We were in London for some business. Looked around and saw this restaurant. It was definitely a good choice. The service from when we arrived to when we left was all really fantastic. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food was really good. Full of flavour and really well presented. We tried a few things from the menu and shared. They were all absolutely perfect. Coffee is excellent too. Service was fast, despite being very busy. All really great, thanks so much for having us!

Elegant. Chic. Tasty food.
Lovely place in Duke of York Square where I hosted a small group of two after a business meeting.
Staff were very attentive and friendly. They catered for my allergy requirements and vegetarian food request. The wine was extraordinary and we had a very nice meal.
Do try the courgette fries on the side. Rare to find these days but they are one of my favourites.
Perfect setting for a romantic meal, with friends or business contacts. Would definitely come again soon.

Very lovely. Very intimate setting, food was amazing! My partner and I both agreed we ate too much.
Service was great.

It was wonderful to celebrate the grandmother’s birthday in the private area. The whole family was delighted; the food was delicious, and the service was personalized and very efficient. I will definitely return with my clients. Many thanks to the entire team, you have been simply fantastic! Thanks a lot L&C
TU CONSULTORA DE VIAJES L&C Cristina - 3 months ago
The service was really poor. We were served cold focaccia, which was a small portion for an antipasto, and the Carbonara resembled noodles drenched in double cream. My boyfriend, who is Roman, had to eat his meal simply because he was starving. The waitress was not pleasant at all, and when we brought up the issue with the Carbonara, she reacted with arrogance. Additionally, they charge a 15% service fee plus a BOS fee without our knowledge.

Very good food with great vegetarian and vegan options

Be warned - the wine they serve by the glass is from a keg. My friend complained about the odd taste. The bartender shrugged her shoulders and didn't offer a replacement. I felt obliged to buy our group a bottle... which turned out to be overpriced. This didn't feel good enough for an established theatre bar.

Nice bar and kitchen below the Royal Court theatre. It was very busy before a show so definitely book ahead. There's a really decent drinks range for every taste at usual London prices. The food, considering the limited time the kitchen is open is good, mostly plant based. I went for a few small plates (3 for £13 or so) which were a perfect pre-theatre snack between two.
The service is quick, efficient and friendly. Even if you're not visiting the theatre here it's well worth a visit as it has a great atmosphere...just check the limited opening times.

Great back street pub in Chelsea but could do with music on instead of TV's superb cosy spot with leather armchairs and a nice fire... if you fancy a nice buzzy pub with all that then give it a visit.

Nice corner pub in the heart of Belgravia sporting an array of Duke of Wellington themed decor. Good selection of ales and dog friendly too. Plenty of space to sit outside and watch the world go by.

A delightful, simple and friendly pub offering a fine selection of beers both keg and cask. Service is bright and cheerful. The eponymous Duke is celebrated here with pictures adorning the walls and a fireplace, perhaps similar to the one whence his violin was consigned. The rest, as they say is history. A lovely pub to Pop into for a drink or two.

We have always had a wonderful dining experience at La Poule Au Pot. Friendly service and fantastic French cuisine. Some dishes we've enjoyed include the escargots, pan-fried foie gras and French onion soup. The bread served with the meal is always fresh and warm.

What an extraordinary French restaurant!! The seating is intimate with outdoor indoor and downstairs. The decor is quintessential French with flower baskets, candles, mismatched flatware. The food is amazing. The two or three course option is very reasonable for such quality and generous helpings. A great wine list, wonderful service all make an exceptional dinning experience. Truly special.

What an incredible place - we came here for my nephew’s 18th birthday lunch and from start to finish the meal was incredible. The French Onion soup was possibly the best thing I’ve ever tasted and I honestly think I’m going to dream about it for eternity. Delicious salmon - wish I’d had room for pudding! Fabulous wine list too. Great intimate atmosphere and lovely service. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious traditional French cuisine. A cosy, comfortable, romantic atmosphere, darkly lit with candles. The quiche starter was both soufflé and gooey like in texture with a robust flavour, crisp cheese topping and short buttery pastry. The beef bourguignon was melt in the mouth with a rich umami sauce. The service was efficient, friendly yet unobtrusive. The wine list was excellent. Would definitely recommend and return.

Beautiful decor, white marble and wood. Love the organic / sustainable ethos and that a lot of the produce comes from their farm in the Cotswolds. Everything is beautifully displayed and it makes you feel good just wandering around. The food is always good, some nice wine by the glass, good efficient and friendly service, nice selection of home wares if that’s your thing. Been coming here for years and I still enjoy a visit.

Possibly amongst one of the best London restaurants I have ever been to. Glorious food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. You MUST try the gnocchi with saffron. To die for.
Portions are very generous, reasonably priced and an ideal place for a cozy winter dinner. 10/10 💯 🎯

Very pleasant friendly welcome. Lovely atmosphere, linen tablecloths and fresh rose. All choices on the menu were absolutely on point. The ones we chose were delicious. Outstanding. Thank you Chef and his team! Service was very attentive and extremely professional and staff were very pleasant Toilets spic and span. Thoroughly recommended.

The food looked good but I didn't like the reaction of the staff. That shows dissatisfaction with the 8 of us choosing drinks and asking about food, because we had never eaten here before🤷♀️

Absolutely delicious. We arrived at 9.30pm on a Thursday evening and the place was full - that says something! Each of our dishes was really amazing, and I’d 100% recommend coming here. The livers and veal medallions were stand out dishes for me, but really can’t fault any. Waiters are great, not too attentive, just right. Thank you!

This is a great restaurant, delicious food and nice staff. With good service.
I really loved everything about Caraffini, we called before thier closing time by an hour and they told us we can walk in and we will be seated. Its very quiet and intimate spot.
We ordered, sea bass, salmon, rositio, and potato and broccoli side.
I'd evaluate the cleanness and hygiene 5/5, because I saw them how they handle plates, spoons, cups...etc

Buratta with pea starter to die for, scallops were decent... but unfortunately the pasta was far too salty and the sea bass was very over cooked and dry. Good wine list. Service was so slow and lacking, so we gave up on desserts. Happy to pay for quality food and service but this missed the mark by quite a way.

This place came highly recommended for Italian food. Came here for lunch and it was good. The cooks are all Italian and the food was of good quality and tasty The mains came out to be a bit too salty otherwise everything else was fabulous.

Enoteca Turi is one of the restaurants ‘we go’ (as Italians) when we miss our country. This place has made and will continue to make history in the London food and wine scene. The wine list is one of the most extensive outside of Italy, it’s super fun and price are very honest! Big thanks to all the staff that made our experience unique!!

We had our wedding reception dinner at Enoteca Turi, and we are so happy with our choice! Everyone there is so friendly and the food was amazing. We went to visit a couple times before to see the space and ask questions, everyone we spoke to were more than happy to help us out and made the process a lot smoother.
On the day when we arrived after the ceremony, everything was set up already and looked amazing. it was really great to not have to worry about setting anything up and the team were really accommodating. They even recommended a florist for us so the flowers were arranged and delivered.
Gosia could not have been faulted, from responding to emails and answering questions to making sure that no glass was empty. She really made the evening relaxed and fun. All of our guests commented on how great she was.
All of the table was handled from the flowers, personalised menus and name cards. All of the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. It also visually looked incredible and was timed perfectly. We were able to bring our own wedding cake which was a lovely touch and had help from the team to cut it and serve.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have our wedding here, and would definitely recommend for anyone, looking for an intimate and romantic dinner with their loved ones to celebrate their big day!

I was very excited to for my visit to Hunan as they idea of not choosing the dishes you would eat was very appealing to me. It was an interesting concept and the restaurant is in a really nice part of London so the walk there was very pleasant.
It is an expensive restaurant so you expected a certain level of quality of service, and I can say that, for us, the service was exceptional. The food was also delicious and overall I had a wonderful time.
However, for the restaurant price point, the presentation was lacking. Tattered menus and poorly presented dishes that you could find at much cheaper restaurants, that was not what I was expecting. The restaurant was established in 1982 and it honestly feels like it hasn't been updated since then.
Presentation really would go a long way with this restaurant because the food is good. A little more care with the plating process and some new menus would make a world of difference here.
If you have the money and you just want a relaxing evening of minimal decision making, excellent service, and good food, then Hunan is lovely. If there was an update on the presentation, I would definitely try it again.
If you are looking to make a loved one feel special or you want to impress a client, there are better places in London, even if you want a more reserved and relaxed vibe.

We went for lunch there, recommended by a friend whom he had never cooked and liked the idea of no menu.
Not to worry, if there are ingredients or food that you don't like or allergy to it, the staff will look after you.
My friend has been there a few times for dinner but for lunch was his first time too. The foods are top quality. The only thing that could improve was the soup, which was served with a bamboo cup. It is quite tricky to enjoy it using a traditional chinese spoon.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Hunan.
Hunan is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked into the bright and welcoming atmosphere, we knew we were in for something special. What sets Hunan apart is their unique approach to dining, no à la carte menu. Instead, the servers took the time to discuss our preferences, dislikes, and any dietary restrictions before tailoring the dishes just for us. This bespoke experience made the evening feel truly personal and refined.
The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was a perfect blend of flavours, textures, and creativity. We were continually surprised and delighted with the variety of courses that just kept coming, each one excellent in its own right. The attention to detail and commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite.
The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. They guided us through the experience with enthusiasm and genuine care, making us feel like honoured guests.
Hunan is more than just a meal; it’s an adventure in flavour, a celebration of creativity, and a lesson in impeccable service. If you’re in London and want a dining experience like no other, this is the place to be.
We’ll certainly be back for more!

I had high expectations after hearing such glowing reviews about Hunan, and I’m happy to say it absolutely delivered. The fried beans, lamb, and black cod were outstanding, showcasing a depth of flavor and perfectly executed preparation. The rest of the tasting menu was equally impressive, with each dish offering a delightful blend of textures and tastes. While the restaurant itself is small and the atmosphere somewhat understated, the food more than makes up for it—each bite leaves a lasting impression. Hunan is a true gem for those who prioritize taste over ambiance.

I recently went to Hunan for a Birthday lunch with my girlfriend and the experience could not have been more pleasant.
The service from all the staff we spoke to was incredibly amicable and helpful and we felt extremely well looked after. Each of the 13 taster courses we had were delicious and widely varied but complimented each other fantastically, the thought behind each course and the menu as a whole was gleamingly clear.
The choice of the main course was extremely difficult for us and the server sympathised with this offering one normal main course with additional portions of the other option at no extra fee.
To make our experience even more special Hunan gave us complimentary champagne and candles with our desert accompanied by singing Happy Birthday for us.
I could not recommend the establishment enough and look forward to trying the dinner menu soon.

Amazing food selection and quality! Had Christmas eve lunch here and the set menu was fantastic and reasonably priced! Was able to enjoy family and friends’ company as it saved us the trouble of having to cook and clean up. Will definitely come back again

What happened to Cote? Used to be reliably good. Went today, staff still efficient and friendly, good selection of wines. But the portions are much smaller and everything was seriously overcooked. It was like it was all precooked and reheated. Pork belly dry and hard on the outside, though it was nice once you got through that. Salmon seriously overcooked and the broccoli so overcooked it was dark green and mushy. Oh dear.

Booked a table online and was extremely easy to navigate the website.
We got a table close to the back of the restaurant which was great because it was very quiet and nice!
The food was amazing which is the same theme across all the restaurants, whether it is central London or south!
Recommended for any occasion as they are super accommodating!

This was my first visit to this venue. The staff were welcoming and attentive and the food was great. It was my Mum's birthday so they brought her dessert whilst singing Happy Birthday which was lovely. There is limited outdoor seating directly outside the restaurant and a separate outdoor pop-up restaurant in the middle of Sloane Square (which I presume is just for the summer months).

The food, the service and the ambience were all amazing. Cote never fails with anything! We had the chicken with mushroom and cream and fries and the fish with capers and mash potato from the fixed price memu for mains, they were both absolutely delicious. We then had rhe crepe with banana and the cheese platter for desserts and they were also amazing. Very beautiful atmosphere and very good value.
