We booked a table at 9:15pm after checking out the Orchids After Hours. We were a bit concerned it might be too late since the kitchen could close not long after we arrived, but the chef was super cool and waited for us until dessert was served. The food and service were amazing! We felt really welcome and relaxed—it was a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very friendly local restaurant in Kew. The Onion Soup was ideal given was snowing outside, and choice of wine is great. The Ravioli special they had that day was awesome. A great find!

I was here for the Confit de canard, but they don't have it today on the lunch menu.
Scallop for starter is amazing, cooked tender and melt-in-mouth, with flavourful sauce and puree. Big love for the Sea bass, couldn't get enough. Service was warm and welcoming.
If you are visiting Kew Garden, come here for lunch! You will not be disappointed.

Lovely French Classic, good foods with good selection of wines and French ciders. For the starter, we had Grilled mackerel, scallops and pate’ which were delicious, little less impressed with the main course but no complaints here, worth stopping by after visiting Kew Gardens

Cosy restaurant/bar/coffeeshop, tastely decorated, a few minutes from the Kew station. It offers good quality, simple breakfasts and lunch dishes, all freshly prepared with good quality ingredients from a small open kitchen at the back. Prices are reasonable for the area but with a 15% service added to the bills.

Had lunch with my husband, and the food was absolutely amazing! I think they have new staff because my blueberry pancakes were better than ever—fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I also love that they offer all-day breakfast! My husband’s meal was just as delicious, and we both left happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere and ideal location when visiting Kew Gardens.
The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable considering the high quality and area. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented.
Service was good too; the staff were friendly and attentive.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.

Great! We live nearby and have eaten here many times over the years. The food is always amazing and freshly prepared. For breakfast we regularly take the eggs Royale. For lunch I have had the fish cake, pie, chicken burger and pizzas and can recommend them all. It is not the cheapest restaurant in Kew but the atmosphere is great and the food very good quality.

Decent atmosphere but well below par and pricing well off.
The reality is it’s just way way overpriced for what is very average food.
My order: Smashed Avo on toast (£12.50!!), plus one very small poached egg (+£2.50), plus some chorizo (+£4.00) making at total of = £19 for the meal in the photo attached… that’s outrageous…. The quality is very average (5/10).
Partner ordered the sweetcorn fritters (£16.50!!! Mental) with bacon. Bacon came out black so had to send back. Waitress rolled eyes when I asked for some less carbonated bacon…
In summary - average food, 30% overpriced, average staff.
Coffee was decent however.

Last weekend I visited a cafe located on Station Approach near Kew Gardens, which is about a 10 mins walk from the Underground Station.
The cafe offers outdoor seating with plenty of space and has a lovely, cozy atmosphere. Inside, the decor features warm colors, wooden accents, and charming plants that create a welcoming vibe. The walls are adorned with interesting artwork, adding to the overall charm.
The staff were very friendly and always smiling. I ordered the Tiramisu and Mocha, and the latte art was beautiful! Both the food and coffee were quite nice.
I’ll definitely come back and try other options next time!

It's really lovely coffee, pastry, sandwich place, and much more. Had 3 morning brews there with a pastry and one lunch. Lovely service and excellent food. Highly recommend 👌.

Lovely place for an afternoon tea. The red velvet cake is so good! Earl grey tea is great! Ambience is cosy. The shop front looks small, but they have lots of sitting area inside and even an outdoor garden at the back, lovely!

LONDON FLOOR SANDING SERVICES - a month ago
One of the best breakfasts in London. I'd forgotten how good it was. Generous eggs and bacon had three perfectly fried eggs, and my wife had an exquisite creamy mushroom dish, the 'Torelli special', which we shall both order next time. It was a bit quiet. The trouble with giving such a lovely place a good review is that it'll probably become too popular and impossible to get a table.

Crisp golden batter, no soggy fish or chips here. Chips have a good crunch and even for London this was very well priced. Left my bag and the looked after it for me.great people great eatery.

The fish and chips here is AMAZING! Super fresh, as they cook to order! The chips were great also, good service and the whole place looks so very clean and hygienic!

I seriously love my fish and chips and this was hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life.
Everything was completely made to order and boy was it worth the wait.
The batter was so crispy but not greasy and the fish was so juicy and succulent in the middle. It was literally cooked to perfection.
The chips were amazing too. Not to crispy and not to soggy. A perfect blend and you can tell they use really good potatoes.
Really friendly service in lovely little area. Just a shame I don’t live closer as would be here every Friday!
Highly recommend!!

We wanted something tasty and walked the 9 minutes here from the Kew Gardens. All the food was amazing and served piping hot. We all ate for 10 pounds each, a great bargain to many other stops we’ve had.

Absolutely delicious with extremely friendly staff with a smile. If you're visiting and want fish and chips -- look no further!! The fish is fresh and tender and the batter crisp and just right. Portion size is great too. You can't go wrong with the haddock or cod. 10/10!!

Debbie is the loveliest and friendliest host ever! And not just that they've got the food to back up their amazing hospitality.
We had the spring rolls, which are all handmade.
For mains, the original one with pork ribs and the veggie noodles.
Everything was delicious! Highly recommend visiting.

Sorry, no food in the photo—because I finished every last drop of the soup. I should have taken a picture earlier, but it was just too good to wait. The noodles and soup are prepared with such care and attention to detail, and you can really taste the effort put into every bowl. As good as any noodle bar you’ll find in Hong Kong!
Just a heads-up—make sure to check the opening times, as they only open on weekends as far as I know. Definitely worth a visit!

Pleasantly surprised! I tend to avoid chains but popped in for a quick Sunday lunch with the family. The service was quick and the food was better than expected! Only negatives were than the gluten free pizza base was extremely sad looking- please provide better ones. When you are paying same price as regular pizza, you expect the same quality regardless of dietary requirements. Also the main host/ manager was quite brusque- not very helpful, rude tone of voice and not welcoming. We felt a nuisance to her. The other servers were fab.

I recently visited Pizza Express in Kew and had an absolutely fantastic meal, alongside some amazing service from our waiter Arsh. I haven’t been to a Pizza Express for a couple of years, but I feel like they’ve upped their game in terms of the quality of both the food and the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were greeted and shown to a table, where we were given one of their menus – and I have to admit – it took me a while to decide what to eat as it all sounded so good.
I settled on a Padana pizza, with some dough balls to share to start with – as a visit to Pizza Express wouldn’t be complete without dough balls. The pizza was gigantic and really flavoursome; I added some chicken too, which really added another dimension. For dessert, I went for one of their smaller desserts with a coffee, which was a great idea, and the Biscoff cheesecake was amazing.
The service we received from Arsh was as good as the food. He was friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend a visit to Pizza Express in Kew – it’s a great option after a day wandering around Kew Gardens!

We had a great experience at the Pizza Express in Kew. Our waiter, Arsh, was amazing the whole night and very helpful and timely with our orders and questions. The food was really good. The dough balls and halloumi were great appetizers and we shared four pizzas between four people which were all really good. The pizzas were light so it didn’t feel like too much. Thank you Arsh and pizza express

Lovely place for lunch after a visit to Kew Gardens, only a short 10/15 walk from the gate. Cheap prices and consistent food across all their branches. They have an upstairs section too but this was closed when we visited.
Went for dough balls, halloumi bites, Pollo ad Astra pizza and Fiorentina pizza and it was all delicious and service was fairly fast. We were quite disappointed by the drinks through. They had a new “Peach sparkle” drink advertised but it was just poured out of a can into the glass.
Most staff are very friendly and helpful, the gentleman who took our order was very attentive towards allergies and we had people check in on us throughout the meal.
However, there was a waitress who seemed like she was having a bad day and was yelling at the chefs in the kitchen and arguing against another waiter. She also tossed around spare chairs for another table when they didn’t need it. It was quite awkward to watch and the other waiters looked embarrassed on her behalf. This is the first time I’ve visited this branch so I can’t comment if it’s like this all the time but it was really uncomfortable to witness and we tried to avoid her!

I’ve been here this morning at 7.30; the service has been great. I think the name written on the uniform was Ramon.
Smiling face, (even if was so early), gentle in mood, (even if I can be a very pretending client).
I went out and he said goodbye, his colleague, a girl, she didn’t. I mean simple things he did but he made a better atmosphere.
Everything was really clean.
He can definitely do his job.

Nice Starbucks! Stopped by to grab some drinks and snacks. Had the Matcha Frappuccino and Peach Iced Tea. Both were great and the baristas/staff members were friendly and very speedy. One of the few stores that open a bit later in the area but with limited seating especially after 6/6:30 PM. Overall it was great and not too crowded while we were there.

Absolutely amazing!
Dinner at Q-verde was such a delight for a Friday night.
The food was divine and the wine was delicious 🤤
Although it is small, the staff were courteous and attentive while giving guests their privacy at the same time .
Have I talked about the food??
We were a party of 16 and no one complained about anything. Our food came at the right time and at the right temperature; no one’s order got mixed up.
I would certainly recommend!

Very pleasant experience in Q Verde. Excellent service, food, vibes, and absolutely worth the price. Been 5 months in London, this is the best! Moreover, it’s just authentic Italian food ❤️. When I went here with my husband for his birthday, my husband was also surprised with a wonderful ice cream. Thank you, Q Verde!

Ate antipasti only and was well worth the journey. The zuchinni fritti is a winner. The chef got mussels in and did them in an amazing Prosecco sauce. Everything was excellent and Girardo was so welcoming! The Limoncello was perfect for the end.

The absolute best place ever existed. Me and my best friend Dasha ordered the artichoke and spinach appetizers … it was so good we cried. And then we got black truffle pasta … both of us dropped at least 4 tears of joy. Truly. I’m not lying. People who work there … I’m in love. I felt like I’ve come to a long lost home.
Thank you. So much.

A great pub in the heart of Kew, just a few minutes' walk from Kew Gardens and right next to the tube station. They've got a huge selection of drinks, including craft beer, spirits, and lots more.

The food was also really tasty, warm and made with care. I had a starter and a main course, it was a bit difficult to finish everything because the portions are quite big, but everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful setting, right by the station. The restaurant has high ceiling with windows from ceiling to floor. The lights come through the windows, which makes the room very atmospheric.
We ordered breakfast - an eggs Benedict and a full English. Everything is tasty and good, just the portion is quite small!
The garden is also beautiful. Grab a pint of beer before the train arrives.

10 points to The team.
Came here for my Birthday to have some Nachos.
Not only were they super nice and friendly as usual. The Nachos had some extra cheese on, they came with a candle on and the team singing Happy Bday to me. Also gave me a cheeky Tequila on the house.
This is what I call customer sevice as they went beyond to make me feel good as I was eating solo on my Bday.
Thank you for making my day special. 🧡🧡🧡
