A good stay starts with the check in process and Natalia was super helpful and allowed early checkin so I could go to my conference. The decor was cool though seems like was designed a while ago. The checkout and all the staff were super which made this a great experience. And v good breakfast

Room is basic but ok. The bathroom is separated by frosted glass panels from the bedroom (also with a large hole acting as the door handle) so fine for a solo traveller or for those who don’t need privacy when in the bathroom. No acoustic padding between floors meaning the heavy heeled will sound like a herd of elephants to those in the room below. Didn’t order breakfast (€19/day) but the location is excellent - any direction walking 15 mins and you hit a main sight. Nice quiet street /safe area.

We’ve been visiting Berlin over and over and this hotel is our number 1 place to stay. Located very centrally, good aircon (important in summer), a nice car garage and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything we need.
MV - 3 months ago
The hotel is very centrally located in Berlin. There are many tourist locations nearby. Also, the Berlin Central Railway Station is not far away. Service is also good. Food quality is good as well.

The hotel is nice and clean in general and very near to the Märkisches Museum and Spittelmarkt UBahn stations as well as the Märkisches Ufer, that is a nice place to stroll by the Spree River. It is also really quiet at night. It is located very near the Humboldt Forum and the Museum's Island, if you like taking walks instead of using the Metro. The rooms are big and convenient and they are cleaned daily! The ladies at the reception are always happy to help. A very pleasant experience, totally recommend it. So much better than other hotels around! 😁

Fabulous meat. Perfectly cooked. Great sides, good portions. The service could be leveled up a little bit, however, they were
very lovely and when the waitress wasn’t sure of what wine to recommend she quickly got someone to assist in recommending a delicious wine to a decent price. It was our last night in Berlin, super happy! If I had to give one improvement it would be to get better outdoor seats for summer and for the staff to describe better size portions and concept.

The best steakhouse restaurant in Berlin! We tried the beef fillet black Angus, the NY strip loin and the Ribeye! All of them were very tasty! The first one was very juicy, the second one had an excellent balance of flavour and tenderness and the third one had a really we special smoked flavour! We also choose the Barbecue sauce and the Pepper Sauce! The second one was an excellent choice for our steaks ! The salad with spinach and arancini was also very tasty! The service was very helpful and attentive! The atmosphere was very nice! I totally recommend it!

We had an amazing dinner at The Brooklyn. The service was very neat. I came here for my boyfriend's birthday and they served the dessert with a cute candle. The food was amazing of course. Thank you so much for everything to have a wonderful night 💛
We will definitely come back.

Good steaks, nice Ambiente but not one of the best in Berlin.
Let's start with the interior. Its downstairs and somehow not really cozy. The tables and chairs are ok and the brick wall should give a warm atmosphere...but, maybe because of the layout, it's just not great.
Waitress are very polite and try their best to serve you.
The menu offers a great selection of meat, side orders and deserts.
We had a classic Rib Eye steak. The meat was good and side orders were fresh and tasty.
So overall: it's a good place to eat a nice steak. It's a bit to expensive for the overall quality, that's why 4 stars only.

Brilliant service and food and highly recommended :) It’s a very stylish steakhouse in the heart of Berlin with tasty fillet steaks, tenderloin and ribeye and a tipp: try the Panamera Red Wine. They really take care to make you feel comfortable as a guest which I really appreciated :)

They serve a wide variety of really good tapas. The service is fast and knowledgeable. And you don't have to worry about reservations as the restaurant is large, and there is even a very nice garden (for the smokers and oxygen lovers).
Heike Schmidbauer - 2 months ago
Maybe my expectations were too high, but the chicken was dry, the menu itself doesn’t explain with details how will be the food, if you haven’t tried Spanish food before will be a mess. It wasn’t bad but was not good either. If you run out of options, is still decent to eat there, but I wouldn’t come back.
Barbara Munoz - 4 months ago
Ordered a mixed plate of tapas for 2 and it can easily serve 3 people. The price overall is fair, but it was a bit hard to get the waiter's attention. Nonetheless the whole staff was super nice, I definitely recommend it.

I didn't actually eat anything, but I went there with my buddies to have a drink. The server was so friendly, and English friendly, even offered to tell me where cool places were nearby if I wanted to party. (Alexanderplatz by the way) Great stuff.

Absolutely loved visiting this place for breakfast each day during our trip (and some sneaky sweet treats in the afternoon), a lovely atmosphere, the staff are extremely friendly even when I was trying out my very bad German and the food/drinks were fantastic!

I was a bit surprised with this restaurant. There are two levels with steep stairs to reach the second floor. So if you're disabled or can't climb or descend stairs, then I would not come here. You have to descend stairs to get to the lower level.
As for the food, it did not taste authentic vietnamese to me. But I would say it was above average.
The service was amazing. Our server had to go up and down these steep staircases for the whole hour that we were eating there. I think he went up-and-down these stairs about thirty times in the one hour we were there.
The food prices were very reasonable for what you get.
There is outside seating, too. I suppose you could eat outside if you can not climb or descend stairs.

Service was unbelievably fast, portions were very large! The menu is a great bargain and the atmosphere is amazing!
The food could have been a bit tastier but overall a very pleasant experience.
Will surely come back.

Good quality food at very reasonable prices. This is my second visit in two years. The duck mango curry is excellent.

Food was good, i like the taste of their marinated beef. The home made green tea ice tea was great! Toilets were clean. I like the way the restaurant goes up and down. Fair prices. Minuspoint: You need cash, they don't accept card payment. That's why only 4 Stars.

This is my go to restaurant to have lunch. Taste is amazing. I would recommend red and yellow curries. You get a complimentary drink with your order so that’s a big plus. I usually order a cola or a mango lassi.
It is small restaurant so sitting can be an issue if more people are there but I have never faced this issue.
Service is super fast and dishes are yumm. Definitely worth a try.

Best pasta in town! I really recommend the pasta celentano, even for people who don’t like mushrooms! Just discard them and eat the pasta with meat.

The best pizza in the town! Caring staff and nice atmosphere made our visit great! The pizza is HUGE and tasty! True Italian 🍕 pizza! Pizza is 8-10€ and beer (large) was 3.5€. Very cheap for quality! Will come again! 🍕🍕🍕

Average intalian restaurant with good, fast and friendly service. The food is just about average. It tastes good, is fresh but then again nothing fancy and nothing on the menu i couldn't at any other italian place around. Prices are okay.
Good for a quick and uncomplicated lunch/dinner.

best middle eastern food tasted in Berlin, it was during middle of week, it’s next to a beautiful canal, staff speaks English as well, food is amazing a true taste of Middle East. staff is friendly and price is reasonable.

It isn’t unfortunately special and authentic.
But with this price I can’t say bad.
When you have some huge hungers on labneh or baba ghanoush, here is definitely the restaurant where you can have and enjoy them as much as you need.
Myungwoo Yoo - 3 months ago
It’s an oriental Lebanese restaurant with all decorations and vibes .
The kofta was well seasoned and smoked.
Chicken was tender and delicious.
The meat was tender and the sauce was flavorful.
The drink wasn’t as expected but not bad as well.
The staff were really friendly with us
They accept card payments and cash too.

We had a very nice dinner at Cana restaurant. The service was very friendly. We ordered two different menu offers. Mezze was very tasty, fish was a bit not matching to the meat menu for us, two menus for 2 people is a lot of food. Price per menu is quite high. Overall everything was great :)

A quick stop before checking in the hotel. Moroccan soup was rich and tasty. Soup and salad options look all healthy and in-store prepared. I wish it was open on the weekend too.

Such welcoming and helpful staff when a group of us visited for breakfast! They have such a range of delicious breakfast items, from scrambled eggs and baguettes, to Bircher muesli pots, fruit pots, and an assortment of croissants including vegan croissants.
Delicious hot chocolate and a marzipan croissant, and the Bircher muesli was also fresh and beautifully presented.

Great place with hearty delicious soups. Fish and curry-style soups we tried were out of this world! Sooo good! Thank you for a great meal!

What more could you want from a place than really well constructed foods across the board..salads, soups, rolls and cakes, as earnest as a tee totaller at a wake. Service is patient and on point...the variety surprisingly wide for the size of the place. Every block on the planet should have a place like this.
BUT, they need to train in coffee making...it too is very berlin

I enjoyed great Indian food here. Would advise you to try mango lassi it is one of the best lassis which I have tried. Also here is good atmosphere especially in the evening.

Really cool restaurant with amazing decorations, styles and atmosphere. The location is unique with possibility to sit directly beside the river. The food portions are big enough and reflect the prices. They provide special meals during business lunch hours (11:00 - 16:00) from Monday to Friday with only 8,90€. The food is very delicious and tasty. The restaurant is very chick and elegant. Staff are very nice and friendly and also English speaking. Highly recommended.

This is my first review in Berlin German and what a success it was..staff so friendly and helpful they made a chicken dansak curry for me that is not on the menu.the food was outstanding and good size portions,I highly recommend this Indian restaurant if your out and about in Berlin….

Went here with my family the other day, had an amazing experience! My wife and I devoured the lamb dish it was that tasty and tender. This is the second time I have been here and every time I get surprised with something new in the restaurant like the mango shot appetizers. The lamb dish that we ordered was phenomenal. Overall the experience was beyond my belief, blown away by the quality and food.
Daniyal Malik - a year ago
We visited this place today on a rainy evening for dinner and truth be told, we were pretty satisfied with the food. Though it was a bit confusing from the menu as the dish descriptions are not appetizing, the taste was okay.
We started with mango Lassi which was a little bland. Then our main course dishes were Chicken Mughlai and Mutton bhuna with Basmati Rice. Both tasted good. Nothing overwhelming but good. Obviously the preparations were not authentic.
We finished off with Elaichi milk tea which was okay but also lacked depth of flavor. The liquor was also pretty light.
To sum it up, room for improvement is everywhere.

Best Turkish mezzes in Berlin! Same (and maybe even better) taste that you can find in a traditional/local Turkish places. Staff is so kind, everything we ate (and we ate half of the menu) was delicious!
E E - a month ago
We went there as a group of friends from Istanbul along with some company from Helsinki and Kopenhagen to have a Meyhane (Taverna) night. We were quite happy with the food and the proper representation of meze culture of Turkey and something other than Kebab.
The taste was just on point with everything. I was able to even eat liver for the first time in my life which was a miracle! The only note I could give was that the Octopus and Garnelen or meat skew portions definitely need to be a bit bigger considering the prices but other than that food just hit the spot. Diverse Raki Menu was also a positive.
They’re pretty new in town so some adjustments with the service etc is needed whereas we had to check the bill and take out some things that we hadn’t ordered. However their willingness to correct and do it right was what’s important. The staff was pretty attentive and kind. The music selection was good. Will definitely be coming here again

All mezes were simply very tasty, including the desert. All staff including the owner was very attentive, always helpful and we were not an easy table with 11 people. Thank you for opening a branch in Berlin, taking this hard mission and achieving it the best way. Berlin now has a real “meyhane”, don’t look for somewhere else.

A little deception. No turkish atmosphere. Baguette instead of turkish bread. Service bald. Quite expensive. Obviously, no credit card.

We ate leafy liver slices, casserole shepherd's sauté and several mezes. All of them had their authentic taste from meyhane culture. And the prices are really affordable. Highly recommended.
