2 Star Rating For the kind of service provided, this clearly does not qualify for a 5 Star hotel. The waitress at the breakfast table always takes forever to get simple salt and pepper and ketchup. These things should be either on the table or the buffet. The buffet is quite small and there are not many options. When the bread got over, the waitress said the chef will get some more "later" and refused to get more bread immediately. Food gets cold by the time any kind of services are received at the breakfast. Hand wash was broken in the bedroom and even when I requested them to fix it, they refused to do so. They asked us to place a special tag on our pillow if we like the kinen to be changed. Next day they decided to hide the tag completely so that we are unable to put it up and they can avoid replacing our linen. Even the towels need to be put into the shower area if we need them washed. Laundry slip was not replaced. The carpet in the room felt quite sticky so had to wear slippers all the time. So many issues. How can they call themselves 5 star I don't know. And refusal to work on any of the feedback is just ridiculous.

5 Star Rating 4.5/5 - my only complaint is that the rooms are rather small and bathroom as well, but other than that this was a fabulous hotel and staff! Will definitely be happy to visit again. The location is also extremely convenient !

4 Star Rating Absolutely blessed to have been able to stay at Maison Albar’s Champs Elysees location for the New Year. Even though we had a first floor executive room (lowest level of rooms), we LOVED the fireworks. I loved being above the people on the street. When I envisioned my new year, I just wanted a relaxed “pop a bottle of champagne with fast food and cheese and saucisson” kind of new year. And that’s what I got. Other positives: the metro being near by, easy access for taxis/ubers, lots of shopping, bigger than average Parisian hotel room, amazing rainfall shower. Now the question… is it a 5 star hotel from a customer stand point? Not necessarily. I wish I could call it a strong 4, but to me it’s much more of a weak to mid 4. I didn’t feel THAT well taken care of by the staff, because it’s a little hard to get their attention via email (so be VERY self sufficient). I was getting emails that my prepayment for reservation was declined even though my card was charged and I would even send follow up emails. Nada. Don’t even bother with “checking in” with whatever link they send you because it doesn’t work. When we arrived last Saturday afternoon, we were also greeted by Maxence, who is an awesome front deskman, but gave me just a little bit of snooty attitude when I told him I had three reservations lined up for dinner and he thought they were all for the same time and I was being indecisive. He even went, “I know you Americans…” before I corrected him, haha. But he came through when we needed voltage converters and new key cards when ours would be deemed unusable by museum xrays. I also asked for a Chez Janou reservation, but again, no follow up, which is fine because my days were booked anyway. Moving on… breakfast is a HUGE miss. Their parlour is TINY, so buffet is just bread/croissants, like three cold cuts and cheese each, and yogurt. Some juice too. They also make eggs if you’d ask and tea and coffee. Didn’t see any milk or butter. But the choices are slim. I even witnessed another hotel guest keep asking for cucumber and tomato refill but they ultimately disappointed her. In conclusion, I had one goal: to have a view for the New Year. I met it. And I thank Maison Albar- Champ Elysses for that. But don’t expect spectacularity.

4 Star Rating The view from the room window was over looking an eyesore of a courtyard, we requested a change of room which eventually happened. We were moved a couple of floors up, and that made a little difference. We kept our curtains shut throughout. Housekeeping was disrespectful. Even though we wanted to sleep and had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door, they knocked more than 3 times trying to clean the room after our first night. On the second night, they entered our room whilst we were out and the do not disturb sign was up. The location and the reception staff were the best part of this hotel as it was located about 5 minutes walk to actions in Champs Elysees. Will I stay here again, I doubt it, but I'll recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

4 Star Rating Good atmosphere. Good food too. Our favourites: the crispy chicken and onions bhaji with mint sauce. The signature to share dish was big! And the naan bread together with the samosas make great appetizers. The restaurant is beautiful too. To go again definitely.

5 Star Rating A late review! We had a table for New Year eve and couldn't have expected the whole evening to get any better!! Excellent set menu, super tasty drinks attentive service! And the entertainment! Everyone up, dancing to the music, the waiters joining in, drinks all around, celebration in paris on the most magically of the year. We were all ushered out for the fireworks just before 12, with a private direct view of the arc de triomphe. It couldn't get any better. Some of our friends who were in Paris also joined us as were having such a blast, and they were so accommodating. Met a load of new international people, all had good fun and drinks around. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits paris on new years. 10/10 worth it.

5 Star Rating We had an amazing experience at Sir Winston, right by the Arc de Triomphe. The food was absolutely delicious —I had the beef samosa and crispy chicken, both were perfect, and my partner loved the lamb curry with garlic naan. The cocktails were just as great! The atmosphere downstairs was dimly lit, super aesthetic, and romantic—exactly what we wanted for our last night in Paris. The staff were all friendly, especially our waiter Theo, who was amazing and so attentive. Hands down the best restaurant we visited in Paris. Highly recommend!

5 Star Rating We celebrated new years and it was incredible. The staff went out of their way To make sure it was fun and got us all dancing and meeting other tables. The piece de resistance is the proximity to the Arc de Triomphe and the fireworks. The food was good for such an evening and we recommend the fillet of beef. The pictures tell the story of the night and we will definitely be visiting again

4 Star Rating I visited this restaurant on January 10th for dinner. I had the vegetarian menu and everything tasted good except for the pumpkin soup, which turned out to be salty. They remade it, it was less salty but it also lost the richness once it had when I first had it. They gave me some mashed potatoes, which was phenomenal, and madeleine. The environment is nice and relaxing. The service was great.

5 Star Rating My wife and I had a reservation right when they opened at 7 pm. We really enjoyed passing through the market/drugstore upstairs before going downstairs to the restaurant. We really loved the ambience, with a distinct black and red decor at the counters and throughout. We waited about 5 minutes before being seated at the counter. Note to everyone: bar/counter seating is part of the experience. If you want a super formal and intimate fine dining experience, reserve a table in the private dining area way ahead, or don’t go here. The laidback style was what my wife and I actually preferred, while getting to watch the masters at work in the kitchen. Staff was great to us, made us feel very welcome, even as Americans. As expected, the sommelier at first came off a little intimidating, first offering us a glass of champagne to kick off the night. We were then given our amuse bouche, which was like a Parmesan truffle soup with melted foie grois on the inside, it was insanely decadent and delicious, accompanied with delicious bread and butter. We decided to forego the pre-fix option (which looked great) as I wanted to try dishes that stood out to me. After ordering, the sommmelier recommended a nice bottle of white to pair with our all seafood choices. I requested the lowest priced bottle of the white Burgundy (~€150), to which he replied they were out of. He proceeded to then recommend another white to us that would be comparable, which much to my surprise was in fact much cheaper than the bottle we requested (~€95) and was perfect with our food. He also warmed up to us throughout the night, and we enjoyed interacting with him, contrary to other opinions I had seen before booking. First we started with the caviar, in which they brought us out a baseball sized dish of caviar with blinis and toppings. It was by far the most caviar we had been served at a restaurant before, and pretty self explanatory: delicious and decadent and paired perfectly with our champagne. Next we had the crispy langoustines, which were incredible. Somehow fried but insanely succulent, juicy, and tender as butter, paired with done great sauces. The chef was gracious enough to give us an extra so we could each have two, since we were sharing. Next was the roasted lobster with stuffed heads. Again, probably my favorite lobster dish I’ve had, we each got half of the lobster and paired with delicious shoe string fries with a delicious aioli. Last, was THE main event: the Dover sole. It was the best fish we have ever eaten hand down, with our waiter expertly dissecting and deboning it right in front of us with a fork and spoon. This was the whole reason we came, and it exceeded expectations. On top of that, it was accompanied by the iconic Robuchon potato puree (mashed potatoes), and live up to their name as best in the world. We finished with a delicious chocolate dessert and coffee. They also capped the night off by giving us a freshly baked tray of madeleines, which were warm, soft and delicious. Note to customers: you will be asked about a tip when checking out. We didn’t care, because we felt they were deserving of one, but I know this can rub some people the wrong way. Furthermore, it’s a Michelin starred establishment, so it wasn’t cheap. But we anticipated this and came to not hold back. You get what you pay for. The only critique we would have is better cutlery. The langoustines needed a knife to cut through the fried outer layer, and the knives were less sharp than a butter knife. Overall we had an amazing night and enjoyed every aspect of our dinner at the counter. I also have to say that we were impressed with the portion sizes for it being a fine dining establishment. We actually probably ordered too much food for the two of us, but everything was so delicious, we managed to finish all of our dishes.. We hope we can visit again one day to have the Dover sole again and try some of their other innovative and delicious dishes.

5 Star Rating I travel regularly and make it a point to enjoy some of the best cuisine I can find, both for the joy of the meal and to experience another beautiful facet of the human panoply. In every regard, L'Atelier de Robuchon excelled. It is in contention for my favorite meal of all time and I hope to return many, many times. The service was superb and, unlike what one may expect from a restaurant of this class, the staff was humble, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was anticipated and met. Each bite and sip was delectable, particularly for items recommended by the server and sommelier. For those on the fence about indulging in a fine dining experience while in Paris, consider this a push. Pricey for those traveling on a budget like I am, but worth every cent.

3 Star Rating We arrived for dinner at 11:15 PM and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations of a one-star Michelin restaurant. Some tables were dirty, and the floor was not well-maintained, which affected the overall ambiance. While the food was good, it wasn’t spectacular, and we expected more considering the price. The staff was friendly, though perhaps a bit too informal for this type of establishment.

5 Star Rating We had a delightful meal at this restaurant. We enjoyed all of the dishes and the wine. Of particular note were the fish of the day (monkfish), langoustine ravioli with foie gras and the butter was just lovely. The downfall of the restaurant is the service, while the staff are lovely, the service is very slow and at points absent. We didn’t mind too much as we lavished a longer lunch with two bottles of lovely wine. Ultimately, we had a wonderful meal.

3 Star Rating A bit disappointing experience for a one star dining expectation. Starters are fairly good, yet both main dishes from me and my husband feels a lot flat from the look and taste. My dish was a Venison, the meat itself was actually good, but the burrata and blackcurrant sauce came with it doesn’t fit. The sauce is way too sour and compromised the taste of the meat. My husband ordered wild hare. We found three small bullets in the meat. Though it’s not unusual because of the hunting, bite on it while eating indeed hurt your teeth, our waiter could have warned us in ahead. Overall not very impressive dinner for this level.

2 Star Rating Very expensive, underwhelming lunch. Food was marginal with an average presentation. Bread and butter was sub-par (esp. for France). Short pour on wines by the glass. Service was basic and impersonal. room atmosphere felt sterile and had odd modern art bold ly depicting women. Altogether, a poor choice for our last meal in Paris. p.s. After reading the owner's response, we were shocked by their arrogant rudeness suggesting our standards are aligned with McDonald's!! I am trained in the culinary arts and have dined in many fine restaurants around the world. We are always happy to pay top dollar for quality food and service. This place was marginal at best, and their remarks are evidence of their unrefined character.

4 Star Rating Regular place, has a nice view on Triumph arch, and cozy French interior. Which is why we picked this place 😄 Cafe offers breakfasts, including typical French breakfast, which was nice (but nothing special - this is not a 'gastro' experience, rather tick the mark experience 😉 Much less crowded in the morning, around 11 there were only a few tables left, and due to close proximity of tables one to each other, it was becoming less comfortable staying, so we quickly finished our breakfast and left Still, overall experience is nice, and for the price you pay - it is good value for money
