5 Star Rating This is my favorite hotel in Paris. We are always treated like family. The hotel is cozy and homey and beautiful. Service is an 11/10. I brought my puppy this time and they took amazing care of her by providing a beautiful bed and bowls and a custom place mat with her name. They offered to take her on walks as well! She left with a little toy. If I didn’t love the Bristol from my previous visits, this last trip has solidified that I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Paris. Thank you guys so much for your on incredible hospitality. I can’t say enough good things!!

A special thank you to Ivan for the warmest welcome and enjoyable tour around on our first day it was the perfect start to the trip! Thank you to Guillaume for your attention to detail and for the updated Parisian guide on what is new and exciting! The breakfast was truly a delight and the crepes in Café Antonia were the best I have ever had! We also loved the wonderful choice of restaurants within the hotel as well as the location. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable time!

5 Star Rating We came here as it was one of the few places we found open on Christmas, and we were pleasantly surprised. We got two pastries as well as hot chocolate and they were all delicious! The hot chocolate was especially one of the best I had in paris. The service was good and the staff was very friendly - we had an easy time there inspite of a small language barrier. Overall, an amazing experience

5 Star Rating Quickly served with a lovely menu that changes daily. It tasted fresh even though it was warmed up to serve. Nice size desserts to go with it and it all tastes great! Only downside I would say is that it's a shame they use so much disposable plastic, I would think real cutlery and more sustainable dishes would be a big improvement!

2 Star Rating Among all the restaurants available on this street, I gave Epicure a chance. What a regret... I have never eaten something so bland, I was tempted by the superb description of the dish but it was infamous, slightly elaborate chicken food. There was an aftertaste in the mouth, the uncooked seeds, it was annoying with each bite, hence my words. I had two other people test the dish who confirmed my disgust, the dish ended up in the trash.. Nevertheless, the service is great, dynamic team and ready-made dishes available. I still think that you offer good dishes but the one I chose absolutely deserves to be reworked.

5 Star Rating It's my mom's birthday, and we are in Paris, so we decided to try a Michelin ***. We did the lunch tasting menu. I'm not into fine dining, but Epicure did make me think twice. Food - "Exquisite" is the word. Every dish looks like a beautiful abstract painting. Multiple layers of flavors unfold into a harmony when tasting each course. Admittedly, there were 1-2 courses that we didn't enjoy as much, but the others were almost heavenly. Service - Out of the world. During the three hours, the staff team took the best care of us. Warm welcome upon entrance, gently serving and introducing each course, recommending wines, answering my many questions on ingredients, changing utensils between each course, cleaning and tidying up the table every other ~15mins... In short, they make you feel like you are the most important person during that 3h. Sounds cliche, but who doesn't want to be treated like a king/queen? Idea - Jewel in the crown. Right off the bat, I figured the tasting menu was trying to tell a story, about walking by the seaside, tasting the treasures of sea, earth, and sky. It was beautiful. It was expensive and extravagant, we might not do it again for a while. But it was a meal that we might remember for a while.

The delightful interactions with such a graceful Epicure team throughout the dining experience were truly unforgettable. Each piece served was a culinary masterpiece. The portions were generous. The lobster appetizer was an absolute epic experience in every aspect. We relished every bite of the cheese course once more. Thank you so much again for hosting us in such an incredible, elegant, warm and Parisian way.

5 Star Rating Enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends. Food was delicious and definitely the reason for their Michelin star. The artichoke soup was wonderful especially with the foie gras, while a little more foie would have benefited the dish, the one bite I had with it was perfection. The pigeon was also perfection as was the lobster bisque. We had younger children with us and they were very accommodating, They had a special kids menu, and when that wasn't enough even allowed us to go off menu for one of our more pickier eaters. While the staff was very friendly, the service was a little lacking such as not re-placing a napkin when someone would temporarily leave the table, but this is commensurate with a one star establishment. All in all a great meal and evening.

5 Star Rating This was the BEST dinner we had in Paris. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the service was outstanding. Philippe the chef/sommelier/owner was there over looking all the details. The people dining there appeared to be locals, another testament to the quality of the place. We selected the set menu with wine pairings. He asked us what our like and dislikes were in order for select the dinner. Every selection he made for us was like he read our minds. The wine pairings were exceptional, he even gave us a second pour of one of our favorites. As good as dinner was, the highlight of the evening was when he gave us a personal tour of his wine cellar located under the restaurant. Wow, after many years of collecting, he had quite a cellar. Many coming with stories he shared with us. Thank you Philippe for a memorable evening in Paris

5 Star Rating Le Bistrot Du Sommelier offers an exceptional dining experience, blending exquisite French wines with top-notch service. The atmosphere is intimate, with cozy seating that invites guests to relax and enjoy their meal. The staff, led by a highly knowledgeable sommelier, expertly curated wine pairings for each course. Their recommendations, including a Muscadet and a Bourgogne, were spot on, elevating the flavors of each dish. The highlight of the meal began with an octopus appetizer—so fresh and perfectly cooked that it didn’t make it into the photos! The main courses, as seen in the photos, showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with precision. One standout dish featured beautifully tender cuts of meat served over a rich sauce and accompanied by earthy mushrooms and vegetables. Each bite reflected the chef’s commitment to market-fresh ingredients. To cap off the evening, the chocolate pastry dessert was indulgent, balancing richness with a delicate finish. The meal ended with an incredibly thoughtful touch—the staff, noticing the rain, insisted on escorting us to our cab with umbrellas, ensuring we left dry and smiling. Recommended by the renowned Les Frenchies travel guides, Le Bistrot Du Sommelier lives up to its reputation as one of the best dining spots in the 8th Arrondissement near Champs-Élysée. It’s a perfect choice for anyone seeking not just a meal but an unforgettable Parisian dining experience.

5 Star Rating Excellent restaurant! Been twice already in 2 months with friends, the verdict was unanimous! Classy decor, spacious seating, and excellent staff. The waiter suggested the chef prepare for us a mix of entrées to try several dishes, and all were delicious from the tuna carpaccio (exquisite👌), the fried mozzarella balls, the truffled artichokes… The main courses were equally delicious and very copious. I had the coeur de filet; a savory tender meat, nicely seasoned, and with an exotic cream sauce. Even the home made potato wedges were tasty. The Milanese escalope, linguine with impressive meatballs… every item was worth it! A wide election of Italian wines complements perfectly the menu. The Montepulciano Amaranta was utter perfection! Don’t miss out on a savory Italian cuisine in the heart of Paris😍
