Nestled in the heart of Paris, this hotel offers an unforgettable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredible staff, particularly Marilou, Alma, and Karine. Their kindness made me feel instantly at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return to this oasis of charm. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable Parisian experience.

When I happened upon Hôtel Georgette, it seemed almost too good to be true. My Mother’s name was Georgette and the place looked very Parisian and inviting. Although this was not my first visit to Paris, it had been a while, and I wanted a central location to get reacquainted with the city. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The staff were the most thoughtful, gracious hosts and they provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was incredible. It was an easy walk to many sites I wanted to see, and public transportation access is nearby. It is also right across the street to a small supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes, including the one on the ground floor of the hotel. I felt very comfortable, safe, and it was spotlessly clean. Thank you, Hôtel Georgette, for a memorable visit to your beautiful city!

Stayed at a centrally located hotel recently. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Be aware, upon arrival, you'll need to sign a document that restricts room access to only those registered at check-in. No external visitors are allowed in the rooms, which might be inconvenient for some.
Overall, a solid choice for its location and quality of stay, just consider the visitor policy.

We had an fantastic experience at Hotel Georgette! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Dmitri, in particular, was incredible in assisting us throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that our time in Paris was unforgettable.
But what truly set Hotel Georgette apart was the exceptional customer service. Dmitri's recommendations for great spots to eat, drink, watch shows, and dance were spot-on. We couldn't have asked for better advice. Thanks to him, we discovered hidden gems and experienced the vibrant nightlife of Paris like true locals.
We highly recommend Hotel Georgette to any couple looking for an unforgettable stay in Paris. The combination of the amazing location, comfortable rooms, and the outstanding customer service provided by Dmitri and the rest of the staff make it the perfect choice. We can't wait to return and create more beautiful memories at Hotel Georgette. Ask for Room 61 :)

Had absolutely delightful experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and don't get fooled by the small portions - after the whole set I was definitely good to skip breakfast the day after.
Very yummy, and the tastes opening more at every stage and each new one completing and building up on the previous one.
I think I'm ready to take the plane just for the brioche and the asparagus mousse only.
People really friendly. This time I happened to dine alone, but I didn't feel alone for a second.
Definitely coming back again

We got the 3 course with the wine pairing and I must say they simply blew us out of the park. Magnificent experience with the wine pairing. Yasser was our server and he was very kind and attentive to make sure we had a great evening. Courses came out in a timely fashion and we got to try great wine that France has to offer. If we ever come back to Paris we will definitely be coming back. Each course was fantastic and memorable. Definitely recommend coming here.

We went as a group of 4 and had an amazing lunch experience. Their set menu has a fish or meat main option so will suit most people. The food was excellent - well prepared and some nice touches of innovation with some ingredients. Service was attentive and professional. Recommended.

Amazing food. Totally restored my faith in the Michelin guide after a totally failed experience a Le Meurice Alain Ducasse.
The garlic butter is absolutely divine. I never posts bread and butter pics but these deserve to be mentioned.
Service was impeccable and every dish was divine. Great value for 3 course meal.
Atmosphere was marred by being seated against the mirror. I could not lean back without hitting my head. I should have said something but restaurant was full. And there were 2 annoying fruit flies buzzing around.
Overall I will return when back in Paris.

Very Disappointed by Le George’s
We chose Le George's for our honeymoon dinner because of its reputation for great views. Despite reserving a table with a view of the Eiffel Tower well in advance, our night was a letdown. Our table was at a window so covered in schmutz that we could barely see outside, the window next to it was obstructed by a large pipe, and next to that was the wall. We asked for a different table and were just moved to a slightly bigger table with the same poor view.
There were empty tables with the view we wanted, but we were told those were reserved. It didn't make sense because we had reserved one too. The service was just okay—they rarely checked on us. My wife didn’t even get the side dish she ordered; they took away her rice but forgot the spinach she ordered with her steak so she ended up with no sides at all.
The food was just average and didn't justify the high prices, which are supposed to be for the view. But without the view, it’s not worth it. I’m sharing a picture of our view, note that it was not raining so it's not water on the window, but some kind of dirt or chemical smudge.
I wanted to warn others so they won't have the same disappointing experience we did on their special days. It's hard to understand why we weren't seated at one of the several completely open tables with a view when we made the reservation weeks in advance.

You have to understand something before coming.
You are not paying these crazy amounts of money for the price of food... food wise, it is so normal.
But the atmosphere, the service, and the view are amazing.
It is good to go to a fancy restaurant once in a while.

Love this place. These sorts of divey type bars are my homes away from homes. No pretense, just good people and good drink. If I were living in Paris I'd need to live nearby hear to make it my local sort of thing. Bartender was playing really good music too. Make sure to look for the mobile in the back on the ground floor - it's suspended from the ceiling. Really cool little piece of art. I took a short film of it but can't upload it here, but there's a pic of it.

A very pretty courtyard that offers a peaceful and intimate setting, which is already a very good point considering the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets. The cocktails were quite surprising, even a bit disorienting I must admit as I wasn't expecting something so visually simple. Once tasted, the flavors are subtle and balanced. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

A quaint cocktail bar with a unique and creative menu. The bartender was extremely hospitable and concocted a delicious coffee based cocktail upon request that was off-menu. Would definitely recommend visiting more than once to try through their menu. Sampled a couple different cocktails and was not disappointed with any. Pricing is fair, about the same with most other cocktail bars, and the atmosphere is quite classy and cozy.

Very cool spot! We were visiting from the US and came for brunch. We did not know French very well but everyone was very accommodating to us there. The interior is super unique and interesting, I’ve never seen anything like it! The service was pretty slow, but I’m sure we have different opinions being from the US. We did not really understand how the brunch service worked with the buffet and we did have to ask, but we saw other tables that were offered an explanation with quicker service. However, everyone was very kind when we did speak, and the host was generous in giving my grandmother a take home dessert after she mentioned how much she liked it. The food was great, but I think dinner is probably the best meal to have here. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place, starting from the design and atmosphere, with super delicious food. Prices are not cheap but worth every cent paid. We were there for dinner with 6 other friends, we dined in and tried many things as Octopus, lamb, scallops and beef tartar, with starters and desserts, each and every dish was delicious.

I went on a Monday night and had a great experience. It is true that not many tables were taken, so it was a slow night, but the waiter that looked after me was really nice and attentive. Got me an English menu, checked if they had what I wanted (they did) and would check in on me regularly.
The food was also really good. I had the tuna tartare and the pavlova and they were both faultless.

I had the beef tartare and green beans. Superb! Our server was so kind. Let us taste several wines. Helped us with our French pronunciations and gave excellent recommendations. He made my birthday dinner exceptional! I wish I could remember his name. Nice young man studying marketing! Thank you all!

Great place to sit and chill and people watch. The onion soup is very nice but the pizza was a bit too lil with its ingredients.
Whiny wee - 4 months ago
Warm service and great food suggestions. I tried the watercress soup and was thoroughly impressed. My salmon was also delicious. The skin had the perfect crunch and flavor. The pesto sauce/lemon complemented the dish completely.
The dessert was the final hit. I wished my kids had better table manners but I understand that the chocolate sauce covered giant profiterole was too good, the kids had to devour it as fast as possible...
We finished having the best meal in Paris together.

Really a great experience, I highly recommend to all, adults or kids. We went there with our 9 & 11 years old and they loved it.
The experience tells us about ourselves and others perceptions. It is a lesson of tolerance but also a discovery on how we are influenced by what we see.
Funny how we argued on the wine... Was it a white or a light red...
Experience could be even better if more interactive with the waiters & waitresses... They could ask what we think we are eating, guessing ingredients etc...
Rudolf - a week ago
The overall experience is great. Personally, I found the appetizers and main courses to be amazing, but the desserts didn't quite hit the mark for me, though they weren't bad either. The service provided here is exceptional; I really appreciate their attitude. However, the drinks, especially the non-alcoholic ones, are a bit overpriced. For instance, a water with syrup costs 10 euros, which seems steep. One thing to note, though it's not something the restaurant can control, is the impact of neighboring diners on the overall experience. Unfortunately, our neighbors were quite negative, criticizing everything they could, while others were speaking loudly throughout the meal. In a dimly lit room like this, it really took a toll on my mental energy. Nonetheless, I commend the restaurant and its amazing staff, so I'm giving it a 5-star rating.

Such a wonderful & unique experience! I highly recommend reserving a dinner here because it was so much fun for my friend & I! Dining in complete darkness took getting used to but we worked it out after some trial and error (I.e. I got stabbed in the eye with a piece of bread being handed to me) BUT we had loads of fun trying to figure out our meal & just the hilarity that ensued from being in the dark. I think almost everyone had a birthday that night because we sang the birthday song 5 times 🤣 The atmosphere was boisterous & light. It was interesting thinking about our meal after the dishes were revealed at the end & seeing if we could pick out the individual elements we ate.

Wow! I’ve been to the LONDON branch and the Paris branch did not disappoint. In fact it was better because in London you have benches which means you can’t really separate yourself from the mysterious neighbour next to you. Here there was that ability to feel at least you had your own space. I don’t really mind getting up close and personal to people in the dark, but my wife definitel objects to it.😊
Steve Mussell - 4 months ago
What a unique experience to undertake. Eating dinner in complete and utter darkness. Truly allows you to stop and take in what you are eating. So often ending up eating with your hands in a bid to help figure out the texture and what exactly it was. Only to be surprised at the end when looking at the menu to see you were completely wrong. Dessert was definitely my favourite dish.
Also a great shared experience with those around you as you judge without any bias.
Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. However as an English speaking guest some times it was a little harder.

Glad to found this hidden gem of French fromage restaurant! Very decent incredible place and very war services since the beginning of receiving. All great staffs, very kind and friendly, even in their busy times.
We had wonderful dinner with assiette du mois (their recommendation menu cheese biar of the month) cheese board has its variety of cow, sheep and goat and you can also make it by your own preferences.
The fresh vegetables salad and cheesy omelette there. It’s incredible and we’re so in love! Definitely will be back!
The place has 2 floors and very warm inside, the interior and ambiance a bit kinda make us feel like in medieval era with the wall and cobble stones, with wine and milk drums, an oldies map etc very cute and beautifully matched.

From 1997 till today…
First time I discovered this place was back in 1997. That’s 27 years ago. And I still come anytime I can. It recently changed ownership but I was gladly surprised when I saw they kept the same concept, same menu (with some additions here and there) and same level of friendly service. If you like cheese and wine I DEFINITELY recommend you to try this place where you can literally tour the entire country through their cheeses.
I hope this place never changes.

Came here for a second time after the first being 5 years ago. Still delicious and a great experience! The cheese options and overall fondue is memorable. The house wines are quite good especially for the price. The restaurant space is quite small/cramped and there don't seem to be quite enough servers to effectively address all tables efficiently. Note - if you sit downstairs in the cave, there is no cell service.

Absolutely wonderful, authentic experience for cheese fondue in Paris. We had the “Savoyarde” and “Normande” fondue and really enjoyed the strong flavours and thick consistency. Buttery soft potato and crispy bread to dip, great house wines to drink and a fresh, well-dressed salad on the side were all amazing. Service was impeccable, lovely people, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great and very intimate. And the prices are also very fair! 100% recommend going here, and I will be back next time I’m in Paris.
