My first beer garden experience, and it was everything I could have hoped for! So much seating, lively atmosphere, and 1L pints of beer. Food was good. Would like to spend more time here. At my time of visit: when ordering beer you have to stand in one line, food in another. You have to pay a few € extra as a deposit and they give you a token, and when you return the glass and token you’ll get your deposit back (another line for returns).

This is a large, outdoor, German beer garden. Outdoor seating. Beers average 5.50 euros per glass. There is a separate area to buy food such as pizza, pretzels, etc. Serve yourself and bis your own glasses to collect 2 euro deposit.

Stopped here for a beer on a Sunday - great vibes and lots of space. Trees offer nice shade and they have different beer options than similar places!

The place is beautiful in its ambiance and service. I love Indian good and I try to explore new places for the same. This is not a typical Indian restaurant with all the so a lot of pics of Indian places, but a really calm and soothing interior. The candle on the table tops it off making a place perfect for candle light dinner and a place to spend quality time with your loved ones. I ordered panner Jhalfrezi, which was okay, but I would expect better in terms of taste from a restaurant like that. Other than that, the Starter platter and Papadam was great in taste. I would recommend it as the hospitality of the staff was amazing, the place is nice overall with great mango lassi. One more thing, they only accept cash payments!!! So, have some with you, otherwise the EC machine will charge you a lot of fee.

My friend and I didn’t like the food at this restaurant. For us, the food lacked flavor. We were very excited for the chicken biryani, but we didn’t find the traditional biryani flavors in it. For us, it tasted like a complete different dish.

It's one of the best indian restaurants in Berlin, I would say. They serve authentic mutton and chicken dishes with real indian Spiciness. Definitely recommended!!!! I ordered mutton rogan josh and garlic naan(it had lots of garlic 😍), It completely satisfied my taste buds! The staff was so polite during the service.

This is a cozy spot that's great for enjoying coffee and hanging out with friends. It has a distinct hipster vibe that made us feel right at home. I would like to say it's a really nice place, it is from the decoration, the drinks, and the kindness of the staff. But, every time we wait a long time after ordering drinks (and even before ordering). I don't mean to be in a rush, a little faster can be nicer. But still, if you want somewhere to get a chill drink, this is the place.

Nice cocktail, very nice cozy ambience as well. One thing though, service is pretty slow it took forever to order and to get the drinks and to pay but they are quite understaffed but otherwise very nice to chill with friends

Nice location. Service is hit or miss. Today the waiters talked behind the bar, didn't bring the menu without asking. Waited 25-30 min for 2 small beers. Not saying sorry, seeming pissed after we didn't tip. If you go there and are lucky with the waiters, a really cool bar.

I always come here with my French friends when we want a good meal, good wine, and a catch-up. The quality of food is incredible, the staff are friendly, and we always have an amazing night. It's a small menu, but perfectly cooked. The fries are the best in Berlin

Gorgeous little place. The food was amazing and the server was very sweet (and hilarious). I will definitely be returning! I can especially recommended the chicken with romesco and asparagus and the steak tatare.

A bit biased about my experience: loved the starters, the duck and the meat but didn’t like french fries a homemade mayo as much. Nice vibrant atmosphere and good service in general. Noise level was way above average, we could hardly have a conversation and it felt like you’re surrounded by a cloud of voices coming from neighbor tables. This was the first time I ever had a problem with it since I’m not very sensitive. Might come back and just pick a table in the front room next time

Best french restaurant in Berlin! The food is very delicious and authentically french as well. Everyone who works there is either french or at least speaks the language. I highly recommend the entrecôte steak that is served with a generous portion of fries (which are homemade style and not the frozen type!) and a side salad. I tried both the pepper sauce and the blue cheese sauce, I would definitely recommend the second! The mussels are also served with fries, and they are super good as well. Even their house wine is good and very cheap! The price to value ratio is great. The service is amazing: very fast service and super friendly. Overall: highly recommended. Make sure to reserve a table in advance.

I ordered Mandu, Samgyoebsal, Kimchi jigae, and Bibimbab. They are so good and taste the same as in Seoul! 😍 I highly recommend Sangyoebsal and Bibimbab. The staff is also very kind and high standard of hospitality. This would be my first favorite Korean restaurant in Berlin. Don’t forget to order some Soju or Makgeolli to stay in the vibe.

Visited this Korean BBQ Restaurant and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The meat was fresh and flavorful, and the DIY grilling at the table added to the fun. They had a great variety of sides and sauces to complement the meats. Would recommend.

The food was great, good option for diversity, the waitress was nice and the price is reasonable, would give this place 5 stars but it ended on a really bad note, when we finished our meal I drank the last of the water I had left and to my unpleasant surprise there was a piece of glass at the bottom of the cup, when we confronted the waitress about it she was very sorry and went to speak with the manager but instead of offering a compensation the manager was simple sorry and said she doesn't know how this happen, we instead that this is not alright and could of ended very badly if the glass piece was swallowed and the response was an offer of a soujo shot or a soft drink, we did not want to have another drink from a place that had a glass in their water and had to continue insisting on a compensation until they gave in and offered to take off a small amount of the price we needed to pay for the meal, personally I was still not happy with that but arguing with the manager wasn't appealing to me, especially after we had to insist on any kind of actual compensation. Very sad and disappointed that this is how the evening ended, very poor handling of the manager with the situation, especially considering how dangerous it was. Bottom line you can eat here but be careful of what your drinking or don't drink here at all :(

They have a varied selection of items that make it more likely for everyone to find something that they will enjoy here. The food was good, and the portions were sufficient as well. Service was friendly. The only thing is that I am not a big fan of the interior or atmosphere of this place. They would benefit from changing up the indoor tables and chairs (which were not so comfortable). But obviously, that’s just a matter of personal preference.

We were here on Tuesday, right after opening at 12:00 PM. There were quite a few visitors. We ordered solyanka, goulash, currywurst, and strudel. Everything was excellent. The only thing is that we had to wait a little for the strudel, but it wasn’t a big deal. We really enjoyed everything. If someone is looking for authentic German cuisine, they must visit this place. It's affordable and delicious.

This was one of the best lunches I had in Berlin. I had the schnitzel with creamy mushroom and potatoes with bacon bits + beer on a summer afternoon in Berlin. Their terrace is great, it was so calm and chill to watch the intersection & enjoy a very yummy meal. The food was honestly simply perfect. Service was great, the server was polite, efficient and nice. Restaurant is cash only like many others - not that big of a deal, just come prepared.

The different meanings of the restaurant's name “Schusterjunge" which refer to a cobbler's apprentice as well as to a simple and hearty rye roll that you can still buy in every bakery are still a commitment: Both the restaurant owner and the service want their hospitality to be felt as refreshing and quick-witted as cobbler's apprentice were famous for and a team that values the simplicity of low-priced rye rolls. No surprise that the corner pub's history goes back to the Roaring Twenties. Back then, almost a century ago, Schusterjunge used to open its doors at 6 a.m. to cater clients* demand for beer, shots, meatballs, and pickled eggs. This was the time when an excessive go-out culture created excessive behaviour. Oral traditions mirrored the Zeitgeist when pub-crawls often were synonymous for pub brawls. It might remain unclear forever if such arguments were triggered by women, politics or soccer - but there is no doubt that always beer flowed like water. During the Fifties of the last century, the foundation of the German Democratic Republic bad its repercussions. Genuine German kitchen, served by super-friendly staff. The authentic, traditional taste speaks for itself, while the prices are still quite reasonable. Portions are large enough for likely anyone. Note the place is sadly cash-only. The nearest ATM charges some absurdly high commission, so you might want to visit one of those located at Sparkasse branch near Eberswalder Str. station first.

Although we found the portions a bit on the smaller side, the flavour was phenomenal! Absolutely delicious schnitzel and gnocchi. The beetroot gnocchi was filled with a cream cheese, something I would definitely go back for. Service is so friendly and nice, we were really happy with that too. I would consider this one of the best veal schnitzels in berlin.

So good. Our family of four all agreed that this was our favorite meal of our entire time in Berlin. Be sure to order the beer they brew. We got the Gold and Bronze and both were awesome. The lamb was amazing. The risotto was sooo good. Definitely recommend.

Great Sushi Bar! Good location next to a tram and a subway stations. There are a lot of tables, low and high - plenty of room. The variety of drinks is huge, aswell as the food choices, which are plenty. Some sushi sorts are pretty exotic and may seem as not very authentic. Still, they all taste great! Have been there for a private event with ~100 people.
