My family and I decided to go to the shopping centre and then have dinner here. There was a bit of a queue but we didn't have to wait long. The food was very good and the waiter Rafael who served us was super friendly and very attentive, he made our night. We will be back soon and we hope to see Rafael again.

The food here exceeded expectations and was a lot better than most Nandos I've had in South Africa. In terms of service, it's very high traffic and not the cleanest place. Atmosphere is relatively good and I can't fault it too much.

Exceptional service by Rafael. He went above and beyond, got us everything we needed without even needing to ask him. Extremely cordial and polite. Rafael was great. The food was great, everything we ordered got to the table quite quickly and well made. Would definitely recommend and would come here again no questions asked.

Always quick time waiting. Good service. Just food sometimes burnt or undercooked. Today I got a great service and help with using my voucher from Mehdee, he showed patience and respect, politeness (even though my voucher didn’t work first), gave good advice. It was really nice experience. Big thanks Mehdee.

I went around lunchtime with my neice and nephew. It's wasn't as busy. Usually we go at dinner time and we'd have to queue up. There was no one to take orders, I stood there for so long. One of the staff she looked at me a couple of times still didn’t come to service us. After literally 15 minutes, she comes looking annoyed. Other staff were nice, but it was just when placing the order I was disappointed .

Played 2 games with children, friendly staff but had a few reoccurring issues with our lane. Issues fixed but a bit tiresome having to keep going to reception to report. Drinks were good but waited a long time for them to arrive.

Nice bowling alley but definitely some room for improvement. Firstly not sure why you’re forced to change your shoes. Almost all places let your keep your own shoes on now. There was a few technical issues with the lanes which was annoying. The food was mediocre at best, portions weren’t great. You’d also think a £15+ meal is served in a plate rather than a plastic basket. Also when we visited on a Thursday evening the music is so loud you can’t even have a conversation. This seems to be the case in most entertainment places around London now which is very annoying.

👩 As per many other reviews, received a cold welcome by lady staff in bowling desk. Visited Friday evening and not very busy also tells the reason for their promo prices. 🎳 Our lane electronics was breaking and scoring incident and we switched to another available lane. Service from staff again to fix this wasn't great. Some food and drink tried were good 🍺🍗 🚻 Facilities needs a clean 🧹

I celebrated a dear friends birthday. The restaurant had a good selection of non- alcoholic drinks. There were two that I tried that I did not like, so that's when the wonderful waiter, Paulo, stepped in. He personally created a new version of the drink, and it was absolutely delicious. Paulo is a shining example of kindness and a reminder that the world needs more people who spread joy wherever they go. His customer service was outstanding.

All of the staff was friendly and we were seated quickly. The restaurant has a great a great look and a nice sized outdoor seating area. We found the food to look appetizing, but the taste was average on all of our dishes. Unfortunately once the restaurant got more crowded, we waited for quite some time to get recognized, so we could pay our bill.

I had dinner with my friend on January 13th. I don't remember the names of the dishes on the photo. They were from the specials menu and were really to die for. The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly, helpful, attentive, positive and witty. The interior and the music were lovely. We had a good time. I will definitely come back.

I had an amazing experience at Wahaca recently, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Ruyman C. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel super welcome. He was really friendly and took the time to explain the menu, giving us some great recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. Throughout the meal, Ruyman was super attentive, making sure our drinks were always topped up and checking in without being overbearing. His positive vibe really added to the whole experience, and it felt like he genuinely cared about making our time there special. Overall, Ruyman went above and beyond, and I’d definitely recommend asking for him if you're heading to Wahaca. He’s a real standout and made our meal even more enjoyable!

Very quiet, Less Busy, Excellent Service, The taste of those magnificent and also can be use romantically, even when it night time (ground floor only via Stratford Picture House) It does have delivery, wheelchair access and also products also selling the in store, also can be used for events (work related outreach/meeting or others, including birthdays) Very Highly recommend Feedback: Everything in the restaurant is perfectly clean, service is not too long (really quick), excellent for romance, birthday and outreach/events, quick payment process, food and drink is very delicious and highly recommended (also not many people go there that why it is mostly quiet), also staff very friendly atmosphere is amazingly excellent

I would rank this a 5 star pizza chain in Stratford area. Quiet for sure compared to the one at Westfield itself, which is what I like about for families with young children to dine in. Been couple of times, service and food have been fantastic! Would come back to this place again for sure.

I’m a big fan of eating Pho. This place has a massive variety of options. I had the hot and sour chicken soup pho this time. The broth was great, really flavoursome. The chicken was ok - a bit dry even though it was submerged in broth. The noodles were all stuck together in one clump. It was quite hard to separate them. The food was ready so quickly, probably took less than a minute. It was super busy in Westfield so can’t say much about the atmosphere.

This was best Pho that I have ever eaten so far. Even though this restaurant is in a mal they serve you the Pho so elegantly and nice in bowl and herbs on the side, so you can choose yourself how you want to eat your Pho. I had the Tofu & Mushrooms Pho with vegetable broth. It was truly wonderful. I really recommend to put the lime in. It was the best broth I have ever had. Really really good. 🙌🏼

Loved their This isn’t chicken wok fried rice and veg spring rolls. Both were delicious. Service was quick even though there was a long queue. Lots of options to choose from. Update Aug 2024: we tried the tofu & veg rice bowl, and felt it was quite average. Will stick to the noodle soups next time.

I was doing my weekend shopping in Stratford Westfield and gave this a try as a quick lunch. Ordered the Beef combo pho; which came with steak, brisket and meatballs. The broth was decent and needed the garnishing that came with it to give it more depth of flavour. The portion was a bit on the smaller side(which would be great for those who are not too hungry). The noodles together with a drink came to a total of about £18 for one person. Overall it was decent; food was ready quite quickly, not much of an atmosphere to talk about considering it’s in a pretty busy shopping mall food court.

This was such a treat! Whilst shopping this is a must visit . The food is light tasty and really fresh. The service was swift and as expected. Atmosphere in this restaurant was friendly. This ice part of eating is that you can spice up your food if necessary. Great place for vegetarians and children. Thanks for having us.

Came to checkout the Red Curry. First taste: Yes!!! If you like sweet aromatic coconut milk curry, this is it! Ordered the curry with slow cooked beef cheek! First bite: Surprise! So tender that it melts in the mouth! Totally unexpected, absolutely delightful, bravo! I can only criticize the rice, part of it was too wet and soft. Overall 9.5/10 👍🏻

First class cooking from this Thai restaurant in the food Court.all the dishes were very tasty and my Thai partner was very impressed with her food. Lovely eating experience and well worth a visit.they do their own pale ale and light beer in cans.i had the light beer which was OK but I wouldn't buy again. Been here 4 times in the last 6 months, today 16/01/25,exceptionally good cooking, my Thai partner 💯 %enjoys her food and always a warm,friendly service. 🙏

I had an amazing experience at Shake Shack in Stratford Westfield Mall! I accidentally messed up my order with the Green Curry Burger, not realizing that I should have asked for the chicken, as I only eat halal. When I brought this to their attention, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Geo, in particular, was fantastic—he kindly took the burger back without hesitation and assured me they would fix it right away. Within 5 minutes, they had remade the entire order with halal chicken, which was absolutely delicious. Geo's professionalism and helpfulness really stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation a pleasant experience. His excellent service and the quick turnaround time made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be returning, not only for the great food but also for the exceptional service. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience!

Visited on a Saturday in November for an early lunch. I ordered the ShackBurger (£9.44) Cheese Fries (£5.55) and a large Citrusade (£4.45) My burger was fine, just rather small. The sauce wasn’t over powering which was great. Over priced in my opinion. The Cheese Fries were the most cheesiest, cheese fries I’ve ever had. The Citrusade drink was sweet and refreshing. A regular was 50p cheaper and a lot smaller I believe. Clean and modern dining area, with sectioned off outdoor seating available as well.

Only been once before in America, and this was a much more relaxing experience! No queues, plenty tables for lunch, tidy and lots of high chairs. Food was really tasty and came quickly - beef burgers were excellent. Fatima told my husband he could sit and wait at a table rather than standing by the tills which was nice. Would definitely return, and recommend to others. Bit pricey but the quality was worth it today - thanks!

Gotten myself some shrooms burger for dinner, and their limited edition chips that comes with fried shallots (on top of cheese), and thoroughly enjoyed it! Quality was as expected, similar to what I had back in Singapore. Fries actually felt like something I had before but was still good nonetheless. Definitely recommended to come by for a quick meal fix outside of the very busy and packed food court within the mall! 🍔

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Balans in Stratford, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that cater to all tastes, and everything is cooked to perfection. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Alberto and Michael, the staff members who looked after us, were incredibly professional, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Their warm and friendly attitude truly elevated the dining experience. Highly recommend Balans for anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service!

Very nice place. Decorated well, nice and cosy even in February. I had the steak with two eggs, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It came with nicely poached eggs and some sauce and veggies. I really enjoyed it!

We vested this place first time. Me and my child didn’t want to cook and were very hungry after shopping. And tonight’s meal was possibly one of the best I’ve had. For the first time, we tried the 👍Beef Peposo, and it was outstanding—delicious with a fantastic sauce and pickled baby walnuts. We also had drinks 👍Woo woo and 👍Virgin Mojito which were good as well. Service was impeccable, and waiter Vanya was so positive and talkative as it should be when clients want to have short talk.

Great place to eat. Front of house is one of the best in the business! Would definitely go back. Slightly more expensive than other places close by but the food is very good. Would recommend the salmon salad to start as the size of it was very big for a starter. The cheese cake for dessert was definitely the best as I have tried them all! Plenty of different choices on the mains depending on what you fancy that day. Would recommend. On a Friday or Saturday there is normally live music you can listen too when eating which makes the experience better. Have to book in advance for Friday's and Saturday otherwise wait time is rather long.

Located on the corner of the casino floor in its own area which offers a break from the hustle. The layout is open with lots of booth style dining which is perfect for socialising. I've visited here a few times and whilst the service and presentation has got a lot better the food standard for the price sadly hasn't improved, it's just all very... average. I ordered the lamb rack which was very flavoursome however each lamb piece was a 1/3 fat. For a non member price of £30 (members £22.50) it is a bit steep. I'm not saying the price should be dropped here but the quality of ingredients should improve which would help attract more visitors.

Service was acceptable, however the food was not up to standard. Pasta dishes are over cooked and tasteless so do not order that option as you'll just end up regret it, I had to end up sending back my food to the kitchen. Ended ordering fish and chip which you think you can't go wrong with however it did went wrong as the fish had bones in it which was shocking and disappointing as I noticed too late. If your in the casino and hungry your better off popping out to get something to eat elsewhere and food was really not enjoyable. P.s check your cutlery before you start to eat as you'll be surprised.
