4 Star Rating I had the chicken donor and it looked amazing and a bit too much for 1 person. The salad was good, chips and pita bread were alright however the chicken felt a bit dry to stomach and although I asked for a little spicy, didn’t felt like there was any.

5 Star Rating We went for a quick lunch and found this place with the owner and my colleague was allergic to few things and the owner explained ingredients in each and calmly helped her with finalising the stuff. The food was great while we were sitting there someone came looking for the shop as they have changed name so that tells the food must be good and it was If you are in the area it’s a good place run by good people and food was yum… Highly recommend

3 Star Rating We came here because my wife wanted to try an afternoon tea set menu, and this place has a nice atmosphere. The tea set was ok, but there was really nothing to talk about. The sandwiches were quite bland, and the bread tasted pretty dry. The scones were quite nice and the highlight of the tea set. The deserts were also ok, but the crust on the Mille Feuille was quite soft, like it was from the day before. The coffee I had was decent, but the tea was just a tea bag... not something we expected from an afternoon tea set. Service was good and the atmosphere was quite nice. Overall, it was an average place for what we had.

5 Star Rating I spent a lovely day at cafe concerto, my go to place for a bubbly, elegant, prestigious atmosphere. My host, this afternoon, was the welcoming and approachable Fatima who effortlessly set the scene for a joyous time and maintains the high standards expected at a restaurant such as this. The team all are very well presented, professional, and make you feel welcome; my heartfelt thanks to you and management. This afternoon I enjoyed a lovely pineapple sunset. A joy to look at to stimulate the senses, and a burst of flavour at the first sip. My compliments to the specialist for this connoting of magic and wonder. My only regret is not taking a photo of this strawberry complimented sunset allure.

We opted for the discovery menu, which offered a nice shared dining option that allowed us to taste a wide variety of the foods on the menu. 5 Star Rating I have been to a number of these and it was once again a pleasant experience. We had some cold starters to share followed by the Souvlaki wrap. All the food was great. The restaurant is huge with a conservatory style area that has large open windows for the summer. Service was great though we waited a little to get seated. The price is ok but disappointing that you have to get bread separately to the dips. I feel they should be included.

3 Star Rating The real Greek has a chain of restaurants in London and I have also been to one in Windsor. The food is reasonably priced and fair portions are served here. Unfortunately I have never got to experience Any smashing of the plates unless a waiter has dropped one by accident. The food is average but when you dine here the quality is the same every time. My reasoning for the 3* is that I have definitely experienced and tried more authentic Greek food located in north London “green lanes” London Borough of Haringey. Nevertheless if you want a place to sit down an eat while shopping in Westfield or if you’re in the area I still will recommend The real Greek. Nearest stations if you are traveling by London Underground is (Shepherd’s Bush) or (White City) There is also paid parking available if you are traveling by car in Westfield shopping centres car park

4 Star Rating Solid place for a quick modern Thai food. The atmosphere is great with beautiful decor. Interesting choices of juices which I tried and liked. The classic pad Thai was good but I've had better. Good menu range with plenty to choose from. The staff was very attentive and polite. The food and the drinks came fast which is important if you are shipping and don't want to spend hours in a restaurant.

4 Star Rating Busaba is a must go-to for Thai food lovers. However, this time the food was not up to its mark. Probably it’s a one-off case because I have had food here before and it’s delicious. The vibes of this place are always superb and for winters they have great heaters put in their covered outdoor area. The location is good because it is in the mall’s periphery but not inside. We ordered Green curry with Jasmine rice and Beef rice. The beef rice is quite spicy 🌶️ The best dish for me still remains their starter - Calamari with peppered. A surely recommended one but would suggest that when ordering starters the staff must bring them before the main course or clarify it with customers if they like it together because it doesn’t make sense to me to get both starters and main course together.

3 Star Rating Food was lovely, but there was a hair in my calamari which I exchanged for something else. The service, however, was disappointing. It took 20 minutes for them to bring the bill after we finished eating, and another 15 minutes to process the payment. I had to ask for both the bill and to pay. The food was good apart from the above, we received a discount due to the food issues that arose. Hope for better service could next time.

2 Star Rating We visited the Westfield branch for the first time on Saturday 21st December 2024. It was extremely busy & there was a queue for tables. However, we didn't wait long & were able to order promptly. We ordered Ebi Katsu, Chilli Squid, Prawn Crackers, Veg Gyoza (complimentary through the rewards app) & Prawn Firecracker Curry with egg noddles instead of the rice. My daughter's squid & prawns were good. The Gyoza wasn't all that! The Firecracker Prawn Curry wasn't good as it arrived with less prawns than it normally has, hardly any sauce & the noodles were really dry. I told the waiter & he arranged for some more sauce. He didn't take the plate back to the kitchen as he should've & as a result by the time the sauce arrived my food was cold. The waiter came back to check how the food was & I told him it was very disappointing. I wasn't impressed! He apologised but didn't do anything about it when he had the opportunity to rectify it. The Manager came to see us & checked if the waiter had taken the food back, he hadn't. The Firecracker was removed from the bill We always order the same food on our visit to Wagamama, the food is normally good. We shall try Westfield again.

3 Star Rating Visited Wagamama at Westfields and found the experience to be quite average. The staff performed their duties in a rather routine manner, without much warmth or friendliness. The food was reasonably priced, but don't come here with high expectations for taste and flavour. On the plus side, the portions were generous. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick meal but the dining experience could be improved with more engaging service and better-tasting dishes.

2 Star Rating I recently had dinner at this restaurant, but the food was not the best. We ordered Garlic Pizza Bread with Cheese as a starter, but it was quite salty. For the main courses, we had the Penne Di Mare and the Beef Lover Pizza. The former tasted slightly sour, while the latter was also overly salty. Despite the food not meeting our expectations, the staff were very welcoming and warm, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food prices were also affordable. However, I probably wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.

5 Star Rating I recently dined at Al Forno , a cozy spot in the heart of the city known for its authentic Italian cuisine. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with rustic decor that gave it a traditional Italian feel. The service was attentive, and the staff were friendly, providing helpful recommendations from the menu. As for the food, it did not disappoint. I started with the bruschetta, which was perfectly toasted with fresh tomatoes and basil. For the main course, I had the pasta carbonara, which was creamy and rich, with just the right balance of flavors. My dining companion opted for the margherita pizza, and the crust was light and crispy, topped with fresh mozzarella and basil. Dessert was a highlight — the tiramisu was indulgent, with layers of coffee-soaked sponge and mascarpone that melted in your mouth. However, one thing detracted from the overall experience: the cleanliness of the facilities. The toilets were unfortunately smelly, which was surprising given the restaurant’s otherwise high standards. It was an unpleasant discovery and felt out of place for a restaurant of this caliber. In conclusion, while the food and service were top-notch, the issue with the toilets did affect the overall experience. I hope they address this soon, as Al Forno has the potential to be an outstanding dining spot. We enjoyed the food 👻🧠💎🌝🥳🐼🐦🎃😘‼️😍🤷‍♀️

5 Star Rating The pizza was amazing and the service was good and for a good price, but the interior is so dark and the spotlights shinging on each table are so bright that the hard contrast between light and dark was a bit "uncomfortable". In my opinion, providing slightly more soft ambient light throughout the room and making the spotlights not so blindingly bright would make the atmosphere better and more comfortable. The location is nice, too. Because it's located a block or so away from the main road means the traffic passing by isn't as bad, and it's not so loud.
