From the beginning till we left the service was simply excellent!
And the food gets also a 5-point rating. Starters and the steak(s) very good quality and exactly as we ordered them.
Definitely not just another 'Steak House'. Very good experience!
Yes, prices are high. Still very good value for money. A restaurant for special occasions, at least for me.

This Chain Steak House
Is supposed to be the
Equivalent of my Fave
Steak House by Ruth….
Well it is definitely NOT.
I got an advertisement via
Instagram for a RIBS and
Beer 4th of July Cookout
BBQ featuring all the RIBS
You can eat along with
Other Grilled favorites.
LIes they told.
Not one of the several
Items served came from
A Hot Grill.
Nor did the Only Rib
Option which happen
To be some Strange
BBQ sauced Cold
Korean??? Babyback Ribs.
The Sauce was not Korean
nor American and was not
Grilled with the meat because
This meat was never grilled.
The only HOT ITEM was ONE
Of the two French fry Choices.
The wait staff was more interested
In the SINGLE GIRL in the RED DRESS
than they were about serving
Anything HOT.
This was a BAIT and SWITCH.
And HIGHLY disappointing.
The guacamole was from a can.
The melted cheese wasn’t even
Whiz, it was some canned concoction
As well as the salsa which is so easy
to prepare . And why am I even
Eating NACHOS at a RIB BBQ?
Because there were literally NO
RIBS featured. Especially the ones
OFF the Grill Sticky and
Smoked Tender and Tasty.
The waiter and I mean that
Literally WAIT_er. I had to call
Him over SEVERAL times because
I had WAITED with no attention,
Warned us about the amount
Of Food and said order one burger
It might be too much! Then he
Brings this BURNT turd on an
Oversized bun with sauce I said
Not to be added. I looked and
Laughed and handed the two
Two bite burnt turd burger with
Sauce I did not order to my
Dining partner. Who immediately
Took the bread away and ate the
Tiny Turd burgers. As they over
cooked and under seasoned.
If this was supposed to be a
‘Tease’ for me to come back
and try your full menu you
FAILED miserably.
My Death By Chocolate
was supposed to be a dark
Chocolate ice cream and
a layered chocolate mousse.
Well the ice cream melted and
the plastic cover took 1/3 of
The Mousse away because it
wasn’t delivered by the WAIT_er
On Time.
And then came the FINAL
BLOW. The knockout Punch.
Pride Month is Over and the
Restaurant returned to ‘Straight’
Wine……….Literally.
Which was actually the BEST
Part of the Entire Meal. A Riesling
FRESH yet Full Bodied Giving
Scents of Spring and early Summer.
So sensual we finished a Bottle.
Lecker. Unlike the Meal.

An exquisite restaurant where you can come for a special evening with your friends and family. It truly deserves every star with its rich menu, service and taste. I was also lucky enough to have the gluten-free bread option (which tasted delicious). We really wanted cheesecake for dessert, but it wasn't available anymore. We tried chocolate mouse instead, and it was also very successful. The wines were delicious, I would like more Argentinian wine. Rib eye was delicious. Thank you Midtown Grill Berlin!

Nicely decorated restaurant with a perfect atmosphere. Perfect distance to neighboring tables so you almost feel like dining by yourself.
Super friendly and professional service. One downside might be the heavy rotation of staff attending to us. I think we had every single member of the staff at our table not just one responsible for us. That lead to wrong preparation of cutlery due to lack of information/communication? We would not have realized this mistake ourselves though, a staff member apologized for it and owned the mistake.
Never had such refined and extraordinary food in my life before. Great compliments to the kitchen for delivering such an experience. In particular the desserts were fantastic!
Absolute recommendation for everyone who enjoys food to visit the Facil at least once in their life.
We had a great lunch, thank you!

We’ve been here for dinner and unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. The food was beautifully presented and each plate looked amazing but unfortunately the taste was not on the same level. Fish dishes were interesting, caviar dish is amazing, but others
were mediocre. Meat dishes I didn’t like at all. There was no music at all, not even in the background.

Without question one of the most amazing dining experiences I have had. Ambiance, cuisine and service were all exceptional. I most appreciated the harmony of the individual dishes, which were further enhanced by the well curated wine pairing. Deserving of every star!

The Food, the service and the location are simply awesome. We spontaneously went to Facil for birthday celebration and had the new menu. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommended :) It's absolutely delicious :)

An excellent dining experience. Lunch menu was very reasonably priced (€88 for three courses), considering the high quality of the food. After entering the hotel, take the lift on the left to the 5th floor and enter a very airy space. Service was formal and friendly. Cured mackerel was pleasant, but flank steak main and grapefruit pudding were truly excellent. Highly recommend both dishes

Today we went on a little trip to Berlin and decided to eat an Lindenbräu. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere the right amount of south German.
The food is outstanding. You couldn’t make the Schnitzel more perfect if you tried. The potato soup is very tasty and the kids Spätzle yummy and a very good amount. The gravy was also super flavourful.

We've come here on several occasions, thus we decided for another stop over today at lunch with the kids. This place never lets us down: service is good and very fast as well as attentive, not to mention kid friendly.
Bavarian food is state of the art and the craft beer is very good -> although the restaurant is in a very central location, they've made sure to provide good food for a good price.
If you're with a group of friends go for the 1 metre beer tasting, you won't regret it ;)

The weather in Berlin was unexpected for me, so we went to this restaurant to have a snack and warm up. A typical German restaurant, but with very good service. Our waitress Julia was polite, smiling, spoke good English, and was able to explain the menu items to us. The bill was also pleasing — the prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back again, especially because of the excellent service.

impressive location and venue for what it is. food! had an convincing experience but was not exactly wowed by the service; more specifically, why push for fancy bottled water that becomes an insult and detour to that very purpose to seating at a table to drink beer. too, tinny bottles are not doing good to the environment. scrap them as an "upsell" option. in a business principle, they do not make any sense. adios! *beef broth was fabulous. no pic! 🙃

Bumped into this place while walking around looking for dinner. Nestled in a modern architecture, it was really vibing with people on a weekday night!
The menu is all in german with pictures (you can request for an english one) and we ordered the famous roasted pork knuckle and the spatezel. Though in the eng menu, it's called "dumplings" but no there is no fillings inside.
Both dishes were served piping hot, amazing crispy pork knuckle! Though you have to eat them fast before it becomes cool and really hard to chew.
Overall, a very good german dinner experience. If you're looking for smth local and authentic, I think this is worthy!!

Good food, a wonderful experience and the best service I have had in a long time. Thank you for a wonderful meal

Food was decent, but seating was very uncomfortable. The restaurant is very loud and there’s not much space in between tables. The tuna was great, and the pasta dishes were also very good. The staff were generally quite impatient with customers and unhelpful. It is one of those places with superb food, so the staff really don’t care about the quality of their service, which is a shame…

Great meal! The lamb was superb and a great change pace. Group of 15 service was perfect and treated the team very professional. The risotto was delicious and the Steak was cooked to perfection. Everyone had cleared their plate.

Being pretty just does not cut it. if I pau 130 € for two people i expect a very good meal and good service. Service was polite but very disorganised. some things took ages other too quick. felt ignored at the en do the meal
Beetroot carpaccio unevenly seasoned and salad was jus ok. meat was good quality but the point of the meat was overcooked. the pasta was good.
2 stars is probably too little for the food but price quality ratio just is not there

We came for lunch after a first tired morning walking around Berlin. It's a steakhouse but does plenty of other grilled fare. We sat outside on one of the many outdoor tables. I had a serviceable grill pan. It didn't have a lot of character.

Decent ribeye steak and wine was good. Burger was very good…Carpaccio had a weird sauce but was ok. Service was friendly with Hashemi from Tunisia. Thank you for the good service.

The food is great as well as the price.
The negative point was the service.
Apart from the normal German way of rushing the customer to order quickly (and our waitress was not German). Our waitress didn’t have good manners while dealing with an issue that we had with a broken glass served by her. In a extreme rude way, she literally pulled the glass off my hands and replaced it.
Having a good experience in a restaurant implies on a package of ambient, food and service. My experience wasn’t full filled as well as my family members that attended to celebrate a birthday.

I really enjoyed my time in the restaurant, the staff is unrealistically attentive!!! We were immediately seated at a table that we liked, and there were few free ones. The waiter consulted us on the menu and gave us recommendations on what to try. The dishes were very tasty!!! And the portions are very large, and unfortunately we could not eat everything))))) during dinner we were approached by a waiter and asked if we liked everything. We had only good impressions after the visit.

The food was okay. We loved the appetizers.
The place it self is amazing. Very beautiful.
The services very fast.

The service was friendly but the food could have been better.
We ordered tandoori chicken- which looked amazing but tasted very bland. The red was just good colour because there was very little spice.
The Gobi (cauliflower) pakoda was good.
The tawa Biriyani smelt funny like the rice had just gone bad. It was a hot day so it is possible the rice had gone a bit bad.
The chicken coramandal curry was good.
The drinks were good.

We recently had a business lunch at Amrit Restaurant in Berlin and overall, it was a good experience. There were a few vegetarian choices on the menu, and we chose the Paneer Tikka Masala, which came with naan bread, rice, and salad. The food was tasty, and we really enjoyed both the meal and the restaurant’s ambience.
However, I did feel that a couple of staff members seemed less enthusiastic about serving us as Indian guests, while they appeared more focused on serving other nationalities. As an Indian restaurant, it would be great to see the same level of respect and service extended to all customers, including Indian nationals.
Thank you for the meal, and we hope this feedback helps enhance the overall experience.

Located near Potsdamer Platz, this restaurant boasts a rich menu with a wide variety of dishes. The dishes are well-cooked and flavorful, offering a true taste of the cuisine. We really liked tge bread, garlic one tasted great. Guests can enjoy their meals both inside and outside. Like many restaurants in Berlin, there is no A/C inside. The restaurant is often crowded, creating a lively atmosphere, but we sat outside without any issues. While we’ve had better Indian food in the US, this place is a decent option in Berlin.

Went there to try their new vegan pizzas and ordered the tuna one. It was delicious. The service was also friendly and quick, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, even though the place was almost full. I'll be sure to come back and try the other vegan flavors.

Lovely place with good service and nice food. The waiter was attentive and took good care of us, even gave us some extra bread. The cheese platter was lovely with selected cheeses and what appeared to be home made bread and rhubarb-cherry jam. We enjoyed some more dishes along with selected beer, cocktails and wine. A nice evening!

I enjoyed my first night dining in the QIU situated on the 5th floor of Hotel Mandala but was not tempted to return. It is reasonably expensive fine à la carte dining in a lovely serene atmosphere with very attentive servers. The complimentary extra dishes were the best part for me. My soup and fish were beautifully presented but a little salty. I think as pleased to have some lovely bread. Nice for a special occasion but not somewhere to eat often as a hotel guest.

5 stars are for the cocktails! (We did not eat) They were perfect! Perfectly mixed, served, decorated. There were 4 of us to go to the movies around the corner, 2 for Oppenheimer, 2 for Barbie. I was in the Barbie fraction, so the 2 of us were able to drink before and after the movie while the Oppenheimer fraction was already or still watching. A real treat. The bar was not very full, rather empty and the cocktails rather expensive. TOTALLY WORTH IT! Nice crisps were served. Wasabi nuts and other snacks were served. Because of the rain, the bar-keeper offered an umbrella. The service was very good.

Pleasant hotel bar. Well made cocktails. The food we tried was burrata and bread € butter which despite quite expensive and small were really pleasant.
Nice location, quiet for conversations and comfy in general.

I tried the Pistachio ice cream at Caffe e Gelato in Berlin. The ice cream has a strong pistachio flavour which was nice. It was also quite creamy. Overall, it’d be great if it was a bit more roasted flavour so I’d give it 8.5/10

What a great ice cream shop. Many different flavors, big scoops, cones, cups... And the place is huge with many seats and great service. The downside, it is quite pricey, but totally worth it.

Delicious vegan ice cream. Special flavours, not the ones you see usually. Creamy flavours like chocolate. Not only sorbet (vegan). Special flavours were €2,70 per scoop (quite big scoops).

Caffè e Gelato is a fave if you’d like to have a sit-down ice cream. To start, the menu is quite expansive and has everything from spaghetti Eis to tiramisu, pancakes to fruit cups. What really attracts me is the ice cream counter where you can select gourmet and classic ice cream flavours. The flavour design is so particular with a lot of nuts and fruit incorporated into the gelato. Any of the pistachio, cherry, hazelnut and almond infused flavours are a winner for me.

Ordered the red curry with planted chicken and the falafel bowl. Both were okay. Service was friendly and the food came out really fast. Most of the items are already prepared and just require assembly and/or reheating proteins (in my case the planted chicken and falafel). They also don't have a restroom so be warned. I wish I knew before.

Food had absolutely no flavour.
I had a chicken teriyaki wrap and I'm pretty sure they left the sauce out.
It was just chicken salad and rice nothing else.
The staff were great however can't fault the level of customer service.
