Very pleasant restaurant. I came here for dinner and they were allowing outdoor dining only as the weather was beautiful outside. A new concept to me 😅, but I enjoyed it. It was truly an amazing experience to dine outside. I tried the schnitzel, pretzel, and large beer (one of the lighter versions, don’t remember the name). The pretzel is good with well balanced salt distribution on it. I just wish they would keep it in a covered view area rather than in the open as it can get exposed to droplets from the ordering crowd. The schnitzel was amazing. The meat is very tender and juicy. Full of flavor. Solid 9.5/10. The potatoes are very crispy from the outside and soft from the inside. Never realized I can like fried potatoes that much. Overall was a good experience.

Fun place with very mixed crowd and friendly, communal atmosphere. It's busy in the evenings, with long tables and benches, so the waiters will find you seats opposite each other, in amongst other folk. This adds to the fun as everyone seems to be there to have a good time. The beer and food that we had was good, prices reasonable. Waiters are rushing about, super busy, but ours was very friendly. Recommended for a slice of Berlin local culture and hospitality. Sadly we had to leave to meet others, as I think a great night would be had here.

Think of this place as a beer hall / tavern. The atmosphere is very much like German tavern. Serving size of the food was plentyful and the taste was great. We were lucky that we booked a spot as the tavern gets full rather quickly. The staff were able to speak English - very useful for non native German speakers.

We visited this place as a recommendation of something old and German. It's interesting that you can feel the U-ban driving through on top. The place seems very pub-like. We deliberately chose to come early. So only a few people were here. All tables were however already booked some time in the evening. We of course had to try the wienersnicthzel both the normal one and the turkey one. The French fries were really good. With one there was mushroom sauce with it that was also really good. The turkey snitches were very tasty. The normal one was in two pieces, the first piece was dry but the second one was really good.. The size of the portions was huge and I could only eat half.

It seems to be not bad here and the portions are big. But please stop forcing tips. It's unpleasant, especially when I was alone and you forgot about me for 30 minutes. You can take tips from a group of people

If you want a different atmosphere in the middle of the city, then this restaurant is your choice. Boat restaurant in Spree river. Friendly service. Great food. We did try fish dish which first time i saw stingray being served in EU so i ordered it.

Such a cute restaurant! Very much my wife's favorite place to eat in all of Berlin and the waiter was so incredibly nice. Fish was fresh, plentiful and delicious

I am in Berlin often and regret that I dined at this magic place only today. Both the quality of the food and it’s presentation was great. Salt was used sparingly, which is an issue for me often when eating out. Service was friendly and efficient. Having said that the location and setting was also special. Just steps from a major street yet away from it all. Will return and can recommend.

Capt'n Schillow was a wonderful find. The food was amazing and the staff even better. The location on the boat was a refreshing change to a traditional restaurant, great ambiance and authentic atmosphere. We can't wait to go back.

The food was good - the portions are big and the beer was good. The burger with potatoes was 17 euros and the schnitzel with potatoes and mushroom sauce was 20 euros.

What a nice atmosphere here! Order at the bar, remember the table number, and the food will be brought to you. Food is delicious. The Haxe fell off the bone, so tender. Recommended!

High quality Asian fusion food. I am a fish and seafood lover as well as asian flavour fan, so I enjoyed it to the fullest. We ordered 4 starters and 2 dishes for the main course as well as many different🍸cocktails. The signature designer plates by KPM ("Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur" - The Royal Porcelain Factory) are fantastic in a combination with the carefully selected and tastefully decorated Asian fusion dishes served with a sense of creativity. Will definitely go back again! I recommend the 🥥 Coconut Milk Soup "Sup Sua Dua" and the Grilled Tuna Yeriaki as well as Teryaki Sashimi. They have great coffee ☕️ (Andraschko coffee beans).

This place is great. Excellent food and service, the appetizers in particular are just perfect. My colleagues and I had a lot of work and they let us post up all day in a quiet corner of the restaurant and took care of us. Lovely team with great recommendations. If you’re staying at the hotel attached then don’t doubt that this is a great option beyond convenience for this area.

Had a great lunch here and ate breakfast every morning and wine in the lounge almost every night I stayed at the KPM hotel. Every time, service was incredibly courteous and the food was always great and the drinks (alcoholic and coffee) were amazing. Cannot wait to go back!

Never ate a pho in so fancy decoration restaurant. The restaurant was crowded but I saw no Asian here which is not a good sign for me. Outside was rainy and we didn’t want to walk in the rain for another 15 mins or sth so we kind of had no choice but stayed here. At the first thought I was like it might be some type of place that for white, but the food turns out very tasty and the service is also very good. I am so sorry that I was so wrong. The price is a bit in the high end for a pho, but we are satisfied. I might not come here again but I will remember this night. Thank you 🙏

Great food, delicious well-presented cocktails (lots of classics with an Asian spin) and nice setting. The shared fried shrimp dish was outstanding. The restaurant was quite quiet when we were there, and the service was good and reasonably attentive. The food was served very quickly. Good portion sizes and everything was really tasty. Highly recommended. Would have taken photos of the food but everything was too busy thoroughly enjoying it!

We were there with 7 people on Saturday evening. The restaurant wasn't that crowded. The ambience was very good. Also the service. The cocktails were excellent and the food was good. However, the cocktails took far too long and reordering for a guest who arrived later took far too long. The food was excellently prepared and tasted good. There was an event in the restaurant later in the evening, so the focus was probably more on that. I already knew that the concept of the restaurant was a little different and that there were also private parties there. I thought in advance that the restaurant mode would be in the foreground. Maybe you should/can only eat here before the party starts? In any case, we were treated like we were everywhere and with absolute hospitality. We were probably just there on the wrong day or under the wrong conditions.
