We ordered the Méridionale fondue and it was amazing!! 🤩 as someone who isn’t the biggest fan pf strong smelly cheese, this was the perfect middle ground! The herbs and tomato take just a little bit away from the sharpness of the cheese, which made it perfect for me, and it tasted perfect! I love that both bread and potatoes were served with the fondue while some other places only include bread and potatoes are extra. It is reasonably priced and in the heart of Paris which is wonderful! Totally recommend this place! I would strongly advise to book before going tho as it gets crowded pretty fast!

10/19/2024 Very cute, very small spot. I never had Raclette before. It was very good but I'm sure they are large markup on price. Still we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend this place. You should get a reservation for sure.

Great authentic French / Swiss restaurant. We started with the three cheese toast & salad and the goat cheese with honey toast & salad. Both were delicious. He raved about the house red wine and I loved the peach Kir. We shared the Normandy fondue. It was amazing. It's served with the classic boiled potatoes and bread. They really live up to their name "Bread, Wine, Cheese". The staff was very friendly and helpful which we especially appreciated given our limited French. Would definitely go back, would love to try the raclette and dessert.

I visited this amazing restaurant in 2017. I wanted to make sure that I could get in so I made a reservation online. My flights changed and I let the restaurant know and they were more than flexible to work with me for the reservation. The point is, the staff at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful. Thank you! Now to the food. After some deliberation, we decided to go with the fondue. We ordered the Méridionale, emmental, Beaufort, comté, kirsch, white wine, nutmeg, garlic, salt, pepper with tomato and herbs. It came with bread and potatoes. We also ordered the plate of mix ham. Each bite was better than the next. We shared an order of green salad, and the Vikings Salad. We also tried the House red and white wine. We couldn’t possibly think of ordering dessert, but we did. We shared the Negresco, which has coconut and vanilla ice cream with melted chocolate and whipped cream and the L'impériale, which of tangerine sorbet with melted chocolate and tangerine liquor I can’t think of a better meal to have upon arrival in Paris. Thank you chef!
