Fantastic pub but awful food. Had an immaculate pint of Guinness and the atmosphere was great for a Tuesday evening but a disappointing Shepherd's Pie. Small, unseasoned, £17 and a stingy amount of cheap ingredients like carrots and peas.

What a cosy pub. Had a really delicious Sunday roast here ! Great option

Excellent! Such a lovely pub, will certainly return here again. We visited the place for a Sunday brunch, ate the weekend specials vegetarian Wellington and a chicken roast. Decent food and friendly staff. The only disappointing thing was that even though we booked our table in advance, we were seated in a tiny corner table next to the toilet :( Otherwise, the place is a stunning old pub with wooden interior and vintage paintings, a truly enjoyable place to be!

Wonderful and attentive staff, despite it being packed when I got there on Friday night. The bar lady, also recognised us from our previous visit, which was a nice touch. Also great 80s music, not too intrusive, and a relaxing atmosphere. I proper pub with a bit of upper class charm, but not too much...

Food was great. Had the steak which was cooked perfectly and very delicious. Chips were well cooked too and the cider was cold! Just a shame it can’t move over one street and be next to the canal!

Lovely lunch on Good Friday. I really enjoyed my Halibut. I was looking forward to enjoying the "catch of the day", however, it was salmon. I was disappointed by this as I would not class salmon as a catch of the day fish, especially not on Good Friday. The crab starter made a nice change, and the desert appeared freshly prepared. Great location, and I will look forward to a further visit when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the alfresco feeling. The service was spot on, too.

We LOVED the food at The Summer House. The staff was attentive and very hospitable. I celebrated my birthday here and they made it so special! The Super Healthy Salad, Mezze and Butternut Squash soup are a must try. We enjoyed the ambiance and if we were from England we’d be sure to come back to this spot. Coming from 2 tourists from the US- this place does not disappoint.

Nicely located restaurant, just a walking distance from Little Venice. Good seafood options, Summerhouse sharing platter was delicious, everything fresh and tasty (popcorn shrimps top). Nice and professional staff, they were booked out but still managed to squeeze us in.

The environment is good. In winter, the glass by the river is not wiped clean, and the scene by the river is average. But the interior decoration is very good and very warm. The appetizer is quite salty. The side dishes are quite delicious.

I would give the bridge house 6 stars if I could! We hired the pub for a leaving party and I honestly had the most amazing time. The staff went above and beyond and were the friendliest of people. Every step of the way, Ian (general manager) was on hand to help with constant communication and helped us to envision the type of party we wanted. If I were to ever throw a party again, I would 100 times over choose the bridge house! We had a truly amazing time and will be returning tenfold. A big thank you to you all xx

Servers were amazing ! Pippin especially-
And the renovation is GREAT. Love the ceiling, the 1 TV - much less noisy.
Portions and selection very good - lovely meat and Yorkshires. Pretty good veg - but sadly we have never had such bad roast potatoes. Hoping this was a ‘one off’? Inedible.
But it was still good and a great buzzy place to be -

We reserved an area of the pub for our wedding reception drinks. Before the day our booking and organisation experience was really relaxed, efficient and friendly.
We had exactly the same experience on the day and our guests really enjoyed it. Really lovely pub and we can’t wait to pop in again for a drink soon

Table of four were well looked after by Jay. Great service & excellent food. Will definitely be back. Great little place, my only minor issue which is not unusual in a lot of gastro pubs is a lack of a few stools at the bar which seems to disuade some from popping in to bars & having a drink and a chat to people & staff. That aside a very impressive experience.

Great location; away from the busy city. Really good food, all choices were delicious. Service was good (a bit slow but nice and professional).
Inside and outside seating. The outside seating is great for good weather and even when it’s raining (most outdoor seating with roofing installed)
Overall great experience!

Blown away by the people and gorgeous atmosphere. Would happily come back. The pan fired salmon was really well cooked and it tasted nice. Wasn’t a big fan of the creme brûlée but the manager very kindly took it off our bill, which he didn’t have to! This is a hidden gem

Very nice atmosphere. They have a lovely outdoor seating area that is shaded. Their menu is nice and varied, with interesting plates. We ordered the chicken with Saffron, calamari, both were nice. For desert, the Eton Mess was nice, and the brownie chocolate. But I’d preferred the brownie to be more warm. The waiters are friendly. The bathrooms are clean.

The restaurant's location is delightful, especially in such pleasant weather. Despite the rest of the party canceling, the hostess was understanding, kindly accommodated my reservation, and ensured that I was seated at a pleasant table in their charming garden. The food was delicious, and the service was efficiently attentive.

Top 3 places in the world i have ever been. The glass house is inside a greenhouse which welcomes you with plants and lights in this time of the year.
You can buy trees and souvenirs as well as plants and other ornaments. Extremely kind staff in a hidden place that is worth visiting. We went as a couple and it was a greay time. Some tables are too close but you can still enjoy your brunch. Frienda and big groups will have a wonderful time.
Food is pricey but is worth it. Tasty and fresh. Coffee is strong and full of flavour. Cakes are amazing and the mixes are broad.

This is a hidden gem in the Maida Vale area. Hidden inside the Clifton nursery, this cafe offers unique dishes and fresh juices. Unique is also the atmosphere. The greenhouse and the nursery around it make this place magical. Friendly staff and good service. The presentation of the food is remarkable. Once you’re done with food, take a moment to wander around all different plants, flowers and outdoor furniture displayed in the yard. It’s a 5 minutes walk from the Warwick Avenue tube station and another five minutes walk to little Venice.

It was very romantic and beautiful place, there are many kind of flowers and the entrance pathway is very kind. The staff was very kind and friendly, I reached at the lunchtime. So, we ordered the Halloumi fries and superfood salad. The food was very delicious and healthy. Really, I recommend this place to recharge the battery.

A little hidden gem hidden in Maida Vale! We arrived at 1:30pm on a Sunday and waited only a few minutes to be seated at the restaurant. We had the vegan Portobello burger and the dirty burger which we both shared. Both were excellent. Or waitresses Claudia and Alexandra (I asked their names to write this review) we're constantly busy and yet, always available and smiling! We had several requests and they managed them quickly. We then wandered around, into the green house and between all the plants and flowers... We really had a great time there and will definitely come back for the amazingly looking salads!

Lovely setting. Hidden gem. Great for a meeting, coffee and cake! It gets busy during lunch but not to a point where all tables are taken. It was sunny but it wasn't too hot inside. Just perfect. Service was good too.

Very nice and cozy restaurant serving Persian food. We were seated at the basement, but the staff are extremely attentive and regularly checked up on us so we did not have to struggle to get their attention. The kebab and chicken is very good.

Overcharged by older male server which left me feeling bitter. Food otherwise great. Great service from the younger female server. Hope the extra charge goes to her.

This is the 2nd time we ate in this restaurant. Food never disappoints us. Love my main course, griĺled fish with spicy potato patty, which is one of the specials of the day. My boyfriend's lamb is so good that it melts in your mouth.

A place that has always has good food and it has stood the test of times. I recommend the pizzas and homemade pastas. There are daily specials for more choice. A small compact menu but to the point.

A great Indian restaurant, serving beautifully prepared and presented food, freshly cooked. Even the classics like Korma are given an unusual and delicious twist, while the rice and naan breads are perfectly prepared, avoiding any greasiness. Everything is delivered to the table with a friendly smile, plus the location means you get to watch the world go by in a really special spot.

Food tasted good! Everything else made the experience not so great. They played music that belonged in a beach club and the lights are a bright white. They didn’t have any cold Cobra beers so we ended up having Budweiser which was fine, but for a Friday night they could have been a bit more organised. 10 minutes before they closed they came over with our bill and started cleaning up, so we felt rushed and awkward. Charged us for more beers than ordered which was amended. We spent over £130 for the three of us but felt that the evening wasn’t very enjoyable or worth the money spent. If they were a little more hospitable we would potentially return but because of that we won’t be. Hopefully these things can be improved in the future! Best of luck.

Great little restaurant in Formosa Street. Even though we booked, it was empty on a Sunday evening. The service was friendly and always attentive. The starters were amazing, specially the panni puri which was 10/10. The mains were also good, specially the paneer tikka with rice and French wine we paired that with. Overall, one of the best Indian options to dine in around the area.
Great Service,Excellent Presentation, Great Value For Money. Excellent service given by the Manager.

The food here was so good we had to come back the following night. This is the best meal I have ever eaten by far, food was flawless. Service was also impeccable and the decor is wonderful.

It was magical. Superior taste and quality food. Smoothest alcohols. Incredible and friendly hospitality. We have not tried Paulette before and came there to celebrate a birthday. Exceeded all expectations. French friends were impressed. Thank you, Paulette.

I’ve been to Paulette multiple times being local to the area. It never disappoints! The perfect rich and comforting meal with amazing wine choices. The atmosphere is lovely and feels that of a quaint French restaurant. Most recently I enjoyed the butternut squash soup with thyme infused oil and the duck confit with fig. The perfect cold weather meal! I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu!

First thing to mention is that after arriving to the restaurant we have been greeted with a super warm and friendly vibe and the waitress was super informative whilst introducing us to the place and their specials. Service and the way they treat you is top notch and let me reassure you its the one of the highest level I have seen in London.
Second thing is food quality, they way its cooked and served is absolutely incredible! Loved every single dish out of 6 that we have ordered and the taste of it too.
Thirdly - atmosphere! It feels so cosy and classy at the same time which makes you feel like home!
10/10! My recommendation!
