As a first-time tourist in Berlin, I had this spot on my "must-visit" list, and while navigating to a subway station, I stumbled across it. The aroma tempted me to indulge in a second dinner. My first dinner at a steakhouse had been quite substantial, but I figured, why not enhance my evening with another delightful experience? The burger exceeded all expectations. The bun was incredibly moist and soft inside, offering a satisfying crunch from its beautifully browned exterior. Every bite was a harmonious fusion of freshness and a perfectly seared patty. I can't wait to enjoy this amazing burger again when I return to Berlin in a few months!

Amazing atmosphere, great burgers for fair prices. There was nothing to complain about. Just keep in mind there is no toilet although this place is built from toilet boot.

Amazing place, the OG burger place. The old building under the train track has its own unique charm and the burger and fries are just yum. Must visit if you are in Berlin.

This is one of the most delicious places in Berlin. For this burger I am ready to come back here again and again. Be prepared that after the first burger, you will order a second one. This restaurant is built on the site of a former public toilet. Glory to Ukraine!

Delicious hamburger for a fair price. P.S It was freezing. Berlin can be very cold in general, and the seating is only outside. But it is definitely worth it anyway.

Absolutely LOVED this place! From the friendly service, amazing menu options and interesting Austrian wine list.. to THAT spectacular painting that sets the mood for the room. I had been in Germany for weeks and had tried many Schnitzels.. theirs was in a league of its own.. huge serve, but so light and perfectly cooked. Very welcoming and attentive, helpful service.

This was our second time here. Now we know why we came back. The schnitzel is fantastic. This is eating satisfaction. Don’t come for elegance. Come to eat and to eat big. You may feel like a gluten, but hey, no regrets!

This was a great spot for dinner. The venue is very well decorated and welcoming. The staff also were very friendly and offered wonderful service. The schnitzel is why I guess most go there and that was amazing and can be accompanied by a great drink from and extensive menu. There is also a kids menu which has 2 items and was perfect for our kids

Foods great and the portions are large. I really enjoyed the traditional feel and look. Although, be prepared take off all your clothes because the room temperature is sky high 🔥 🥵. Service was good fun, our man was entertaining to say the least.

The food is super delicious. Cochinita pibil is my favourite. The chili sauce goes well with all dishes we ordered, really recommend if you also like spicy food. Service is very nice. Music makes me wanna dance. A great Saturday night, all in all.

The food is so good - tacos, nachos and drinks (margaritas & cantarito)were delicious! The place is authentic, you have typical latin music und the staff is friendly. You have Selfservice, but they bring the food to your table:) It was really easy to make a reservation via instagram dm. You can pay only with cash. (The sanitary facilities were not so clean, here are some areas for improvement).

As a Mexican food lover, I am always hunting different restaurants all over Berlin, I already visited a dozen. Unfortunately this one totally missed my expectations, I don't think I will be coming again I was around the area and hungry an it wasn't rush hour, the restaurant was half empty. We ordered two taco plates and quesadillas. The food took almost an hour to be served, and I reminded them a few times that this wait is unacceptable, given that the restaurant was half empty The tacos and quesadillas were good, but didn't feel superior in anyway over the other restaurants I tried, so why should I come back? The beans were very plain in my opinion, tastes straight out of the can. The salad also didn't taste very fresh to me I think the people working there didn't ask for feedback if we liked the food, I don't think it's something they really care about. I didn't feel very welcomed

This is a place with a long tradition of great Mexican cooks. Normally I get the enchiladas, but I've been there a few times recently, and lucky me, I was pretty happy to discover they have special plates on Sundays: I tried Birria, Barbacoa, Carne en su Jugo and green Pozole. Each one of them was extraordinary delicious. The international awarded chef Angel Aceves comes from Jalisco, Mexico, that is why he masters these recipes. He also prepares different spicy sauces for each specialty, with funny names like: Chirrionera, Unita and Motherfu**er. For a nostalgic Mexican like me, it's like a dream come true! I hope to see you again very soon!

Food was nice served and hot(fries&chicken fingers). But the service was quite slow. Mojito was delicious. Music they played was too loud for a place like this, we had a hard time hearing each other with friends.

Good food. Mexican? Yes why not. Hummmm depends on you to judge 😋. But food is good. Good service and best part is “augustiner” on tape. Yes one of the most popular beer in Germany.

Pretty tasty food in a nice environment. Could do with a little more spice, but this is to be expected in Germany. Service is fast and friendly just be mindful of the guests outside that will be non-stop smoking.

Family business has been operating for more than 22 years, delicious traditional German homemade food. The owner is super friendly and he is happy to introduce the best food of the shop. And the menu will change every day. If you looking for transitional food 100%. This is a right choice.

As good or better than Gelato in Italy. Passed by on the way to our stop and there was a line out the door. We passed on the way back and no line, so we decided to check it out. The gelato was amazing. And reasonably priced. Very nice hidden gem.

The ice cream is some of the best I’ve ever had. The pistachio glaze is amazing. I came here right before the crowds arrived, and luckily didn’t have to wait in a long line. Definitely worth a second visit!

One of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. They offer a variety of flavors, including various vegan ones. I loved that their offering included flavors beyond the traditional chocolate, strawberry, vanilla. I loved the vegan nut-nougat one! Scoops are pretty big and the price is very fair considering the big servings. Service was nice. Be prepared to wait in line, especially on weekends. We had to wait for almost one hour on a Sunday.

The purest, most delicious joy in Kreuzberg for €3-5. This gelato shop is a divine blessing to all Berliners and visitors too!! Everyone is nice, everything is yummy. And there are many vegan (and even sugar-free) flavors! Grazie DUO!! 🧡💛 💚

Absolutely amazing place! The oldest craft beer bar in Berlin. They change the beers quite often and have a wide range of local and special beers. The owner and staff are really nice and will give you great advice about the beers. Absolutely worth a visit

didnt try the food. service was good. atmosphere as well, but the choice of beer was a bit lame. i mean cmon pilsner urquell kn the card … thats so not special. but we had a good time.

Excellent craft beer bar with a good selection of beers on tap. A wide variety of beer types and breweries are offered. The staff is professional and friendly. The interior is terrific, except for the restrooms which are Berlin-nasty. Nonetheless we keep coming back to this place for its great beer.

Not sure what happened to this spot but portion sizes have really dropped. I’d used to get meals I could barely finish, to a wrap with just a few slices of meat and barely any veggies. I’ll find a new spot. The people working there are still cool. Just this is laughably expensive for what you get now.

Quick service, centrally located, easy to find, staff was mostly friendly, the places isn't too big, but few indoor and outdoor seats available. Food was good (falafel wrap), just the bread bit to cold. Try it out!

Tasty and huge quantities . I ordered a shawarma teller for 7,5€ , here is what I got a plate full of chicken, fresh vegetables, hummus. It fits also my Ketogenic diet : high saturated fat and low carb : no bread, no potatoes, no hummus.

I really like dark, cozy rough around the edges bars where you can crash into a dark corner and just start plowing down drinks with your favorite binge drinking friends. We came here two times over our week stay in Berlin and really enjoyed. We did not eat any food other than the homemade pickles that came with the shots of Beluga vodka. Really good. Only order doubles, you know you want to tie one on! Highly recommend. We will be back!

The cosiest bar I found in Berlin. An old wooden bar vibe with a great range of beers, snacks and food. I came across the bar by accident but, after walking in the cold for a long time, it was the perfect remedy. Highly recommend.

This might be the coziest spot in Berlin, with some of the friendliest and most attentive staff you'll find. They really know how to provide great service. Sometimes things on the menu might be missing, but there’s always something else that’ll make you happy. Definitely worth a visit for a warm, welcoming experience!

A mid-level place with overpriced dishes. Would not recommend it. Food: we had Turkish breakfast, and I would say 17.90 is a ripoff for one meal. The taste was alright, but the food you receive is ridiculously expensive - one egg and one small sausage is a joke! In Istanbul, it would be a crime to show this breakfast to someone and present the price! Service: Okish service

Right on Oppelner Strasse, Sumak is a very lovely place to have a super breakfast. On a sunny day, you can enjoy the tables outside and some Menemen, which is one of the specialities of this place. Menemen with sucuk and Menemen with cheese are both extremely well done. You can get a can of Turkish tea which around 7 Euros and perfect for 2-3 people for the entire breakfast. They also have several full breakfast options with fresh boiled eggs and delicious olives and even Pastirma. Don’t forget to top it all with a Turkish coffee at the end.
