The Midtown Grill is inside the Berlin Marriot and has a pleasant interior and isn’t very noisy. The staff is attentive and professional. The menu is fairly extensive with a bias towards pricier dishes. The wine menu is decent but nothing exceptional. We enjoyed the food and wine, albeit a bit expensive, but after a long trip it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. We will come back.

I ate the best octopus ever. Very soft and saucy. The filet mignon was very tender as well. Brilliant. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The place is fancy but welcoming. There's an indoor smoking area room close to the bathroom.

From the beginning till we left the service was simply excellent! And the food gets also a 5-point rating. Starters and the steak(s) very good quality and exactly as we ordered them. Definitely not just another 'Steak House'. Very good experience! Yes, prices are high. Still very good value for money. A restaurant for special occasions, at least for me.

An exquisite restaurant where you can come for a special evening with your friends and family. It truly deserves every star with its rich menu, service and taste. I was also lucky enough to have the gluten-free bread option (which tasted delicious). We really wanted cheesecake for dessert, but it wasn't available anymore. We tried chocolate mouse instead, and it was also very successful. The wines were delicious, I would like more Argentinian wine. Rib eye was delicious. Thank you Midtown Grill Berlin!

Nicely decorated restaurant with a perfect atmosphere. Perfect distance to neighboring tables so you almost feel like dining by yourself. Super friendly and professional service. One downside might be the heavy rotation of staff attending to us. I think we had every single member of the staff at our table not just one responsible for us. That lead to wrong preparation of cutlery due to lack of information/communication? We would not have realized this mistake ourselves though, a staff member apologized for it and owned the mistake. Never had such refined and extraordinary food in my life before. Great compliments to the kitchen for delivering such an experience. In particular the desserts were fantastic! Absolute recommendation for everyone who enjoys food to visit the Facil at least once in their life. We had a great lunch, thank you!

We came for lunch here and I felt like a queen. Impeccable service, wonderful presentation, overall very good food (I was however not wowed by each dish) and great atmosphere. For 88€ you get 3 course menu + entree and small dessert. Overall we enjoyed this experience, stayed over 2 hours and we will gladly come back.

Excellent fine dining experience. Really enjoyable over all. They have a very flexible menu, where you can pick number of dishes and also the ones you want to have from the menu. That way you really can adapt it to your wishes, which is something I appreciate a lot. You can try what you really want and not over eat at the same time. I especially liked the code with the chorizo sauce, and the walnut praline desert. All the other dishes we got were quite good as well. One of the meats was a bit weaker, but overall I was quite satisfied. The place is pretty classy and has a nice vibe.

Great schnitzel and alpen schnitzel (with a tasty and savoury mushroom sauce). I didn’t appreciate the siders, it was a potato and cucumber salad and overcooked pasta spatzle. I forgot to ask if it’s possible to replace it. But we came for the schnitzel, and it was very good. Nice to sit upstairs by the window, to enjoy the view on this interesting building.

Portion of the pork knuckle is quite large for 2 persons. However the skin was quite chewy and very difficult to cut and chew. As for the currywurst I think there was just too much ketchup on top which was all that I could taste instead of the sausage. Therefore I would not say this is the best German restaurant I have been to in this trip.

I had a wonderful dining experience tonight, thanks to Rishi, who provided excellent service and was very attentive throughout the evening. The main dishes, especially the fish and Schnitzel were delicious and well-prepared. However, the soup was a bit too salty for my taste. Overall, it was a great meal with outstanding service. I would definitely come back again!

We've come here on several occasions, thus we decided for another stop over today at lunch with the kids. This place never lets us down: service is good and very fast as well as attentive, not to mention kid friendly. Bavarian food is state of the art and the craft beer is very good -> although the restaurant is in a very central location, they've made sure to provide good food for a good price. If you're with a group of friends go for the 1 metre beer tasting, you won't regret it ;)

Quite solid German cuisine but meals are not haute couture level… could be better :-) Restaurant is place in perfect place for tourists, close to main attractions of Berlin. Menu you will find at the picture I attached to this post.

Food was decent, but seating was very uncomfortable. The restaurant is very loud and there’s not much space in between tables. The tuna was great, and the pasta dishes were also very good. The staff were generally quite impatient with customers and unhelpful. It is one of those places with superb food, so the staff really don’t care about the quality of their service, which is a shame…

Great meal! The lamb was superb and a great change pace. Group of 15 service was perfect and treated the team very professional. The risotto was delicious and the Steak was cooked to perfection. Everyone had cleared their plate.

Being pretty just does not cut it. if I pau 130 € for two people i expect a very good meal and good service. Service was polite but very disorganised. some things took ages other too quick. felt ignored at the en do the meal Beetroot carpaccio unevenly seasoned and salad was jus ok. meat was good quality but the point of the meat was overcooked. the pasta was good. 2 stars is probably too little for the food but price quality ratio just is not there

Definitely a positive experience. Even though the place was full they still found us a table. The waiter, Mr Glen, is very friendly and professional. We ordered burgers and brisket, excellent quality meat. Recommended!

Delicious steak and burger restaurant with serve yourself salad bar (extra cost). My steak was perfectly cooked. Was looking forward to waffle fries but they were out of stock on our visit:-(

Maredo is in decline. Prices are much more expensive than they used to be. Food didn't change much, but I feel it lost its competitive advantage. The spare ribs used to be better and bigger. The papa asada is still excellent, and my steak was very good. I loved the option of having a hot stone on my plate so I could control the steak to be done the way I like.

Had the Argentinian Rib eye with Parmesan chips and almost licked the plate clean! It was phenomenal. I was served by Glen who was so welcoming and polite and helped me out conversing in English as well. Did everything and more to make me comfortable and the steak was one of the best cooked steaks I’ve had in a long time. Flavourful, soft , well seasoned yet still with a nice grill flavour. Melting in the mouth with every cut. Also the sauce it came with was beefy and perfect for both steak and chips. Thank you for making my last night in Berlin so delicious 🤤. All the best to Glen and rest of the team.

Very tasty steaks. Tried the fish steak, tender meat with minimal veins, don't spare and take sauces to the meat. Burgers are not bad either, but much simpler flavour of the meat itself :) I just had to wait a long time for my order (60min)

I recently visited this amazing restaurant, and as always, the food was incredibly tasty. Every dish was full of rich flavors and perfectly cooked. the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Our food arrived in no time, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only minor drawback was the lack of fresh air in the dining area, which made the atmosphere feel a bit stuffy. Nonetheless, the delicious food and speedy service more than made up for it. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine!

We stopped by spontaneously for a lunch and were very impressed by the friendly staff and the food. The restaurant quickly filled up and when we came back later in the afternoon it was still packed. The menu is very extensive and you can find every level of spicyness. We enjoyed our visit very much and will come back.

Fast, fresh, tasty. An easy lunch or dinner option in Potsdamer Platz. A well oiled battle ship as this place is massive but modern. Service is v friendly and welcoming. I had the Madras chicken that’s supposed to be hot but in reality it’s savory but quite mild for my taste. If you like authentic spicy food, I’d suggest going for the “Indian hot” offered on the menu. The lentil papadums were good though the sauces were, sadly, kinda bland and too sweet for my taste, I’d preferred chutneys or less Westernized flavours. Overall a convenient spot if you’re in the area looking for something easy and affordable. They are able to cater for larger groups.

Visited last month with my team (8 people, mix of vegetarians and non-vegetarians). The experience was just okay. • Snacks were not warm enough. • Garlic naan lacked garlic flavor. • Malai koftas were too big and unappealing in taste. • Paneer butter masala was overly sweet, which I didn’t enjoy. • Lamb curry had a strong smell, as mentioned by my teammates. • The only dish I liked was the Malabari paneer—it had a nice spicy flavor. Overall, the food was disappointing.

A world-famous pizzeria chain. The quality of the food, the service, the ambiance is just fine. This is not a classic Italian pizza and you certainly can't expect anything like that. Note that there is no internet in the facilities. We recommend that you take a pizza with a stuffed cheese crust and a crispy one 👍

Went there to try their new vegan pizzas and ordered the tuna one. It was delicious. The service was also friendly and quick, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, even though the place was almost full. I'll be sure to come back and try the other vegan flavors.

Lovely place with good service and nice food. The waiter was attentive and took good care of us, even gave us some extra bread. The cheese platter was lovely with selected cheeses and what appeared to be home made bread and rhubarb-cherry jam. We enjoyed some more dishes along with selected beer, cocktails and wine. A nice evening!

Qiu Bar and Restaurant at Potsdamer Strasse is a great spot! The atmosphere is cool, the service is friendly, and the food is tasty. I enjoyed trying their menu of delicious dishes. If you're in the area, definitely check it out for a great dining experience!

I enjoyed my first night dining in the QIU situated on the 5th floor of Hotel Mandala but was not tempted to return. It is reasonably expensive fine à la carte dining in a lovely serene atmosphere with very attentive servers. The complimentary extra dishes were the best part for me. My soup and fish were beautifully presented but a little salty. I think as pleased to have some lovely bread. Nice for a special occasion but not somewhere to eat often as a hotel guest.

5 stars are for the cocktails! (We did not eat) They were perfect! Perfectly mixed, served, decorated. There were 4 of us to go to the movies around the corner, 2 for Oppenheimer, 2 for Barbie. I was in the Barbie fraction, so the 2 of us were able to drink before and after the movie while the Oppenheimer fraction was already or still watching. A real treat. The bar was not very full, rather empty and the cocktails rather expensive. TOTALLY WORTH IT! Nice crisps were served. Wasabi nuts and other snacks were served. Because of the rain, the bar-keeper offered an umbrella. The service was very good.

My partner and I came here on a Wednesday evening for a nice drink together. We ordered the Gimlet and Lady Killer. High quality cocktails and great complimentary bar snacks (wasabi peas and salted roasted peanuts). The interior decorating and lighting was good, making for a nice and intimate ambiance; though, some music would have made it better. Overall great up-scale bar in Postdammer Platz.

I didn't expect this ice cream shop in a mall to be so amazing, but I have to say, it might be the best ice cream I've had in Berlin, and we have tried a lot! The lemon sorbet was amazing - so fresh, with an intense lemon flavor and little fruit pieces throughout. The showstopper for me, though, was the "Dubai Schokolade" - rich pistachio ice cream with milk chocolate pieces, honey drizzle and toasted coconut strands. It was incredible! We will have to come back to try all the other flavors.

Look, I wasn’t even planning to get gelato, but here we are. Under 3 euros for a scoop? Alright, twist my arm. Went for some red, sour jam thing mixed with stracciatella. No idea what it was called—check the photo, be my guest. The waffle cone? Crisp, buttery, actually tasted like effort went into it. And yeah, I sat outside like an idiot in the cold, licking ice cream, but you know what? Worth it. Because a little sugar rush and a fake taste of summer never killed anyone. Well, except diabetics, but you get my point.

I tried the Pistachio ice cream at Caffe e Gelato in Berlin. The ice cream has a strong pistachio flavour which was nice. It was also quite creamy. Overall, it’d be great if it was a bit more roasted flavour so I’d give it 8.5/10

Ordered the red curry with planted chicken and the falafel bowl. Both were okay. Service was friendly and the food came out really fast. Most of the items are already prepared and just require assembly and/or reheating proteins (in my case the planted chicken and falafel). They also don't have a restroom so be warned. I wish I knew before.

The food is prepared with health in mind. The service here is some of the best in this city. The employees in this branch are very kind and mindful in serving clients and go over and beyond. I would easily recommend it for a quick pause, lunch or dinner after a long meeting.

Dean&david has been my go-to place during my stay in Germany. Their food is freshly prepared, nutritious, and delicoous. The ingredients are very fresh. You can eat there or get it for takeaway. Highly recommended.
