5 Star Rating A very beautiful afternoon spent with my Dad celebrating his 80th birthday! He got special treatment when he was presented with a handwritten card and a mini cake with a candle! My Dad was overjoyed that they went to that effort! All the staff were polite, professional and efficient. The food was amazing and the patisserie was professionally crafted! We loved it all! We’d chosen coffee to start with which was delicious, and then went to try the afternoon tea blend. I would definitely return again as the standard of service was high and the room had a fabulous atmosphere with music in the background!

5 Star Rating I met with my friend in their lounge, the Withdrawing Room. Super nice welcoming service from door to table and beyond. I had an apricot green tea I have never tried before and enjoyed it very much. And also a delicious chocolate mousse. Exquisite room with elegant furnishings boosted our good mood. What's more, I had a chance to see a cat who lives there. 🙂. I am grateful to all the staff who talked to us, making us welcome and comfortable. Really, N1. P.S. This is not the first time I was at the Lanesborough. I had lunch in the Grill, afternoon tea for one of my birthdays, and my daughter's wedding there... And always it was special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 Star Rating The Bridgerton Afternoon Tea. What can I say, just superb. The beautiful setting, fantastic service, truly delicious scones and sandwiches, topped off with a wonderful selection of the most incredibly tasty little work of art cakes, made the whole experience one that will always stand out in my experience. The Lanesborough itself is like a wonderful oasis of calm in the midst of the ever busy and constantly noisy London Metropolis. Would happily return for a repeat anytime.

5 Star Rating I visited The Lanesborough briefly last night for a business function & private dining, and was blown away. I’ve visited hundreds of hotels & the best restaurants around the world, and nothing compares. The building, location & facilities are stunning as you’d expect, but it’s the staff that truly make it. From the chap on the door doing valet parking, reception, concierge & waiting staff, everyone was warm and friendly whilst still very professional. There’s clearly a culture in this place that money cannot buy, and is best experienced first hand. In 3 hours the team at the Lanesborough found a place in my heart for years to come, I hope to return under my own steam with my wife one day so she can experience the magic.

5 Star Rating We had the Bridgerton afternoon tea this week and it was a beautiful experience. Our servers were all very attentive especially Mike. I’m a savory person so I definitely gravitated towards the sandwiches (the truffle egg sandwich was my favorite!) and my husband loves sweets…he couldn’t get enough of the “Book of Eloise” :) The tea room alone is enough to book but the foods and service was even more exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon tea.

5 Star Rating Awesome staff. Only 1 out of the 15 working seemed to be annoyed when we walked up to get a table. He took his coffee cup and turned his back to us and walked into the restaurant. We both ordered grilled chicken sandwiches. They were dry. Ask for more honey mustard on the side. Fries were great. Side salad was great. Matt was a wonderful server. Went above and beyond with our dairy allergy to ensure we were safe to eat what would not make us sick.

4 Star Rating Really nice server. He (Ugo) worked hard to make our experience enjoyable throughout our evening. The cafe itself is the oldest in the world - the original so to speak. The food I found to be slightly different from the menu description. I expected boneless wings to be simply without bones but were instead a different dish, breaded and deep fried, a poor relation to chicken wings. The cocktails were too strong and had some citrus as well which caused me a tummy upset. Didn’t like the onions on the barbecue selection either. Portions are quite large but horrendously expensive. Chocolate brownie, although massive, was too dry. Too much brownie not enough sauce or ice cream. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening nonetheless. Great table and atmosphere.

5 Star Rating Great experience made more exciting when I found out this is the original Hard Rock Cafe! Lots of interesting music memorabilia around the space. Upstairs is generally busier, noisier and more lively, whereas the space downstairs is larger and feels more open. We had lunch downstairs which was lovely as it was easy to chat and hear one another. Food was great! Best cheese sauce I have ever tried. Good range of cocktails. Pricing more than fair for very central London. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our various requests , including a change of table to the downstairs space. Well worth a visit!

5 Star Rating This is the original Hard Rock and in my opinion THE BEST ONE EVER!! I’ve been to quite a few in America. This one bay far puts the rest to shame. The level of music memorabilia is way better than all of the other ones. The food was perfect. The service was great. The atmosphere was alive. What else could you want?

5 Star Rating Probably my favorite pub in London, love how it’s hidden off the back alley cobblestone streets. Love the decor and the variety of cask ales, love the historical aspect and apparently it’s haunted. One of the bartenders was nice enough to take me to the basement and show me the area where the body was buried. The food is also excellent , their beef Wellington is delicious! The burger, lamb and duck are great choices as well! It’s a great pub to see for sure anytime you are in London!

5 Star Rating We loved all three courses of our meal. The burrata was divine, served with enormous perfectly ripe cherries and sliced figs. The scallops were beautifully cooked, soft but not overdone. My friend had the Beef Wellington - she said it was succulent. The monkfish and prawn curry was balanced and the sauce was delicious. The crumble had huge crunchy topping with apples and soft fruits. The sticky toffee pudding ( and its treacle sauce) was sublime. So rare to enjoy all three courses. The Rioja Crianza was full bodied but smooth, complementing the food. A wonderful memorable lunch. 10/10 to a chef who knows how to cook properly.

Fish n chips were great and were washed down with Neck Oil and Guinness. The money attached to the ceiling give you plenty of things to look at while enjoying your visit.

4 Star Rating We had one of the tasting menus on offer for our lunch this week. Personally I wouldn't do that again, it was 6 courses but felt needing more food. Next time I would order from the menu instead. The quality of the produce used was amazing, really could taste the quality. Service was good, nothing special tho. Not a good enough experience for me to rush back for.

4 Star Rating We had the Signature Omakase tasting menu for dinner. 3 cold dishes, 2 hot dishes, and a dessert. Personally, I wouldn’t get the omakase again because I still felt a bit hungry afterwards. The service was average. Not particularly special. However, the quality of the food was really good — particularly the sashimi. You could definitely it was fresh! The Black Cod Miso was DELICIOUS. I would just get that as a main dish next time. It’s a bit pricey, but the Black Cod Miso is definitely worth it for a splurge meal/special event.

The restaurant is quite loud, so it's not the best place for a quiet meal, but the decor is stylish and sleek with friendly and helpful staff to explain the menu. 4 Star Rating This is a nice 17th century pub in Mayfair, the prices do reflect the location, £6.30 for a nice IPA. Their cask selection was limited to two. They do offer standard pub grub e.g. fish and chips at £18.75. This is what I call a traditional pub with a lot of dark wood panelling. They also have an upstairs bar. They show the usual live sports and from 8th November live karaoke on a fortnightly basis (as well as other events). Being a Greene King pub they do offer the double up for £3, e.g. single Buffalo Trace £8.40, double £11.40. The service was good. A nice pub to visit.

We chose steak and ale pie with triple cooked chips and a Korean bbq chicken burger with chips. A pint of cider and a j20 came to £40. The food took quite a while to arrive, just over 30 minutes and the pub was not busy. The chips weren't very nice but everything else was ok. The pub is a very old pub, over 400 years, but it didn't seem to show any original features off. Overall it was ok but could of been a lit better.. thanks for replying. Ill pop in next time I'm up.

5 Star Rating We had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday yesterday at Theo Randall Restaurant, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the service was impeccable, and the food was great!!. A special shout-out to Ms. Fernanda from Brazil, who made our evening truly special. Her service was exceptional—she was incredibly accommodating, ensuring every course was perfectly timed and carefully presented, from the starters to the final dessert. Fernanda is truly the gem of this restaurant! The Beef Wellington was a standout dish—cooked to perfection with tender, juicy meat wrapped in a beautifully crisp pastry. It was delicious and the highlight of the meal! The restaurant also offers an excellent value with unlimited alcoholic drinks, which pair perfectly with each course. The variety of desserts was equally impressive and a sweet way to end the evening. I highly recommend Theo Randall for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience! Thank you to Ms. Fernanda and all the wonderful staff for making my birthday celebration so memorable!!! Your exceptional service truly set the night apart, and I’ll be sure to return soon!

From the greeting we received at the hotel entrance; To the bar, (where we stopped for drink prior to booking - being a superb Bloody Mary); To within the Theo Randall restaurant itself, all staff we had an interaction with, in our humble opinion, were superb and a credit to the brand.

We enjoyed the expert advice of the sommelier when choosing out wine and he did an excellent negroni too. Food wise we had a four course meal my tuna tartare and my secondi of guinea fowl were my highlights, our waiter was brilliant too and had our desserts presented with a "happy anniversary" written in chocolate on the plates which was a nice touch. For starters we had lovely seeded poppadoms, jumbo tandoori king prawns, and for our main chicken shish kebab served from an iron skewer, lamb curry, their signature chicken karahi, pulao rice and lovely red wine to go with😌 The best Pakistani food I have ever had!
