5 Star Rating Great food and big portions! Recommended for vegans as they have a whole menu dedicated for both starters and main dishes, we’ve also been kindly offered some ouzo once seated. They also gave us some water for our dog 🐕 Overall a very good experience, I’d like to go back if I have the chance.

3 Star Rating rate is like this because it was obvious that they wanted us to pay more, "let's say"... I ordered 1 dl of wine, they brought 2dl, okay come on, then we ordered a starter that costs 14 euros, some kind of spread with some beans on a regular plate (with hair) - we didn't complain (lucky I didn't notice it right away) for the main we ordered sharing some of their selection, price 21.90 which should have been enough for two people, I asked if it was enough and she said yes for two. The bill was 80 euros, hmm appetizer 14, main 21.90 wuth included salat and tsaziki and two beers and 2dl of wine, is that 80 euros??! To make matters even better, we didn't even receive a bill, only a confirmation of card payment. Gyros in the main dish are dry and greasy. All in all, I would not recommend.

5 Star Rating Yamas! Took my friends whom were visiting Berlin and we had a really fun evening here. Overall dining experience was excellent. The atmosphere is low key elegant and dimly lit. It’s family owned so the space and service provides a intimate yet personal touch. Food quality portion and size + value were all very good. Star dishes: grilled anchovies, walnut cake, moussaka. Highly recommend if you love Greek food and Ouzo.

5 Star Rating Great hookah/shisha lounge, super friendly staff. The gentlemen who helped us were very kind through a slight language barrier, and made sure we were comfortable. Two stories, but they brought out chairs and a table for us to sit outside. Had a very good experience here for a late night smoke sesh.

5 Star Rating I and my friends visited a shisha bar, where we ordered shisha and drinks. After receiving our bill, I bought a bottle of water and forgot to pay for it. When I arrived at the hotel, I called the bar, apologized, and offered to come and pay or transfer the amount. They told me it's not a problem and considered it a gift from the bar. Honestly, I was worried after reading some comments, but the staff at this shisha bar were very kind, and their service was excellent and fast. It's a really beautiful place.

4 Star Rating I really like this Ethiopian restaurant as it is close to my house. For the first time I ordered a salad and was a bit disappointed as it was nothing special, could have been done better at home and for the price it is not worth it. However, the main dish was super good. I took the mix plate with lamb curry and 3 vegetarian dishes. It was super good and really filling.

4 Star Rating Visited this cozy restaurant on a Saturday evening. Location is a little far from our hotel but we felt like eating Ethiopean food and this one had good reviews. The food is indeed well spiced. We chose the menu for 2 which consisted of beef goulash, lentils, 2 chicken drumsticks, feta, cabbage and salad. We paired it with South African white wine and Djuju Mango. Good service, nice ambiance with the candles.

5 Star Rating When you can’t eat any more pork knuckle or doner kebab, stop in to the Blue Nile for some delicious Ethiopian food. We ordered one of the kombination platters for 2 people plus an additional side of peas with cottage cheese. The portions are generous and we couldn’t exactly finish it all but we wanted to. The cocktails are very nice (planter’s punch and black baby) and the Ethiopian beers go perfectly with the meal. Definitely recommend this little spot off the beaten path for something delicious and different in Berlin!

5 Star Rating Just one of my favourite cafes in Berlin. The space is very open, light and cozy. The staff are always the sweetest and bursting with positive energy. The food is always very delicately made and with top quality. Lovely! One little remark, maybe just personal taste, but the Dirty Chai Latte is too filled with spices that in my opinion don’t go too well together. Nevertheless thanks for the great experience always 🙏

5 Star Rating The cappuccino is really delicious. I love the coffee strength and arome. Very well made. I also tried the carrot cake (and I am not a big fan of carrots) and it turned out to be the best carrot cake I have tried ever. Rich taste, moist, smooth with some chunks, very balanced cake to frosting ratio, I just fell in love! Also the atmosphere is warm and lovely, the place is spacious with good music in the background. Some tables have (no laptop) sign on them but others don't, I see people working here on laptops normally. Highly recommended 👌

2 Star Rating This is the worst sahara imbiss in Berlin. Not the usual Sahara imbiss that we are used to .The portions (I got the expensive Sahara special teller) are exceptionally small and not worth it and most importantly very little sauces. The shop person was very reluctant about giving sauces so that the food may be enjoyed. Whats the point eating there if you are unwilling to give sauce And lastly, she even asked for trinkgeld. Usually I always give trinkgeld, but if you are unwilling to give sauce, why should I give trinkgeld? Very unhappy. Not going to go back when this shop person is around
