Not to be confused with Oxygen on the Periodic Table. The O2 is filled with many activities and it’s an extremely nice place to visit in East London! The closest station is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line, and the Cable Car is nearby too! The structure from the outside is impressive, and when you see the inside it becomes even better. Shops, restaurants, a cinema, bowling, trampoline park, so much to do! I definitely recommend a visit someday.

Absolutely superb!! Our first visit to this venue and what a visit we had no idea there was so much to see and do here?! We came ostensibly to see Level 42, a band I've known of for over 40 years, having seen them live on the Isle of Wight before they were famous and what a show, they were absolutely fabulous, so much energy and zest for doing what they do! But that aside, anyone can come here just to experience everything else there is here, it's astonishing!! Food and drink outlets aplenty, a shopping mall, cinema, the list goes on!
Definitely coming back as occasion demands, and can thoroughly recommend anyone come here just for the experience!!

An unbelievable experience. Came for Sleep Token, but I had a ticket WAY up high and I found the sheer size of the crowds to be entirely overwhelming.
Customer Services were absolutely incredible, they moved my ticket down to an accessible seat, as well as helping me with items to help keep my anxiety at bay. Without the staff support and kindness I likely wouldn't have attended my first ever concert. To the ladies who helped me, I cannot thank you all enough.
Audio sounds UNREAL inside, truly a night I shall hold in my heart til the day I die. I'll absolutely come back for another concert here at some point!

A nice place to come for a day out or to look around the shops. Loads of shops and all the big brands, plus nice places to eat a cinema, bowling, play area for children, Exhibitions, bars and much more. It is well worth the visit. Even some of the stores there sell things cheaper to normal shops because they are outlets.

Loads of restaurants and bars too choose from so you can eat and drink anything you like. Great train link. Our seats were brilliant and the staff were amazing. Can't fault it. The prices of food and drink are very high but you can't of expect that these days.

A great place to enjoy dining. Good buffet selection including salads, rice, beans, pasta and potato dishes before we get on to the amazing meat selection from chicken, pork, lamb in all its forms. It’s ok to ask for the meat to be cooked how you like if you don’t want rare or medium well done. For birthday celebrations the celebrant gets a delicious slice of cake with a candle to blow out.

Amazing excellent barbecue which was so delicious. Enjoyed so much meat that they serve you. The quality of food is excellent and they serve you constantly Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken etc. If you want to enjoy a tremendous barbecue meal like this, then I recommend you go to this place in London.

A wonderful atmosphere and stylish decor can be found here! While a few cuts of meat were a bit on the chewy/fatty side, the majority were pretty good, a touch bloodier than my usual preference, but as the saying goes, “when in Rome.” For two people, including table water and a cocktail each, the total came to £122.50, which felt reasonable given the where we were.

Excellent service, all you can eat Brazilian grill. We went on a Wednesday and it was pretty quiet (which we didn’t mind at all). Food was great, service was excellent, I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the restaurant
Christina V - 5 months ago
Always been a busy place and really nice and gracious hosts. Unfortunately, I have found that the meat offerings on my last couple of visits has dropped in”quality”. Where there used to be a lot more of the high end meats (fillet, sirloin, unbelievably good gammon), it is now the middle and lower end of the spectrum (beef neck, chicken wings and thighs) that is pushed and plentiful. The prices have increased, which I can understand due to rising costs. Over £50 per person easily, assuming you only go for 1-2 drinks each. However, instead of an optional service charge, which I understood went to the waiting staff, there is now a “brand charge” in addition to any other tips customers may wish to give which increases the price by another 10%.
Bring back the better meats and remove the brand charge and I will be back in a heartbeat.

Paul the boss was so lovely he recommended a drink that me and my friends should try and let the bartender Ben make it for us free of charge. Honestly they are both so thoughtful and lovely. Paul was very engaging and so polite with his interactions and i am grateful. Ben the bartender was lovely for making us these cocktails. I definitely recommend. Service 10/10 honestly!! Great 2-for-1 service.

Was very surprised at how good the service is given how busy it was.
Our order came out quick and was hot and tasty too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you’re at the o2 and enjoy Mexican food would highly recommend this place.

We were served by the lovely Leo. Our food was super quick and absolutely delicious! 2 for 1 cocktails, so can't go wrong! I was interested in the mini chills served with the meal as they were surprisingly sweet. I asked Leo about them and he was super kind and helpful and went to ask the chef about them for us! I'll now be buying some to use in my cooking at home. Lively atmosphere and Leo was great fun to have as a server. Highly recommend.

Me and a group of friends went for the free pizza for our results day to celebrate. We got there a bit early and waited for no more than 30 mins.
Pizza was free but we had to buy a large drink, we didn’t mind. The options were pepperoni and margarita, unfortunately we weren’t given the option to choose. They gave us margarita pizza and the service was pretty bad.
The main lady who was working there and seating people was actually very rude and snarky remarks were made along with a tone of attitude. I can understand you have a bad day sometimes but don’t take it out on other people.
On top of that, my friend found a fly in the bottle of vinegar (bottle image attached). We were all shocked and decided it was time for us to leave. The pizzas were okay ish, however we wouldn’t go again. The atmosphere was weird as it filled with students but also the staff were very confusing as they wouldn’t take anyone seriously.

We visited before a gig at the O2, having booked a table same day for our chosen time.
Food was good but did lack a little flavour, so 4 stars there. Atmosphere was great and restaurant was buzzing nicely, inside and out. Service was the hero, absolute 5* from Daniela who was so welcoming, friendly and always smiling even with a mobbed section of tables. Well done Daniela 👏🏻
In and out in the hour, including desserts and coffee, overall we were very impressed

Popped in before a show and we were very hungry, being a steak lover and having gone to gauchos in Leicester Square decided to try this one out. The restaurant was fairly empty but it was early in the day so we were seated very quickly. The atmosphere was really nice and the decor in the restaurant was really good. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive and the service was exceptional as well. The food itself was great. The steak was really juicy and tasty as were the accompanying sources. My wife opted for the aubergine as she’s not a massive meat lover and she really found it to be tasty as well, sides were decent, I have had better but they complimented the mains very well. The one critique I will have is on the two persons table. The chair is pretty uncomfortable. I had to sit on the sofa next to my wife after I ate. All in all I had a great experience.

Such a wonderful experience here. Book a meal here for 4:30 before we came to a concert at the o2 later that day. It was a special occasion for us so on our booking I made a note that it was our anniversary and upon arrival they offered us complimentary champagne. We don’t drink so we had to return them but the gesture was lovely and the waiter understood.
Our server showed us all the cuts of steak upon request with great recommendations on how to get them done and was happy to confirm which cuts of steak were halal on the day. We ordered the Fillet steak 225g, medium rare which I recommend and the rib eye steak 300g medium. We found the rib eye to be way too filling and slightly tough. If you want to go for rib eye we recommend ordering with and appetite and getting it rare or just opt for a wagyu steak instead. The only qualm I have is I wish they offered smaller cuts of steak, since everything we ordered was too much for us. Also wish the presentation of the steaks were done a bit better as opposed to just offered in the middle of a large empty plate. Regardless. the tasted good.
For starters we ordered the bread and olives which we 100% recommend over any starter. Bread was so fresh and served with chimmichuri. The olives were large and juicy and also quite spicy too! Very flavourful.
For sides with our steak we ordered the truffle mac and cheese, chips and mash. We shared these between two and it was more than enough food. We opted for bernaise sauce for our steaks which paired very well. we initially wanted confit mushrooms as a side and the peppercorn sauce but were told that both were made with wine, so be aware of that if you avoid alcohol.
At the end we asked for our bill. Our server took quite a while to come back and we were getting a bit frustrated. However we realised that instead of coming back to charge us, he brought us a very large slice of cheese cake for us to celebrate our anniversary. Such an amazing gesture that we didn’t expect. The cake was delicious as well. It was comped on our bill but costs roughly £10-11 and I think it’s very much worth it bc of the generous portion size.
I came with not very many expectations here but I ended up having a great experience that makes me want to come back here! Thoroughly recommend.

Visited Gaucho at The O2 for the experience as much as the food, and it delivered on both counts. The perfect starters of bread and Burrata salad were enjoyed. The 300g Ancho Ribeye was delicious, and the sides—mustard onions, Koffman chips, mac and cheese—complemented the meal perfectly. Paired with the Pot Vina Patricia, it was a treat. The cheesecake also lived up to the recommendation. Even the Eira Still water was outstanding.
Service is generally good, but it can feel a bit casual at times, with a touch of awkwardness when reminding you about the time limit on your table. A bit more polish, maybe a script, in that area would go a long way. For atmosphere, the internal section of the restaurant has more energy, but sitting by the window overlooking The O2 gave us a quieter, more relaxed vibe.
In short: the food never disappoints, but there’s room for improvement in service delivery, especially when it comes served on the bill at 13%.

I loved it!! I didn’t really enjoy the pasta as much as I thought I would BUT I’m not a cheese person so that’s probably why. It was my friend’s birthday and she got a cheesecake 🥹

Went here for my belated birthday celebration. An excellent meal.
We booked for 7 but arrived early and easily accommodated. The staff were welcoming and attentive (I guess we were the only people there!)
We had bread, chorizo steaks (as only halal option - but we didn't need to pre-book), confit mushrooms, mash and brocoli.
The food was delicious.
Our bread starter was interesting. Both hot and crusty. The chimichurri was OK. The brown roll was much better than the white.
My steak was medium rare and perfect, my wife had medium and well cooked. She enjoyed it too.
I did have the truffle and pepper butter which didn't add much but the peppercorn sauces was tasty.
The food was excellent and we throughly enjoyed it.
Drinks we are non alcoholic (still many options but not as expansive as they're tipples).
The lemon mocktail was sharp and my punchy peach chai was mellow.
For dessert we had the indulgent cheesecake and a fruity Eton mess. Both veery nice but for me the mess beat the cheesecake.
Our server Luca was excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. A lovely dinner with a free dessert too for my birthday. Total bill~ £150 and a great experience for it.

Nandos is always a delicious and reliable meal, but the prices have gone up a fair bit over the years.
Service at this particular branch was okay, but we were a large group (14 people) and when we first arrived they said the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I said we don’t mind waiting, and miraculously the table was ready within 5 minutes… not sure why they wanted to deter us initially by saying a ridiculously long and inaccurate wait time.
They did forget part of my order and I had to ask 2 waiters about it, but other than that, the rest of the food was delivered promptly and hot.

Nando's O2 "Hit the ball out of the Park" yet again with good food, excellent service at a fair price.
Seating when things are quiet is on the 2nd floor and the toilets are on the 3rd floor so, keep that on mind.
There is a balcony, which give a great view of the road below and the feeling of being away on holiday!

I visited a Zizzis in Bromley many years ago and had a really nice chicken pasta dish that left such a delectable memory for me that I made it a point to revisit a Zizzis when I was back in London. This location disappointed me. I ordered the della casareccia della casa. I was not offered any Parmesan cheese and I didn’t know that you could get any until my daughter and my friend ordered the same dish and another waiter brought it out and was offered Parmesan cheese topping. This dish was so so, pasta that seemed to be congealed with a thickened mushroom sauce and bland tasting chicken. Nothing memorable. The fried calamari however, was quite good. Crispy batter and firm. When it came to dessert, I was told that the honeycomb cheese cake was not available (maybe it wasn’t or maybe the waitress didn’t want to wait on us anymore?) I was also charged the “optional” service fee of 10% even though there were only 4 of us. So in conclusion, 3 mediocre della casas, 1 disappointing rustica margherita, 1 small fantastic calamari, 2 absolute ripoff apple juices, for the grand total of £102.25 with the very minimum service that was provided. Will there be a next visit? Never again.

We had the most delightful dining experience at Zizzi's O2!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The decor is charming and creates a perfect setting for a relaxed meal.
The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
They offer a kid’s menu which our 5 year old boy really enjoyed. We had the Antipasti share platter for starters, the perfect companion for an ice cold Peroni!!! served in a frosted glass.
Great food, excellent service, and a lovely ambiance – what more could you ask for?

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.
Yasmine Dahal - 6 years ago
It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.
nichola youngman - 2 years ago
The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad.
Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case.
And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts.
I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.

Burgers taste good, fresh but quite small in size. Fries are incredibly salted. I found it expensive compared to its competition. Also given the fact that you eat your burger out of tinfoil paper. No plate, no tray, no cutlery, no table service no atmosphere.

I was doing some work in The O2 for several days and found myself returning three evenings on the trot for the same cheeseburger, small fries and chocolate milkshake to take back to my hotel nearby. The experiences were consistent throughout. Service was excellent, the food could not have been fresher and everything tasted wonderful. Five Guys sure is extremely expensive but their output is quality. Is it 3x better than at the golden arches? Only you can decide but everything was excellent. Oh and the straw provided did not get soggy and useless within 60 seconds either! That alone was probably worth it. Oh and the real Heinz ketchup and sachets you can take away.
