Excellent quality food, well presented and with beautiful flavours. A wide choice of dishes that change on a daily basis so never boring or repetitive. It's a pleasure to visit as there will always be something new to try on the menu. The most friendly staff. One cannot say they have tried Berlin cuisine without visiting Engelbecken. Congratulations!

Lovely experience here. Great food, good location. Best experience was the superb service. Very polite and friendly and went out of the way to help. Not sure of the guys name (good looking shaved head man with glases) bug really made the experience a great one. Thanks again!

Very good schnitzel here, ordered with someone and had a really good time. It was one of the best ones I have ever tasted. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Berlin!

Yummy German food. Great Schnitzel - both the pork and the calf! Outside seating area looks nice but we were seated inside right next to the toilet and the place had some toilet odor which I didn’t really like. Food took a long time 45-60 min after ordering) but the taste was great and service was friendly. Would recommend for schnitzel or other German food!

Rocco Charlottenburg Berlin rocks! Their pizzas are top-notch—tried the Diavolo and Mista, both were insanely delicious with fresh toppings and cooked just right. Plus, they're huge! The staff were super friendly and quick with service. The place looks amazing inside, and it's in a sweet spot near the lake. They even have a private room you can book for family hangs. Prices are fair too, not too cheap but not crazy expensive. Definitely worth checking out!

We had a family gathering for Christmas Eve, we reserved a private room for the gathering, the service was good, very friendly staff, the atmosphere was great too, the Xmas menu (main dishes) were not as expected despite being a bit expensive, the other dishes were tasty. It deserves another chance to try their specials though. In general it was very pleasant.

The room is too noisy - the acoustics make it hard to communicate to one another, especially when there are barking dogs and kids around on the weekend. Would recommend getting acoustic wall art to limit the noise. Food was okay - but very little for the price. Service was mau.

Food was great and the staff was friendly. We came with our Dog after another Restaurant turned us down and were positively surprised. Nothing else to say, I would for sure go there again anytime!

The restaurant is opposite the Lietzensee, which gives you several advantages, you can in the summer sit outside and enjoy your food and drinks, while enjoying the view to the lake or you can order their absolutely delicious pizza to take away and sit at the park and enjoy the nature. Staff is friendly. Payment cash or with cards. Wheelchair friendly.

An excellent, authentic Italian neighborhood restaurant in Charlottenburg! Perhaps a bit pricey, however, every dish we ordered was excellent and big enough for 2 to share. Lots of seating on the terrace as well!

Very good and original Italian kitchen. Very tasty antipasti. Delicious pasta, excellent meat. Wine? of course. Try the italian specialty Scaloppine. For dessert: crème brûlée, Tiramisu or Gelati.

I usually come here with my girlfriend and we sometimes order delivery. I have to say that dining in is much better. The portions are big, the food is tasty, there is a great variety of vegan and vegetarian options and the prices are reasonable.

I visited Prema with my colleagues and the service and the food was exceptional. 100% recommended and will be visiting them again soon. The food is authentic and fair prices. Surprisingly they don't charge any service fee so ended up leaving them a generous tips. Thank you guys for making our night.

Followed my taxi driver’s suggestion I came here for the döner kebab and I was very satisfied. Crispy but not dry meat and bread, tasty, full of flavours - this size for €7. Friendly guys.

Didn't try the kebab but was curious because it is always packed. They have a very nice selection of different salads at.an affordable price. Börek is also not bad. Service is efficient but not unfriendly.

I had a basic Döner kebab with meat for 4 euros which is a bit expensive than average Döner price in Berlin but the döner itself was not any better. The ingredients were not uniformity placed. The bread did not seem very fresh and taste was just ok. The staff's behavior was rigid. The only positive thing was the abundant seating place. They do have a lot of food options but no chicken options.

One of the best Döner joints in Berlin. Tastes delicious, very thinly sliced meat and not too greasy. Obviously very cheap, so great for anyone on a budget.

Food Quality: very good steaks. Prepared to the perfect requested point. Pizzas also looked amazing as we saw them go by. Desserts are also quite good. Leave some space for the end 😉 Portions: very nice portion. Served with a mix of the daily vegetables and potatoes. Drinks: a nice variety of Italian wines, and of course all the usual drinks. Price: $$-$$$ not very expensive for the type and quality of food ordered. Pizzas had a very reasonable price. So depends what you wish to order. Service: very friendly staff. Atmosphere: tables outside are very enjoyable and relaxing. Highlights: nice steaks. Good service. Payment Method: cash, CC

An immobile journey to the heart of Italy, with the sun on the ceiling and on the plate, a great moment and a pleasant surprise. It was a seasonal dish with asparagus, shrimp and gnocchi accompanied by a small white wine sauce, all beautifully spiced. Highly recommended if you're in the neighborhood.

Really nice food and they prepare the food on the basis of availability and season. Mussels are just they best. Tune steak is super yummy as well. Ordering takes some time for whatever reason. You sit and have to wait and really have to hunt them down (wave and call) to get there attention. Happened all the three times i have been there. No complain about the friendliness of the staff - polite and friendly. Totally reasonable prices compared to the other italian restaurants around the neighborhood.

One of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten Italian all over the world! The vongole was extraordinary, and my companion ate gnocchi in a perfect sage sauce. A beautiful inconspicuous restaurant in one of Berlin’s most lovely neighbourhoods.

Best Burger in Berlin, a vegan paradise, super kind people that cook for your with heart. Lily Burger was the best and will remain the best ❤️. A happy corner for vegan since years, it started when vegan restaurants were rare. King Zaza trasforms Hamburgers in works of art: an artist is an artist. It was a hard working day and you made me happy!

Picked this place as they had vegan options. I wasn't sure from the menu, but the server said they can veganise any menu item, and they absolutely delivered. Beyond patties are the vegan burgers here, towered on a bun with fried onion, mushroom, guacamole cream, avocado, vegan cheese, bacon..... it went on forever. I wasn't sure if I should eat it or climb it. 😆 Absolutely massive plates! And delicious! Pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. Server was really nice too.

Menu was intimidating. 20 pages of food to choose from is a lot. Probably sat there staring at it for like 10 minutes trying to figure out what to get. But by God is it worth it. the burgers are some of the best I’ve ever had. They can do literally everything vegan and gluten free which is INSANE. We got the JFK burgers (second smallest on the menu) and we were extremely impressed by the portion sizes. It’s so worth the price because you get so many sides included in the meal 🤤 presentation be damned it was delicious.

Very tasty burgers! Surprisingly, they’re a big portion. The restaurant is located beneath the train, so that experience is quite unique (but unfortunately not for me - hence the 3 stars for the atmosphere). Good spot for big groups. The staff here are kind and polite :)

We really liked this place. Food was good and the servings were big too. Chicken curry taste better than many in Berlin. The service was really nice and they were really taking care of the people. Ambience was also good, there was a huge screen for sports. I would really recommend this place.

Chenab is far from the usual buzz of the usual nightlife spots of Berlin, but definitely worth a visit. The food in general is very good and I can especially recommend the kaddy, dal and palak dishes. The staff is lovely and they have a great sense of humor too. All in all a great place.

We are back after 3 years of lock down and what not… we have been a little nervous because of reviews pointing at bad service. HONESTLY we are having amazing service. I even asked for onion pakoras (not on the menu) and it was made especially for us! It is now a tradition that we will visit Chenab, when we are in town:-) Try the vegetarian Tikka Paneer and the Lamb Biryani Hyderabad… and maybe treat yourself with the off-menu onion pakoras;-)

Cute restaurant with a nice interior and great Sicilian wine... loved the seasonal menu, and the pizza dough was clearly baked on a stone stove. A big plus! Everything was tasty, made fresh, and the homemade limoncello is refreshing.

We went to Berlin for a four day visit and were staying at a bit away from the main city. We found this restaurant while looking for a place to eat. We were not expecting much apart from the fact that it was an Italian restaurant. But, after our very first dinner we visited it for all our following dinners, the food was so good and so authentic. Unfortunately, we forgot to take any photos as we were so immersed in our food. The person in charge of the place was also very welcoming and always smiling. We highly recommend this place.

Overall good, well seasoned food. Suppe a la scampi was tasty, but it didn't taste like seafood or fishsoup. The dominant taste was that of vegetables. Al-Mundo grill was composed of different meat and vegetables and made rich flavour and a big portion that was a pleasure to eat. Service was attentive and prompt. They accepted a credit card with a possibility/wish to add a tip.

A lovely place. The food is delicious, the portions are big. There are a lot of choices, different countries dishes, with or without meat. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. We definitely recommend this place !

Great food and ambience. Prices a bit on the higher side but pretty filling. Friendly staff and less waiting times :) I recommend it to everyone. It's a fusion restaurant. I love their oriental spicy burger as the finger food. For starters, the Mezzen are great. Pretty filling for a starter to say. Enchiladas are good too. As a main dish, I recommend their Al Mundo Grill Platte. It's kinda sufficient for 2 persons. Good choice of drinks too ;)

A neighborhood place with foods from around the world and good value for money! You can find dishes from Mediterranean, levant, middle eastern, Asian to American and Tex Mex. Some good wines and friendly service as well.
