The experience was good overall, although we had a problem with the room that was resolved quickly by the staff. breakfast was varied and good quality, even dinner was good. the location is excellent: metro just around the corner, bus and tourist buses less than 100 meters away. the staff is the real jewel in the crown, that makes the difference. do not give 10 points as score only because as a 4 star hotel I expect attention to some
Details ; little things that should be changed to make it really top.

During my 3 nights stay there was always a problem with the lifts. There are 2. One has been out of order for some time. Not fixed during my stay. The other one was not enough. Nobody cared. There were no people in the morning at the desk when I needed an early check out. Comparing all the novotels I have stayed so far, Warsaw Novotel Airport is absolutely the champion.

The hotel is located minutes from a tube stop - very convenient - and the staff are excellent. One reception staff, Jenna, was just brilliant - so helpful and cheery! Also, the rooms are nice and bright. We did have one issue. The shower did not drain properly. Moreover, the lip is rather low, the door did not close completely and the door hinges have holes that leak. In short water spills out. Mopping up after the first shower late at night after a long international flight was a pain. On following days, we ordered extra towels and backstopped the shower. All’s well that ends well.

Great and friendly customer service. We arrived early and they kindly checked our bags in so we went exploring. Rooms were comfy and clean. Great location. Metro station around the corner for further attractions but many things just a close walk away. Restaurant breakfast was great but many options close by. My family recommends this hotel.

Great meal in Bodeans Friday lunchtime. We know it gets busy so got there for opening. We were five minutes early but they let us in which was really nice of them.
My colleague and I had the platter for two to share at £20 which had chicken thighs, ribs, burnt ends, pulled pork, fries and short rib.
It was delicious. Couldn’t fault the food at all. Very tasty and plenty of sauces on hand. I liked the burnt ends the most.
They served us promptly so managed to get out and back in an hour which is fantastic for a sit down meal in the city.
Pound for pound you can get better portions of similar food elsewhere in London but this area is expensive so is fair.
Have been before and will go again.

Nice restaurant specialized on beef food. The very patient waiter Raul helped us with our choices and explained a bit the history and the difderences between several beer brands. The food was good and the crispy fries were so good..

Food was nice, ribs were lovely pulled pork was average but not big portions. Atmosphere and looks was cool. Service was ok, asked one person about the two cocktails for a certain price and she never came back to check on us. Only time we got asked anything after the food was served was did we want another drink

Coco was our waitress and she was very friendly and helpful! As always the food is juicy and delicious, I’ve even come in just for a milkshake and key lime pie which is my favourite! Authentic country which definitely adds to the Southern atmosphere.

Our visit was surprisingly good.
The meat was tender and well flavoured.
The beer was ok.
The service was good and attentive.
We were disturbed by all the screens, which were simply distracting.
It was also very noisy in the dining room in the basement.

I recently visited Windsor Fenchurch and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional, specially from Bridgitte who welcome me and offered an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was amazing, adding to the overall vibe. And let's not forget the food – it was delicious. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic all-around experience.

Good pub, karaoke on Friday night. Female staff (2) weren't the friendliest on both occasions upon visiting. Male staff were up for a laugh when serving. Worth a visit. Cheer up girls.

Nice place but poor client service. The security person almost kicked us out for having brought a token cake for a friend who was celebrating his birthday. We left and spent our money somewhere else.

Nice bar, especially if you want to watch sport on the numerous screens. Bar staff very friendly and attend to tables, keeping clean. Toilets very good too. When we were there, bar was populated just right, enough for atmosphere, but not rammed packed. It's a yes from me.

Lovely atmosphere, accommodating, polite and very helpful personal.
Our waiter kindly explained how the menu ordering slip worked, removed any food allergy related dishes from the menu and respectfully answered any questions we asked about the food and drinks. He also checked up on us and the food during our meal.
The food was deliciously fresh and tasty. Perfectly suitable for 3 people sharing several dishes, if you would like to try several things. What the Honey glazed spare ribs and Shanghai chicken noodles lacked in taste the spicy dumpling sauce certainly made up for in spiciness. The Crispy duck spring rolls, Black Pawn and Chicken & cashew nut dumplings were perfect and so were the drinks.
Slightly on the pricey side considering the about of food. But they have great deals to be aware of.

This was our first time and we needed some explanation on how the menu works. The waitress was helpful and explained everything but after we ordered I don’t know what happened- our salad, rolls, edamame, ribs came after dim sum. It came out to be very pricey for 3 people - the portions are extremely small. So if you can go back on Sunday - they have a better deal. For us it was one time deal because we were just visiting.

We had the afternoon tea. It was really nice. It's not very filling. Maybe it needs a few more carbs, but what we had was tasty. The bao ice cream was a fun idea. It worked well with a group of friends.

Best Dim Sum in London!!! The flavors are rich and satisfying. You get to try so many different ones, as they are 3pieces each, and not expensive at all. We had maybe 9 different types, and enjoyed them all.
Also, the jasmine lilly tea is really good: Watching your jasmine bloom in your teapot is a thing of beauty.
I hear it's half off if you go before 5 pm, but I don't know how true it is.
The service was good: we walked in on a Friday evening without a reservation and were promptly seated. The host offered to store my small suitcase, which was really sweet.
Within 10 minutes of sitting down, we began receiving our food and drinks.
I think the idea of marking your order on the menu was really cute.
I enjoyed the experience. The location is great, offering nice views and allowing you to people watch. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and vibrant. I definitely will bring my friends back here.

Had a quick visit to Seething Lane Tap on a surprisingly quiet Friday evening. Didn't get a chance to sample the food, but the Siren Craft Beer I had was an absolute delight. It hit the spot perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed despite the lack of crowds, and the food being served looked very tempting. Definitely planning a return trip to try out their menu!

Came in for a long lunch on Saturday with a friend. I was dubious when my friend suggested it as I'm not usually a big fan of craft beers, but this brew dog isn't like others I've been to and had more on offer for the likes of me. Shout out for penny who served us most excellently and was very knowledgeable and patient with my indecisiveness.
Oh and the wings are banging.

We came here with a colleague after a busy day at work for a meal and a pint of beer. Marcos was extremely polite and very helpful , service was brilliant and food is amazing!

Awesome service and genuinely cares about getting to know me and makes me feel like I’m welcome every time. She’s a proper star! Service like this is not readily available in so many pubs across London. She’s one of the reasons I keep coming back!

I had a great experience at this branch. The service was really friendly and quick. I ordered several dishes including the chili squid, ebi katsu, steak teriyaki soba, and the chicken & prawn pad Thai, and they were all delicious.
They serve a number of drinks here. I especially enjoyed the mindful iced matcha and the strawberry latte, and appreciated that they served green tea for free.

Lovely restaurant with a good offer of Japanese cuisine, good portions, I recommend the chili squid so tasty, similar to “calamari fritti” for Italians.
I would have preferred a single table rather than share a long table as it was very noisy and loud.

Had a great experience dining here. We were greeted by a young lady shame I did not get her name, and we requested to sit by the window as it was not busy when we came. She immediately reset the table as it was used previously. The waiter named Rayhan patiently took our order because there is a lot of good selection on the menu. I was actually surprise that it is not only Japanese food but also Thai as I tried their Pad Thai with chicken and prawn. It's delicious and just the right amount. The waiter approached us again and asked if everything was fine and if we were enjoying our food. We said yes, and he smiled and left us to enjoy our meal. There is no rush on clearing the plate when we finished, and he came back to ask if we are. We been asked if we would like to have some dessert, but because I am already full, I politely said no, but I was really tempted to order a nice cheesecake. I highly recommend it as it is an easy place to go by when we are visiting Tower Bridge.

I'm obsessed with Wagamama! It's one of my favourite takeaway options in the area.
I love the care they take with the packaging and the quality of the food, even for takeaway. Usually, standards drop with takeaway, but that's not the case here.
They have tons of vegan options, which is always a plus for me.
The Crispy Chilli Oyster Mushrooms as a side are superb. I highly recommend them. They're crispy and delicious.
The Yasai Vegetable Gyoza are also nice, but average. A portion comes with 5 gyoza, which is a good deal.
The Tofu Hot Pot was a good-sized portion and super tasty.
I can't wait to try the rest of the menu, especially the Mushroom Bao Buns!

A review of two halves! The show was incredible, outstanding performers, great acts and the host was brill. The venue is smaller than i thought but well decorated and on 'theme'.
We paid for a 5 course VIP ticket - these were £139 each. We had fantastic seats, the other guests around us were great which made the atmosphere even better. We loved the audience participation and having the option to turn your light to another colour if you don't want to join in was a great idea.
The food was nice - not amazing but OK. Service seemed good to start then we were a bit forgotten about. The billing thing with the service charge is confusing, adding a service charge to the bill for the drinks we had that night I have no problem with at all, but adding 15% on to the ticket price and the drinks seems a strange way of doing things. The ticket price should be inclusive. Subsequently our service charge alone was close to £80.
All of that aside I would come here again - because the acts were sooooooo good.

What an evening! It was so fantastic that I ended up here twice in one week!
As you descend the stairs into the dark, red-lit venue, you can feel on your skin that this place is something special. It's a place where you can indulge in what daylight forbids, giving space to your deepest fantasies. I felt like I was at Fangtasia from the TV series True Blood.
A big shoutout to all the performers. The singer's incredible voice gives you goosebumps, and the fire artist and dancers are exceptionally talented. Although the set menu is not very filling, with portions being quite small and light, the overall experience is a must-try if you're in the area. My friends and I had the best time. Also, thanks to our waiter (Mark, if I remember correctly), who was really friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

This is a hard one as the show itself was amazing but the organisation, prices and food were not. The host and performers were top notch and performed brilliant acts - the host really knew how to work the audience 👏 There were regular intervals and a good gap inbetween each course of food. Just be aware you may have to flag the servers down as it's quite dark and they are busy.
Now onto my moaning. We booked the VIP 3 course dinner (£150 per persom FYI) for a birthday and received an email asking us to complete a mandatory pre-order form. Fine, not a problem. Opened the link in the email to pre-order. Took me to a 2 course spring menu with dessert and sides at an extra cost... Having read that the pre-order was mandatory, I emailed them to ask if they could send the link to the VIP 3 course meal pre-order page. I got nothing back but maybe I'd left it too late. I figured we would sort it at the place.
Arrived at the venue and was seated at the front (VIP included up front tables) but the chairs were set up so one person at the table for 2 had their back to the stage... there were a few tables like that. Odd considering you're there to watch the show, not stare at the audience.
The server asked if we had pre-ordered and I explained why we hadn't. He then gave us the 5 course menu and told us what 3 options we could have... which was basically a meat option (ironically with a vegetarian starter) or a vegetarian selection. We chose meat and had no other choice in what food we got served. Fine, it's basically a set menu, I can handle that.
I asked about the bubbles we were supposed to have upon arrival (part of the VIP package along with half a bottle of wine). To be fair, the server said he'd give us the full bottle of wine instead of half as he couldn't give us bubbles... I didnt question as to why not because I like wine.
The food came out and the starter was pretty good (chopped tomatoes with some torn mozarella and dressing, basic but tasty). It built up my expectations for the main course. As it was sold as VIP, I had high (maybe too high?) expectations. The main dish came and it was a small dry chicken skewer on a bed of rice, some yoghurt (luckily this helped with the dry chicken) and half a pitta.... suffice to say, I was pretty hungry after and not impressed! Thank god there was dessert.... a gooey chocolate bomb.
We ordered one extra bottle of wine and 3 bottles of still water... with service charge it was over £120. I'm all for a service charge and I like to tip regularly but for there to be a manadwtory cover charge when you have to have table service... so surely that's part of the job in general? It's not an extra cover because you fancy chilling at your table... you cannot physically go to the bar...
The service wasn't actually anything special - bog standard. Actually, I'd say it was sub-par. You had to constantly flag down the server if you needed anything. There was no "how is your meal?" or "can I get you anything else?" etc. So a mandatory service charge felt out of line considering the service wasn't anything to write home about.
The wine itself wasn't anything special (you got a choice of white or red, no actual wine choice). Let's say it was no Sancerre but it went down... even if it was extortionately priced.
I was juggling between here and The London Cabaret Club - I feel I made an error in judgement booking this one. However we really enjoyed the acts and performers, they were absolutely fantastic and cannot fault them one bit. All the periphery things around the show however... it needs a LOT of improvement to boast being the best cabaret club serving VIP packages... if that's VIP, god knows what the standard tickets got you!!

Zizzi Italian Restaurant is a must-visit! The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. We started with the calamari, garlic bread, and king prawns—all were cooked to perfection. A special tip: try the red sauce with the calamari and prawns. It’s so much more flavorful than the white or tartar sauce and takes the dishes to another level.
For our mains, we had the Margherita pizza and the sea bass, and both were outstanding. Pro tip: save a little calamari and put it on top of the pizza—it’s a game-changer! Sprinkle some of the olive oil provided on the table, and you’re in for an unforgettable flavor combination.
To wrap up the meal, we went for the choco-banana brownie sundae, and it was easily the most appealing dessert on the menu. Make sure to leave room for it—it’s worth every bite!
The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Zizzi is a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for great Italian food with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

Food is cooked well and as expected. I ordered the sea bass and it was very oily and greasy not as expected. Service during lunch could be improved, not enough staff for the rush especially when most of the people dining at that time want a quick turnaround.
