Great place to spend lots of time! There are shops, coffee places, restaurant, cinema, benches, free toilets- all that you might need for a time well spent on a cold, windy day. It is easy accessible through the subway, as the station is a few meter away from the O2 entrance.
My whole family went there for a concert and it was brilliant experience! We've got amazing view, as the seats are done to way not to obstruct the view between the rows, the sound was brilliant (a tad too loud for me though as I was feeling pressure in my chest). And we entered relatively quickly, given the fact that the event was almost sold out, so nearly 20k people were trying to enter at the same time. There were bars with drinks and food available throughout the whole event.

One of London's premier entertainment arenas. Despite the main arena, the building is so much more to offer. There is a selection of restaurants, bars, and a selection of top branded shops to peruse.
There is also the opportunity to climb up to the top and take in breathtaking views of London.

Went to see Sleep Token concert, and it was amazing. The venue is huge with very good acoustics, so it's perfect for concerts.
I didn't buy any drinks or food so I can't comment on that, but I imagine that the prices are high.
It only has one tube station so it can get very crowded. That's why I decided to leave before the last song to avoid the crowds

Had a pleasure to visit O2 Arena and watch Young Voices 2025 performance.
The arena itself was well maintained, lots of security around, so felt quite safe.
On winter months there's a bit chilly on outlets' area so coat/jacket is necessary during shopping.
The arena during the concert was warm enough but not too hot, which was good.
I uploaded some pics and videos from Suite 303, so you can predict what would you see if you would go to the same/close to suite.
In mentioned suite cleanliness was good, but I felt the odd smell all the time, like old spillage of some drinks. Other than that the meet and greet service before entering to the suite was very welcoming and informative, thanks to the guys who worked that night.

Great place, lots of outlet shops and good places to eat. Also went to see James Blunt there, I had never been there before, but I had nothing to worry about, it all went off very smoothly, the customer service team were very helpful, giving us isle seats, as I had booked isle seats, but hadn't got isle seats.

A great place to enjoy dining. Good buffet selection including salads, rice, beans, pasta and potato dishes before we get on to the amazing meat selection from chicken, pork, lamb in all its forms. It’s ok to ask for the meat to be cooked how you like if you don’t want rare or medium well done. For birthday celebrations the celebrant gets a delicious slice of cake with a candle to blow out.

A wonderful atmosphere and stylish decor can be found here! While a few cuts of meat were a bit on the chewy/fatty side, the majority were pretty good, a touch bloodier than my usual preference, but as the saying goes, “when in Rome.” For two people, including table water and a cocktail each, the total came to £122.50, which felt reasonable given the where we were.
Colin Breckons - 5 months ago
Salad and pasta choices were okay. Varied selection. Meat choices were not readily available. Had to ask for lamb chops. The people serving the meat seemed to only go in one area so we were left waiting for quite a long time. 1 and half hours in and only one round of meat. Spoke to the waiter but seemed disinterested. Not worth the £42.30.

Amazing excellent barbecue which was so delicious. Enjoyed so much meat that they serve you. The quality of food is excellent and they serve you constantly Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken etc. If you want to enjoy a tremendous barbecue meal like this, then I recommend you go to this place in London.

Extremely attentive service and a huge range of dishes and salad bar. The Rodizio items were well cooked and plenty of choice. I requested some items knowing the menu from other locations, which they happily brought over. Super lovely staff.

Paul the boss was so lovely he recommended a drink that me and my friends should try and let the bartender Ben make it for us free of charge. Honestly they are both so thoughtful and lovely. Paul was very engaging and so polite with his interactions and i am grateful. Ben the bartender was lovely for making us these cocktails. I definitely recommend. Service 10/10 honestly!! Great 2-for-1 service.

Was very surprised at how good the service is given how busy it was.
Our order came out quick and was hot and tasty too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you’re at the o2 and enjoy Mexican food would highly recommend this place.

We were served by the lovely Leo. Our food was super quick and absolutely delicious! 2 for 1 cocktails, so can't go wrong! I was interested in the mini chills served with the meal as they were surprisingly sweet. I asked Leo about them and he was super kind and helpful and went to ask the chef about them for us! I'll now be buying some to use in my cooking at home. Lively atmosphere and Leo was great fun to have as a server. Highly recommend.

Me and a group of friends went for the free pizza for our results day to celebrate. We got there a bit early and waited for no more than 30 mins.
Pizza was free but we had to buy a large drink, we didn’t mind. The options were pepperoni and margarita, unfortunately we weren’t given the option to choose. They gave us margarita pizza and the service was pretty bad.
The main lady who was working there and seating people was actually very rude and snarky remarks were made along with a tone of attitude. I can understand you have a bad day sometimes but don’t take it out on other people.
On top of that, my friend found a fly in the bottle of vinegar (bottle image attached). We were all shocked and decided it was time for us to leave. The pizzas were okay ish, however we wouldn’t go again. The atmosphere was weird as it filled with students but also the staff were very confusing as they wouldn’t take anyone seriously.

A very busy pre show service, the team did a cracking job in serving those diners and those waiting upstairs. Clear and accurate waiting times given, well managed table relaying and seating new guests. Once seated the meal and service was very good, despite the volume of customers to be dealt with every member of the team we encountered were cheery and efficient. A great job.

I booked in advance for the Sunday roast but was told the day before my booking that the roast won’t be available. Once arriving in the restaurant the staff told me that they don’t serve Sunday roast on event days aka when there’s event at the o2 arena. I think that should be noted on the website. Other than that the service was excellent! Staff are well manned and pleasant. My friend enjoyed the wagyu burger and steak was pleasing. Not much of steak fan but I had good meal

I loved it!! I didn’t really enjoy the pasta as much as I thought I would BUT I’m not a cheese person so that’s probably why. It was my friend’s birthday and she got a cheesecake 🥹

Popped in before a show and we were very hungry, being a steak lover and having gone to gauchos in Leicester Square decided to try this one out. The restaurant was fairly empty but it was early in the day so we were seated very quickly. The atmosphere was really nice and the decor in the restaurant was really good. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive and the service was exceptional as well. The food itself was great. The steak was really juicy and tasty as were the accompanying sources. My wife opted for the aubergine as she’s not a massive meat lover and she really found it to be tasty as well, sides were decent, I have had better but they complimented the mains very well. The one critique I will have is on the two persons table. The chair is pretty uncomfortable. I had to sit on the sofa next to my wife after I ate. All in all I had a great experience.

Nandos is always a delicious and reliable meal, but the prices have gone up a fair bit over the years.
Service at this particular branch was okay, but we were a large group (14 people) and when we first arrived they said the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I said we don’t mind waiting, and miraculously the table was ready within 5 minutes… not sure why they wanted to deter us initially by saying a ridiculously long and inaccurate wait time.
They did forget part of my order and I had to ask 2 waiters about it, but other than that, the rest of the food was delivered promptly and hot.
Preeta - 3 months ago
The food and service was topnotch. Although we waited long getting our order, due to influx of customers, but in all we had the best service and food from Nandos.

Zizzi at the O2: A Slice of Italy in London's Entertainment Hub
Zizzi at the O2 Arena isn't just another chain restaurant; it's a vibrant and delicious dining experience that perfectly complements a day or night out at this iconic London venue. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, from the quality of the food to the friendly service.
A Taste of Italy:
The food at Zizzi is where it truly shines. We started with the shrimp appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The accompanying focaccia was warm, soft, and ideal for soaking up every last drop of the delicious sauce.
For our main courses, we opted for two of their signature pizzas:
Margherita Pizza: A classic done right! The crust was thin and crispy, the sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella was perfectly melted.
Burrata Cheese Pizza: This was a real standout. The creamy burrata added a luxurious touch to the pizza, and the combination of flavors was simply divine.
Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection and tasted incredibly fresh. Zizzi clearly takes pride in using high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian recipes.
Service with a Smile:
The staff at Zizzi were incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being quite busy. They were happy to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.
A Lively Atmosphere:
The restaurant itself has a bustling and energetic atmosphere, making it a great place to soak up the vibrant energy of the O2. The decor is modern and stylish, with an open kitchen that allows you to watch the chefs in action.
Plan Ahead:
Zizzi at the O2 is a popular spot, especially on weekend evenings. Be prepared to wait for a table or, better yet, make a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.
Overall Impression:
Zizzi at the O2 Arena is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for delicious Italian food in a lively and convenient setting. With its excellent food, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere, it's the perfect place to fuel up before a concert, celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

Three of us ate at Zizzi before a gig in July. It was far better than a previous experience when we felt quite rushed. Service was well paced and the food was excellent, with plenty of gluten free options for our friend who is coeliac. We’d definitely eat here again.

Excellent all round! I've not been to Cabana for many many years and thought let's go for a change. We went at lunchtime on a Sunday, it wasn't busy, we were greeted and served very promptly. The open kitchen showed the chefs cooking away, who were friendly.
They made fantastic and tasty food, especially the chicken starter. There is a kids menu includinf a drink. They do a loyalty scheme and a lunch menu during the week I think. For value for money it would be worth going then if you can.
Overall, we had a splendid experience.

We ordered the chicken skewers and the pulled pork hot pot (with rice). Both were excellent. Chicken was extremely well-cooked and tender. The seasoning for the pulled pork hotpot was spot-on. Very impressed.

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.
Yasmine Dahal - 6 years ago
It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.
nichola youngman - 2 years ago
The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad.
Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case.
And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts.
I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.

Got takeaway milkshakes for family of 11. They definitely lived up to the hype. Liked the fact they had smaller sizes for kids (or anyone wanting lesser quantity for £3.95) tried mango, Oreo, Bosc off and chocolate flavours. All flavours were equally delightful. Only feedback is maybe they can have an option of smooth vs crunchy with the biscuit flavours. Some of the kids did not like the crunchy bits. Overall loved the quality of the milkshakes.

Love the milkshake in Five Guys. My number one milkshake so far. My favorite mix is banana, vanilla, peanut butter and bacon. I always like to order little cheeseburger. The size is just enough for a girl I guess.

Burgers taste good, fresh but quite small in size. Fries are incredibly salted. I found it expensive compared to its competition. Also given the fact that you eat your burger out of tinfoil paper. No plate, no tray, no cutlery, no table service no atmosphere.
