I've been coming here for years and it's always delicious! Family owned restaurant, traditional Portuguese food, comforting and amazingly good. It's really affordable and you can have live music on Saturday nights.

A hidden Portuguese restaurant. Happy To have tried this restaurant! Their dishes are pretty big and everything was amazing. Would definitely go back there for their lamb and their seafood dishes.

Guys it’s so good the problem is you have to wait , even with reservation , however it’s worth it , the food is amazing the service and employees are so kind they have to do something about the waiting , at the end it’s worth the wait love the food so much

Service was great, atmosphere was great and food portion was good too. My only problem, which is partially my fault, is that I didn't consider to mention I couldn't eat coriander and I only realized how every single curry option I had gotten (even the little salad on the side) had tons of coriander in it. In my mind, I've only had to deal with coriander in Mexican and Vietnamese food. If you have the soap gene like me, remember to ask them to remove it or something, otherwise you would only be able to eat their rice and naan bread.

The best vegan vegetarian food in the town with the right level of spices and fresh vegetables and wonderful preparation and presentation. Daal, Raajma and Palak Tofu were awesome. I could not find any difference in the taste of Masala lassi made with coconut yogurt rather it was yummy and healthy.

We enjoyed the food. It was amazing. We tried their thali which was delicious. It’s great that they offer tasty vegan dishes like palak paneer made of tofu, also cucumber raita in vegan yogurt. The owner is helpful and polite which makes the dining experience even better.

Looking for Vegan Indian food, look no more and visit this restaurant in Bayview Avenue. They have all the food items made dairy free and veg. Family owned business. Lovely family serving food with love! Very decent sitting style. They also have an outdoor setting, which was shut when I went. They have Indian thali, which is a must try. They have 2 kinds with choice of 3 curries and 2 curries. For me, 2 curries were enough. Always ask for their daily special curry. Must must have mango lassi! VEGAN. Overall very delightful experience. Good food. Amazing service.

UPDATE: Sadly this wonderful restaurant has closed and the family have moved back to Montreal where they plan to reopen. Rare in Toronto, a 100% vegan Indian restaurant. Family owned and operated this establishment has developed their own veganized versions of traditional Indian dishes from drinks (lassi, chai) to meals (naan, paneer, raita) to dessert (kulfi) which are just as good as the non-vegan originals. Add to that a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We'll be back to try the Thalis and more!

We randomly discovered this restaurant and I honestly couldn't be happier! The food is SO tasty, it literally feels as if you're eating traditional home made food. The portions are BIG (we had left overs for two days!) and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly service but so-so food. Couscous tasted old, chicken overcooked. Vegetables were good though. OK food to order if you really don't feel like cooking, but not exceptional.

This place has ok food at good value. The one item that brings it from a 3 star to a 4 star is their fries. I've tried several things on their menu, but I keep coming back only for the fries.

This is a very different type of high end coffee shop, and the uniqueness of it makes it very appealing. It has a Japanese feel to it, the onigiri lunch options and miso soup are excellent, and the siphon style coffee is also top notch; its also something I've never seen elsewhere in Montreal. New owners have taken over, and the quality seems to have been maintained. Overall a great place to sit, eat and have coffee.

my most favorite cafe in Montreal ☕️ I love the architectural space alone, it’s perfect for meeting friends or studying. I always get their soups and bowl or onigiri combo, all the flavors are so comforting and delicious. I tried a chai latte the first time but I don’t really recommend it, my go-to is their specialty syphon coffee !

A near perfect cafe: great coffee (the cortado was amazing), bright and spacious, good and unique food options, places to work and also to relax—reading in a hammock anyone? Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Went there because it was on my list from @l'epicerie. It is a great TV show you should watch and it did not disappoint. The young lady who does the onigiri was featured, and I had a chance to meet her. My food was wonderful, and the ginger latte will definitely give you a boost!

Excellent third wave coffee shop! Great coffee,amazing coffee machine since they use Hario Syphon which is a very special Japanese method and nice baristas! Lots of space to work on your laptop in a very nice atmosphere.Overall a very nice place!

Honestly, it's the best sushi I've ever had. I was reluctant because I hadn't had any before, so I had my first ones there and loved them, but since then I've had the opportunity to have other sushi and I can say that the others aren't as good as theirs.

I love love love this sushi spot. I’ve been ordering takeout from here for over two years when I was living in downtown Montreal. I’ve since moved to the South Shore but will still occasionally get takeout because that’s how good it is! The quality has been consistently great since the beginning and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. The rolls are big and filling, fish and other ingredients are fresh, rice is good, and as you can see in the pictures, they don’t layer it on thick at all. Prices are very fair in my opinion. Can’t recommend this place enough for delicious rolls!

Living in Laval, I never tried Sushi from Montreal til today and I was not disappointed. The sushi was truly the best that I have eaten. Extremely fresh and flavorful. Extremely affordable as well. It will be extremely difficult for me to go back to eat any other sushi. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. I thank the owner for caring about quality for his clients. Absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try other items on their menu.

First time I'm going here with my husband and the food was pretty good. The service was quick and it's right infront of the metro Rosemont. The place is pretty simple. If you're looking a place to grab some poke or sushi takeout after a day at work, it's a nice place to go, just bit pricey.

One of the best brunch places. Amazing ambiance and delicious food. Service was a bit slow but the wait was worth waiting. Totally recommend the Benedict eggs with salmon. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. I would return for sure.

Fabulous find near the Rosemount Metro. Shakshuka was a welcome change from pastries for a warm hearty, healthy choice. Crispy kale and poached egg were a fun twist. Service was very attentive, great price points. Coffee choices were extensive would definitely visit again.

my partner and i ordered the chai latte, mocha latte, shakshuka, and eggs benedict. the server was very attentive and very patient with us, as we only speak english. this was easily one of our favorite breakfasts we've ever had! highly recommend.

The tofu banh mi was PERFECT! I’ll definitely be back and totally recommend it. They just need to tidy up a bit—there are a lot of cardboard boxes piling up, and even for takeout, it’s not the best look.

Tried for the first time today based on a reference from a co worker and it was GREAT! Very prompt and friendly service. Food was prepared quickly. Portion was perfect and the taste was very outstanding. The ingredients were flavorful and fresh! I will be back - thank you again :)
