Great spot for drinks but food was a real let down for an 8pm dining (? end of service reduction in quality). The £17.50 burger had sparse caramelised onions and cheese served on a kids sized plate with a handful of lukewarm chips. The chicken in the pies looked like it had been blended into the sauce with the consistency of mush with some rare bits of visible chicken. The feedback from my friends was it was soggy and they both couldn't finish the meal. We fed this all back to our waitresses, and we were told that's the recipe and how things are done. What a disappointment for a group of food lovers looking forward to a pub meal!

Very good pub, with great ambiance and there was even live music. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very kind. I just took 1 star off as the food was good but my dish was quite cold. The fish however was perfect cooked and warm, so I imagine it was because they reheated the beans.
But overall a very nice place with good value

Nikki and the staff, especially Poppy and Eve, made this American feel more at home in London than most of my favorite spots in the U.S. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found this place. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Sometimes, London gets a bad reputation compared to the tip-based service of other parts of the world, but Alice House made me a convert. I'm a huge fan of this place and the incredible staff!

Great staff, great atmosphere but the hot drinks are disgusting and the food isn't great either. You can get a better latte in Macdonalds and even a basic hot chocolate is watery and gross. One of the best spots in the area so I hope they work on improving this. I would spend much more if they did.

Lovely staff. Super friendly.
I liked the yellow peas hummus. Not a big fan of the celeriac and squash fritters. They were very oily and the chilli sauce needed a lot more chilli.
My burger was nice, specially the chips. Super crispy. The house pickle could do with a but more vinegar or pickling time.

One of the best Gails branches, usually full and with a queue but it’s well worth the wait.
I may have ordered a cinnamon bun from time to time…

Gail’s in queens park has indoos sitting and breakfast is again delicious as always. Perfect spot for a breakfast. Scrambbled eggs with avocado as side was very delicious. I really love this chain and this one is also perfect for service.

Great staff and good food, but the place is filthy. Tables are often dirty, and used trays and cups are left everywhere. A simple bin or tray return station would make a huge difference. No comment on the bathrooms🤮

This has been my home away from home for the past two weeks. The coffee and baked goods are always delicious, and the seating area is cozy. Everyone at the front has been incredibly kind. A special thanks to Sweety who has reminded me of that universal gift we call the kindness of strangers.

This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting Gail's Bakery in Queen's Park, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cozy ambiance immediately made me feel at home. I enjoyed a perfectly baked croissant, accompanied by a delicious coffee that was just the right balance of smooth and strong.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Their warm smiles and quick service made my morning start on a high note. If you're in the area and looking for a spot to enjoy some quality baked goods and coffee, I highly recommend Gail's Bakery. It’s a gem in Queen's Park!

Like many pubs, this one has its character and charm. The staff are very much part of the business: they are characterful, genuine and caring. A great selection of beer on tap too.

A very nice pub.
We had a pizza and it was very good pizza.

Suchna lovely place although the service needs a bit of more focus.
Talking about missing items from our order, and added items in our check in the end. Well it happens.
More precisely we missed a Heineken of my friend and we were charged extra pint of beer and a single glass of wine, but we ordered only bottled.
The pizza and the wines were really good and I loved the design of the knifes we used for the pizzas. 🍕
Amazing vibe and quality food.
You must try the mushroom pizza dripped with some truffle oil. Smell so good. Ahhh... We might visit again.

The atmosphere was so quaint and lovely. It was very wonderful English experience of an awesome pub. I highly recommend you try this place while in London. The service was a 10 out of 10. The food and drinks were all phenomenal. I wish I had gone a few more times to try other items on the menu. I got this pizza for the lady at the next table and a fabulous looking pizza and I just couldn’t turn it down!

I got delivery from them and the food was tasty - I particularly loved the Saag Bhaji! Super tasty with excellent balance of garlic.
I’m only taking 1 star off because the vegetable curry and Bhuna were incredibly oily, it was far too much oil. Great mix of vegetables though and the chicken was cooked very well - tender, hot and plump.

What you want from your local curry establishment is fresh and tasty curry that is consistently fresh and tasty. Queens definitely ticks those boxes. A lot of curry restaurants have issues with consistency and more than often you get a bad one that can be too oily with chewy chicken, etc. At queens tho, always tender chicken that’s fresh, the sauce is always thick and not too oily. I personally go for a chicken madras, plain rice with an onion salad and mint sauce. If you want a non fancy straight forward tasty curry that you don’t have to worry about getting a dodgy one then this is the place …definitely if you are local to the Queen’s Park area. I’ve had a curry from most of the local ones in Kilburn/Queen’s Park, but this one has been the most consistent and reliable one of them all. I don’t know about dining in it seems ok but I’m not sure I’d go for a family meal or a date there, but I like eating at home so….anyways I’ve been meaning to give this place a review and finally got around to it. Oh the staff and owner are all very pleasant and friendly price is ok, not the cheapest but not too expensive, normally cost me £15.

This café/restaurant is well-known among locals in Queens Park. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is excellent; I’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed. They serve breakfast / brunch until 4 p.m., which is a big plus for me. The quality-to-price ratio is fair, and the food feels freshly cooked. The coffee and teas are both of good quality and quantity. They also always bring tap water, which is a nice gesture. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

A perfect brunch location. The menu is perfect and I can't wait to go back to try more. I took my daughter on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to see a kids menu. She enjoyed it so much that we had to go back the next morning for another breakfast. I've had the porridge with a side of hash browns and pancakes with bacon and they were both amazing.
I will be back! Highly recommended.

Nice seating both in and out.
V reasonable price and the food is delicious. Grilled tom was nice! Usually not my fav but they do them well here, not soggy and flavoured well with salt and garlic.
Avo smash was great, lots of fresh smashed avo, same thickness as the toast.
They use UNION coffee 👌

An amazing experience. Food was so delicious. Tea and sake tasted so good too. Attention was superb. They fed us until our bellies were happy. Best of all is we shared time with our friends that work in the restaurant (Jose Perez and Jose Alberto). Certainly, we left the restaurant with lots of flavours in our mouths and looking forward to coming back again. Photos and video speak for ourselves!

The best Japanese food that I have eaten in London. Everything was exceptional.
The staff serving us were incredible friendly and professional. They really made us feel special
As a result we ate way more food than we should have 😆😆

If you’re looking for good nigiri, go somewhere else. This is more a rolls place. There are no daily specials for fish or toro of any kind. The staff looked at me blankly when I asked about both. The sake selection is pretty limited, but the choices are solid.
Overall it was a cute vibe, but the staff seemed bored and not wanting to be there and I found myself wishing I went to pizza instead.

Starbucks: The only option open on Christmas Day, which makes it a default choice in the absence of alternatives. However, used to be a major customer, until they reformulated their syrups. I was struck by how much the quality of their pastries has declined. Perhaps this is a change over the past 5-10 years, as I remember enjoying a decent croissant years ago (maybe 15) or while in starbucks abroad. That said, it’s worth pointing out the current poor standard as you never know someone might review. I’m also not a fan of the seating arrangement in Queens Park Statbucks it feels uninviting. Staff in this one are always nice though.

Starbucks is always nice, more attention to the service. I paid almost 10 pounds and the spoon for my cappuccino wasn't included. I understand that Need it brought austerity, but a standard spoon instead the take away stick would be better. However, the staff provided after my request. Pay always attention to the service!

Decent sized clean Starbucks store that is cashless. Coffee is good and they have good festive/seasonal drinks on the menu (eggnog, pumpkin spice, toffee nut). The store is a little dark and the staff are not the most lively, but good overall.

I found this place whilst doing an online search for halal restaurants near me. I don't know why I didn't discover this place sooner! The ambience was great. The food took a bit long to arrive but it did not disappoint! To thank us for our patience we were given prawns crackers on the house. The waitress recommended Laksa so I tried that. It was a bit too spicy for my liking but otherwise it was delicious. My friend ordered the Mee Goreng George Town and Lychee Jus. Afterwards we got the Teh Tarik (tea with condensed milk) and it was really good. The staff knew my birthday was coming up as my friend had brought me flowers so they surprised me with a cake slice and candles! I really appreciated it. The restaurant also has accessible toilets which is something I always look for when going out. I will definitely be returning back to Sudu.

I had lunch with my family at SUDU recently and it was a lovely experience. We went based on the online reviews and came away very happy.
This is a neighbourhood restaurant with welcoming vibes. The decorations and seating is clean and minimalist. Although I have to say the wooden chairs / benches could do with some cushions!
The staff are friendly and the service is efficient.
We ordered Nasi Lemak with beef rendang as well as the spicy beef berlada with coconut rice. The spicy beef was the best dish. But it could’ve done with a side salad The coconut rice didn’t taste of coconut. We had Milo and guava juice for drinks which suited the spicy food perfectly.
I’ll be going back and I’d happily recommend SUDU to others, as long as they can handle spicy food!
