Unbelievable experience. Incredible food. Well orchestrated perfect service. They do one service at 7 and we were there until almost 11. I enjoyed every second. They time the food and the wine perfectly as the staff delicately moves between tables with precision. Super friendly and welcoming staff as well. Have nothing bad to say about this place. (Excuse the poor photos, I was trying not to completely ruin the ambience by taking photos!)

Unforgotten experience I’ve had in Lorenzo Adlon. Atmosphere was amazing and also all staff were friendly and knowledgeable about each meal. I absolutely try it next time
Maryam Nasrabadi - 3 months ago
The quality of ingredients was good, but there seems to be a lack of empathy towards the guests' experience, particularly in terms of orchestration of flavours and textures between courses.
The location is impeccable, offering a direct view of the Brandenburg Gate. I guess that a significant portion of the price I paid was for the view rather than the food itself, though.
Overall, despite the high quality of the food, considering the price and the reputation, I was anticipating a more harmonious dining experience that delights the palate with a cohesive story through its dishes.

Incredible meal on New Year’s Eve. All the staff very knowledgeable about the (many!) beautiful unusual wines served with each course. It was all fabulous.

Eating 2 persons you are always faster than other tables and we where quite surprised with the long wait on between the servings . We made the staff aware and after that the speed improved but still we would have wanted faster pace .. we had a non alcoholic choice of bevarage which was great to try .. the good was very nice and we where surprised to see a dog at the restaurant.. We tool the largest option 10.course dinner and All services where very nice experience..

Restaurant reservations provide access to the Reichstag Building, including the glass dome! There is a 20euro per person deposit/hold at the time of reserving in case you don’t show up.
Our group was late to make visit reservations for the dome itself, which is free, so we opted for an Aperitif afternoon at the rooftop restaurant. Reservations are required online with the names/birthday of all attendees as indicated on their passport.
Food was beautifully presented. Decent for the price we paid but really the best part was the atmosphere. It was particularly nice to sit indoors in a warm place and enjoy the view. The glass dome, is only partially enclosed, still open air, and not heated.
Highly recommend the restaurant to bypass the lines as well.

Everything was totally top notch. Service was excellent and the roof top views cannot be beat. Food was beautiful and we'll presented but could have used a little more assertive flavors. Definitely make a reservation for a delightful lunch.

A very nice selection for breakfast, would have liked to have the option of the burcher muesli without vegan options, hence 4 stars. Service was spectacular, and the view is unmatched. Excellent kids breakfast. Maybe a smallet portion of fruit salad and yoghurt woulf be better though.

I think it’s a Must visit for everyone visiting Berlin. The restaurant is perfectly situated in the Reichstag so you do have to reserve and go through added security measures but it’s worth it and the whole process was quite easy.
The menu was quite simple and minimalist. It features classic schnitzel and duck. In addition to a whole separate 3 course vegetarian/vegan options. You can mix and match your preferred options. It was quite delicious and perfect place to have a nicer lunch overlooking the Berlin skyline.
Service was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Everything was executed in a timely manner. Really recommend for all visitors! Hidden gem!

It's not cheap, but it was well worth it. The food was fantastic! Remember to book in advance, arrive early, and bring your passport! You can also explore the Reichstag building roof afterwards.

Amazing tastes and flavors, very friendly service, great atmosphere, just an awesome experience. Suggested to take the chefs menu as you get samples of many different dishes, good variety and plenty to get you full. Try the Spicy Guave cocktail (non-alcoholic). Will come back when I am in Berlin again!

This is a little wonder right in the historical center of Berlin, located in the premises of the famous Adlon hotel.
felt in love with this place independently from the Michelin labeling. Liked the atmosphere and generosity of the staff.
We ordered loads of food and drinks.
The starters and main course were amazing and their mocktails were also great.
The food preparation time was a bit more as compared to other restaurants but probably they want to keep high standards and not rush out food in haste. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable compared to the quality of the service and food. Highly recommend this place if you like the good Indian food!
We all enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere.
All in all a successful evening and a recommendation.

We visited there after booking a table for two in short notice which they accepted gladly, we started with some drinks and water, they will welcome u at the door and guide u to your table, their service is pretty fast and they serve you well, they cam speak both german and english and the staff are super friendly. After going through the menu, we noticed the menu on the google maps hasn't been updated for a while and some items have been removed or changed. we ordered their chicken tikka highway as starter with garlic butter naan, lamb botti chilli aloo and buttered chicken as main course with side of cumin rice and their bread platter.
They started with 3 chutney like sauces, tamarind based with pumpkin seeds, a green one tasting like cilantro which was super fresh and a mango one with cloves served with cone shaped crackers. They all tasted nice, as i said, i liked the cilantro tasting one the most.
Shortly after came the chicken tikka highway which looked really appetizing, with a side of crushed baked potatoes. Garlic bread came a bit later beside it but the starter was really nice, hint of spiciness(I prefer a bit more but it was germanized of course) and you could feel the tandoor taste within the meat. All pieces were nicely cooked, still juicy and tasted amazing.
Lamb botti and buttered chicken came second, we realized we missed our chance to taste their tandoor cooked lamb, and also ordered it. Their bread platter was really nice it had 3 types of naan which all tasted buttery and fresh.
Their butter chicken wasn't anything special, it's sweet, non-spicy chicken which was dry even tho it was inside the gravy, and it also tasted a bit gamey and not fresh. We didn't like it.
The botti lamb chilli is not spicy at all, it's 2 pieces of lamb fillet cooked somehow medium with sides of vegetable and potatoes. It tasted ok, but it lacked a bit more marination, you could still feel the gameyness the lamb has.
After finishing the two, came the lamb seekh from Tandoor which we ordered a bit later. It was much better, nicely designed and tasted nice. Much better than the other two dishes we had, it was also served with a potato salad, using the same cilantro sauce they brought at the beginning, tasing as fresh and nice.
To sum it up, we ordered Gulab Jamun and lychee flambé with black chai.
Gulab jamun was normal, maybe a bit stale, but as germans say, it could be eaten. The lychee flambe came with a show, and they tried to make it fancy. It was a bit too sweet and tasted better than the gulab jamun, the design was really nice tho.
Their tee is not simple black tee, and one is enough for two to enjoy, which they did not hint us when we ordered two. It also has hints of clove, ginger and nutmeg? In it. It comes in a teapot and we should let the tee get ready inside.
Overall it was a nice experience, they have made a real nice environment, friendly staff and normal stuff to expect from a restaurant at their level. The food is a bit too off from what actual indian cuisine is, but still enjoyable. would recommend for something new to try in Berlin.

Went to Indian Club Berlin finally after hearing a lot. Was it worth it?
The place and ambience, very nice. The staff, was friendly. When you walk in they take the jackets which is super nice so you do not need to worry while you enjoy your food.
Now coming to the menu, we were dictated a chef special menu in a way that was hard to follow, would have been better to have it printed for ease of decision making.
Never the less, we decided to order ala carte. The starters were decent. The naan with chole was a no go. Felt more like I was eating regular bread and not naan.
The prawns were top notch. Probably the best thing of the entire evening.
The paneer jalfrazi in main course was decent but the meat items were dry and comparing it to other Berlin places, the food was average.
The portion sizes were big as compared to most of my fine dining experience. We ended up ordering way to much food. Would have been better if the staff advised the food we ordered was a lot for 2.
So on a scale of 5, gets like 3 stars for the food as it misses creativity and the experience bit.

Amazing food with the right amount of flavours in every bite. We were on a dinner date and really had the best Indian food experience in India Club. All the servers were really friendly and the Manager also gave us a complimentary salad. A must try restaurant in Berlin!!

I was there for an event. Great service and amazing hospitality from the Manager Paolo and his team at the 7th floor rooftop Italian
restaurant. Will highly recommend if you get a chance to visit as it’s an exclusive invite only venue.

We had a birthday celebration at China Club. Everything was impeccably prepared. Staff are extremely friendly and make sure that everyone enjoys their time.
Menu was already set, which was better than my last visit. Bar has a nice cosy ambience too.

Was invited to an early dinner - the food was of good quality but really nothing special at all. Tasted like every other half decent Asian place in Berlin. The space itself is well designed with hide away rooms for private discussion but the bar seems a bit old fashioned and run down.
The highlight is 100% the art collection - one of the best selected collection of modern Chinese art I’ve seen!
In general though - I don’t get the hype unfortunately

The Wasabi prawns tempura are the highlight of the restaurant. Also the fried vanilla ice cream tastes so good! The cocktails are delicious as well. All the menu is Chinese and there is a variety to choose dishes for every taste. Recently, since December 2021, there has opened a brand new Italian restaurant called MEDINIS. it's very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The food must be fantastic! Members only place, unless you're their guest.

The line was super long so we were sure about it is gonna worth it. And it was! The currywurst was delicious, and we drank hot wine next to it which was perfectly sweet!
We paid around 11€ per person.

To be honest it wasn't very good, the sauce seemed to be plastic, the sausage wasn't one of good quality either. I have eaten better currywurst for less.

Amazing Currywurst and Bratwurst, both with chips and sauces. There are some lovely benches to enjoy your food there or you can walk just a few more meters and sit down with a splendid view on the Brandenburger Tor.
Also it worths mentioning... Nice portions!

Very good! I was exited for the famous currywurst when setting foot in Berlin and this place did not disappoint in the slightest. Loved the food, and the rustic vibe felt really natural and inviting. Really good, reasonable prices. Unfortunately there were no real vegetarian alternatives.

Extremely elegant restaurant in the heart of the Kempinski hotel. Ordered the lobster and scallop soup which was cooked to perfection. Also had scallops and prawns for mains. All was cooked perfectly and portions were generous. The truffle pasta was very rich and there was a generous amount of fresh grated truffle. Finally, ordered the crème brulée for dessert which was very good.
Overall, while on the pricier side, it's worth a visit while in Berlin. Service was very good throughout and elevated the experience.

Stopped in for some afternoon drinks in the sunshine and we had a great couple of hours. A nice friendly greeting by all the staff. Gave good recommendations about the local beers without anything feeling forced, we played it safe though and went for the draft beer option. (Beer was lovely and cold) Free nibbles with the drinks consisting of crisps and nuts. Staff continued to be attentive and the drinks kept on flowing without having to ask. A great location on the edge of the square with the perfect view of the Brandenburg gate. Reasonably prices for drinks for such a busy location. Would recommend to others and would visit again.
Adam - 6 months ago
Iconic location with a charming atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, while the food was decent, it didn't quite meet our expectations, and the coffee and soft drinks were below acceptable standards. Despite this, we appreciate the lovely ambiance and we would still recommend it as a nice place to unwind.

For an open air kiosk in the middle of the road it was actually very inviting with lots of places to sit and quite a crowd ordering food or sitting around. I got the currywurst and chips (meal deal 2 but for an extra 50c you can upgrade your Fanta to a beer). The sausage was nicely cooked and the sauce was decent but not special. My chips were slightly hard and cold but those are the dangers when getting food from a small 1 man currywurst operation. My girlfriend decided on the brawtwurst and chips, her chips were a lot fresher and warmer and again the sausage was good but nothing special. Worth a bite if you’re hungry and right beside Brendenburg tor.

Referred to try here by hop on hop off bus.
It was great! Loved it. Staff were great and friendly.
Currywurst was I thing I had to try on our euro holiday tour. I went back for seconds I enjoyed it that much.
I’d have it again

Didn't wait long in line, good service.
The sausage is mild, I didn't feel any seasoning, the sauce is the predominant flavor and it's ketchup, I didn't taste the curry.
Thin potatoes, good.

Don't go here is a simple suggestion.. Apart from the fact that the outdoor setup gives you a nice view of the Brandenburg Gate and the life passing through, sub-standard food and opportunistic behaviour by the staff, there's nothing else on offer here.. Overhyped offerings and ordinary seating place..

Very good value for money overall! Located right next to the gate, this restaurant offers a nice selection of good quality meals! My friend and I both had pizza, one was gluten free. Other options are also available to address food restrictions. We went on a Sunday afternoon so we made a reservation before just to be on the safe side, but there seems to have been free table around that time. The quality of the food was nice, we enjoyed our meals, the staff were really nice and accommodating, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it for casual dining with friends and family!
They also have several toilets, and they were pretty clean.

Great lunch after a day of sightseeing. We got the margherita pizza and a salad I forgot the exact name. As a vegetarian I liked that there was a planted chikn option. The pizza was thin and baked to perfection. The lemonade was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely return.

The food here was surprisingly fantastic.
The thin, crusted pizza was great.
I only had one complaint. It is with the waiter we had. At the end of the meal, he hustled us for tips. He called them "smiles". So i tipped him a few euros. Then it came time for my friend to pay for his pizza, and he turned to my friend and hustled some more "smiles" from him. We don't mind tipping, but this guy put on a bit of undesirable pressure.
This is a great place to get some authentic italian food right by the Brandenburg gate.
The Laughing Lion - 4 months ago
The pizza was average and prices are quite high, which is somewhat expected since it's centrally located. However the bottled water is ridiculously expensive, charging €7.20 for a large bottle. The waiter was extremely approachable and friendly despite taking a while to get our order taken. We visited for dinner on a weekday as a large group of 11 with no reservation, and had no trouble being seated.

The gluten free options are pretty pretty good. I ordered pasta carbonara and it may be the best carbonara I have eaten in a while. The waiters were super nice!!

One of the best kebap I have ever tried. The flavours were perfectly balanced. Sauce quantity was perfect and did not cover the other ingredients. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy and meat quite tasty. Very nice and polite personnel. Totally recommended and worth the queue.
