4 Star Rating The view from the room window was over looking an eyesore of a courtyard, we requested a change of room which eventually happened. We were moved a couple of floors up, and that made a little difference. We kept our curtains shut throughout. Housekeeping was disrespectful. Even though we wanted to sleep and had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door, they knocked more than 3 times trying to clean the room after our first night. On the second night, they entered our room whilst we were out and the do not disturb sign was up. The location and the reception staff were the best part of this hotel as it was located about 5 minutes walk to actions in Champs Elysees. Will I stay here again, I doubt it, but I'll recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

5 Star Rating We loved the location of this hotel. We had a view of the Arche de Triomphe but we weren’t in the chaos of tourism. There were plenty of places to eat and shop around us and it was easy to get everywhere. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, we had just been engaged and they sent flowers to our room and provided complimentary champagne. Our universal plug died and they were quick to give us one to use during our stay. Everything we needed was so prompt. The amenities were great we loved the rainfall shower and the towel heating rack. There was a Nespresso maker in our room that we fully took advantage of and was great for when we left for our flights at 7am. This is a 5 star hotel with the boutique feel of living in an apartment in the middle of Paris.

5 Star Rating We picked this hotel for our weekend getaway based on its location. The reception staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Our room was looking at a courtyard (with a view on large a/c), but we didn’t spend much time in the room and we did not mind it. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the water and artisanal sweets as welcome gifts. As a vegetarian I enjoyed the variety of cheese at the breakfast, even if my expectations were slightly higher from a five star hotel. The breakfast salon is at the ground level. Arc de Triomphe is nicely visible from the breakfast salon. Overall, we thought it was a very nice stay, the price/quality ratio was very good, and that we would recommend it.

5 Star Rating This bar came to our rescue when we were in dire need of a drink, offering the perfect combination of what we were seeking. The stunning decor, good service, and the unexpected presence of Pimms on the menu were delightful surprises. The seating arrangement was exactly what we needed at that moment. Departing with a sense of curiosity, I look forward to experiencing the bar during the evening and on a weekend, as our mid-week, afternoon visit found the place rather empty. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic recommendation that left us thoroughly satisfied.

5 Star Rating Needed a drink on our (very long) walk so popped in for a quick one! Gorgeous interior and the downstairs bar looked amazing too. Despite only ordering two drinks our waiter treated us like royalty - if we had more time in Paris we'd have loved to try some of the meals here!

4 Star Rating The staff were very helpful and food was good/okay. Starter was better than the main, the reason I have marked down is because I have had much better food in Paris for a lot cheaper. I understand this is in a tourist area but I have also ate in other tourist areas within Paris and found them better value for money.

5 Star Rating I travel regularly and make it a point to enjoy some of the best cuisine I can find, both for the joy of the meal and to experience another beautiful facet of the human panoply. In every regard, L'Atelier de Robuchon excelled. It is in contention for my favorite meal of all time and I hope to return many, many times. The service was superb and, unlike what one may expect from a restaurant of this class, the staff was humble, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was anticipated and met. Each bite and sip was delectable, particularly for items recommended by the server and sommelier. For those on the fence about indulging in a fine dining experience while in Paris, consider this a push. Pricey for those traveling on a budget like I am, but worth every cent.

5 Star Rating Great food, great service, great wine The restaurant was a bit hard to find though ,well hidden in a drugstore. We had the lunch menu , for a lot (most) of choices you have to pay extra,i wonder why they don’t just raise the price for the menu. Would definitely come back here.

5 Star Rating Very good experience especially for people who this is a first real fine dinning experience. Ordering was very intoning as my boyfriend and I had no idea what we were doing but our server Luca was so helpful and kind trying to show us the ropes and so was the sommelier for that day. They were constantly making sure everything was so enjoyable and watching the staff work like it was nothing and they were a great team would definitely come back even if it is pricy you definitely need to try this place if you ever visit Paris.

5 Star Rating Entrance through a drug store, bar counter seating and James Bond movie style staircase are what stand out. Located at Champs-Élysées and only a stone throw from the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile, this establishment is very popular among tourists. As a Michelin starred restaurant, the presentation and quality of food is impeccable. We went for the 3 course lunch menu. Service is attentive in general but on the day they seem to suffer from the lack of waiting staff. Some of our requests have to wait for a while to be fulfilled, despite repeated follow ups; hence the mark-down in the Service rating. Our counter seats are right beside the kitchen and we can see how Éric Bouchenoire and his staff work their magic.

5 Star Rating Beautiful dinner. We found the hotel at the AMEX website, and I am very happy with the choice. Amazing food and great price for s michellin restaurant. The service was nice we went for 2 main courses instead to get a started. The front saloon of the restaurant looks nicer than the back were we were sit. The chef offers a nice combination of amouse bouche. We chose the 2 fishes of the menu. As well one beef.

4 Star Rating We had the chef special : whole chicken. It was really delicious and huge we have to take the remaining away as it was difficult to finish. They were generous on the truffle. They had a seaweed butter I remember which I didn't really like as it was too much of the sea fish taste. not really a good combination with the bread. Staff members are friendly. service is good. living up to the mMichelin standard but not exceeding it.

2 Star Rating Very expensive, underwhelming lunch. Food was marginal with an average presentation. Bread and butter was sub-par (esp. for France). Short pour on wines by the glass. Service was basic and impersonal. room atmosphere felt sterile and had odd modern art bold ly depicting women. Altogether, a poor choice for our last meal in Paris. p.s. After reading the owner's response, we were shocked by their arrogant rudeness suggesting our standards are aligned with McDonald's!! I am trained in the culinary arts and have dined in many fine restaurants around the world. We are always happy to pay top dollar for quality food and service. This place was marginal at best, and their remarks are evidence of their unrefined character.

5 Star Rating The overall experience is very good. They had a very rich and well prepared menu for the 31st December and of course that went up until the midnight 1a.m on the 1st January. The staff at the bar was really good to prepare for us customized non-alcoholic cocktails and the other staff were very attentive and keen on providing the best service to their customers. Although I felt that the cost a bit high, I would say that's a very great experience and I would any day recommend the restaurant.

2 Star Rating Boring. That sums up our meal. Every dish was bland. No highlights, no complexity, no bursts of flavor. Disappointing. Instead of surprising us with additional bites that most restaurants include with tasting menus, we were instead surprised with multiple offers of "supplements" for an upcharge. Seriously? A cheese course upcharge? For a 190 euro tasting menu?
