I came here for the ‘Winter Wonderland’ festive afternoon tea.
The food was very nice, I can’t fault that at all. I enjoyed the scones in particular and was delighted to find the recipe available on the hotel website.
The staff were very nice too.
The decor and room that we had the afternoon tea in was lovely and festive.
I’m looking forward to a return visit in February, and to try out the next seasonal afternoon tea.

Came for afternoon tea. The service and atmosphere make it amazing. The food is good, classic British items (most featured at some point on the Great British Bake Off). Tea is good and big selection. Very pricey but lovely for a classic British experience (as an American).

We visited the Chesterfield Mayfair as part of a Hen party where we got Afternoon Tea.
The Afternoon Tea was sweet shop themed and because we were a bigger group we also got some champagne included.
The food was lovely. The sandwiches were delicious and the scones were light and fluffy. I really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie scone!
Some of the cakes we weren't as sure on but it was nice to have a try of all of them.
We booked in advance so I would suggest doing that as it definitely got busy - especially if you have a big group.
There is a concierge to look after coats and big bags as well which was very helpful.

The afternoon tea experience was absolutely phenomenal! Incredible quality and amazing-tasting tea, food, and desserts. So happy we tried our first London tea experience here. On top of all that, the staff were all extraordinary! Our server, Sakib, was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! He made the afternoon 10 times better. Amazing experience all around and highly recommended.

I recently used The Library at the Chesterfield Mayfair hotel for a proposal, and I can’t express enough how magical the experience was. The ambiance of the room is truly enchanting—historical and inspiring, as if stepping into a real-life fairytale. It made the moment unforgettable!
The staff were absolutely incredible. They were not only super kind and supportive but also quick to respond to every request. A special shoutout to Samantha, who went above and beyond numerous times to ensure everything was perfect. She was exceptionally accommodating with all my asks, making sure I had the exact experience I envisioned.
The Chesterfield Mayfair is ideal for any kind of celebration, from birthdays and anniversaries to elegant afternoon cocktails in the courtyard—and of course, for proposals!
A huge thanks again to Samantha and Jasmine for making this day so memorable. I highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking a touch of magic for their special occasion!

Did not reserve took the chance as a walk in , was accepted and seated. Andrea welcomed us polite friendly and was the part. He was informative regarding the menu with his charm. The food, well from beginning to end starters and main was on par! Spot on! Just as described but better! I live fine dining but there times where chilling in a place where the atmosphere the staff make it! This is the place! Highly recommend for any occasion and make sure you get a chance to say hello to Andrea you won’t be disappointed.

We recently visited Burger & Lobster for Lobster Day, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was fantastic—our lobster was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the portion sizes were very reasonable. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the croquette was out of this world—crisp on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth delicious on the inside.
To top it off, our waitress Karen was exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her warmth and professionalism really enhanced our dining experience.

We enjoyed the food and service was great. One little comment, our chips were mostly small pieces of an inch long. If they were the end of the bag, maybe you shouldn’t have cooked and served them. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch while visiting the area and are glad that we did. The service was really good and the food was great. We got the lobster and burger combo, the lobster croquettes, and the lobster mac and cheese and both were so good. We were seated quickly and we never wanted for anything. The waiter was amazing, I wish I could remember his name. The restaurant is cute and clean. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when we are back in the area.

The food was really delicious and nicely presented. The staff were wonderful and attentive! I will say, they have to turn the music volume down... ASAP! We could barely speak to each other within our table withouth having to shout and the staff struggled understanding order due to the volume.
Apart from that it was very lovely.

Top restaurant French with a touch of British.
Service 10, Atmosphere 10, Food 11!.
A great meal, the best we had in London during our visit, the Beef Wellington was amazing and a very generous serving.
All the dishes were done perfectly exactly what you expect from this category of restaurant. And still it was 1/4 of the price of other fine dining we had.
A no brainer, must come back.

We had a wonderful night here. Food was delicious service was excellent.
Authentic French food perfect for dressing up nights. My favourites are beef tartare and beef wellington, and oysters are so fresh. French onion soup is surprisingly good. If you're looking for wine, they have really great Chablis.
Location is perfect just opposite green park station.

Great service, great food and great environment. If you want to find a place for dating or for business lunch, here would be the perfect place.
Recommend “English breakfast” and all the deserts. Can’t describe how good they are.
Ps. Smelled the fish and chips on other clients’ table and it really smell so so so good!! Will throw a try next time for sure!!!

A sophisticated restaurant with a long-standing history, offering exquisite French cuisine. The Beef Wellington was outstanding, with perfectly cooked beef wrapped in flaky pastry. The escargot was also a highlight, rich in flavor and prepared to perfection. This place is ideal for those seeking a luxurious French dining experience in an elegant, historic setting.

I went in this brasserie for a late breakfast on the last Friday with some work colleagues. The place was nice and quiet, there was quite a few chooses in the menu overall, but in my case (9month pregnant) I was a bit limited but that’s quite normal.
Quite a few choices among drinks, sweet breakfast or savoury one, we had an omelette ham and cheese to share and a French toast to share too which were quite nice. The pain au chocolat it looked more like a brioche to me, with no layers. I would personally change the place where they buy it.
Service was very attentive and kind, will definately come back!

Food here is good but that’s about it, it’s certainly a dining experience and service is very good. The raw veg nibbles u get when you sit down are a nice touch!
Not quite the place to have any meaningful conversation, music is pretty loud! But the restaurant is nice, great decor, really enjoy going to the back where they have a mini fresh food shop type thing going on!
There is also a lounge for drinks!

Elegant establishment!
The Asian restaurant is a cool and busy place. Service was quick and professional. The food was outstanding. We got to choose our fresh seafood. We went for the lobster and the red sniper which was prepared by the chef to our liking and tasted just delicious and was full of flavour. Great food and wine menu although it was very pricey. The overall experience was amazing!

The restaurant was lively. The food was great and it was busy. The wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable of the food.they made great recommendations. It’s a little expensive, so be ready for the tab. The flavors were definitely worth it.

First of all, the waiting time is VERY long even if you have booked in advance - I guess the restaurant is taking more reservations that it’s capacity. We have eaten in the Asian place, was so good and we loved all the dishes. Service is good overall.

Booked a private room for an afternoon tea. Fabulous service and food. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The room was beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us.

Attended a work away day there earlier today, gr8 location & good facilities in the room we were in, however I felt that once the event was over they couldn't wait to get us out of the room quick enough! Felt that we were shouted at to vacate the room as they had another event, to me they shouldn't have booked another event straight after ours as you would have needed time to get the room ready.

Attended the private viewing of ROSL PHOTO 23, which will be until Feb 2024.
Gorgeous place, greeted with a glass of wine, and respectful staff all along. The exhibition itself is spread over 2 floors, giving justice to each piece. Some very endearing pieces and one that captivates my attention.
I will be attending again. They provide a wide variety of music, art, politics, etc...
The rooms were all full, but then it was nearly the end of the year, so everyone was out celebrating.
Keep your eyes peeled for their events, highly recommend them.
Make sure you are dressed smart casual. It saves a lot of unnecessary aggro.

We loved our stay here - thank you for having us! As younger, reciprocal club members we were unsure what to expect, but ROSL were fantastic 😊 The location is truly unbeatable. The staff were all immensely helpful, nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The building itself is gorgeous and breakfast was really great! Highly recommend - will definitely be staying here again when in London next.

The least tasty salad I've ever tried was at Aubaine Maifaire London. It consisted of five wedges of Chinese cabbage coated in a tangy white sauce, two slices of overcooked and dried-out chicken breast (2 cm * 10 cm) without salt but with a strong bitterness of black stale pepper, one anchovy - just one! - and three very thin slices of Parmesan measuring 1.5 cm * 1.5 cm. It was an entirely dry and flavorless salad with a bitter taste. When I asked for additional white sauce, the waiter brought sour mayonnaise. I never knew that Caesar salad could contain mayonnaise 🫢. The price for this displeasure was £22!!! I would have liked to request a refund, but the situation didn't allow for it. Have a good day, everyone!

I really enjoyed my experience here, it was my first time to try something in Mayfair area. Very fancy, but cosy vibe and beautiful design. The service was excellent and coffee was just different level. Will come here again to try some delicious food, unfortunately as my time was limited I only managed to have a cup of premium coffee.

Great food and service. I had the beef carpaccio to start, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Stone bass for the main and pistachio eclair for dessert were lovely.

Restaurant Review: Quaglino’s Christmas Meal
We had the pleasure of dining at Quaglino’s for our Christmas meal, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience with a few notable highlights and one slight letdown.
First and foremost, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The festive decorations were superb, adding a touch of glamour and holiday magic to the evening. The atmosphere was further enhanced by the lively entertainment—a brilliant mix of music and performances that really set the tone for a festive celebration.
The food, on the whole, was very good. The vegetables were perfectly cooked—crisp, fresh, and full of flavour—and the gravy was the real star of the show, rich and deeply satisfying. However, the rib-eye steak left us a little disappointed. While it was cooked well, the portion—a single, rather thin slice—felt underwhelming, especially given the otherwise generous and high-quality offerings.
Service was warm and friendly but noticeably slow at times, which detracted slightly from the experience. Nevertheless, the staff were attentive when present and accommodating of our needs.
Quaglino’s is undeniably a beautiful venue with excellent entertainment, and while there was room for improvement in terms of service and portion size for the steak, the delicious food and festive atmosphere more than made up for it. It was a memorable Christmas meal overall, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return for another special occasion.

We recently visited this restaurant, and while it had some positives, the overall experience was disappointing.
The location was beautiful, and the ambiance was inviting with a warm and cozy vibe. The live music added a nice touch, but unfortunately, it was far too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation at the table.
The real issue, however, was the service. It took 2-3 hours for our main courses to arrive. When they finally did, the food was lukewarm at best, so we had to send everything back. It then took another 45 minutes before we received our meals again. Throughout the evening, drinks and dishes arrived at different times, leaving some of us waiting while others’ food grew cold.
On the bright side, once the food was served properly and at the right temperature, it was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and clearly made with quality ingredients, but the long wait and lack of coordination really overshadowed the experience.
In summary, the restaurant has potential, with a great location, a good atmosphere, and tasty food, but the service needs significant improvement to make it worth the visit.

Ambience was nice + food was okay... had far better in that price !!!

Very welcoming atmosphere, security on door were great and polite, lady who seated us was lovely and helped us with our request which we were very grateful for. However, our waiter was very rushed, from the moment we sat down he said we only had 2 hours so had to take our order ‘now’. I respect the time frame, but didn’t want to feel rushed. The food was amazing, came out quick. We ordered a side each for our main, but you only need one! The atmosphere was amazing, We felt very lucky to be seated at the front, thank you again for this. The entertainment was perfect. We also got a lovely birthday plate, although we were charged for this, which we weren’t aware of? When we paid, at the end of our 2 hours, we asked to move to the bar to finish our drinks and the waiter said ‘if you can find a seat yes’ and we have never had to move our own drinks, especially at a place of this standard. Overall, the rushed service let us down slightly, but this can be overlooked as we loved our experience and the food. Thank you team x

Braj was serving our table, but we told him that it was our anniversary and we requested a table in front of the stage (which we requested while booking, but they gave us a the worst table in a corner just near the toilet).
Braj was really friendly, he asked his manager for a front table and we got the best 👌 table just in front of the singer within few minutes. He just made our day.
The atmosphere was marvellous 👌 and lively. Enjoyed the music and vibe than food.
Recommended food is the starter (glazed Duck with cashew. However, it was written that it would be with watermelon salad, but I got with baby lettuce.
Aged beef tartar was nice as well. The main meal(chicken supreme) was average to taste. The prices are high according to the portion size but worth for the ambience only.

What a wonderful spot to have a drink and good conversation. My wife and I stopped here for a beer and cards. We also had the pigs in a blanket which were very yummy. A highlight was the sweet bartender and the Christmas decorations. We left feeling warm and with happy bellies.

My family wandered in here while looking for a place to eat after a long day of being tourists. The food and service was excellent.
Jon was our server. My dad and I had the steak and ale pie and my sister got the sirloin steak. The food was so tasty. I really enjoyed the berry cider he recommended and so did my family (they had to get one after having a sip of mine).
Had the sticky toffee pudding for desert with ice cream. It was nice and quiet and not super crowded. If I’m ever back in London again I’ll make it a point to visit.
