Buddha Bar is super cute. The ambiance and decor are quite trendy and hip. Definitely a spot to go for a special occasion dinner or a night out with friends. Food was delicious and tasty. We ordered the calamari, rock shrimp, the steamed shrimp dumplings, and the Buddha Bar roll for our starters. For our mains, we ordered the five spice chicken, the pork ribs, and the red curry prawns. The standouts were the calamari, rock shrimp, the pork ribs and the red curry prawns. I would definitely order all of them again. The biggest negatives were that there was an event that night, so it felt super crowded upstairs getting around and there was really only one server for downstairs, so we waited quite a while for things. However, I'd go back and try them again on a regular night.

We visited this restaurant for a special occasion and it was spectacular. The food was amazing, the staff and service was amazing. Lovely bar at the top and restaurant at the bottom. We celebrated my birthday here and my partner ordered a dessert and informed the staff it was my birthday and out came the sparklers and everyone sang happy birthday it was such a nice surprise. They truly make it special🥺🥂✨

Like the one in Dubai Buddha-Bar Paris offers an unforgettable dining experience. The wines, cocktails, and food were absolutely unparalleled—each element perfectly crafted and delicious. Very nice atmosphere and decoration! Food is good but very small portions, we had to reorder food twice. So quite expensive for what you have in your plate. The service was ok, not as high-end as one would expect for this type of restaurant and price range.

We went for few drinks after dinner and it was good fun. The drinks are expensive but I guess you pay for the atmosphere. Nice place to meet new people. The place is small so it gets crowded quickly.

A Saturday night in Paris and the 5-course tasting menu for two with a bottle of wine. French fine dining at its best with all the classical touches - a good excuse to dress up and drink fancy wine. Remembered for dishes I don’t normally enjoy but loved. Masterful use of mushrooms, beetroot and asparagus. Perfectly cooked mains, craft and technique everywhere. The ambiance was a little quieter and the service a little colder than we are used to.

I had the five-course with wine paring. The sommelier’s selection of the food and wine pairing was deliberated. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and flavourful. The asparagus was my favorite! Nice combination with ice cream.

We were transported into the old world luxury. Delicious food but slightly bland for my Asian palette. Our waitress,Savannah took care of us really well and made us feel like family. Be prepared to be pampered there for 5 hours if you select the 7 courses with wine pairing.

I would need to give it 4.1 star. We did have the cheaper menu at 150 euro if you are less than 35 years old with champagne and 2 wines. For the price we had a great dinner. The place has so much history and you can feel it, the service is very good quality overall, finished plates where sometimes left on the table along with crumbs till the main waiter took them off. The food was very nice and tasted good overall especially for this unique menu, however I was expecting more from 1 Michelin star. The small hors d’œuvres where very creative and we felt impressed and where very taken away. Especially with the artichoke chips, very creative with new thecniques never seen before Then the bun with smoked cream and different textures of tomato was creative, however just boring, you get a bun then home made bread, it didn’t feel special. We followed with Tuna and beet sorbet, it was a great palette cleaner, the taste was great and our daughter loved it. However there wasn’t a wow factor, that we can normally find for such amazing product. Next was the scallop, the taste was good and plating was fun, the scallop éclaté was a new experience however the flavours where okay together but yet again missing harmony, the brown sauce tasted good but didn’t look appealing with the plate, the purée was chunky I guess the chef wanted it that way but I felt it didn’t add anything a purée more smooth would have been better. The chicken cooked sous vide with a caramlized top with an excellent crumble a creative sabayon served on the side was fun, the fennel was nice but a bit boring, could have been worked in more detail then randomly they came with chicken legs and a roasted chicken consumé this was a very fun touch and we appreciated it very much. The green apple and celery was great and refreshing , the powder all over the bowl was playful and creative. The chocolate dessert and calamansi was missing a bit of balance and I didn’t feel like they went together, however this is very personal. Very hard work went into the dish and was very beautiful. Mignardises were beautiful and overall good. The champagne was excellent quality and very good, white wine was just okay, their red wine was really excellent! Overall very happy with the pairing. The service and staff where very good, they brought out plates at the same took the time to serve every plate at the same time, there was a nice flow. However the feel was very robotic and was missing a friendly feel. Only after asking did we find out the history of the building and the restaurant Lucas Carton, we would have loved a bit more of the story behind this beautiful restaurant and have a more Human relationship with the staff. However the service was excellent and well executed. The cutlery and the fineness of the architecture was amazing! Another table got a cheese plate and the cheese cart looked amazing. All these details do explain the Michelin star. Maybe my expectations where very elevated with that title and we did have the cheaper menu. However I was just missing some wow factors and a sense of warmth that I was expecting in a Michelin start restaurant. But for the price we paid it was a very nice experience we really appreciated going.

Very well located in Madeleine area, this Michelin star restaurant offers one of the best gastronomic experience in Paris! As one of the oldest restaurant of the city, Lucas Carton has a beautiful interior. The food is simply delicious with the chef offering some creative takes on French dishes and the selection of wine is very comprehensive. The service is welcoming and very nice too! It's definitely one of my favorite restaurant so far 👌👍😊

I visit Paris often, and every time, I make sure to stop by Le Soufflé. This charming restaurant is a must for anyone who loves soufflés. They serve the lightest, fluffiest soufflés—just as they should be! The menu offers a fantastic prix fixe option, so you can enjoy an appetizer, main course, and dessert while sampling different types of soufflé. Of course, if you prefer, there’s always the à la carte option. And yes they have menu items that are not soufflé. The restaurant itself is cozy, and the staff is absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend making a reservation in advance, as it can get busy. The pricing is what you’d expect for a high-quality dining experience like this. Highly recommend Le Soufflé if you’re in Paris—it's a true treat for the taste buds!

Book ahead- this place is small and packed but well worth the wait! I had the 3 course souffle meal but have to admit it was super rich and there are also choices to have a non-souffle option instead for different courses. Every souffle was perfectly cooked, light and fluffy, intensely flavoured and generous on the booze for dessert! Service was fantastic - 'Must do' when in Paris!

Honestly a pretty decent experience. Was my first time having a souffle and I don't particularly enjoy the texture. Way to much egg white for my taste, but I did get the appetizer, entre, and dessert souffle. Probably to much, I would suggest avoiding that entirely.

Dinner at Le Souffle last night was marvelous. Everyone in my group loved the food. I was especially appreciative of the chef as I have Celiac disease and the chef made some adjustments on my behalf. You will not be disappointed eating at this restaurant.

Delicious place to eat this speciality of the french cuisine. Their food is so amazing and tasty. The dishes are well served. Many excellent options on their menu! The service was polite and efficient. A must go when you’re visiting Paris.

It's not cheap, but you're eating in a café in Paris in the stylish pedestrian street that has boutiques from Chanel and Dior, so just enjoy. Food was pretty good, the steak tartare offered better value than the petit filet, which lived up to its billing. Chips and salad good. Service was efficient.

Place is nice but the food was terrible and expensive, 12€ for a plate of scrambled eggs that appeared to be soup with a small bread that was hard as a rock, the coffee was worst than instant coffee and it came from a machine not from an espresso machine which for 8€ is a scam. The service is ok, nothing surprising just regular Paris service. The place is in a nice spot but definitely not worth the price, you pay top money and get low quality.

Awesome place with great food and pretty much the only place with good service we experienced in 3 days in paris. Chich and trendy decor, nested in a cute arcade between the Dior and Chanel store, Well thought out and presented dishes, encompassing a range of tastes and flavours from around the world. They were also very accommodating with our 4 year old and made a dish for her that wasn't on the menu. Not cheap but it is what it is.

One of my favorite lunch spots in the city. Next to all the big fashion houses. Le Village has an amazing Tuna tartar as well as an artichoke salad. The Steak tartar is also another favorite of mine. Cool vibe and great place for people watching.

Very beautiful restaurant with an amazing interior. We made a reservation online. We were on the main floor and there was live music performance (on Wednesday) which was amazing and very soft. The candles on the tables were also very romantic. The food was Okey. The shrimps for sharing were amazing, still the main course was a little strange comb for me but very delicious. The wine list is huge and we choose some very nice French wine. I had a birthday and I had the creme Brule and it was delicious also.

The atmosphere is out of this world. You really feel like you have stepped back 100 years in time! Very cool. The food was also very nice. We had a set menu and ate a bit of everything. The service at the table was nice but the bathroom situation was a bit odd. Also, the coat check list the coat of one person in our party and then argued with us about it. A bit unfortunate as it put a damper on an otherwise fun evening. The band was nice but finished playing way too early.

We visited Maxim on Sunday evening, and while the music and atmosphere were wonderful, unfortunately, the service and food left much to be desired. The waiter never once asked if everything was to our liking. Additionally, the water, which costs 10 euros, was brought to us already opened, which is very unusual for a place of this level. As for the food, the fish with white beans was disappointing—the sauce was sour, and the beans were overcooked. The appetizers were fine but nothing impressive or particularly tasty.

A Parisian institution. We celebrated the holidays here at Maxim’s. The service was amazing and the atmosphere brought us back to the Belle Epoque era with it’s Art Nouveau decor. Jacket is a must in this place so prepare accordingly. The food was average we ordered the frog legs (delish) and mushroom tart (so-so) for appetizers. For main ordered the tournedos rossini, it was good but not astounding. For desserts we ordered the crepes suzzette and the creme brulee. The food overall was good and although no issues considering the price points I feel there’s better places with better value for money. I still recommend to visit this place just to experience the ambience and be transported to a bygone era.

The service was superb by the waiter and the waitress. The little taster provided was really nice and presented perfectly. I had the snails and the blanquet de veau. The snails as you can see by my photo were huge. Like you'd see on old fossils on nature programmes. The garlic sauce was fantastic. For main the veal stew was sublime. Lots of it with the copper pot it served in. The veal was tender, the potatoes lovely and soft. The bacon added saltiness to it to make the cream sauce taste amazing. So a great dish. This was recommended by Fred Siriex on twitter a few days prior and he was correct. Superb. For dessert had tje crepes suzette. Maybe it was a personal opinion but i disliked this. The sauce was horrific but may be due to my own taste. The crepes were tough in parts to cut so even if had a different sauce I'd still give it a bad review. The salad starter my partner had looked awful and she said it wasn't great, and her main dish the gnocchi she said was only ok. I think she chose poor so my review is based upon my own dishes. The chablis wine was very nice. Overall decent in parts so 3.5 out of 5

For the classic French food lover, this will hit the spot: boeuf bourguignon, escargot, foie gras - you name it. Additional good sign for authenticity is the lack of English language skills and the very extensive wine list. Yet, if you look around, you will find obviously find better tasting food and spots with a nicer outdoor area, the service could be a bit more attentive. I would not necessarily go again, but that’s due to the high competition and so many other places where - if this is the first time you go to this city - you will experience more of that French charming character you might have been dreaming about.

We wanted to eat some traditional french dishes, and Chez Monsieur was not far from where we stayed, so we went there for a lunch and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made! We ordered escargot, foie gras, blanquette de veau and bœuf bourgignon. Everything was beyond excellent! Our waitress was very kind and attentive. All in all it was one of the highlight of our trip. I will return for sure!

Great service! They accommodated us right away. The server is attentive and gives great recommendations. The beef fillet and octopus was a hit even the drinks such as the passion fruit one. Abdel even gave me a mimosa even if it’s not in the menu. The manager also attends to us. Excellent service, excellent food and great vibes.

We come to Paris for New Year's every year, and this restaurant is one of my favorite spots to visit. When ownership changed they went through a rocky transition and we were a bit skeptical with the new food and service, however; we came back this year and they were absolutely outstanding. From the food, to the service and ambiance, they have brought back their quality and Parisian charm we have always loved; and they have outdone themselves. Their beef bourguignon is to die for and the duck confit is delicious, and you cannot leave without having an Irish or French coffee, it is a must!. They were also very accomodating with a bigger table when our friends arrived and decided to join us for dinner, although they had no reservation and the restaurant was packed. I am already looking forward to coming back again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

If I had to recommend something to improve would be the amount of salmon in the salad, because they cost around 25€ and the protein should be more to justify the price.

This spot is ideally located near the US Embassy, and just a 3 minute walk from the Concord metro line. Safety is not an issue if you go alone. The indoor seating and covered outdoor sitting is perfect for a gathering of friends in this cozy Bistro. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the manager was kind, with understanding. I advise to make a reservation for dinner. There was live entertainment. It was absolutely amazing. I don't know what days they have live entertainment, but this trio was the best I've heard in Paris. I will return just for that and the good wine, and give the breakfast and lunch menu a taste. Rarely you'll find a restaurant serving all day.

We stumbled across this beautiful hidden gem of a restaurant and it did not disappoint! Opulence, great service, incredible food and a relaxed ambience to the bar & restaurant. I came here with my 6 month old and he had a complete meltdown. The staff were so nice to me and organised a high chair and didn’t make me feel judged. The gnocchi dish was incredible and even though it was one of the most stressful meals I won’t forget how good the food and customer service were. I would definitely come back (without the baby next time), thanks for everything!
