5 Star Rating A nice place to come for a day out or to look around the shops. Loads of shops and all the big brands, plus nice places to eat a cinema, bowling, play area for children, Exhibitions, bars and much more. It is well worth the visit. Even some of the stores there sell things cheaper to normal shops because they are outlets.

5 Star Rating Great venue! Absolutely huge place but the staff were really nice and efficient. I especially needed an extra hand due to medical needs and they were so quick to help me and the venue itself was very accessible which is a nice change. My only issue was the leg space was small, my friend is 6'2 and felt cramped and my injured leg was very sore after being stuck in the same position for 4 hours as there wasn't really any wiggle room and that's seats that were for access people.

5 Star Rating The O2 in London is an impressive venue that offers so much more than just concerts. The atmosphere is always electric, and the acoustics make every performance sound incredible. Beyond the music, there's a great selection of restaurants, bars, and even an indoor cinema. For thrill-seekers, the "Up at The O2" experience, where you can climb to the top and take in stunning views of the city, is a must-try. Whether you're there for a show or just to explore, The O2 offers a fantastic experience every time!

5 Star Rating A busy bustling place with lots to offer. From the ability the walk over the top, to restaurants, and a ring of shops inside, most of which are an outlet. You can walk all the way around the inside as a complete loop. In the middle is where the functions and concerts are held. Toilets available. Security check on entrance of all bags. Outside there is a market and a large area to take in the atmosphere.. or queue. An icon of London. Worth a visit. Free to enter, unless you're going to a concert of course.

4 Star Rating A great place to enjoy dining. Good buffet selection including salads, rice, beans, pasta and potato dishes before we get on to the amazing meat selection from chicken, pork, lamb in all its forms. It’s ok to ask for the meat to be cooked how you like if you don’t want rare or medium well done. For birthday celebrations the celebrant gets a delicious slice of cake with a candle to blow out.

4 Star Rating A wonderful atmosphere and stylish decor can be found here! While a few cuts of meat were a bit on the chewy/fatty side, the majority were pretty good, a touch bloodier than my usual preference, but as the saying goes, “when in Rome.” For two people, including table water and a cocktail each, the total came to £122.50, which felt reasonable given the where we were.

5 Star Rating We were served by the lovely Leo. Our food was super quick and absolutely delicious! 2 for 1 cocktails, so can't go wrong! I was interested in the mini chills served with the meal as they were surprisingly sweet. I asked Leo about them and he was super kind and helpful and went to ask the chef about them for us! I'll now be buying some to use in my cooking at home. Lively atmosphere and Leo was great fun to have as a server. Highly recommend.

3 Star Rating Never have I ever felt so financially violated. I'm sure my debit card needs medical attention £6.50 for a beer not terrible BUT you don't go to the bar, you use an app so your details can be sold. Then they bring the drink to you and charge you £1.80 or something for service charge.....per round. I would prefer to save the money and just order the beer at the bar myself. I had a mixed grill.....£28. It was quite clearly taken out of a packet and heated up under the grill or something. I really don't think it was anywhere near worth that much. It didn't really have a freshly grilled taste to it. It really was like the "kebabs" very small were just whacked on a skewer and maybe heated in an oven. The staff were very good though. Polite and professional.

2 Star Rating Me and a group of friends went for the free pizza for our results day to celebrate. We got there a bit early and waited for no more than 30 mins. Pizza was free but we had to buy a large drink, we didn’t mind. The options were pepperoni and margarita, unfortunately we weren’t given the option to choose. They gave us margarita pizza and the service was pretty bad. The main lady who was working there and seating people was actually very rude and snarky remarks were made along with a tone of attitude. I can understand you have a bad day sometimes but don’t take it out on other people. On top of that, my friend found a fly in the bottle of vinegar (bottle image attached). We were all shocked and decided it was time for us to leave. The pizzas were okay ish, however we wouldn’t go again. The atmosphere was weird as it filled with students but also the staff were very confusing as they wouldn’t take anyone seriously.

5 Star Rating Popped in before a show and we were very hungry, being a steak lover and having gone to gauchos in Leicester Square decided to try this one out. The restaurant was fairly empty but it was early in the day so we were seated very quickly. The atmosphere was really nice and the decor in the restaurant was really good. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive and the service was exceptional as well. The food itself was great. The steak was really juicy and tasty as were the accompanying sources. My wife opted for the aubergine as she’s not a massive meat lover and she really found it to be tasty as well, sides were decent, I have had better but they complimented the mains very well. The one critique I will have is on the two persons table. The chair is pretty uncomfortable. I had to sit on the sofa next to my wife after I ate. All in all I had a great experience.

3 Star Rating I’ve been to Gaucho with my partner to celebrate his bday. The food was delicious, however there are two things that definitely made the experience a bit disappointing. First, I booked a table through The Fork app and a few days before, as I wanted to make sure we can have a candle on the dessert for my partner, I called the restaurant. They told me that in their system the booking was for a later on date, but fortunately they managed to “re-book” it for the date I originally booked. I’ve also asked about having a candle and they told me that they took notes and to not worry. Secondly, the day of the reservation, I checked once again with them which dessert to order to make sure it has an happy birthday and a candle and they assured me that it’s all good. When the dessert came, they told us they didn’t have any spare candles. We improvised something and my partner was very happy (also the cake was very good), however I felt they over promised unfortunately. Not the service I would have expected for the kind brand they promote. Probably if you’ll think to celebrate a birthday there, make sure you bring your own candle!

5 Star Rating Such a wonderful experience here. Book a meal here for 4:30 before we came to a concert at the o2 later that day. It was a special occasion for us so on our booking I made a note that it was our anniversary and upon arrival they offered us complimentary champagne. We don’t drink so we had to return them but the gesture was lovely and the waiter understood. Our server showed us all the cuts of steak upon request with great recommendations on how to get them done and was happy to confirm which cuts of steak were halal on the day. We ordered the Fillet steak 225g, medium rare which I recommend and the rib eye steak 300g medium. We found the rib eye to be way too filling and slightly tough. If you want to go for rib eye we recommend ordering with and appetite and getting it rare or just opt for a wagyu steak instead. The only qualm I have is I wish they offered smaller cuts of steak, since everything we ordered was too much for us. Also wish the presentation of the steaks were done a bit better as opposed to just offered in the middle of a large empty plate. Regardless. the tasted good. For starters we ordered the bread and olives which we 100% recommend over any starter. Bread was so fresh and served with chimmichuri. The olives were large and juicy and also quite spicy too! Very flavourful. For sides with our steak we ordered the truffle mac and cheese, chips and mash. We shared these between two and it was more than enough food. We opted for bernaise sauce for our steaks which paired very well. we initially wanted confit mushrooms as a side and the peppercorn sauce but were told that both were made with wine, so be aware of that if you avoid alcohol. At the end we asked for our bill. Our server took quite a while to come back and we were getting a bit frustrated. However we realised that instead of coming back to charge us, he brought us a very large slice of cheese cake for us to celebrate our anniversary. Such an amazing gesture that we didn’t expect. The cake was delicious as well. It was comped on our bill but costs roughly £10-11 and I think it’s very much worth it bc of the generous portion size. I came with not very many expectations here but I ended up having a great experience that makes me want to come back here! Thoroughly recommend.

5 Star Rating Visited Gaucho at The O2 for the experience as much as the food, and it delivered on both counts. The perfect starters of bread and Burrata salad were enjoyed. The 300g Ancho Ribeye was delicious, and the sides—mustard onions, Koffman chips, mac and cheese—complemented the meal perfectly. Paired with the Pot Vina Patricia, it was a treat. The cheesecake also lived up to the recommendation. Even the Eira Still water was outstanding. Service is generally good, but it can feel a bit casual at times, with a touch of awkwardness when reminding you about the time limit on your table. A bit more polish, maybe a script, in that area would go a long way. For atmosphere, the internal section of the restaurant has more energy, but sitting by the window overlooking The O2 gave us a quieter, more relaxed vibe. In short: the food never disappoints, but there’s room for improvement in service delivery, especially when it comes served on the bill at 13%.

2 Star Rating I’m only writing this review as I believe this is necessary to be brought to attention. Being thirsty on a hot summer day, I walked in GK wanting a pint of Coca Cola or Pepsi. I asked the bartender for a PINT of Pepsi or Coca Cola, and the bartender nodded his head and said “Coca Cola” and then served me a glass with ice along with a 200ml tiny bottle of Cola. I asked if they had pints, and the bartender just recommended that I can get 2 bottles. I was reluctant to purchase it but since I was so thirsty, I bought it for £3.50. I work as a bartender myself, and if you are working in a bar that does not provide pints and can only instead serve small bottles, it is important to verbalise this to the customer before serving instead of nodding your head acting as if you have the product they are looking for.

2 Star Rating I sat at this restaurant next to the O2 waiting for a gig and the waiter brought me the bill as soon as I was done eating. I didn't ask for the bill? "Ah but the manager said we should do this because we need to make sure we're making spaces available. " (there were still loads) It's rude to assume I won't have another without asking though? "Do you want another? " Maybe. Do you understand how it feels like you're trying to rush us out? Then 12.5% service charge. Robbed me of opportunity to express my distaste with being discarded after a sale. Food was alright, service was not.

2 Star Rating I visited a Zizzis in Bromley many years ago and had a really nice chicken pasta dish that left such a delectable memory for me that I made it a point to revisit a Zizzis when I was back in London. This location disappointed me. I ordered the della casareccia della casa. I was not offered any Parmesan cheese and I didn’t know that you could get any until my daughter and my friend ordered the same dish and another waiter brought it out and was offered Parmesan cheese topping. This dish was so so, pasta that seemed to be congealed with a thickened mushroom sauce and bland tasting chicken. Nothing memorable. The fried calamari however, was quite good. Crispy batter and firm. When it came to dessert, I was told that the honeycomb cheese cake was not available (maybe it wasn’t or maybe the waitress didn’t want to wait on us anymore?) I was also charged the “optional” service fee of 10% even though there were only 4 of us. So in conclusion, 3 mediocre della casas, 1 disappointing rustica margherita, 1 small fantastic calamari, 2 absolute ripoff apple juices, for the grand total of £102.25 with the very minimum service that was provided. Will there be a next visit? Never again.

Seated upstairs the service was spot on and food arrived quite quickly. Great food. We had the chicken breast and blackened salmon to start. Really loved the chocolate chilli sorbet for dessert. Great food, great service and considering location good value for money.

Reviews

5 Star Rating Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

5 Star Rating Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

5 Star Rating Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.

2 Star Rating The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad. Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case. And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts. I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.

3 Star Rating It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.
