We booked Beatrice for our wedding and cannot recommend it enough. Daniela was fantastic throughout the planning process and a pleasure to work with. Claudio and team made sure everything was perfect and delivered an amazing service from early evening well into the morning; no request was too big or small. There was always someone checking on our guests while food came out like clockwork. Our bartender David was also incredible, personable and made amazing drinks and shots throughout the night while making time to chat and even take a few photos. Finally, the food was simply amazing and we received compliments with every course, and in messages in days after, including about the sommelier’s wine selection. Huge thanks to the team at Beatrice for making our big day an elegant, fun and delicious success.

Loved the service and the wine selection. The food was good. Although I wasn't blown away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know their menu very well. I needed their help as I wasn't able to read the menu because the restaurant's lighting is poor. You might need to turn my phone flash light on to read it.

An absolute Gem of a Restaurant.
It should be added to your bucket list of Restaurants to visit and have one of your best meals of all.
Each and everyone that works there shine like a diamond with each and every patron.
Looking forward to the next time I can dine there.

Great service and atmosphere.
We had dinner with colleagues sharing plates, so we tried many different dishes. Some were amazing, some okay, but overall good experience.
Side comment on steaks: They were medium, even if we ask medium well, plus the sides were too cooked so it gave burnt aftertaste.
Staff is super friendly and professional.
Prices are somewhat fair for the quality.
Valet service is available.

3 Amigos is a fantastic spot for anyone craving delicious Mexican food! From the moment we walked in, the lively and colorful ambiance set the perfect mood for an enjoyable meal. The decor captures the vibrant spirit of Mexico, making it a great place to relax and have a good time.
The food was amazing, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors. We tried a variety of options, and everything was cooked to perfection, from the tacos to the enchiladas. The portions were generous, and the presentation was spot on. The highlight, however, was definitely the cocktails—they were some of the best we’ve had! Each one was expertly mixed and packed a punch, making it hard to pick a favorite. Whether you're a fan of margaritas or looking to try something new, you won't be disappointed.
Service was friendly, although it got a bit slow during peak hours, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Despite that, 3 Amigos offers an excellent dining experience that’s hard to beat. We left happy and satisfied, and we’ll definitely be back for more of their incredible Mexican fare and drinks!

It was the best meal we had in our entire 3-day trip. We ended up spending longer than we intended to savour everything. The quantity, flavours, quality and service were amazing.. the interior is very cute too. We loved the salsa, enchiladas, fries, dips, Mexican rice, tacos and more. Would love to return.

The food at this place is consistently impressive. We recently dined here and enjoyed their enchiladas, chimichangas, and tostadas. Each dish was flavorful and delivered the same authentic taste we experienced on our previous visits. It’s great to see that the quality and taste remain consistent. Highly recommend for a satisfying Mexican meal!

Well the place its not bad, the ambient its cheerful with good music and the staff are nice, we had a little problem with the comunication, but beside that not bad. Sadly the food in my opinion its lacking so much "latin american/mexican" seasoning i know it wont be the same, but some stuff are really far from the mexican seasoning.
It wont be that bad it the place werent so pricey for the quality and seasoning that they give.

My...Oh...My...
I visited with a party of 12 and boyy was it one of our best experiences in Montréal. The environment was such a vibe 🤌🏻. We were hosted by Yamilet (the sweetest welcome) at front desk, almost immediately arranged to be seated by the Manager himself. Mariane served us, she was quick and considerate of our mood and asked if all the dishes were okay throughout our visit. The live dancing was an added mood maker...Only really wanted to try Chille Corn Carne in vegetarian but didn't 🥲
Overall the besttt experience, almost perfect food and the sweetest staff. Would recommend to everyone who visits Montréal 👌🏻
(Pfa: pictures of the food I personally loveddd...but we had a ton of other dishes which my group loved as well...)

A main street pub that has something to keep you interested every night (lots of live music) . The food is above most in the area when comparing to other pub style establishments. I always enjoy the Buffalo burger and fully loaded nachos. They have daily specials that are always interesting. If they get busy be prepared to wait a little.

Darn good Shepard's pie! Great Irish bar down in the Montreal center. The atmosphere inside makes you feel right welcome and at home.
Fish and Chips are also pretty good.
Indoor seating, front street seating, and back terrace seating avaliable.

Not very good experience. Irish stew was about as good as canned Puritan Irish Stew except with flour. Ordered soup which never arrived. Bread was stale and crusty. Overall the food was pretty bad. It took forever to get drinks, I sat with an empty beer for over 30 mins waiting for another and signaled a few times I was waiting for my next beer. They were moderately busy, but honestly how long does it take to pour a beer?

Really love this place. My favourite desi food in downtown. My go to is the meat thali with: lamb curry, chicken curry and Aloo gobi.
Food is always consistent and affordable. The portions are big and very filling.
Also would like to mention the employee at the register Nitin, who is very welcoming and a treat to talk to. It was very nice to see him treat all his customers with care and sincerity.

The most authentic Indian restaurant I've seen in Montréal.
Everything is superb. Finger lickin good in every sense of the word.
Melt in the mouth naan, mildly spicy almost oil free curries.
Loved it!

A nice Indian restaurant near Guy station where you can grab a quick bite. They have a small menu and some of them are my favorite dishes like chhole bhature, samosa chat, samosa, and fried rice. They also offer Thali, but I'm not a big fan of it. Desserts are okay. The service is quick, and the seating area is small but does the job.

It was one of the first places I tried out when in Montreal. I have tried their chats and thali. The food is honestly very average. Maybe the food is altered to satisfy non Indian taste buds? I'm not sure. The curries were really sad. The sweets were nice, price point of view. I guess I would expect better tasting food.

My opinion, The thali is not really value for quantity of food and only serves three curry.
The taste was good, especially the naan.

It is a quaint location with great atmosphere!! It reminded me of the Smokey jazz bars that once held Oscar Peterson and other jazz greats. The staff were so friendly especially the bartender who made a julep that tasted like a creamsicle. The beverages were great but the food….not so much. But the flamingo jazz made up for the food. This is a local spot and one that was appreciated by all. Go if you can, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a BLAST here over the weekend and seeing a trio play the 7 pm show. We booked a reservation for dinner at 5:45 and got to see the group setting up. We enjoyed some great jazz playlists while eating. We had the aubergine Parmesan and mushroom linguine and they were both great.
The cocktails were fabulous and I loved reading the menu through old jazz albums. The team is TRULY remarkable, winding in between tables through the show, making sure guests are taken care of and having to let walk-ins now that it was fully packed. I recommend making a reservation; we saw about 20 people turned away because it was so busy. Shoutout to Bailey, who was an awesome and attentive server. This place blew me away and the only issue was that the show didn’t last longer! Thank you!

Awesome spot for live jazz, the musicians playing when we were there were just incredible. They have various shows every week.
The food was mid, but to be fair you don’t really go here for the food. Still pretty good.
Our waitress was super nice 😊
Show costs 15$ on top of your meal, but the food is reasonably priced.

We enjoyed the food here more than we expected, figuring it would be more about the music.
Our party enjoyed the nachos with guacamole, as well as these entrees: pasta di Verona, salmon, and poulet Georgia. We ordered cocktails, which were average (not bad, not great).
The live music was great, but quite loud since this is a small enjoyment.
Fun feature: the menus are in album covers.

Omg! Upstairs Jazz Bar & Grill is one of its kind that I've been to in recent times. If you stood outside you wouldn't know how sweet the activities going on inside and you wouldn't know the excellent service they offer. I was there two nights consecutively because we enjoyed our first night show which was free but we went the next evening so we could pay and enjoy some meals and we enjoyed ourselves. The attendants are very courteous and friendly. I recommend

Lovely people, owners and staff.
Very welcome atmosphere with open kitchen. Place is clean.
I’m nice you order it does not take too long for dishes to be served at the table.
Their shumai (dim sum) was tasty and light, some of the pork was a little too chewy.
General Tao chicken. Found it to have too much breading and the sauce was not the typical general Tao sauce I’m accustomed to as it seems to have a strong citrus to it but I am really not sure. I actually can’t describe what the flavouring was for that matter.
Crispy fried sesame shrimp also has an odd sauce that we were not used to and as such was the weakest dish we ordered. Shrimp were properly cooked and not too much breading and nice and crisp on the outside.
Chicken in black bean sauce was very tasty but lacking sufficient veggies and not much of them except tons of onions. Luckily the onions tasted fantastic. Chicken was what appears to be white meat and was juicy.
Spring rolls were way too greasy and the oil smelled off. The spring roll itself was lacking any real flavour or for that matter sufficient amount of meaningful ingredients and as such we left them over.
Their white rice was cooked perfectly
The tofu general Tao was surprisingly good. The tofu was cooked to a gentle crisp and then covered in general Tao sauce - the same from the other dish. Oddly the sauce was not too bad on the tofu dish
The real star of the were the peanut butter dumplings. This was perfect toy cooked, delicate outer dough, filling was proportionate to the size of the wrap, and the sauce was fantastic. Tip. If you have leftover sauce pour it over your white rice it’s awesome. I could just go there for plates and plates of the dumplings.

I first came here over 12 years ago. This place is still as charming as it was many years ago. The food is always amazing. Perfectly fresh and hot, service is ALWAYS quick, attentive servers who help with questions. Probably one of the very few places in today’s world that has reasonable prices and gives you amazing portions. This place is amazing, really a hidden gem within Montreal.

I am a traveller from Edmonton and I have stayed in Montreal for 4 days. As Chinese, I can say this is such an authentic Chinese restaurant, and I think this is the best Chinese food I’ve taken in Montreal. We ordered 五香牛腩饭 & 鱼香茄子the price is so fair and food is very delicious! Love it. 🥺

I will be returning here to try other stuff because, based on the rave reviews for some of their other dishes, I suspect that what I had is not one of their specialties. The Singapore noodles were ok, but could have used more spices and meat. The sweet & sour soup was very good. Friendly staff. Large portions and very good prices.

Super tasty Rotis in the heart of downtown! It’s also pretty reasonably priced. I recommend getting the fried plantains. They’re perfectly cooked. Service was super attentive and really polite! Our server was wonderful (I believe her name was Latifa so thank you!)
Also note entrance is kind of confusing. You have to go through the entrance of chez Bong first and then take the door on the right and climb a flight of stairs. But it’s well worth it.

After the very bad experience I had with Caribbean Food Factory I still wanted Jamaican food. I was told by 2 different Jamaican women to try Mango Bay. So I decided to give it a go. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by a gentleman to take my order. Wasn’t sure how it was going to go because when I asked if he could Escovich the Red Snapper he seemed overwhelmed by my presence and stated he couldn’t Escovich the Red Snapper because he needed time. I said ok....After he took my order he went to the kitchen and came back and said since it wasn’t too busy he would be able to Escovich the Red Snapper. He also advised that I call the next time to give him time to prepare the fish. I briefly told him what I went through with Caribbean Food Factory and that I wanted to come in person instead of having the food delivered. The ladies were on point. The fish was Escoviched to perfection. The rice n peas, plantains and yam were also delicious. I will definitely try Mango Bay again before I leave to go home. Also referred co-workers to the restaurant. As a business owner myself I’ve learned when you treat customers with respect and honesty they’ll be a customer forever.

Was lucky to be able to eat inside without the lineup. Food is delicious, service is attentive. I was surprised by the price of the dishes, seems a lot more reasonable than anywhere else. All the dishes are full of flavour and light. The place is super cramped though, I was amazed by how the servers were able to move around tight places to serve dishes. Have been to there several times over the years and it never disappoints. The small space is a real problem but everything else is over expectations. Order to take out would be the best

This place is always packed so expect a long line. I ordered takeout instead and it was ready in 20mins. You can even call ahead to pick up your order and skip the line. They have a wall of specials for the week and all the dishes are so creative and unique. My favourite dishes were the fried green beans with truffle dip and the tuna salmon bowl! The eel hand rolls were also very tasty. The eggplant dip was a bit bland and from the other times I have eaten here it had been better. Maybe an off day. Will definitely be back for takeout!

After years we finally made it to Kazu and boy, it is indeed worth the hype and the wait outside in line. If you're looking for authentic Japanese food which is priced so fair (especially compared to other Montreal restaurants!) this is it. 10/10 everything we tried was delicious and authentic. We had several shared starters, main and desserts and loved everything.

The food was good but I wish service was better. They are first come 1st server that's what they said when you walked in without reservation. Even though we talked in before others, they sat us after 2 groups, which felt pretty odd. Almost felt like they gave priorities to non colored people. Once we sat, the server ignored us and made us wait about 30 min for her to come to us to take our order.
