My family and I decided to go to the shopping centre and then have dinner here. There was a bit of a queue but we didn't have to wait long. The food was very good and the waiter Rafael who served us was super friendly and very attentive, he made our night. We will be back soon and we hope to see Rafael again.

Exceptional service by Rafael. He went above and beyond, got us everything we needed without even needing to ask him. Extremely cordial and polite. Rafael was great. The food was great, everything we ordered got to the table quite quickly and well made. Would definitely recommend and would come here again no questions asked.

The food here exceeded expectations and was a lot better than most Nandos I've had in South Africa. In terms of service, it's very high traffic and not the cleanest place. Atmosphere is relatively good and I can't fault it too much.

The tastiest chicken I had put in my mouth must have been from here. I had the peri peri tamer which is chicken in a sandwich. The service was amazing. There was a stall and it had a washing area it had extra sauces and things you would need. They accidentally forgot to bring a drink but that was very quickly sorted. As well as that there was plugs which came in handy to charge my phone. So even better service. I would Definitely recommend this if your looking for a tasty rich experience night out

👩 As per many other reviews, received a cold welcome by lady staff in bowling desk. Visited Friday evening and not very busy also tells the reason for their promo prices. 🎳 Our lane electronics was breaking and scoring incident and we switched to another available lane. Service from staff again to fix this wasn't great. Some food and drink tried were good 🍺🍗 🚻 Facilities needs a clean 🧹

Had the best time bowling here. Last minute decision to book. Great customer service. Bar was understaffed, but the lovely bartender who was on shift did the best she could. All round - highly recommended. Thanks!

This is the second branch of All Star Lanes we have visited. This time we are in Stratford for a bit of birthday karaoke. We arrived a bit early so enjoyed a cheeky drink at the bar with some loaded nachos. We were served really quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The karaoke room was clean and modern. The range of songs was endless; as good as Spotify. We even searched for some more obscure song choices and to our surprise they were there! Drinks and bar food can be ordered in the room using a barcode. We have 3 rounds of drinks and they arrived within 5 minutes. For a tenner per person this is great value. I’d recommend booking two hours as the first went so quickly.

Wanted to say thank you to Nik and the team for an amazing afternoon in the VIP lanes for my friends Hen Do at Stratford. The service was excellent and the food, with extra dietary requirements was tasty. Would recommend this venue for any celebration.

All of the staff was friendly and we were seated quickly. The restaurant has a great a great look and a nice sized outdoor seating area. We found the food to look appetizing, but the taste was average on all of our dishes. Unfortunately once the restaurant got more crowded, we waited for quite some time to get recognized, so we could pay our bill.

Very good visit! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great and the service is excellent! Our waiter Saad was brilliant, so friendly & very informative! He made our experience great! Very flavoursome food which was presented nicely. All staff are so welcoming, friendly & attentive. There wasn’t a long wait for food & all of our expectations were met.

First time here, really great food although neither of us really liked the pulled pork. A little pricey but it was a nice change from the usual. Really loved the sweet potato tacos. Will definitely be back. Really friendly staff which is becoming rare these days in the UK

We've been to Wahaca a few times in the past, although it was to the Covent Garden restaurant. We preferred this one as it's light and airy. We liked the layout with the sunken area of seating in the middle and the kitchen visible. Service was friendly, engaging, and something of a highlight (thanks Paulo). The menus are clearly labelled for vegetarian, vegan, and, if I recall, gluten free. There's also an interesting rating on each dish for the carbon footprint. The food was great, as always. It's very much Mexican but with a modern approach. The flavours were punchy but not overwhelming or overly spicy. Portion sizes could be a little more generous.

I would rank this a 5 star pizza chain in Stratford area. Quiet for sure compared to the one at Westfield itself, which is what I like about for families with young children to dine in. Been couple of times, service and food have been fantastic! Would come back to this place again for sure.

Popped in for a quick lunch on Thursday whilst having a meeting in the theatre. Was met by incredibly charming manager who managed to persuade me into a dessert I definitely didn’t have room for! Her service was fantastic and I would come back here for her alone. However the food was great and just another reason! Hats off to the venue, was very nice and when back in the area I will definitely be back!

Very quiet when we visited on Sunday night. Swift service, but very little atmosphere, and unclear how to actually get into the restaurant! Pizza was standard Pizza Express, but the cocktail was rather disappointing - it was meant to be a berry mojito but barely had any flavour other than mint, and was made with large cubes of ice.

This was best Pho that I have ever eaten so far. Even though this restaurant is in a mal they serve you the Pho so elegantly and nice in bowl and herbs on the side, so you can choose yourself how you want to eat your Pho. I had the Tofu & Mushrooms Pho with vegetable broth. It was truly wonderful. I really recommend to put the lime in. It was the best broth I have ever had. Really really good. 🙌🏼

Loved their This isn’t chicken wok fried rice and veg spring rolls. Both were delicious. Service was quick even though there was a long queue. Lots of options to choose from. Update Aug 2024: we tried the tofu & veg rice bowl, and felt it was quite average. Will stick to the noodle soups next time.

This was such a treat! Whilst shopping this is a must visit . The food is light tasty and really fresh. The service was swift and as expected. Atmosphere in this restaurant was friendly. This ice part of eating is that you can spice up your food if necessary. Great place for vegetarians and children. Thanks for having us.

I was doing my weekend shopping in Stratford Westfield and gave this a try as a quick lunch. Ordered the Beef combo pho; which came with steak, brisket and meatballs. The broth was decent and needed the garnishing that came with it to give it more depth of flavour. The portion was a bit on the smaller side(which would be great for those who are not too hungry). The noodles together with a drink came to a total of about £18 for one person. Overall it was decent; food was ready quite quickly, not much of an atmosphere to talk about considering it’s in a pretty busy shopping mall food court.

First class cooking from this Thai restaurant in the food Court.all the dishes were very tasty and my Thai partner was very impressed with her food. Lovely eating experience and well worth a visit.they do their own pale ale and light beer in cans.i had the light beer which was OK but I wouldn't buy again.

The Massaman curry was full of flavour and the chicken was tender. It wasn't overly spicy which I really liked. There are a lot of mixed reviews whether the place is halal or not. I asked the kitchen and service staff and they both confirmed the chicken is halal. The staff were friendly and service was quick. It's in the food court area, so sometimes it can be difficult to find a seat but definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here number of times, it’s a hit or miss. On most days, it’s a hit, on few occasions I have had very poorly made Thai green curry or Tom yum soup. Overall the service is nice and quick. The guys at the counter are quick and nice. My last experience of dunken noodles was nice. Will visit again.

Visited on a Saturday in November for an early lunch. I ordered the ShackBurger (£9.44) Cheese Fries (£5.55) and a large Citrusade (£4.45) My burger was fine, just rather small. The sauce wasn’t over powering which was great. Over priced in my opinion. The Cheese Fries were the most cheesiest, cheese fries I’ve ever had. The Citrusade drink was sweet and refreshing. A regular was 50p cheaper and a lot smaller I believe. Clean and modern dining area, with sectioned off outdoor seating available as well.

I had an amazing experience at Shake Shack in Stratford Westfield Mall! I accidentally messed up my order with the Green Curry Burger, not realizing that I should have asked for the chicken, as I only eat halal. When I brought this to their attention, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Geo, in particular, was fantastic—he kindly took the burger back without hesitation and assured me they would fix it right away. Within 5 minutes, they had remade the entire order with halal chicken, which was absolutely delicious. Geo's professionalism and helpfulness really stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation a pleasant experience. His excellent service and the quick turnaround time made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be returning, not only for the great food but also for the exceptional service. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience!

Gotten myself some shrooms burger for dinner, and their limited edition chips that comes with fried shallots (on top of cheese), and thoroughly enjoyed it! Quality was as expected, similar to what I had back in Singapore. Fries actually felt like something I had before but was still good nonetheless. Definitely recommended to come by for a quick meal fix outside of the very busy and packed food court within the mall! 🍔

Only been once before in America, and this was a much more relaxing experience! No queues, plenty tables for lunch, tidy and lots of high chairs. Food was really tasty and came quickly - beef burgers were excellent. Fatima told my husband he could sit and wait at a table rather than standing by the tills which was nice. Would definitely return, and recommend to others. Bit pricey but the quality was worth it today - thanks!

I recently visited Shake Shack at Westfield Stratford City and had a wonderful experience. Jeo, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He frequently checked in to see if everything was okay and asked if we needed anything, like sauces or napkins, without us having to ask. The food was top-notch. The Chicken Shack burger was delicious, and the cheesy fries were the perfect side. The mango passionade and the cookies and cream shake were also refreshing. Overall, I left impressed by both the exceptional service and the delicious food. I’ll definitely be returning to Shake Shack at Westfield Stratford City.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Balans in Stratford, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that cater to all tastes, and everything is cooked to perfection. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Alberto and Michael, the staff members who looked after us, were incredibly professional, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We vested this place first time. Me and my child didn’t want to cook and were very hungry after shopping. And tonight’s meal was possibly one of the best I’ve had. For the first time, we tried the 👍Beef Peposo, and it was outstanding—delicious with a fantastic sauce and pickled baby walnuts. We also had drinks 👍Woo woo and 👍Virgin Mojito which were good as well. Service was impeccable, and waiter Vanya was so positive and talkative as it should be when clients want to have short talk.

Great place to eat. Front of house is one of the best in the business! Would definitely go back. Slightly more expensive than other places close by but the food is very good. Would recommend the salmon salad to start as the size of it was very big for a starter. The cheese cake for dessert was definitely the best as I have tried them all! Plenty of different choices on the mains depending on what you fancy that day. Would recommend. On a Friday or Saturday there is normally live music you can listen too when eating which makes the experience better. Have to book in advance for Friday's and Saturday otherwise wait time is rather long.

Located on the corner of the casino floor in its own area which offers a break from the hustle. The layout is open with lots of booth style dining which is perfect for socialising. I've visited here a few times and whilst the service and presentation has got a lot better the food standard for the price sadly hasn't improved, it's just all very... average. I ordered the lamb rack which was very flavoursome however each lamb piece was a 1/3 fat. For a non member price of £30 (members £22.50) it is a bit steep. I'm not saying the price should be dropped here but the quality of ingredients should improve which would help attract more visitors.

Service was acceptable, however the food was not up to standard. Pasta dishes are over cooked and tasteless so do not order that option as you'll just end up regret it, I had to end up sending back my food to the kitchen. Ended ordering fish and chip which you think you can't go wrong with however it did went wrong as the fish had bones in it which was shocking and disappointing as I noticed too late. If your in the casino and hungry your better off popping out to get something to eat elsewhere and food was really not enjoyable. P.s check your cutlery before you start to eat as you'll be surprised.
