Made a reservation for Feb 16 online. Followed up with a phone call to inform one guest was vegetarian. Process was very easy.
Arrived on time, and fortunately received a window seat. The views are amazing. Please insist on a window seat because this is one of the main reasons to come to this restaurant….the views!
We decided to go with the Tasting Menu (seven course meal decided by the chef, based on the local available ingredients). The food was really good, however, not once were we asked how we might want certain food cooked. It was all decided by the chef.
The wait staff were very attentive and professional, very efficient and quick, and can’t say anything bad about their service. Top notch.
We paid over $600 for dinner for two, and overall feel like the food was overpriced, based on the quality and experience. We likely will not come back because there are so many other choices within Toronto with amazing food and service for the same price.

A friend's wedding reception was held here (about 100 people) and they rented the whole place. What a beautiful venue for an intimate reception. The couple set up a live band here too. Set course sit down dinner(with choices). Awesome atmosphere and table set up. Food is always great here.

We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. The staff are very friendly and professional. There was a set menu, everything was great but we found the dessert to be too bitter. It was dark chocolate moose so I can understand but I think it needed something sweet to make the dark chocolate less overwhelming. Nevertheless it was close to perfect. Definitely would recommend the “hummingbird” cocktail.

Came here for a birthday celebration. The French onion soup was a 10/10! So tasty and creamy :)
I got the duck for my main and it was very tasty. The best part was the rice pudding that I had for dessert! Oh my days - so bloody good!
Definitely not in my regular budget but was a nice treat :)

This place was on my bucket list for two decades I swear and man oh man … did not disappoint. Great view before sunset … great view at night. Food was amazing. Heck. Food presentation is something I’ll be stealing from them. Our waiter - top notch material. Easier when work pays for this place. Careful of using your own wallet but honestly - you get what you pay for in life and this place is well worth it.

Had a great experience here. Grace was our server and she was amazing!! Loved her energy, so attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We have some allergies in the family so she was able to help point us in the right direction. It’s hard to come across good servers these days so it was really refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares for their customers and you can tell really does love their job. We will 100% be back. Service is everything when I go out to eat. Food was great too! Highly recommend

For groups and socials, this is a nice option. There is plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor as well as a bar area. The vibe is modern but also a bit casual. The Angry Orchard cider was sweet and not too dry and the avocado salad was a good match. The food and drinks were good and the service was friendly. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown. There are vegetarian options on the menu and some of the other items may have substitution options. We were a group of 7 and were able to sit together comfortably. There is an 18% gratuity applied by default at payment and I am assuming it had to do with group size.

A good stop on your way to an event downtown. The service is usually fast and efficient, the food is good and you have various seating options. New menu items added recently and I don't recommend the pasta! I should've know better than to order pasta at a bar&grill though, that's on me!

This was the first place we stopped when we arrived in downtown Toronto. Very friendly waiters, soft music, delicious burgers and Caesar salad. The potatoes are not the most delicious, the salad was tastier. The burger is great. I recommend! True tip 18% from the check.

Great dining experience for lunch today. The Braided Sausage Rigatoni was very flavourful and Jump’s Classic Peppercorn Steak, was mouth watering. We finished the meal with a delicious white chocolate cheesecake. Of course we were happy to know it was Happy Hour and enjoyed some bevvies as well. Our server did a great job however was not very engaging. Oh well, I’d still recommend going to Jump.

I would have given more stars if I could. This is our second time coming here and it gets better every time. The food is amazing but the service is even better. At every turn our server Janus made the evening very special for us, just exceptional service. The kitchen staff also made our evening and our anniversary so wonderful, thank you so much to everyone working this evening.
Also the cheesecake is to die for.

One of the most reliable lunch spots in the financial district in terms of taste and timing. The portion size is perfect and very robust menu. I’ve been many times and always had a positive experience. I had the catfish again and it was delicious as usual.

I haven't been to Jump in a loooong time (~10 years). On this evening I came here with colleagues and client for dinner.
Staff was amazing and attentive. Decor and atmosphere was very nice as well.
Food was excellent. There were a lot of menu items I wanted to try, but landed on the seared scallop & Argentine shrimp seafood risotto. My only criticism is that portions weren't great -- but I guess this is quality vs quantity debate, or maybe I just eat a lot ^_^ For dessert I got the pear tarte tatin, which was amazing, but I couldn't taste much pear in it (but it was still good). I had colleagues who sang praises for the white chocolate cheesecake as well.

We dined at Jump before a show at Meridian Hall, and we were in a bit of a rush. Our server was very accommodating, and he placed our orders right away. He made sure that we got all our food and were able to get out in time to catch our show.
We were there on December 30th, and they had beautiful decor with gold and black balloons which gave us some photo opportunities.
The decor and ambiance is gorgeous. And the food in service is impeccable.
We had beef carpaccio, burrata, and scallops for appetizers and all three were hands down delicious.
For main course, we had lamb, chicken el pesto and half chicken.
I felt the lamb could use more flavour, but the other two dishes were so good.
Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Enjoyed a great meal here with my two sons. We were seated right away by a friendly staff member. Our waitstaff was polite and super efficient. We shared some nachos and I had the Gizzle which was an amazing cocktail. My son’s had the Notorious MAC burger, the other son had the Woody burger and I had the Loaded Truffle Fries. The portions were extremely generous. Will not hesitate to eat here again.

The Loose Moose is a great downtown pub with all the pub fare and drinks that you would expect. I had the mushroom burger, which was fantastic!
The only improvement could be better spaced seating overall, but that could just be a consequence of tight downtown real-estate.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely go back.

We went here as 10 member group before easter long weekend..This place was pretty much crowded.. but loved the place..
I have first ordered Gizzle cocktail which tasted like a cough syrup(I won'trecommend this one)..so I just can't even drink that.. I just informed the waitress in first sip itself and she kindly talked with the manager and helped to change the order..
And they have wide range of beer!
And the service was so good.. and we just loved the nachos , wings and the top part was brownie with ice cream just loved the soft and hot brownie!

Had a great date night with my girlfriend here. Heard great things about this place. The service is very good. The drinks were cold and fresh. The food is really really good. I order the nachos to start with guacamole and chicken. I also ordered the 2 pound wings, buffalo butter, hot flavor, which was amazing I would go back to this place just to order wings to be honest and I also ordered the chicken avocado club sandwich with a Caesar salad. Very good choice as well. I went during all star weekend and the staff were giving out free million Canadians mini pints which was a real cool experience. I will be coming back forsure, great atmosphere and Enviroment.

I stood at the empty bar for nearly a minute waiting for the lady bartender to get off her phone. Maybe it's a little different here in Canada but in the UK, we don't go on our phone if we are working. Especially if it's a customer facing role. Visit was 8pm 12th April 2024.
Food was excellent. A little pricey but really good. The woody burger is great. Poutine also good

Bymark provided a commendable setting for a corporate lunch, blending a business-like ambiance with a menu that generally impresses. Located conveniently at the TD Tower, it offers the perfect backdrop for workday meals with colleagues and partners. The cuisine, except for the fish dish, met expectations, suggesting that Bymark is a reliable choice for professional gatherings where the setting is just as important as the meal. The restaurant's atmosphere, coupled with its satisfactory culinary offerings, makes it a suitable venue for those looking to combine business with pleasure.

The truffle fries, and tiramisu trifle were really good, however the lobster roll was a solid 3/5, didn't have much of a fresh seafood flavour as it was mostly mayo. The cappuccino i ordered was very watered down. Place is really expensive for the amount of food you get. The service was really amazing though

Unfortunately, the second small paragraph of comments was from three years ago. Just went back yesterday (Jan 22,2024) got a very disappointing experience. The environment was still nice. The location is perfect. It nestled in the tall buildings of our well known financial district. But the food was horrible. We ordered two of the famous signature burgers, substituted fries with king mushrooms (tasted like leftovers) and brussels sprouts (overcooked and dry). After waited for more than twenty minutes, almost finished all of our drinks, the burgers came out, they were dry as hell, with only a bit of shredded lettuce in between. There was not a single trace of truffles. They did bring some shredded truffles out as an apology. But you could tell the truffles were not fresh. And they admitted that they used majority truffle oil. With that kinda quality of food, I spent $200 right there. Don’t think I’d like to go back again.
One of the best burgers in Toronto! this restaurant’s truffle burger is so delicious!

It was a very delightful experience. The price is absolutely worth the wonderful food.
• The Calamari and Octopus in Cashew and Coconut paste was so well presented and so delicious (4.5/5)
• The beef Burger was medium rare and juicy on the inside (4.5/5)
• Veal Schnitzel was extremely crunchy on the outside (4/5)
• The dessert was by far the by best dessert experience of my life. Caramelized popcorn with ice cream and cheesecake. The presentation in itself was wow. (5/5)

Highly overrated. This is a very average to disappointing restaurant overall
There was some hype about this restaurant, so I wanted to give it a try and so took my husband and four of our friends here for his birthday.
To start, the staff were not educated or trained on the menu. When our table asked our waiter for suggestions, he was completely oblivious - he didn't even have one recommendation. We also had to beg for water 3 times over the course of the dinner. Similarly, when we asked for recommendations on cocktails/drinks, the waiter replied, saying, " im into traditional drinks," - that was not very helpful. We were left to fend for ourselves.
The menu itself was not very inspiring, original, or unique. For example, staples like fried calamari, Caesar, and kale salads can be found in so many mainstream restaurants across the country like Jack Astors, Milestones, Joey etc. Despite that, I wanted to put this menu to the test, so we ordered a total of 13 dishes to share among 6 patrons. To our dismay, 5 of the dishes were extremely boring, bland, and flavorless - the beet salad, the turkey sandwich, the kale salad, the beef tartare, the grilled lobster to name a few. Six other dishes were average, such as the Wagyu dumplings and the tuna tartare. We had to return our fries to the kitchen because they were cold and soggy and reminded us of stale fries you find under the seat of your car.
There was not one dish that I found to be intriguing or which I crave to go back and try again.
Besides the food and awkward waiting staff, the atmosphere was eerily quiet, lacked ambiance, and was filled with dead silence. I was shocked to see that only 4 of the 25+ tables had guests, and despite that, the waiting staff struggled to stay on top of orders.
Learning moment for everyone: I will save your time and money and prevent you from emptying your wallet here needlessly. Go experience fine cuisine elsewhere. Your expectations will not be met here if you are anticipating a gastronomical delight. And, definitely do NOT take anyone here for a special occasion like a birthday, first date, or anniversary - they will be disappointed. Go elsewhere that has an inspiring menu, good service, and at the very least, a spot that offers minimal ambiance. Amen.

Usual city style chipotle. Quick service, fresh food. Will recommend.
Portions can be better, especially the protein items.
I got a steak bowl and my friend got a veggie bowl, both tasted fresh and tasty.
Super busy location, enough seating for dine in. Washrooms are clean, staff were nice!

It's a little outdated inside but what a meal we had. Drinks food and service was all great. I had a 35oz steak and it was so delicious. My friends all had different cuts of meat not as big, they all really loved the food. 6 men 7 appetizers of course mains as well a bottle of wine many drinks. $200 a person including tip. We also had desert.

Foods - excellent, their steaks were soooo good
Services - formal old style, so a bit cold. A bit of smiling face added to the style would be great, a bit of regular check in would show a formal and caring style od tgis new era.
Atmosphere - traditional old style, tiny space (i am petit and found it hard to get in my seat!), the seats were shrinking.... so old in every senses. I expected old style but classy everything, to the price we paid

I’ve been to Bardi’s a few times now and it’s always a great experience. Whether you are going for a date, with some friends or a bachelor party they have you covered. The service is always incredibly and Jamie is the best. Always greets me by name and does a great job of making you feel important. The food is absolutely terrific, the steaks are always cooked to perfection. I also recommend the shrimp cocktail, the size of the shrimps are massive. The decor is slightly outdated but it’s definitely your traditional steakhouse which I love. It’s also conveniently located steps from union station and near Scotiabank arena so it’s a great stop before a game. I will 100% be returning again as soon as possible. Highly recommended .

Toronto is sleeping on this spot! It's been here for a very very long time, the food and the service are unparalleled. This is a real deal old school steak and upscale meal spot. I try to arrange my business dinners here whenever I can and enjoy seeing first time guests morph from being a bit reticent upon seeing the decor (could use an update) to utter delight as soon as they meet the waiter and have their first bite.
There aren't a lot of spots that offer family style steak service anymore; they've always been so amazing with me to create a family service from anything on the menu. Don't skip the cheese bread, either! Bardi's is on the higher end for cost, but you absolutely get what you pay for.
Places like this are what make Toronto unique and worth visiting!
