Excellent place for a traditional Lebanese lunch/dining experience: the food is awesome, the service is fast, professional, and friendly, the atmosphere is right.
Opt for the menu if it’s your first encounter with Lebanese food or if you are very hungry.

A great place to have lunch and watch the locals come and go in their impeccable outfits. Everyone in our party liked their plats very much; if I were to go back I’d try one of the enormous burgers. Food arrived lightning fast, and we were left in peace to enjoy the atmosphere until we signaled for the check. Lunch for 3 without wine was a reasonable 75 Euros given the neighborhood.

It’s an okay place to grab a bite to eat . The coffee is actually pretty good in this place , strong and not acidic . But the food in my opinion is pricey for what is presented and delivered . I personally would only come again for the coffee. The IPA beer is actually pretty good as well .

One of the greatest food experience in Paris. Dishes, descriptions, ingredients, athmosphere… You absolutely must try this culinary experience so as not to miss the opportunity to taste the chef's specialties. You will be extremely satisfied, for the courtesy, competence and ability shown off during dinner.

If you would like to try Michelin start restaurant with a reasonable budget I would recommend this place.
Excellent service and very friendly staff .
The food itself was an interesting experience , most of the dishes were very creative and an explosion of flavors.
The wine selection is on point and amazing.
The only comment is for the soufflé as a dessert , it was a bit basic compared to the other dishes and it lacks creativity.

An absolute joy of a first experience with Michelin dining. The oysters in salt water gel on foi gras was a wonderful surprise. The fenneled duck breast with butternut puree and roasted carrots was a lovely main course before a surprise offering of a cheese terrine. Dessert of an apple tatrele with honeyed ice cream was a simple yet fabulous way to round out the night. Service was courteous, attentive and patient with language barriers. Would certainly recommend if you're in Paris and looking for a reasonably priced Michelin experience!

Genuinely one of my favorite dining experiences! I visited France for the first time this summer and picked Jacques Faussat on a whim, but I'll definitely be making a special visit the next time I decide to travel to Paris.
The food was outstanding and 100% worth the Michelin star already. My friend and I both got the 3-course menu (but, of course, sampled each other's dishes, so it felt like a 6-course meal). We started with a smattering of amuse bouche, including garlic bonbon, wafers, and the cutest little aubergine tarts. I never thought that garlic candy could taste good, but Jacques Faussat somehow made it happen. For our appetizers, I ordered the mushroom ravioli and my friend got the squid with squid ink. The ravioli was filled with delightfully earthy, umami mushrooms and paired with a fresh, herbaceous green sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked and surrounded by a few extra little mushrooms just to really pack in the mushroom flavor. The squid was also fantastic; it was perfectly cooked, with a slight bite but no rubberiness, and the squid ink sauce emphasized the briney, umami flavor without making the dish too fishy.
However, the real star of the show was the mains! I got their cod with peas and carrots and, not only was the presentation gorgeous (who knew you could create so many different shapes and textures with two vegetables?), but the cod was to die for. It was the most tender, succulent fillet I've ever had, falling apart at the slightest touch from my fork. The fish / veggies themselves were just lightly seasoned, allowing their natural flavors to shine through, but there was also a fantastic sauce on the side that you could use to switch up the flavor profiles.
The desserts were also delightful -- our options were the rhubarb cheesecake with sichuan peppercorn sorbet and a chocolate mousse with marigold ice cream. The cheesecake was delicious and had a wonderful hit of tartness from the rhubarb and hint of crispiness from the pastry coating; the sorbet definitely had quite the peppercorn kick, and it was exciting to see them lean into a bolder flavor profile here. However, the dessert that I'll dream of until I somehow make it back here will be the chocolate mousse; it was remarkably simple on paper, but the light floral marigold ice cream perfectly balanced out the rich dark chocolate mousse and shell; the green herb sauce around it was equally fantastic and helped to brighten up the dessert.
Beyond the food, what really made Jacques Faussat shine was the service. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, even letting my friend and I practice our rusty French to order. That French later came in handy when Jacques himself came out to greet us and thank us for joining him, which was truly the perfect end to the evening! The restaurant is pretty small, with capacity for max 10 tables, so the chef is able to put a ton of care and personal flair into each dish he makes and table he serves. Truly can't recommend this spot enough!

Amazing place
Was my birthday so my hubby surprised me with lunch here
Staff Sofier and Cril are so kind and friendly even spoke good English. They patiently explained the dishes and are very professional. Both of them so well groomed
Ambiance is elegant Cosy yet not overly fancy. Loved the original wall which must have been hundreds of years old
Portion is good, lunch menu is super reasonable esp for those who wants to try Michelin restaurant without breaking the bank

We came back to Autana’s Restaurant , and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
. The meal was delicious.
The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, and our server had excellent recommendations for wine pairings.
Autana, again exceeded my expectations with its fresh ingredients and welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable lunch/dining experience. Thank you Chef Juan.

Beautiful entrees, ok but pricey wine, main course fell very short, and we left hungry for 39€ a person. I wanted to love this place, but can’t say I’d recommend it.
Rich earthy soup for entree with truffle highlight was excellent. Eggplant in corn sauce was to die for. Small portions, but well done. The calamari for the main was beautifully cooked, but the beef was terrible: cheap cut of meat, not tenderized, poorly butchered and needed salt. When the waiter saw that we only had two bites, he acknowledged the beef was tough. I honestly expected to have a glass of wine or coffee offered since we barely had any food, but nothing.
At 9€ a glass for wine, the restaurant is pricing for Michelin, but not achieving.

An outstanding experience! Autana mixes flavours and touches from Venezuela with France, producing delicious yet unexpected dishes. We adored the duck confit with a chocolate based sauce, the hors d'oeuvres and the egg with truffles.
The wine suggested by the waiter, a Brouilly, was EXCELLENT.
Hands down, one of the best unknown restaurants in Paris.

It was an amazing culinary experience at Autana. We opted for menu Canaima; 6 course dinner, and it was exceptional. From mis-en-bouche to the dessert our server explained in detail all ingredients and where it comes from. Special thanks to him for making it an unforgettable dinner experience. The quality of food was top notch and the flavors were unique and and well balanced.

A classy, spacious center great both for their jazz music evenings as well as for an array of Scandinavian-inspired conferences. Superb location overlooking Jardin de Tuilleries along rue de Rivoli with views into the distance, as it's a few floors up in the building. Delicious snacks and cocktails, along with great service. There's a bar area as well as several large rooms that can be either sectioned off or formed as a space together as they have some moveable wall dividers. A great place for meeting and developing both social and business links with Swedes, Norwegians, Danes, and others, as it's open to all. Only downpoint is that the washrooms in this center aren't handicapped accessible, though there may be other facilites available that I'm unaware of.

Went for the jazz night and it was incredible. You can also have dinner at the restaurant . It's mostly swedish and Norwegian dishes. I understand that they also have other activities for the members of the club.

Incredible experience, the ambience (of course) is the cherry on top. However, it's the front desk, the staff and simple but elegant food that brings it home. A snapshot into another era. We would definetely be back. X
